The purpose of this dissertation is to reveal the aspect of Son Chang-seob’s Shin-ui-hui-jak as an autobiographical novel. Shin-ui-hui-jak has been used as a primary reference which must be dealt with in the study of Son Chang-seob’s litulature. Previous studies showed a tendency to treat the main character and the author Son Chang-seob presented in this work by the same person and extract the shape of a real artist from the main character’s abnormal personality and shocking experience. However, this study noted the writer consciousness that produced the controversial work Shin-ui-hui-jak, not like previous studies that eventually converge into psychoanalytical methodology. This study tried to purpose a new critical view under the premise that Shin-ui-hui-jak is also a fiction just like other stories. Shin-ui-hui-jak shows it’s character as an autobiographical novel from the introduction. If the autobiographical novel can be defined as a kind of confession, the confessional narration on the story exposes ugly and freakery shape of ego plainly which is distinct from usual confessions. The main character proves that the authority of society and system is nothing more than an illusion by his own existence as a ‘Superflous man’. He is portrayed as a person who has no will to enter the society. Son Chang-seob damages the authority of literature, literaty world and social position of writer by naming it’s character his real name. The narrator in the story plainly expose the other than self. In this process, the narrator, that is Narrating-I takes the subject of telling position which can realize and expose his ugly shape. He never be ashamed or penitent while he confesses the fault and unusualness of Narrated-I. His confession rather takes attitude of show-offish exposure, and attacks the inherent deception under the reader and social community which is presupposed to be listening the confession.

The untimely death of Shin Hae-chul (b. 1968) in 2014 is an incident whose full significance we have yet to grasp. After spending his teenager days as a rock kid in Dobong district of Seoul during the 1980s, shin became a succesful pop star in the late 1980s. Then he formed N.ex.T, one of the most influential rock bands in the mid-1990s. From then on, he also positioned himself as a spokesman of liberal politics through his critique of South Korean society. This paper traces Shin’s geographic mobility and decodes the meanings of different places in Seoul (Jongro, Yeouido, and Gangnam) and London where he had studied music. By examining his practices in different places, the paper highlights the moments of his struggles in popular music and beyond. Shin Hae-chul’s creativity lies in the communicative value and intensity of his performance.

근골격계 질환은 임상에서 가장 흔하게 접할 수 있는 대상의 하나로 그 진단과 평가가 매우 중요하며 여러 가지 진단기기와 평가방법이 이용되고 있다. Thermography는 기존의 진단기기와 달리 질병의 기능적인 측면을 평가할 수 있다는 점과 통증과 같은 주관적인 표현을 어느정도 객관화할 수 있다는 점에서 임상적 가치가 고려되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 국내외의 임상 논문을 대상으로 근골격계 영역에서 Thermography의 활용 동향을 고찰하여 진단적 가치를 확인하고자 하였다. Thermography는 척추신경병증, 근막동통증후군, 말초신경병증, 반사성 교감신경 이영양증, 레이노 증후군, 악관절 장애 및 일부 기타 질환에서 적용되었으며, 대부분의 질환에서 보조적인 진단기기로 활용가치가 있었다. 특히, 질병의 경과 관찰과 약물 및 기타 처치에 대한 효과 판정에 유용하였으며, 레이노 증후군 및 반사성 교감신경 이영양증과 같은 질병에서는 일차적인 진단기기로도 활용이 가능하였다. 향후 근골격계 영역에서 Thermography의 보다 폭넓은 적용을 위해서는 질환에 따른 적절한 촬영방법의 개발 및 결과 판독에 대한 객관성 확보가 있어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to assess the usefulness of thermography in patients with musculoskeletal disease. Thermography is noninvasive, easy to reading, objective and physiologic instrument by measuring and imaging infrared energy emitted from skin surface. Thermography can show the skin temperature changes in various conditions of the body with musculoskeletal disease. This literature review was done for the usefulness of thermography in diagnosing musculoskeletal disease. In conclusion, thermography was adapted in radiculopathy, NIPS, peripheral neuropathy, RSD, Raynaud's phenomen, TMJ dysfunction, etc. It was useful as a secondary diagnostic method in those diseases, also possible as a primary diagnostic method in RSD, Raynaud's phenomen. And, it might be reliable tool for estimating dlsease procedure and consequence after treatment. But, the objectivity of the reading and the development of the operating method are required for further adaptation in musculoskeletal disease.
정밀실측 디지털데이터를 적용한 경관 계획 및 조경설계도면 작성기법 연구

