      • 클러스터형 VOD서버에서 고가용성을 고려한 자체 복구 시스템

        While clustered VOD (Video On Demand) servers that have been proposed for building large-scale VOD system recently, have the advantages of high availability and scalability, the system level reliability of the clustered VOD servers could be decreased by adding more servers to scale up the capacity of the server. To alleviate this reliability problem and support server-level fault tolerance, this paper proposes and analyzes self recovery system based on RAID-3 and 4 with pipelining concept. The proposed self recovery system could increase the efficiency of the disk by accessing the disk with large size block as in RAID-4. The network resource could be used efficiently and the workload of memory could be decreased by sending data in small size block as in RAID-3. By introducing pipeline concept, the recovery tasks are processed at several nodes in parallel so that the workload in CPU, network, and memory could be distributed to several nodes.

      • 肉鷄後期飼料의 給與時期가 鷄肉의 理化學的 性質에 미치는 影響 : 貯藏期間別에 따른 pH, 保水性 및 軟度의 變化 Changes in PH, Water Holding Capacity and Tendness

        後期飼料를 3주령부터 조기에 급여한 broiler肉의 흉심부, 대퇴부 및 근위를 냉장온도(4℃)에서 저장한 후 저장시간의 경과(0,8,48,96,168시간)에 따른 pH, 보수성 및 軟度의 變化를 경시적으로 分析한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. pH의 變化를 보면 各 시험구의 部位間에는 통계적인 유의성이 없었고 저장시간의 경과에 따른 경시적인 차이를 보면 도살직후 6.68~6.77로 나타났으나 저장후 8시간이 경과될 때 pH가 5.67~5.76으로 급격히 저하되었으며 48시간이 경과되면서 부터 상승하여 이후는 서서히 회복되었다. 2. 保水性의 變化를 보면 各 시험구의 부위간에는 통계적인 유의성이 없었고 저장시간의 경과에 따른 경시적인 차이를 보면 도살직후 65.9~67.4%로 나타났으며 저장후 8시간이 경과될 때 흉심, 대퇴, 근위 모두 급격히 감소되었으나 48시간이 경과되면서 부터 증가되어 168시간 이후부터는 서서히 회복되었다. 3. 軟度의 變化는 흉심과 대퇴部位 근육에 비하여 근위가 매우 낮았고 저장기간의 경과에 따른 變化는 도살직후에 비하여 8시간이 경과될때 현저히 낮아진 후 48시간까지는 서서히 감소된후 168시간 부터는 회복되는 결과였다. 4. pH, 保水性 및 軟度等의 물리적인 性質을 究明한 바 각 처리區間에 통계적인 유의성은 인정되지 않았으며 3주령 부터 후기사료를 급여한 결과 pH, 보수성 및 연도 等에 영향을 미치지 않았다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the changes in pH, water holding capacity and tenderness as the passage of storing time(0,8,48 168 hr) after storing at 4℃ the meat cut 3 parts of leg, breast and gizzard of broiler-Hubbard at 9weeks fed early finisher diet from 3 weeks. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. In the pH changes during postmorterm storage, there were nonsignificant differences(p>0.05) between treatments. In the pH changes as storage time passed, pH immediately after slaughtering was 6.68 to 6.77 and the lowest with 5.67 to 5.76 when storage time passed 8hours and pH was again high after storage time passed 48 hours. 2. Though the changes in water holding capacity were nonsignificant differences(p>0.05) between leg, breast and gizzard meat. There was lightly difference as the storage time passed, pH immediately after slaughtering was 65.9 to 67.4%, pH of leg, breast and gizzard was decreased as the storage time passed 8 hours, but was increased as the storage time passed 48 hours. 3. The changes in tenderness were lower in gizzard in leg than breast. It was lower in the storage of 8 hours than immediately after slaughtering. After pH was gradually decreased to the storage of 48 hours, again increased from the storage of 168 hours. 4.PH, water holding capacity and tenderness analyzed in this experiment were non significant differences(p>0.05) between treatments and there was not the effect of finisher diet on the physical properties.

      • 승온시 Si₂H가스 주입을 이용한 저온 Si 에피택시에 관한 연구

        In this study, we studied on the low temperature Si epitaxy growth for Si epitaxial growth temperature below 650。C. Usually, the Si epitaxy films by chemical vapor deposition are crystallized to polycrystalline films due to a formation of SiO₂layer at the epitaxial Si/Si substrates interfaces. Formation of SiO₂layer on Si surface can be effectively prevented by flowing the Si₂H?? gas during the heating-up procedure for Si deposition. In this way, Si epitaxial layer onto (100) Si substrates was grown epitaxial layer during the post-deposition heat treatments. The suppression of surface BIO₂can be explained in terms of adsorption of SiH?? adspecies, instead of oxygen from residual gases in the reactors, to Si surfaces after desorption of hydrogen from H-passivated Si surfaces. Employing Si₂H?? flowing and epitaxial growth, high-quality epitaxial Si layer was the low temperature below 650。C without conventional high temperature cleaning procedures. And the crystallinity of epitaxial layer measured as deposition conditions using ultraviolet reflectance. AS this results, we could be aquaired process temperature region for high-quality low temperature Si epitaxial growth.

