        대두품종(大豆品種)과 선발(選拔) Rhizobium japonicum간의 숙주(宿主) 친화성(親和性)

        우수(優秀) 대두접종제(大豆接種劑)로 이용할 균주(菌株)의 선발을 목적으로 국내(國內)에서 선발한 R. japonicum 균주(菌株)들과 현재 대두장려품종으로 보급되고 있는 대두품종들과의 상호(相互) 접종실험(接種實驗)을 통하여 숙주친화성(宿主親和性) 정도를 조사하였다. 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 공시(供試) 근류균주별(根瘤菌株別) 대두품종(大豆品種)과의 친화성(親和性) 정도를 보면 R. japonicum R-214, R-138 균주(菌株)가 근류형성능(根瘤形成能), 질소고정활성(窒素固定活性) 및 총(總) 질소흡수량(窒素吸收量)도 높아 대두품종(大豆品種)과 친화성(親和性) 범위가 비교적 넓었으며 R. japoncum R-224 균주(菌株)는 아주 낮은 것으로 판단되었다. 2. 대두품종별(大豆品種別) 근류균(根瘤菌)과의 친화성(親和性)은 황금(黃金)콩, 장백(長白)콩 등이 높았으며 그 다음이 장엽(長葉)콩, 단엽(短葉)콩, 백운(白雲)콩, 동북태(東北太) 등의 순이었고 방사(放射)콩이 제일 낮았다. 3. 일반적으로 질소고정활성(窒素固定活性)이 우수(優秀)한 균주(菌株)가 열등한 균주(菌株)보다 숙주친화성(宿主親和性) 범위가 넓은 것으로 판단되었다. In order to select suitable strains for utilization as soybean inoculants, the affinity between Rhizobium japonicum strains isolated from the domestic field and the several soybean varieties being distributed as recommended species was investigated by cross-inoculation experiments. The results obtained are as follows: 1. Rhizobium japonicum R-214 and R-138 showed broad affinity range to varies soybean species in terms of the nodule forming ability, the nitrogen fixing activity and the amount of total nitrogen absorption. In contrast, Rhizobium japonicum R-224 showed very low affinity to the same soybean groups. 2. The affinity of Hwang-Keum Kong and Jang-Paeck Kong to the rhizobium strains was the most signigicant, and that of Jang-Yeop Kong, Dong-Buk Tae, Paeck-Woon Kong and Dan-Yeop Kong was also significant. On the other hand, Pang-Sa Kong showed low affinity to the strains. 3. In general, the strains having high nitrogen-fixing activity seemed to possess the broad affinity range to the soybean hosts.

      • 褐色腐朽菌 Tyromyces palustris와 白色腐朽菌 Coriolus versicolor의 腐朽型 比較

        This study was carried out to examine decay type with Brown-rot fungi, Tyromyces palustirs and White-rot fungi. Coriolus versicolor via the applications of ultrastructual, physical, and chemical methods. The results was following; When these fungi were cultured on wood blocks for the period of 30days, weightloss was 13.7% in T. palustris and 15.3% in C. versicolor whereas the weightloss was 24.3% in T. palustris/ 33.5% in C. versicolor for the culture of 60 days. Therefore, the weightloss of white rot fungi was greater than that of brown rot fungi. Holocellulose contents of wood blocks were 25.0% in T. palustris, 5.0% in C.versicolor for 30 days whereas 35.4% in C. versicolor in 7.9% for 60 days. Therefore, the utilization of holocelluose in T. palustris was greater than in C. versicolor. In case of the observation of SEM, degradation process of cell wall was rapid in T. palustris. Decrease rates of stress (parallel to grain) were 16.9% in T. palustris and 0.5% in C. versicolor for 15 days whereas for T. palustris was 20.3% and C. versicolor was 7.6% for 30 days. Therefore, T. palustris was higher rate of stress than C. versicolor. As a latter study, the causes of above differences were also concentrated on non-enzymatic decay mechanism.

      • 針葉樹樹皮 溫水抽出物의 Trichoderma sp. 菌絲生育抑制效果

        This study was carried out to get the reduction effect of mycelial growth on the bark hot­extractives of Pinus densiflora and Quercus aliena to the shiitake mushroom such as growth inhibitor, Trichoderm viride, Tricoderma harzianum. The obtained results are as follows ; As growing the concentration of hot­extractives the reduction effect of mycelial showed high reduction effect regardless of tree species. When it added 1% of the bark hot­extractives of Pinus densiflora, it showed 36%, 53% of reduction effect at Tr. viride, Tr. harzianum respectively. And at Quercus aliena it showed 38%, 46% at Tr. viride, Tr. harzianum respectively. The reduction effect of mycelial growth of authentic (+)­catechin at Tr. viride, Tr. harizianum showed 32%, 36%, respectively. And tannic acid at Tr. viride, Tr. harzianum showed 60%, 76%, respectively. The bark hot­extractives of sorft­wood showed reduction effect range from 36% to 53% to shiitake mushroom growth inhibitor and it considered that poly­flavanols which some kinds of tannin compound were responsible for the reduction effect.

