      • 심실보조장치 이식의 새로운 수술기법-Korea University Technique-

        고려대학교 흉부외과에서는 심실보조장치 이식에서 흉골 재절개(re-sternotomy)에 따른 합병증과 사망률을 감소시키기 위하여 우측 개흉을 이용한 독자적인 수술법을 개발하였다 (KU technique). 다양한 동물모델과 사체실험 및 임상적용을 통해 안정성과 유용성을 확인하였으며, 향후 좌심 및 양심보조장치 이식에서 표준기법의 하나로 제안하고자 한다. We have developed a new surgical technique (KU technique) of right thoracotomy for cannulation of ventricular assist devices, which can lessen potential morbidity and morta1ity from re-sternotomy. The technique has been proved to be safe and efficient in various animal models, preclinical cadaver fitting test, and human application. We would like suggest KU technique as a part of standard in implantation of left ventricular or hi-ventricular assist devices.

      • 전동차에서 단국 모니터 시스템 개발

        The objectives for this study is to develop the terminal monitor equipment of a monitoring system for the electric train car. This equipment collects the data of the operating status from the major machinery on electric train car. transfers the data to center monitor for displaying on the operating board, so that the operator can easily recognize the operating slate of the major machinery while the electric train is running. When an emergency occurs, it alerts the operator of any failures and gives him instructions by use of recording data from the machinery and transferring to center. As a resut of this study, we can expect that our deveolped system are very useful in the electric train car.

State-of-the art analysis of the PCM switching system for education. 2. System analysis and design of the PCM switching system for education. 3. Development of software for the PCM switching system's performance test. 4. Development of hardware for control system The PCM switching system is analyzed and, the designed to have module-based struchures for effective education. It can be used effectively for PCM switching system education especially control part.

        The evaluation of tourist's cultural experience just has recently discussed an issue for tourism academics. This paper was explored the concept and evaluating method of tourist's cultural experience. Based on the documentary study, this paper was surveyed the tourist's cultural experience through the field research and analyzed regression analysis through SAS program. In this paper I presents the findings the tourist was changed by cultural experience a little bit that includes the understanding of destination, learning culture of destination, experience of unusual culture, cultural change of tourists.

      • 利肝分水散이 Galactosamine에 의해 誘發된 白鼠 肝機能損傷에 미치는 影響

        利肝分水散의 galactosamine에 의해 야기된 백서의 간손상에 대한 해독능을 측정하기 위하여 利肝分水散을 전처지한 후 시험관내에서 과산화지질의 생성 및 간장의 지질과산화물의 함량 및 간장에서 항산화방지세(SOD)의 활성에 미치는 영향, 시험간내에서 xanthine oxidase의 활성변화 및 간장조직의 xanthine oxidase의 형전환 변화를 측정하여 유의한 결과를 나타내었는데 이는 利肝分水散의 利尿作用을 통한 독성물질의 배설을 촉진시킴으로써 세포나 조직의 손상 및 생체독성에 대하여 유의한 방어효능을 나타내는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to observe the protective effect of Leeganpunsusan on serum reaction and hepatic tissue in galactosamine treated rats. In this study, the experimenta1 rats divided three group(Normal, Control and sample group). Under the same condition, normal and control groups were administered water, sample group was administered Leeganpunsusan for 15 days. The last day, both normal and control of groups were injected to abdomen with galactosamine. The rates of lipid peroxide, SOD(activity) and xanthine oxidase(activity) were measured. The results were obtained as follows. Effects of the extract of Leeganpunsusan on the hepatic lipid peroxidation, xanthine okidase activity in VITRO, as compared with control group were significantly decreased with the level of concentration of extract prepared from Leeganpunsusan. In VIVO, the hepatic content of lipid peroxide, the rate of type changing(type D to 0) and xanthine oxidase activity were significantly decreased in galactosamine-treated rats. Effect of on the hepatic cytosolic superoxide dismutase activity was significantly increased.

      • 특수일 전력수요예측을 위한 신경회로망 시스템의 개발

        Conventional short-term load forecasting techniques have limitation in their use on holidays due to dissimilar load behaviors of holidays and insufficiency of pattern data. Thus, a new short-term load forecasting method for special days in anomalous load conditions is proposed in this paper. The proposed method uses two Artificial Neural Networks(ANN); one is for the estimation of load curve, and the other is for the estimation of minimum and maximum value of load. The forecasting procedure is as follows. First, the normalized load curve is estimated by ANN. At next step, minimum and maximum values of load in a special day is obtained by combining these two outputs of ANNs. The proposed method shows a good performance, and it may be effectively applied to the practical situations.