본 연구는 항공사진 촬영기법을 통한 정사영상 촬영과 도면작성 및 조경 설계분야에의 적용 가능성에 대한 실제 사례를 살펴보고자 진행된 연구로 경로비행 상태를 모니터링 한 결과 ±1m오차범위의 고도를 안정적으로 유지하며, Waypoint 지점에서 정확한 촬영이 이루어지는 점으로 보아 소형 UAV를 이용한 조경설계 정사영상 데이터 구축 및 도면제작이 효율적인 것으로 확인되었다. 첫째, 경로비행 결과 Waypoint를 따라 확보된 디지털 데이터를 3D 형태의 메쉬데이터로 구축한 결과 정밀한 DEM과 DSM을 구축할 수 있으며, DXF파일로 추출함으로써 수치지형도보다 정밀한 지형분석이 가능하였다. 둘째, RTK 측정 데이터와 정사영상데이터를 비교분석한 결과 3D 맵핑을 통한 디지털 공간정보 데이터의 신뢰성이 확인되었으며, 초소형 UAV를 이용하여 고해상 정사영상과 DSM 제작이 가능해지는 등 운용의 용이성과 장비의 기동성 측면에서 합리적인 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 정사영상데이터 기반 도면을 작성한 결과 일반 수치지형도보다 정밀하며, 종합적인 데이터의 구축이 가능해지면서 조경설계 분야에 즉시 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 조사분석 방법이 정밀하고 경제적이며, 지속적인 모니터링과 분석이 가능해지면서 3차원 지형정보 제공, 경관영향평가, 현상변경에 따른 변화예측 등 적용할 수 있는 분야가 다양한 것으로 보인다. This study was conducted to explore actual cases of the possibility that ortho image using aerial photography could be applied to the field of drawing and landscape design. As a result of monitoring the flight path status, it is confirmed that the construction of the ortho image data and the drawing of the landscape using the small UAV are efficient because the altitude of the error range of ±1m is stably maintained and accurate photography is performed at the waypoint. First, digital data obtained along the waypoint as a result of flight path can be deployed as mesh data in 3D form, enabling precise DEM and DSM to be built. If this is extracted as a DXF file, it is possible to perform a more precise topographical analysis than the digital topographic map. Second, the reliability of digital spatial information data through 3D mapping has been verified by comparing and analyzing RTK measurement data with ortho image data. Since high-resolution ortho image and DSM can be produced using small UAV, which are analyzed to be reasonable in terms of ease of operation and mobility of equipment. Third, as a result of drawing based on ortho data, it is possible to construct the data more precisely than the general digital topographic map, and it can be applied immediately to the landscape design field. In addition, as the survey analysis method is precise, economical, and continuous monitoring and analysis becomes possible, various fields can be applied such as providing 3D terrain information, landscape impact evaluation.

We introduce a cost-effective method that combines electroplating with metal cold working processes to manufacture compositetubes with robust corrosion resistance. First, a 3-step electroplating process was developed to form an adhesive anduniform Ag coating on the outer wall of a 304 stainless steel tube. The process consisted of a Ni-strike step for removing thepassivation layer of the initial 304 tube, Cu deposition for smoothing the surface by adding a buffer layer, and Ag deposition. To reinforce the interfacial adhesion between the electroplated layers and the 304 tube and increase the area of the Ag coating,a pilger rolling or pilger rolling + heat-treatment process was performed after the Ag electroplating process. Scanningelectron microscopy of the composite tubes after each process indicated that the as-deposited Ag coating changed fromhaving a rough to smooth surface after only pilger rolling and with additional heat treatment. Electron backscatter diffractionanalysis of the microstructures and textures of the tubes revealed that dynamic recrystallization occurred extensively duringpilger rolling, resulting in the formation of a relatively defect-free grain structure without heat treatment. Furthermore,electrochemical polarization curves determined that the Ag-coated composite tubes are superior to the uncoated 304 tubein terms of corrosion resistance under Cl−atmosphere, owing to the formation of a AgCl passivation layer during testing. Surface analysis of the composite tubes suggests that the properties of the AgCl passivation layer are related to the grainsize of the Ag coating and the density of plastic-deformation-induced defects.
요부수핵탈출증에서 Thermography의 진단적 가치

Objectives : Lumbar radiculopathy is a common disease in oriental rehabilitation medicine. It can be diagnosed by physical examination, plain X-ray, Myelography, CT, MRI, EMG etc. But those methods are not useful in observing the clinical procedure. Objectvie evaluating the clinical procedure is very important in treatment of lumbar radiculopathy. Mehthods : We studied the clinical efficacy of thermography in lumbar radiculopathy during conservative managements. We studied 36 patients with lumbar radiculopathy convinced by MRI. The had low back pain and radiating pain on one side. Thermography had taken before an after 4 weeks treatments, and compared with clinical procedure Results and conclusions : Thermography is not pertinent as a primary diagnostic method in lumbar radiculopathy, but useful in observing the clinical procedure. And it can be recommended as a objective evaluation for lumbar radiculopathy.

Plant tissue culture is an essential tool in biotechnology. However, tissue-cultured plants often exhibit variations that are either genetic or epigenetic in origin, termed somaclonal variations. Among these variations, DNA methylation is an important heritable epigenetic modification that plays a role in a wide variety of biological processes, including gene expression. In this study, we performed bisulfite sequencing of regenerated Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp. pekinensis) lines to identify DNA alterations induced by tissue culture. Sequencing data from each regenerated line were compared with reference genome sequences, and common differentially methylated regions (DMRs) were detected in the regenerants. To determine changes in expression levels of DMR-containing genes, we performed quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) of the target genes and PCR amplification with bisulfite-converted DNA. We identified DMRs between a non-regenerant line and regenerant lines and selected 10 DMR-associated genes that presented annotation information in Arabidopsis or Brassica rapa. Their expression levels were verified by qRT-PCR to determine the relation between methylation state and gene expression. We observed that genes positioned in DMRs significantly correlated with differential gene expression. We also observed similar methylation patterns in the selected DMRs by PCR-based methylation analysis. The results of this study are a valuable resource for the epigenetic analysis of regenerated lines, especially for Chinese cabbage.