        결체증식성 법랑모세포증

        Desmoplastic variant of ameloblastoma is a new and unusual variant of ameloblastoma with extensive stromal desmoplastic proliferation. The authors experienced a case of desmoplastic variant of ameloblastoma with moderate-defined radiolucency on the right maxillary anterior area in 62-year-old female. As a result of careful analysis of clinical, radiological, histopathological examinations, we diagnosed it as desmoplastic variant of ameloblastoma, and the following results were obtained : 1. Main clinical symptoms were nontender bony swelling with normal intact overlying mucosa on the right maxillary anterior area. 2.Radiographically, moderate-defined, multilocular radiolucency on the right maxillary anterior area were shown, and severe cortical bony thinning and expansion to labial and palatal sides were also observed. And this lesion was shown to be extended to the right nasal cavity. 3.Histopathologically, follicle-like epithelial island with densely abundant collagenous stroma were morphologically compressed.

      • 고혈압 환자에서 Leukoaraiosis 정도와 망막증과의 연관성 : 예비연구 Preliminary Results

        Changes in the cerebral white matter (leukoaraiosis;LA) are detected with increasing frequency by computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the severity of retinopathy is correlated with degree of LA in patients with hypertension. Twenty-three consecutive patients with patients with hypertension admitted in the department of neurology were evaluated for degree of LA and severity of retinopathy. 8patients were 15female. The age distribution was between 52 and 85 years(mean 69.1years). The duration of hypertension was between 1 and 30 years(mean8.2 years). The degree of LA was correlated with severity of hypertensive retinopathy(p<0.05), especially in relatively young patient, short periods of disease, and female paitents(p<0.05). We can make a rough estimation of degree of LA with fundus examination without CT or MRI evaluations in hypertensive patients, especially in relatively young and female patients with short durations of disease. However, more broad study should be made for these value and relationship.

        오스테나이트계 스테인리스강의 진동감쇠능에 미치는 ε 마르텐사이트의 영향

        The effect of the phases of y, α' and ε martensites, which constitute the structure of the 316L stainless steel with austenite structure at room temperature, on the damping capacity at room temperature has been investigated. As a result, various fractions of these phases were formed depending on the degree of cold work. The largest volume fraction of a martensite phase is obtained by 20% cold rolling and showed the highest damping capacity. The damping capacity is strongly controlled by the volume fraction of ε martensite with linear relationship, while the other phases of α' and r have actually no effect on the damping capacity.

      • 직교 편파된 16 QAM 디지틀 라디오 링크에서의 Cross Polarization Interference Canceller 성능분석

        본 논문에서는 직교 편파된 16 QAM 신호가 Nondispersive 무선 채널 환경에서 페이딩을 고려하지 않는 가정 하에서 가우스 잡음(AWGN)과 직교 편파 간섭(XPI)에 의해 왜곡되었을 때 시스템 성능을 분석한다. 이 직교 편파 간섭 제거기(XPIC)는 기저 대역에서 수행된다. 이 연구 결과 XPIC에서 적용한 LMS와 같은 적응 알고리즘은 다양한 AWGN과 XPI레벨에서 적당한 탭수와 스텝크기를 가져야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 적용한 XPIC가 AWGN과 XPI를 완전히 제거함을 시뮬레이션과 수치해석을 통해 보였다. This paper presents performance analysis of cross-polarized 16 QAM signals distorted by AWGN and XPI(Gross Polarization Interference) over nondispersive radio channels under no fading conditions. The adaptive XPI canceller(XPIC) is performed at baseband. The results of this study indicated that the adaptive algorithm such as LMS(Seast mean square) employed in XPIC should get a suitable tap-length and step size in variable AWGN and XPI levels. In this study we shown that a employed adaptive XPIC eliminated the AWGN and XPI perfectly using computer simulation and numerical analysis.

        In the field of study on 'comminution' there appear some kinds of polarizition, i.e. macro-micro, software-hardware and practice-theory and so on. For instance, numerous papers are available on mathematical modelling or simulation of practical ball mill grinding circuits. Few discussion, however, has been made in those papers from the viewpoint of energy consumption on the basis of its quantitative measurement. On the other hand so-called 'fracture of a single particle' phenomena have been investigated exclusively from this point of view in other papers concerned. The authors, therefore, are trying to fill the gap of this type nad conducted so far some experimental work on a laboratory scale ball mill system facilitating precise measurements of torgue.

        시각 감성 예측을 통한 건축디자인 지원 방법에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze and predict users' visual sensitivity for supporting architectural design. It is important for design to keep track of users' evolving demand because the purpose of architectural design is to make the buildings corresponding to users' functional and aesthetic demand. Statistical method and BAM are used to analyze and predict visual sensitivity. Results of this study were as follows; Aesthetic sensitivity of a group is predictable in case evaluation adjectives are proper to presented designs.
