        신아세포종에 병발된 폐 색전증 1예 보고

        Wilms' tumor is the most common urinary tract neoplasm and one of the most frequent solid abdominal malignant tumors of childhood, usually diagnosed between the ages of 2 and 5 years. Typically, it is manifested as an asymptomatic unilateral or upper abdominal mass. Abdimonal pain after some traumatic incident, fever, anemia, hematuria and hypertension are other patterns of presentation. In a considerable number of these patients, pulmonary metastases are present at the time of primary diagnosis. But, the initial presentation of acute pulmonary tumor emboli without surgical manipulation is very rare. We describe a sudden unexpected infantile death case diagnosed as pulmonary tumor embolism preexisting Wilms' tumor. To our knowledge, this is the initial autopsy presentation of Wilms' tumor with tumor embolism as sudden and unexpected death in Korea.

      • 내장된 정적 메모리의 고장 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구

        While embedded memories contribute to enhanced process performance, they also complicate testability. The testing of embedded memories is a time consuming exercise, because accessing the memories from off-chip is difficult, if not impossible. Existing Logic Fault Simulators do not simulate embedded memory, but just simulate pin faults. It is believed that the testing of embedded memories are due to Built-in Self-test. In this paper, realistic fault models which can be occurred in real memory are considered first, then functional memory fault simulator for that fault models is implemented. Mathematical fault model is not considered, but realistic fault model is considered and data structure that is called "fault effect" is used for reasonable usage of memory for fault simulation.

      • 신경회로망을 이용한 적응제어 계통의 설계에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 신경 회로망의 학습 능력을 이용한 적응 제어기의 설계를 다룬다. 제어기설계에 있어서 신경 회로망은 직접 적응 제어기의 파라미터를 학습하는 역할을 한다. 기존의 적분 형태의 파라미터 갱신 규칙인 적응칙(adaptive law)은 플랜트에 외란이나 비선형 요소가 존재하는 경우에는 이들 성분들을 보상하여 제어기 파라미터를 적절히 추정하지 못하는 단점이 있기 때문에 비산형 함수 학습 능력을 갖고 있는 신경 회로망을 이용하여 제어기 파라미터를 학습하도록 하였다. 이러한 학습 능력에 바탕을 두고 설계된 제어기를 선형 플랜트 및 비선형 플랜트에 적용하였을 메의 시뮬레이션 결과는 신경 회로망이 플랜트에 존재하는 외란과 비전형 성분을 보상하면서 제어기 파라미터를 학습하고 있음을 보여준다. This paper deals with the design of an adaptive controller using the learning ability of neural networks. In the design of the controller, neural networks learn parameters of the direct adaptive controller. The conventional parameter update law(adaptive law) has a weak point that it cannot properly learn parameters of the controller in the presence of disturbances and non-linear components in the plant. Thus, in this paper, these parameters are learned by neural networks which have an ability to learn non-linear functions. The proposed controller, designed on the basis of this ability, is applied to linear plants and a non-linear plant. Simulation results reveal that neural networks can learn parameters of the controller in compensation for disturbances and non-linear components.

        Al₃Sc 나노 석출물이 ARB 가공한 Al-0.2 wt% Sc 합금의 고경각립계 형성에 미치는 영향

        The cold rolled Al-0.2 wt% Sc alloy sheets were pre- heat treated: (1) as solution treated at 630℃ for 1 hour and (2) as artificial aged at 300℃ for 5 hours, and the following accumulative roll bonding was conducted up to the 8 cycles at ambient temperature. The interconnecting boundary spacing of the aged alloys was narrow and maintained constantly at each ARB cycle. While, the spacing of solution treated alloy was relatively broad and decreased rapidly with increasing ARB cycles. The fraction of high angle boundaries in both alloys increased gradually with increasing equivalent strain, however the age-ARB alloys showed relatively higher fraction of HAGBs than the solution treat-ARB alloys at the same strain levels. And the former shows faster development of lamellar structure than the later. These variations are attributed to the fact that the nano-scale, semi-coherent A13Sc hinders the migration of dislocation. However, those precipitates cannot apply pinning effect sufficiently during static recrystallization above 350℃ because the driving pressure for recrystallization overcomes the Zener pinning pressure.       • 스캔 설계 법칙 검사에 관한 연구

        Since testing of digital circuit is becoming increasingly important, many methodologies have been introduced to enhance design for testability (DFT). DFT was taken into account in the automated test procedure and improved reliability of the design. Both tasks are well suited for scan rule checker. This paper presents a scan rule checker for gate level digital circuits. The scan rule checker deals with basic rule check, basic scan rule check, muxed scan rule check, clocked scan rule check and lssd. Scan design informations were represented in the configuration file and libraries were modeled for the scan rule checker. It is an efficient way for the design for testability methodology.

      • 제조업체 광물성분진의 총분진, 흡입성분진, 흉곽성분진과 호흡성분진의 농도

        This study was designed to estimate particle size distribution of airborne dust by an 8-stage cascade impactor, to compare concentrations of total dust by 37mm closed-face cassette with total dust, thoracic particle mass(TPM), inhalable particle mass(IPM) concentrations by an 8-stage cascade impactor and to estimate concentrations of respirable dust collected by cyclone in manufacturing factories. Total 85 sites in 44 factories were sampled from August 1, 1996 to December 31, 1997. The results were as follows: 1.The geometric mean concentration of total dust collected by 37mm closed-face cassette were 0.27-1.44 mg/㎥. The GM concentrations of total dust by impactor were 0.82-2.85 mg/㎥, of inhalable dust 0.63-2.24 mg/㎥, and of thoracic dust were 0.31-1.40 mg/㎥, respectively. 2.The analysis of particle size distribution showed bimodal patterns for almost all sampling sites studied. Geometric mean(GSD) diameters of the small mode were 0.515(1.577) ㎛ - 3.032(13.698) ㎛, while the large mode were 11.873(2.460) ㎛ - 19.774(2.606) ㎛, respectively. 3.The geometric mean(GSD) concentrations of respirable dust collected by cyclone were 0.08-0.46 mg/㎥. To evaluate health hazards from mineral dusts occurring in manufacturing industries, these results suggest the necessity of promulgating particle size-selective limit values and sampling methods such as IPM, TPM, and RPM.

        한국판 임상가용 아동 및 청소년을 위한 외상후 스트레스장애 척도의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구

        Objectives : This present study was conducted to explore the reliability and the validity of Clinician Administered PTSD Scale for Children and Adolescents Korean version (CAPS-CA) Mcthods : The Subjects were children and adolescents (8-13yrs) from different places: a certain elementary school, three orphanages, a general hospital, and two neuropsychiathc local clinics. Only subjects who experienced a catastrophic traumatic event were tested by CAPS-CA, CDI, RCMAS, and TSC. Rcsults : The range of correlations between item-criterion were .67-.84. The coefficients of internal consistency were .87. and test-retest reliability was .90, were all the coefficients in the proper range. Inter-correlations of CAPS-CA, CDI, RCMAS, and TSC scale showed significant correlation. TSC showed the highest correlation coefficient. CAPS-CA can be a useful clinician-administered diagnostic instrument for children and adolescents PTSD symptoms. Conclusion : The reliability and the validity of CAPS-CA were confirmed. CAPS-CA could be applied for diagnostic purposes of PTSD in children and adolescents.
