로잔운동이 한국교회에 미친 영향에 관한 연구

본 논문은 글로벌 복음주의 선교운동인 로잔운동이 부상하게 된 역사적·신학적 배경을 기술하고 한국로잔위원회의 역사와 활동에 대한 고찰을 통해 제1차 로잔대회부터 제3차 로잔대회 이후 현재까지 로잔운동이 한국교회에 미친 영향을 탐구하며, 로잔운동 50주년을 맞이하는 2024년 제4차 로잔대회의 한국개최를 앞두고 한국교회의 준비와 한국교회와 사회문화에 미칠 영향 그리고 로잔운동의 미래를 전망한다. 로잔운동이 태동된 배경은 1910 에딘버러 세계선교대회 이후 형성된 에큐메니칼 진영의 복음과 구원과 선교에 대한 이해와 밀접하게 연관된다. 특히 1960년대 세계교회협의회의 “선교의 세속화”와 “선교의 인간화” 그리고 “선교의 모라토리움”은 미국과 영국의 복음주의 진영의 결집을 초래했으며 1966년 베를린 세계복음화대회에 이어 1974년 제1차 로잔대회의 원인이 되었다. 로잔운동은 1989년 제2차 로잔대회(마닐라)와 2010년 제3차 로잔대회(케이프타운)를 통해 글로벌 복음주의 선교운동의 중심이 되었고 복음전도와 그리스도인의 사회적 책임을 통합하는 총체적 선교신학을 구축했다. 한국교회와 로잔운동의 관계는 제1차 로잔운동부터 시작되었으나, 한국 선교운동의 태동기인 1970-1980년대의 한국교회는 로잔운동의 확산에 크게 기여하지 못하고 다만 로잔언약의 소개를 통해서 문서로 로잔운동을 알렸다. 1989년 제2차 로잔대회 이후 한국로잔위원회가 설립되면서 한국교회에 로잔신학과 로잔정신을 확산하기 시작하여 2010년 제3차 로잔대회 이후 다양한 국내외 활동들과 목회자 컨퍼런스 그리고 청년지도자를 위한 선교적 플랫폼을 제공하며 그 영향력을 확산하고 있다. 한국로잔위원회는 로잔정신인 겸손과 정직과 단순성 그리고 “온 교회가 온전한 복음을 온 세상에 전하라”는 로잔운동의 슬로건에 의거하여 2024년 제4차 로잔대회를 아시아 교회들과 협력하여 준비하고 있다. 제4차 로잔대회는 한국교회의 갱신과 개혁을 위한 중요한 전기가 될 것이라고 전망한다. This paper describes the historical and theological background of the emergence of the Lausanne movement. And it also examines the influences of the Lausanne movement on the Korean church from the first Lausanne congress in 1974 to the present through carefully studying the history and activities of the Korea Lausanne Committee that was formed in 1989. In conclusion, the Lausanne Movement prospects its influences of the Korean church and society, and the future of the Korean church as the Korea Lausanne Committee looks forward to the Lausanne IV as the host country. The background of the emergence on the Lausanne Movement is closely related to the understanding of the gospel, salvation, and mission of the Ecumenical movement that was being processed since the 1910 Edinburgh World Missionary conference. The tendency of "secularization of mission," “humanization of mission,” and “moratorium of missionary” of WCC brought about a strong reaction and the rally of the American and British evangelical circle and provided a major cause of the World Congress of Evangelism held in Berlin 1966 and the First Lausanne Congress in 1974. Since then, the Lausanne Movement has become the center of the global mission and constructed holistic mission theology integrating evangelism into social responsibility through producing the Manila Manifesto and the Capetown Commitment. The relationship between the Lausanne Movement and the Korean church began from the first Lausanne Congress in 1974. However, during the the Korean mission movement in the 1970s-1980s the Lausanne Movement had not been diffused to the local church. After the second Lausanne Congress in 1989, as the Korea Lausanne Committee was established, it spread the Lausanne theology and spirit to the Korean church. And it has been providing the missional platforms and contents to the emerging younger generation and ministers. It is preparing the Lausanne IV which will be held in Korea 2024 based on the Lausanne slogan, “the whole church taking the whole gospel to the whole world.” The Lausanne IV will be a major turning point for the renewal and transformation of the Korean church.

