규소 산화막을 ECR-CVD(electron cyclotron resonance-chemical vapor deposition) 증착방법으로 5인치 기판위에 상온에서 증착하고, 증착공정조건인 증착율, 기판온도, 마이크로파의 세기변화 및 플라즈마 혼합기체의 비에 따른 규소 산화막의 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 산화막의 구조적인 특성을 비교하기 위해 FTIR을 이용하여 ECR-CVD 증착한 산화막, RPE-CVD(remote plasma enhanced-CVD) 증착한 산화막 및 열 산화막의 stretching frequency를 측정하였다. 측정된 결과 ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막이 구조적인 면에서 열 산화막과 거의 같음을 보였다. ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막의 전기적인 특성을 전류-전압 및 축전-전압 측정에의하여 분석하였다. 축전된 산화막의 전기적인 특성은 산화막의 전하 밀도는 1×10 exp (11)/㎠이였고, 평균 절연 파괴 전압은 약 6 MV/㎝이다. We have grown thin films of SiO_2 at room temperature by using an ECR-CVD system and have investigated the changes in the properties of the deposited films with changes in the processing conditions such as the deposition rate, the substrate temperature, the microwave power and the plasma gas mixing ratio. We also measured the stretching frequency of three kinds of oxides, and ECR-CVD-grown oxide, a PECVD-grown oxide, and a thermally grown oxide, using FTIR analysis to compare their structural properties. The result shows that the structural properties of the ECR-grown oxide are similar to those of the thermally grown oxide. Additionally, the electrical properties of the ECR-grown oxide were investigated by using current-voltage and capacitance-voltage measurements. These electrical results indicate that the oxide charge density and the average breakdown voltage are 1×10 exp (11) ㎝^-2 and 6 MV/㎝, respectively.

Software development of large scale program such as Operating System is lengthy and costly process. In order to reduce cost, time and risk, there is currently general acceptance of the need for Software Reuse System during the whole development cycles. In this paper, the problem of existing reuse system methodology is analyzed. Also using this method Economy Statistics Program Reuse System(ESPRS) which supports all phase of software life cycles is designed. It appears that this ESPRS reduces considerably communication error of requirement specification between system-analyst and end-user.

The bioequivalence of generic fluoxetine tablet(Myungin Pharmaceutical Co.) to the fluoxetine tablet(Prozac^(ⓡ)), Lilly Korea Co.) as a reference drug. Single dose of 60 mg fluoxetine was administered to 24 healthy male volunteers in a balanced, randomized crossover design with a washout between the two study periods. Blood samples were collected up to 72 hours and plasma concentration of fluoxetine was measured by well validated HPLC. Pharmacokinetic parameters were analyzed by non-compartmental analysis and ANOVA test was used for the statistical analysis of parameters. No statistically significant formulation, period, or sequence effect was encountered. Ninety percent confidence intervals of log transformed C_(max) and AUC_(t) were comprised in the stipulated 0.80-1.25 range. These results suggest that test formulation of fluoxetine is bioequivalent with the reference, both formulations in 60 mg tablet.

Single dose of 20 mg simvastatin was administered to 20 healthy male volunteers in a balanced, randomized crossover design with a washout between the two study periods. Blood samples were collected up to 12 hours and plasma concentration of simvastatin was measured by well validated LC-MS/MS. Pharmacokinetic parameters were analyzed by non-compartmental analysis and ANOVA test was used for the statistical analysis of parameters. No statistically significant formulation, period, or sequence effect was encountered. Ninety percent confidence intervals of log transformed C_(max) and AUC_(t) were comprised in the stipulated 0.80-1.25 range. These results suggest that test formulation of simvastatin is bioequivalent with the reference, both formulations in 20 mg tablet.
구리 결합 펩타이드의 발현에 의한 대장균 균체의 구리 함량 증가

감자 polyphenol oxidase의 구리결합지역 DNA와 histidine 다량 함유 인공 펩타이드를 암호화하는 DNA를 대장군 벡터에 각각 클로닝하여 발현시킨 후 대장균 내의 구리함량 증감을 조사하였다. Polyphenol oxidase의 구리 결합지역 DNA를 포함하는 PROCBpET32 벡터를 함유하는 균주의 경우는 벡터를 함유하지 않는 대장균 대조구보다 오히려 구리함량이 약간 감소하여 약 600ppm의 값을 보여주어, 감자 polyphenol oxidase 구리결합지역의대장균 내에서의 발현이 구리 함량 증가에 기여하지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 반면에 한 개의 hexahistidine 단위 DNA를 포함하는 pET28a 벡터 함유 대장균 균주를 kanamycin 미첨가 배지에서 배양한 경우에는 구리 함량이 약 2,500 ppm으로 높게 나타났다. 한편 hexahistidine 9개로 구성된 polyhistidine을 암호화하는 DNA를 포함하는 pET-his 벡터 함유 균주를 kanamycin 미첨가 배지에서 배양한 경우에 구리함량이 약 3,200 ppm으로 나타나, 하나의 hexahistidine 단위만 발현하는 균주와 비교하여 구리함량이 약 30% 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. Cloning and expression of copper-binding peptide gene in E coli was carried out to enhance the copper-chelation capacity. E. coli was transformed with pET vector containing the copper-binding region of potato polyphenol oxidase gene and polyhistidine-coding DNA, and the copper content of E. coli harboring each vector was measured. No increase in intracellular copper was observed in E coli harboring PPOCBpET32 vector, which contains DNA for polyphenol oxidase copper-binding region. Intracellular copper content of E coli harboring pET28a vector, which contains one hexahistidine unit DNA, was 2,500 PPM after culturing without kanamycin, whereas E. coli harboring pET-his vector, which contains nine hexahistidine unit DNAs was 3,200 ppm.

This study was undertaken to isolate and identify the gram positive bacterial flora in the rumen of Korean native goat. The results which were obtained in this experiment are as follows : 1. The gram negative cocci which were isolated are Veillonella alcalescens, Megaspharea elsdenii and Quin's Oval. The M-VS medium and PMS medium could be used successfully as a selective medium for the isolation of Veillonella and Megasphaera in the rumen, respectively. 2. The gram negative rods which were isolated are Bacteroides ruminicola subsp. ruminicola, Bacteroides ruminicola subsp. breuis, Bacteroides succinogenes, Fusobacterium necrophorum, Butyriuibrio fibrisoluens, Succinimonas amylolytica, Selenomonas ruminantium and Clostridium clostridiiforme. The CC-NBGT medium and FS medium could be used successfully as a selective medium for the isolation of Bacteroides and Fusobacterium in the rumen, respectively.
