통신·방송 융합 대응 정책 방향의 도출을 위한 우선 순위 분석

본 연구에서는 세계적인 통신·방송 융합 패러다임 변화추세에 대비하여 한국이 무엇을 우선적으로 추진해야할 전략요인인가를 종합 분석함으로써 한국의 정보화수준의 향상과 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 분석을 위한 수단으로 피쉬본 분석(fish-bone analysis)을 적용하였다. 분석 결과 한국의 통신·방송 융합 추진을 위해서는 정부의 정책·제도적 측면에 가장 중심을 두어야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 한국에서는 통신·방송 융합 추진을 위해 국가 비전이나 종합적인 계획을 마련할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다. 더 나아가 이를 구체적으로 추진하기 위해 법령이나 정책기구, 규제기구의 정비 등이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 통해 정책의 우선 순위를 객관적으로 제시하고 있다는 점에서 기존의 통신·방송 융합실태 분석 차원에만 머물지 않고, 국가 정책적인 관점에서 전략적으로 활용할 수 있는 결과를 제시하고 있다. 더욱이 이 연구에서는 객관적인 분석결과를 바탕으로 이 분야의 정책관련자가 적기에 적절한 대안을 제시할 수 있는 근거를 마련하였다는 점에서 정책적 시사점이 크다 할 수 있다. The major purpose of this study is to suggest the strategies for preparing Telecommunications-Boadcasting Convergence Policy in Korea by applying the Fishbone Analysis. The result of this study indicates that the regulation/policy factors come before the supply-side factor or the demand-side factors in terms of convergence strategies. This implies that the most detering factor of Korea's Telecommunications-Broadcasting Convergence comes from policy and institutional aspects, and that the government should put most emphasis on resolving such aspects In order to promote the convergence. Therefore, it would be obvious that preparing the national vision or comprehensive overal1 plan is indispensable to promote Telecommunications-Broadcasting Convergence in Korea Further, it turns out that regulations. policy and regulation bodies should be prepared to implement the convergence policy. By analyzing the strategic priorities among the potential policy alternatives. this study can contribute to overcoming the limitation of the previous studies in this area.

Environment monitoring is recognized by a sensor system composed of a tin oxide gas sensor array, daily indoor air pollution is detected precisely by recognizing various human life behaviors, awakening, and sleeping. The recognitions are done using daily output patterns of the gas sensor array and the patterns are very similar to each other environment air pollution can be detected accurately by laying an awakening hour of a daily periodical pattern on top of another awakening hour gas sensor array is used in recognizing rete match algorithm is also adopted in order to match the patterns and the inference of recognition is done at a high rate.
패턴 인식 적용을 위한 가스센서 어레이의 임피던스 특성 측정

The response of semiconductor gas sensor is usually showed as variation of resistance when the sensing material is reacted on gas. Also it can be showed as variation of impedance of sensing material. The variation of impedance is separated into two parts. One is the variation of capacitance. The other is the variation of resistance. The former is dependent on the type and the concentration of gases. The latter is dependent on change of rising time and falling time that was determined by capacitance. The important factors considered are the selectivity and the stability of various sensor characteristics. But, sensors generally exhibit non-stability and non-linearity in dynamic properties. This problem can be solved using pattern recognition. The system was implemented using back propagation algorithm and showed good pattern recognition for each gas pattern. Also, the measuring output was proportional to concentration of each gas approximately. Therefore the system could be adapted implementation of measurement system with multi channel sensor array for various gases.

본 연구에서는 액체금속로의 핵심구조인 소디움루프를 위한 운전지원 전문가시스템을 개발한다. 소대움루프는 현재 원자력연구소에서 연구 개발 단계에 있으며, 안전 운전을 위한 운전 지식을 연구하고 있는 중이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 연구 상황에 맞추어 개발되는 전문가시스템에게 요구되는 특징을 정리하고, 소디움루프 운전의 효과적 지원과 운전원의 편의에 중점을 둔 전문가시스템의 개발을 설명한다.