In this paper, a new inverse engineering technique is introduced to determine the structural and physical pa­rameters of the high electron mobility transistor. The tech­nique is based on satisfying a maximum transconductance at a given operating gate voltage. Analytical expressions are derived for the maximum transconductance and the gate voltage at which it occurs as function of structural parameters, such as doped AtGaAs thickness, spacer layer thickness and dopant density. Furthermore, this analysis has been extended to predict the power gains with different doped and undoped AlGaAs thicknesses. The theoretical predictions of the model are compared with the experimen­tal data and shown to be in good agreement over a wide range of bias conditions.

Effect of Cholesterol on the Phase Change of Lipid Membranes by Antimicrobial Peptides

Membrane disruption by an antimicrobial peptide (AMP) was investigated by measuring the 2H solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of 1-palmitoyl-d31-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphatidylcholine (POPC_d31) in mixtures of POPC_d31/cholesterol and either magainin 2 or aurein 3.3 deposited on thin cover-glass plates. The line shapes of the experimental 2H solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (SSNMR) spectra were best simulated by assuming the coexistence of a mosaic spread of bilayers containing pore structures and a fasttumbling isotropic phase or a hexagonal phase. Within a few days of incubation in a hydration chamber, an isotropic phase and a pore structure were induced by magainin 2, while in case of aurein 3.3 only an isotopic phase was induced in the presence of a bilayer phase. After an incubation period of over 100 days, alignment of the bilayers increased and the amount of the pore structure decreased in case of magainin 2. In contrast with magainin 2, aurein 3.3 induced a hexagonal phase at the peptide-to-lipid ratio of 1/20 and, interestingly, cholesterol was not found in the hexagonal phase induced by aurein 3.3. The experimental results indicate that magainin 2 is more effective in disrupting lipid bilayers containing cholesterol than aurein 3.3.

Membrane-Bound Protease FtsH Protects PhoP from the Proteolysis by Cytoplasmic ClpAP Protease in Salmonella Typhimurium

Among the AAA+ proteases in bacteria, FtsH is a membrane-bound ATP-dependent metalloprotease, which is known to degrade many membrane proteins as well as some cytoplasmic proteins. In the intracellular pathogen Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium, FtsH is responsible for the proteolysis of several proteins including MgtC virulence factor and MgtA/MgtB Mg2+ transporters, the transcription of which is controlled by the PhoP/PhoQ two-component regulatory system. Given that PhoP response regulator itself is a cytoplasmic protein and also degraded by the cytoplasmic ClpAP protease, it seems unlikely that FtsH affects PhoP protein levels. Here we report an unexpected role of the FtsH protease protecting PhoP proteolysis from cytoplasmic ClpAP protease. In FtsH-depleted condition, PhoP protein levels decrease by ClpAP proteolysis, lowering protein levels of PhoP-controlled genes. This suggests that FtsH is required for normal activation of PhoP transcription factor. FtsH does not degrade PhoP protein but directly binds to PhoP, thus sequestering PhoP from ClpAP-mediated proteolysis. FtsH's protective effect on PhoP can be overcome by providing excess ClpP. Because PhoP is required for Salmonella's survival inside macrophages and mouse virulence, these data implicate that FtsH's sequestration of PhoP from ClpAP-mediated proteolysis is a mechanism ensuring the amount of PhoP protein during Salmonella infection.

내장형 시스템에서 JEFS2 플래쉬 파일 시스템에 적합한 페이지 캐쉬 구조

본 논문은 JEFS2 플래쉬 파일 시스템에 적합한 페이지 캐쉬 구조를 제안한다. JEFS2 플래쉬 파일 시스템은 공간 활용을 높이기 위해 데이터를 압축 저장하므로 기존 리눅스의 페이지 캐쉬가 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다. 그러나 멀티미디어 파일과 같이 비압축과 순차읽기 특성을 보이는 데이터는 플래쉬 메모리의 빠른 읽기 속도와 낮은 캐쉬 적중률로 인해 기존 페이지 캐쉬는 문제점을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 JEFS2 플래쉬 파일 시스템에서 사용하는 리눅스의 페이지 캐쉬를 기술하고 문제점을 분석한다. 그리고 기존 연구에서 제시된 저전력 소모를 위한 페이지 캐쉬 구조에 기반하여 throughput 향상을 위한 페이지 캐쉬 사용 기법을 제시하고 평가한다.