        한국어 중급 중국인 학습자의 어휘습득에 관한 연구

        This thesis is to study a characteristic about a Chinese learner of intermediate Korean language. For this purpose, I propose appearance frequency of each part of speech by using morpheme parser. And I also measure the appearance frequency and then propose example error sentence according to error cause. In this thesis I presume the cause of word en-or like followings: First on the intermediate grade there are so many words the learners meet for the first time that they cannot understand the meaning and usage exactly. Second, the error frequency of word learned from listening training is very high. Third, there are many error in the predicate of a sentence. This is why the learners can not tell between the transitive verb and the intransitive verb. nor understand a verb derivation such as passive verb or causative verb. Last, using avoidance strategy, the learners of Korean language do not construct assistant declinable word. So they avoid the possibility of error, Consequently the learner's usage of avoidance strategy causes the fluency to decrease.

        컴퓨터시스템의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 지속적인 발전에 기초한 인터넷서비스의 확산은 기존의 공간제한적이며 획일적인 교육시스템을 교육수혜자 중심의 다양한 교육서비스로 바꾸고 있다. 이미 문자정보나 데이터베이스 중심의 이론적인 특성이 강한 분야의 경우, 여러 교과목이 온라인을 이용한 사이버강좌로 개설되고 있으며 멀티미디어 기술의 개발과 인터넷 실현 속도의 초고속화는 다양한 교육컨텐츠의 활용을 가능케 하였다. 디자인분야에 있어서도 그러한 시대적 환경이나 새로운 교육적 트랜드는 다 분야와 다를 바 없으나 디자인분야 특성상 이미지를 구현하는 작업이 많은 교육과정을 어떻게 효과적으로 온라인화하는가가 컨텐츠 설계의 과제였다. 본 연구에서는 디자인교육과정 중 실습빈도가 높은 교과목을 사례로 교육목표 및 교육과정을 분석하여 온라인 컨텐츠화할 수 있는 요소와 Off-Line이 효과적인 요소를 추출하여 인터넷 웹서비스와 교실 수업의 병용을 통해 상호 보완할 수 있도록 디자인 교육의 효율적 운영방안을 제시하고자 하였다. The sustained developments in both hardware and software products and computer systems have accelerated the wide spread and fast evolutions of internet services. Such staggering developments in information technology including the internet services have considerably transformed the traditional education systems, which were uniformed and limited, into diverse multidisciplinary educational services, which, with their highly recipient-centered orientations, could cater to varying needs, interests, and levels of students. In such theory-oriented fields as determined by text-information or database, many on-line courses have long been offered. Especially the advancement in multi-media technology and the realization of internet superhighways have brought into our view many challenging experiments with various on-line educational contents. Industrial design is not an exception: it has been constantly adapting to the fast changing educational conditions while, at the same time, capitalizing on the current technological trends. Our primary task, in particular, in the area of design education has been to effectively build the on-line architecture of our educational curricula, the main property of which concerns image formation and production. In order to provide an effective and efficient design education in today's environment, this research suggests ways to successfully integrate the internet web services and off-line classroom settings. The paper analyzes the goals and methodologies of some individual courses where frequent laboratory classes are required, evaluates the goals that can be best fulfilled by on-line contents and off-line lectures respectively, and proposes a way to optimize the synergy effects of the on-line content architecture and off-line classroom lectures and experiments.

      • 제지슬러지 혼합탈수에 의한 하수슬러지 탈수성 개선에 관한 연구

        하수슬러지의 탈수성 향상을 위한 제지슬러지 혼합탈수에 대한 평가를 실시하였으며, 탈수보조제의 혼합비율의 증가에 따른 CST, 침강성, 탁도, floc 크기 및 강도, 탈수케이크의 함수율 측정을 통하여 탈수성을 비교하였다. 제지슬러지 적정 혼합비율은 30% 정도인 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 제지슬러지의 주요 구성성분인 CaCO_(3), Talc, Pulp가 각각 하수슬러지의 탈수성을 개선시키는 효과를 보였다. 그리고 이들 세 가지 성분이 합된 합성제지슬러지에 의해 가장 낮은 함수율의 탈수케이크를 얻을 수 있었다. Improvement of sewage sludge dehydration efficiency by mixing paper sludge was investigated in this study. Capillary suction time (CST) and Settling test, Turbidity, floc size, floc strength, water content were utilized to assess sludge dewaterability. Optimum mixture ratio of paper sludge was proved 30% in mixing disposal. Dewaterability of sewage sludge significantly improved when sewage and paper sludge mixed.
