강릉연안 홍조 긴잎돌김(Porphyra pseudolinearis Ueda)의 원형질체 분리

Two kinds of enzymes solution, capable of degrading the cell wall of red alga Porphyra psuedolinearis Ueda, were prepared from the abalone acetone powder and alkaline hemicellulase. Selected vegetative fronds(3cm) were washed thoroughly in sterile seawater. These blade pieces was kept overnight in an antibiotic solution, and used for isolated protoplast. The vegetative tissue was pretreated, cut into small pieces and soaked in 10% papain solution, and then the small pieces of tissue were incubated in tube containing 5ml of 10% abalone aceton powder solution and 0.01% alkaline hemicellulase solution(MES buffer and pH 6.0) respectively. Protoplasts were removed from the enzyme solution by filtration through a 40μm nylon mesh followed by centrifuge. Yields of protoplasts was higher in alkalin hemicellulase solution(6.0×106/0.1g) than in abalone acetone powder solution(5.4×105/0.1g).

Recent sequential pattern mining algorithms mine all of the frequent sequences satisfying a minimum support threshold in a large database. However, when a frequent sequence becomes very long, such mining will generate an explosive number of frequent sequence, which is prohibitively expensive in time. In this paper, we proposed a novel sequential pattern algorithm using only closed frequent sequences which are small subset of very large frequent sequences. Our algorithm extends the sequence by depth-first search strategy with effective pruning. Using bitmap representation of underlying databases, we can obtain a closed frequent sequence considerably faster than the currently reported methods.

Purpose : Spinal cord injury is one of the most devastating states of infirmity encountered by today's health care professional. Historically, urologic complication have been the major source of morbidity and mortality among spinal cord injury patients. The main objective in management of neuropathic bladder is the preservation of renal function because the renal deterioration is the most serious problem of neuropathic bladder. We investigated risk factors for renal dysfunction in neuropathic bladder from spinal cord injury. Materials and methods : A total 36 spinal cord injury patients of neuropathic bladder with voiding dysfunction was evaluated by urodynamic study and we analyzed the risk factors associated with upper urinary tract deterioration. Results : In cases of spinal cord injury, detrusor external sphincter dyssynergia and high detrusor pressure were risk factors of upper tract deterioration. Conclusions : In management of neuropathic bladder, the abnormalities of individual lesion-specific urodynamic parameters(detrusor sphincter dyssynergia, low compliance, high detrusor pressure) should be factored into the assessment of upper urinary tract deterioration.

An important requirement for Electronic Cash protocol is a anonymity fo the user. Electronic cash structured by a digital stream use blind signature, a special signature scheme, to get bank's signature guaranteeing user's privacy. The concept of blind signature scheme was introduced by Chaum and its numerous variants are proposed. In this paper we propose a new blind signature drive from a variation of the KCDSA. It is a blind KCDSA signature scheme with message recovery and useful in electronic cash protocols. Also its security equal the KCDSA.

本 硏究는 古里 原子力發電所 연안의 排水口에서 거리가 멀어지는 구역에 따라 海藻群集의 種組成과 季節變化를 파악하기 위해 1987-1989년에 걸쳐 조사가 이루어졌다. 배수구에 가까운 近接구역(0-50m)의 種豊度는 溫排水 放出量이 증가함으로 감소되었으나 납작파래(Enteromorph compressa), 분부챗말(Padina arborescens), 작은구슬산호말(Corallina pilulifera)과 무절석회조류(melobesioids) 종은 對照區에서 보다 배수구에서 풍부하게 나타났다. 中間구역(50-200m)에 서식하는 불레기말(Colpomenia sinuosa), 고리매(Scytosiphon lomentaria), 미역(Undaria pinnatifida), 둥근돌김(Porphyra suborbiculata)과 개서실(Chondria crassicaulis)은 늦봄에서 초여름 기간 동안에 廣域구역(8km)에 비해 더 일찍 쇠퇴하였는데 이는 水溫上昇과 水溫變動의 頻度가 높게 나타났기 때문이었다. This study was conducted to find out the species composition and seasonal changes of marine algal communities with increasing distance from the thermal discharge in the coast of Kori Nuclear Power Plant during 1987-1989. The species richness of communuities in near-field region(0-50m) at the discharge decreased as thermal effluent increased. Despite this, Enteromorph compressa, Padina arborescens, Corallina pilulifera and melobesioids, were abundant at the outfall area than the control area. Colpomenia sinuosa, Scytosiphon lomentaria, Undaria pinnatifida, Porphyra suborbiculata, and Chondria crassicaulis in mid-field region(8km) between late spring and early summer. This was due to the elevated water temperature and high frequency of water temperature.
