NiTi-형상기억합금 차동식 액츄에이터의 동특성연구

최근 전 세계적으로 초소형 정밀 기계 기술에 관한 연구 및 개발이 활발하게 이루어지면서 형상기억합금(Shape Memory Alloy : SMA)을 이용한 초소형 액츄에이터(Micro Actuator)에 관한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 형상기억합금을 액츄에이터에 응용하기 위해서는 동적 특성의 분석이 필수적이지만 지금까지의 연구에서는 형상기억합금의 물질 및 재료적 특성은 많이 보고되고 있으나 동적 특성에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 비저항(resistivity)이 큰 NiTi합금 와이어(wire)를 이용하여 나선형 스프링(helical spring)을 제작하여 디지털 힘 측정기(Digital force gauge)와 적외선 온도센서(Infrared themometer) 그리고 레이저 변위 센서(Laser displacement sensor)를 이용하여 이 NiTi 스프링의 힘의 크기와 반응속도, 온도와 변위를 측정하여 형상기억합금의 동적 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 형상기억합금을 이용하여 차동식 액츄에이터를 제작하여 그 동적 성능을 실험하였다. The dynamic characteristic analysis of SMA is necessary for actuator application and many common researches report the material characteristics of SMA sufficiently. However, the research on dynamic characteristics is very deficient. In this paper, the helical spring are fabricated with NiTi SMA wire of high resistivity. CNC 공작기계에서의 공구측정 시스템개발 및 평가에 관한 연구

머시닝센터를 이용하여 금형을 제작할 때 장시간 가공으로 발생하는 공구마모는 제품정밀도와 표면거칠기에 심각한 영향을 미친다. 이러한 이유로 측정정밀도를 향상시키기위한 고정밀, 고속 공구 마모 감시시스템이 필요하다. 일반적으로 툴프로파일을 측정하기 위한 기상측정시스템으로는 터치프로브와 터치센서가 널리 쓰이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공구마모로 인해 발생하는 공구직경오차를 보정하기위해 새롭게 개발된 전기 접촉식 측정시스템을 이용한 자동공구 보정시스템이 개발하여 이 시스템을 구동하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다. In this reason, tool-wear supervising system which has guaranteed high accuracy and high speed is needed to improve the measurement quality. Touching probe and touch sensor are widely used to measure the tool profile at on-machine measurement. In this paper, using the newly developed electric touch point measuring system, the Automatic Tool Compensation System is developed to correct the error of tool diameter resulted from the wear, and the operating method of this system is also provided.

본 논문은 외국인 이주 노동자들에 대한 목회적 돌봄을 베푸는 이들의 자기인식의 중요성을 해석학적으로 조명한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은, 첫째, 외국인 노동자들을 대상으로 하는 기존의 목회적 돌봄의 일단을 살펴본다. 둘째, 폴 뢰게르의 해석학적 틀을 바탕으로 선형적 돌봄의 모델의 기여와 한계를 살펴보고, 사회적 맥락을 고려한 보완된 변증적 목회적 돌봄 모델을 제시한다. 셋째, 보완된 해석학 체계에 바탕을 둔 돌봄을 베푸는 이들의 자기인식의 양상을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 이주 노동자들을 대상으로 하는 목회적 돌봄이 사회변혁을 포함한, 주도적이고 예방적 영역을 포괄하는 예언자적 자기인식에 바탕을 두어야 함을 제시한다.

A Brief Essay on the Alienated Self in the Degenerative Inner Space

The phenomenon of alienation has many faces regarding its origin and mode. Conventionally, alienation has been thought as the byproduct of dehumanizing socio-economic or socio-political system. It has been widely understood as socio-pathological phenomenon of a structural absurdity or evil. Other than this, the philosophical or the theological discourse also has considered its relational aspect with the essence of human existence or with God. Alienation is an estrangement from human authenticity beyond the limitation of human existence. However, another aspect that we should not forget is that alienation also has psychological dimension reflecting concrete conditions of human existence. Regarding this psychological dimension of alienation, the metaphor of space provides us a conceptual framework that helps us understand the meaning of alienation. A group of psychologists, such as Erik H. Erikson, D. W. Winnicott, Heinz Kohut, Alice Miller, and Christopher Bollas, pay attention to the importance of intrapsychic space regarding human wellness. Through this metaphorical frame of space, we can understand alienation as an intrapsychically degenerative space where an individual loses its capacity of autonomy, self-actualization, aesthetic experience, and empathy.