양육비 미지급과 아동학대의 상관성에 관한 법적 고찰

양육비 미지급과 관련하여 최근 ‘배드파더스’ 사건을 중심으로 아동학대로서 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 양육비는 아동의 생존과 성장, 교육과 교양, 복리에 필요한 필수적인 비용이라 할 수 있다. 즉 아동을 양육할 의무가 있는 자가 양육할 수 없는 상황에서 최소한의 양육 형태로서 비용을 지불하는 것이다. 이에 대해 비양육자가 양육비 지급을 거부하거나, 이행지체, 고의로 재산을 은닉하여 양육비 지급을 이행하지 않는 사태가 발생하고 있다. 아동의 성장에 필요 최소한의 의무를 이행하지 않음은 아동을 방치하는 행위로써 신체적 정신적 방임에 의한 아동학대라고 할 수 있다. 민법의 영역에서 실효성을 거두지 못하는 경우에는 국가의 적극적인 개입으로 형사적 영역에서 해결할 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 한다. Regarding nonpayment of child support, it has recently emerged as a social problem as child abuse, focusing on the “Bad Fathers” case. Child support payment is an essential expense necessary for the survival and growth of children, education and welfare. In other words, when a person who is obligated to raise a child cannot raise the child, the cost is paid in the form of minimal parenting. In this regard, there are situations in which nonsupporter refused to pay child support, delay its payment or intentionally hiding property. Failure to fulfill the minimum or necessary obligations for the growth of a child is an act of neglecting the child, which can be said to be physical, mental, and neglect of child abuse. In cases where the effectiveness of the civil law cannot be achieved, a solution must be prepared in the criminal law area through active intervention by the state.

듀티사이클 무선센서네트워크에서 저전력과 저지연을 위한 다중경로 라우팅 프로토콜의 설계

본 논문은 듀티사이클 기반의 무선센서네트워크에서 에너지 효율성을 높이고 시간 지연을 줄일 수 있는 경로설정을 위해 새로운 라우팅 메트릭을 고안하고 이를 활용한 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안한다. 듀티사이클을 고려한 새로운 라우팅 메트릭인 EDW 메트릭을 사용함으로써 에너지 효율적이며 저지연의 경로를 설정할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 라우팅 메트릭을 적용하는 크로스레이어 기반의 다중경로 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안하고 실험을 통해 낮은 전송 지연시간과 적은 에너지소비를 확인하였다. This paper presents the design of a routing metric for energy-efficient and low-delay path selection and a new routing protocol utilizing the metric in duty-cycyled wireless sensor networks. The new routing metric based on duty cycle, EDW, can reduce the energy and delay of transmission paths, which represents total waiting time from source to destination due to duty cycle. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new multipath routing protocol based on cross-layer information utilizing the new routing metric, and simulation results show that the proposed protocol shows better performance of end-to-end delay and energy consumption.

일본 경찰관직무집행법에 관한 법적 고찰

현행 우리의 경찰관직무집행법은 법률의 명칭이나 내용체계 등에서 보듯이 일본의 경찰관직무집행법을 모델로 하여 제정된 사정 등을 감안한다면 우리의 경찰관직무집행법의 모태가 되는 일본 경찰관직무집행법의 제 규정에 내재하는 법적 평가에 대한 일본에서의 논의들은 우리 경찰관직무집행법의 적용과 해석에 있어 많은 시사점을 주고 있다. 일본에서의 지배적 견해는 경찰관직무집행법이 규정하는 수단은 강제수단뿐만 아니라 기존에 임의수단으로 간주되어 온 조치라도, 본인의 뜻에 반하는 실력행사에 대해서는 객관적으로 명료하게 인정할 수 있는 개별적이고 구체적인 사실로부터 그 정당성이 도출되지 않으면 안 된다. 또한 공동의 안녕과 질서유지라는 경찰의 시점에서 공익상의 필요성을 도출하고, 이를 상대방 국민에게 발생하는 불이익과 단순 비교하여 전자의 이익이 더 중요하다고 결론짓는 것만으로는 경찰관이 사용하는 침해적인 유형력 행사의 실질적인 정당화 근거를 도출할 수 없다. Our current Act on the Performance Duties by Police Officers is Considering the circumstances modeled after Japan’s Act on the Performance Duties by Police Officers, Japan’s discussions on the legal evaluation of the Japanese Act on the Performance Duties by Police Officers have many implications for the application and interpretation of the law. In Japan, the dominant view is that the means prescribed by the Act on the Performance Duties by Police Officers are not only compulsory but also arbitrary measures, but the justification must be derived from individual and specific facts that can be objectively clearly acknowledged against one’s will. In addition, drawing public interest needs at the police’s point of view of public welfare and maintaining order, and simply comparing them to disadvantages to the other people, cannot produce substantial justification for the infringement of tangible exercise used by police officers.