Malignant histiocytosis, originally described in 1939 as histiocytic medullary reticulosis by Scott and Robb-Smith, is a rare histiocytic proliferative disorder that often shows an acute onset and used to progress to death within a few months. This disorder characterized clinically by fever, generalized weakness, lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly, and shows a variable range of pancytopenia. Extranodal involvement is common, with an incidence ranging from 50% to as high as 90%, skin involves8ment was noted in 10% to 15%. Typical skin lesions were mainly founded in extremity. i.e. erythematous papule and nodule occasionally become to necrosis and ulceration. We experienced one case of malignant histiocytosis in a 46-years-old female. The major clinical findings are fever, malaise, hepatosplenomegaly and erythematous skin lesion. In the laboratory study, pancytopenia is noted on the peripheral blood. And also aggregation of many atypical histiocytes were shown on skin and bone marrow biopsy. So we reported one related case with malignant histiocytosis as well as reviewing literature .

The effects of ozone treatment on the dewaterability of activated sludge wasted from a sewage treatment plant were investigated in this study. Following ozone treatment, sludge was dewatered using a pressure fitter. The sludge filterability evaluated by SRF deteriorated with ozone dosage at relatively low ozone doses due to sludge solubilization and particle size decrease. However, at ozone doses higher than 0.6gO_3/gSS, the SRF of the ozone treated sludge became comparable with the value for the sludge without ozone treatment. It is suggested that the oxidation of the viscous, high molecule organics attached at cell surface reduces the surface charge of sludge particle and promotes flocculation at relatively high ozone doses. Ozone treatment also cause the release of bound water trapped inside cells or flocs, resulting in significant reduction of cake water content after dewatering. In terms of cake volume, more than 70% reduction was obtained at 0.6gO_3/gSS. These observations suggest that ozone treatment has potential to significantly enhance sludge dewaterability and to produce a more compact cake without severe deterioration of its filterability.

For the utilization of atomic energy, radioactive mineral survey was projected in Jeonbuk District of the north of 3°50′ N. L. and 127°00 E-127°45′ E. Consequently, Mt. Yongwha, Mt. Chonho and Bibong areas were chemically and physically selected as the most prospective ones, and these areas, which have the radioactivities more than 28 cpm, were assumed to have the radioactive minerals related with black slates of Ockchon System.

다양한 잡초로부터 유용 생리활성물질을 탐색하고자 46종 잡초의 methanol 추출액을 대상으로 50~100 ㎍/㎖ 농도로 실험한 결과, 항균 활성에 있어서는 파리풀, 까실쑥부쟁이, 중머리대가리, 큰엉겅퀴, 부처꽃 등이 antobleb 활성에 있어서는 낙지다리, 밭뚝외풀, 까실쑥부쟁이, 술패랭이꽃 등이 항암활성에 있어서는 파리풀, 골풀, 밭뚝외풀, 까실쑥부쟁이, 술패랭이꽃, 겨우살이 등이 항산화활성에 있어서는 골풀, 물레나물, 청비녀골풀, 금불초, 방울고랭이, 좀고추나물 등이 비교적 강한 활성을 나타내었다. (1996년 4월 12일 접수, 1996년 8월 8일 수리) To search for bioactive compounds from plant resources, 80% methanol extracts of 46 species of weeds were screened for their activities of antimicrobial, antioxidative, antiblebing, antitumor and herbicidal. Among extracts tested, some showed activities at the concentration of 50 to 100 ㎍/㎖. Phryma leptostachya var. asiatica, Aster ageratoides, Centipeda minima, Cirsium pendulum. Lythrum anceps showed antibacterial activity. Penthorum chinense, Lindernia procumbens, Aster ageratoides, Dianthus superbus var. longicalycinus showed antiblebing activity. Phyma leptostachya var. asiatica, Juncus effusus var. decipiens, Lindernia procumbens, Aster ageratoides, Dianthus superbus var. longicalycinus, Viscum album var. coloratum showed antitumor activity. Juncus effusus var. decipiens, Hypericum ascyron, Juncus papillosus, Inula britannicar var. chinensis, Scirpus wichurae, Hypericum laxum showed antioxidant activity.