        치은연 하방으로 파절된 치아의 탈회냉동건조골을 이용한 Intra-alveolar transplantation

        외상으로 인하여 치아가 받는 여러 가지 손상형태 중 치관-치근파절이 나타나는 빈도는 영구치에서 5%, 유치열에서는 2%라고 알려져 왔다. 치조정 하방에 파절선이 존재하고 치수노출을 동반한 치관-치근 파절에서는 크게 두가지의 보존적인 치료방법이 있다. 첫째, 교정력에 의해 정출시키는 방법과 둘째, 치조와내에서 교합면 방향으로 재위치시키는 Intra-alveolar transplantation 등이 있다. 외과적 정출법은 1970년대에 소개된 이래로 교정적 정출법의 대안으로 많이 시행되고 있으며 높은 성공률을 가진 술식으로 여겨지고 있다. 본 증례는 외상으로 인해 상악 우측 중철치의 치수노출을 동반한 치관-치근 파절이 발생한 경우로 외과적 정출을 시행하기로 하였으나, 치근단 파절편의 길이가 짧아서 치아를 발거 후 회전시켜 재식하는 방법만으로는 파절선을 치조정 상방으로 위치시킬 수가 없었다. 따라서 치아를 발거한 후 파절편의 지지를 위해 치조와의 치근단부에 탈회냉동건조골을 이식한 후에 치근단 파절편을 노출한 후 suture splint를 시행하였다. 1년 3개월간의 관찰결과, 치조백선이 회복되고 정상적인 동요도를 보였으며, 염증성, 대체성 치근흡수 등과 같은 합병증은 발생되지 않았다. 주요어 : 외과적 정출, 탈회냉동건조골, 치관-치근 파절, 치근흡수

        The Dyeing processing, which can be a low-cost and easily application to production field was investigated by using some bathochromic agent and dyestuffs. The Δ L values and dye up-takes of threated several fabrics were investigated according to the dye concentration and pH of dyebath. The results were as follows : 1. The selection of bathochromic agent acts as important factor for improvment of bathochromic property of fabrics. 2. The pH of dyebath has a little effect on bathochromic effect. 3. In case of one bath treatment, the bathochromic agent has little effect on the improving bathochromic property of treated fabric. 4. The efficiency order of bathochromic effect is DTY + fila.> CVY > DTY and fabric structure is also effect on the bathochromic property of the polyester fabric.

        불연속적으로 흐르는 소하천을 위한 CAP 수질모델의 개발

        A simple water quality model was developed for discontinuous streams that often found in rural areas of Korea during the dry season. A stream is divided into completely mixed segments and plug flow segments and new headwater conditions can be set in junction elements to adjust when discontinuity occurs. Water quality prediction is often limited by availability of input data. While many existing model often require extensive amount of data that mostly not readily available, this model can be used for any pollutants with first order reactions. The first order reaction rate can be found from either experimentally or empirically. The model was successfully calibrated for the Gab Stream in Daejeon, Korea. The modeling results agreed well with results of QUAL2E model for the same stream.

        경기 일부지역 육용 양돈작업장의 분진 및 내독소 농도

        The aim of this study was to evaluate exposure to dust and endotoxin produced while working at swine confinement buildings. The dusts and endotoxin may cause adverse health effects on humans. Fourteen swine farms located at Yong-In, I-Cheon and Yeo-Ju of onggi-do were investigated. Husbandry workers form the farms were requested to wear personal sampler to measure respirable dust levels. Area samplings for total and respirable dust were also conducted at swine confinements buildings by season (summer under window open, winter under window close.) Gravimetric analyses and Limulus Amebocyte Lysate assay for measu- rement of dust level and endotoxin, respectively. The highest geometric mean (GM) concentration of airbome dusts was 7.47mg/㎡ for area respirable dust. and 10.35mg/㎡ for personal respirable dust. For respirable dust levels, seven farmers exceeded level of ACGIH, 3mg/㎥. The highest GM of endo- toxin was 5745.40 EU/㎥ for personal respirable dust. Significantly increased level of total dust (p〈0.001) and endotoxin in area total dust was observe with winter samples compared with those of summer. Area total dust and area respirable dust (r-0.622, p〈0.0001) was very significantly correlated in winter. Swine husbandry worker may have a considerable risk of ill health whenexposed to level of dust or endotoxin demonstrated at this study.

        현장 및 실험실의 실측을 이용한 CAP 수질 모델의 매개변수 산정

        Methods to estimate water quality parameters of the CAP water quality model were tested. First order decay coefficients for BOD, TN and TP were estimated for both CMF and PF reactors. Integration method was used to estimate decay rate coefficients for the pollutants except for the deoxygenation coefficient for BOD5 where the Thomas slope method was applied. Data were collected between Oct. 2001 and Aug. 2002 through field and laboratory tests. To increase accuracy of the results, triplicated samples were used. Also to evaluate seasonal effect, experiments had been conducted 11 times monthly during the study period. In general, decay coefficients for BOD and TP in PF sections tend to be smaller than those of CMF sections. Compensative action of settling and resuspension in PF sections seems to be responsible for these results. Decay coefficient for TN, however, seemed close to each other in PF and CMF sections. This is due to less absorptive characteristics of nitrogen to particulate matter. The results of this study can be used to increase accuracy of stream water quality model and this can be beneficial for rational decision making processes for stream water quality management.