치유의 기호학적 함의: 찰스 샌더스 퍼스와 에릭 에릭슨의 논의를 중심으로

치유에 관한 고전적 정신분석의 이해와 견주어 볼 때, 인간 정신에 대한 해석학적 접근은 해석의 지평을 크게 확장한다. 특별히, 초기이해-설명-전이해 등으로 설명되는 리퀘르의 해석학적 틀은 프로이트 이래 정신분석적 틀이 오랫동안 견지해온 과학적 사유의 영역에서 해석학적 영으로 전환시킨다. 정신분석적 입장에서 볼 때, 치유는 기본적으로 한 개인의 삶의 경험을 통해 형성된 무의식의 요소를 의식의 영역에서 다룰 때 얻어지는 것을 의미한다. 한편, 리퀘르의 해석학적 관점은 한 개인의 삶의 경험을 해석하는 과정에서 이해를 통한 전유의 단계에 도달하는 것, 다시 말해 해석이 당사자에게 의미있는 것으로 받아들여 질 때 도달하는 것으로 치유를 해석한다. 하지만, 대상-표상-해석 등의 삼항성과 끊임없이 무한한 의미생성 과정을 함의하는 세이오시스의 관점에 근거한 찰스 샌더스 퍼어스의 기호학적 틀을 치유의 과정에 적용해 본다면 치유를 다르게 이해할 수 있다. 삶의 경험을 도상, 기호, 상징 등의 기호로 나타내는 의미생성의 과정, 즉 기호생성 과정에 나타나는 삶의 경험들에 관한 반성적, 순환적인 표상화 작업과 기호에 생래적으로 내포된 해석된 삶의 경험이 진정한 삶의 경험 즉 대상에 점진적으로 수렴하게 되는 상태가 곧 치유를 의미하게 된다. 여기에서 에릭 에릭슨의 한 개인의 종교적 경험을 설명하는 정신분석적 틀인 내적 공간은 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 치유의 의미에 대한 해석학적 접근은 한 개인의 자기 이해와 치유에 대한 미시적 이해를 갖는데 도움이 된다. 특별히, 기독교 상담자들이나 목회적 돌봄을 하는 이들에게 있어서 치유에 대한 기호학적 이해는, 치유를 위한 그들의 역할이 한 개인의 심리내적 공간 안에서 심리적, 영적 측면에서의 기호생성과정이 잘 이루어질 수 있도록 제반 여건을 마련하고, 기호를 통한 의미생성이 일어나는 한 개인의 심리내적 공간을 더욱 안전하게 만드는데 있다는 점을 시사한다. Compared to the conventional psychoanalytic understanding of healing, the hermeneutical approach to the human psyche drastically widens the spectrum of interpretation. In particular, Paul Ricoeur’s scheme of interpretation - naive understanding, explanation, and appropriation - shifts psychoanalysis from the scientific realm to that of hermeneutics. According to the psychoanalytic standpoint, healing basically indicates drawing up unconscious elements of an individual to his/her intrapsychic realm of consciousness. On the other hand, Ricoeur’s hermeneutical standpoint on healing implies arriving at the level of appropriation in the course of interpreting an individual’s life experiences. However, if we apply Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotic frame based on both tripartite phaneroscopy and semiosis to psychoanalytic counseling, it implicitly suggests that the convergence of interpretation via representation of genuine objects in the course of the sign-generating process as a meaning-generating process implies healing. Here, Erik H. Erikson’s psychoanalytic frame for explaining the grounds of an individual’s religious experience (i.e., inner space) plays a role as an intrapsychic field in which the meaning-generating process continuously occurs. This semiotic approach to the meaning of healing helps us get an idea of the microscopic side of an individual’s self-understanding and healing. In particular, for Christian or pastoral caregivers, this semiotic understanding of healing clarifies their role as facilitating the sign-generating process and securing an individual’s inner space.

A Pastoral Theological Essay on Alienation and Economic Vulnerability

본 논문은 비정규직 문제와 관련된 경제적으로 취약한 계층의 돌봄을 목회 신학적으로 조명하고, 이를 통해 신자유주의 경제질서하 사회-경제적 문제에 대한 목회적 돌봄의 실천적 적용 가능성을 살펴본다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 첫째, 거시적, 사회적 관점을 통해 기존의 미시적, 심리학적 접근에서 다소 소홀하게 다루어졌던 소외(Alienation)의 문제가 경제적 취약성(Economic Vulnerability)의 주제와 밀접하게 관련되어 있음을 규명하였다. 둘째, 경제적 소외계층에 대한 기존의 해방신학적 관점을 비판적으로 조명하여, 목회적 돌봄에 있어서 해방 의 주제가 화해를 포함한 평화의 주제로 발전적으로 전개될수 있음을 설명한다. 셋째, 비정규직 노동자들의 경제적 취약성과 관련된 소외의 문제에 관련 하여 목회적 돌봄은 `소외의 구조 안에서 희망의 고지(annunciation)`와 `소외의 구조와 메커니즘에 대한 고발(denunciation),` 그리고 `해방과 병행하는 화해 (reconciliation)`의 실천적 과정을 포함해야 함을 밝힌다.
