        3년제 간호대학 신입생의 자아존중감, 정서지능, 사회적 지지가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-esteem, emotional intelligence and social support on college adjustment in first year students in nursing. Methods: The participants were 270 first year nursing college students. Data were collected from September 5 to 12, 2011 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0. Results: A positive correlation was found between college adjustment and self-esteem as well as emotional intelligence. The strongest predictor of college adjustment was satisfaction with nursing as a major. In addition, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, age, club membership, frequency of contact with faculty, and satisfaction with school life accounted for 57% of variance in college adjustment. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that programs promoting satisfaction with nursing major and appropriate counseling and academic guidance for nursing students are important for college adjustment in college nursing students.

      • 정부조직의 팀제 운영에 대한 진단과 처방

        본 연구는 정부조직에서 현재 도입되어 운영되고 있는 팀제는 조직혁신자원에서 논의되어야 한다는 인식하에 초점집단면접(focus group interview: FGI)을 적용해 팀제에 대한 실태분석을 실시하였다. 또한 이러한 실태분석 결과를 기반으로 처방전략을 제시하여 궁극적으로 자율관리체제 또는 자율경영체제로서의 팀제가 되기 위한 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다. 정부조직의 팀제 운영에 대한 진단결과 현재 정부조직에서 도입하여 운영하고 있는 팀제의 문제점을 개선하고 효과성을 제고하기 위해서는 운영적 측면과 인사관리 측면에 대한 처방전략이 필요하며 특히 팀의 구성과 개인행태, 팀 리더의 리더십, 목표의 공유와 팀원간 협력, 성과보상 및 인사관리와의 연계 조직특성과 조직문화에 대한 처방전략이 필요하다. Almost all the departments such as ministry of governmental administration and home affairs(MOGAHA) have adopted team-based system in 2005, and it was spread to local governments However, team-based system showed many conflicts and problems because of unfitness with bureaucracy while introduced and operated to governmental departments This paper discussed the workings of team-based system in government and analysed the reason it approaches to FGI Also this paper suggests team-based system that the autonomic management system through the diagnosis and prescription It needs to solve the problem of the governmental team system that organization culture, team structure, individual behavioral, leadership of team leader, ownership of goal, member cooperation, the connection of performance management and personnel management.

        고등학생의 성폭력 경험과 인식

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the cognition and experience of sexual violence and to present the influential factors of the cognition of sexual violence. The subjects were 835 high school students living in Kwangju and Chonnam. The data analysis used Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, F-test, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings is as follows; 1. There are meaningful differences in the experience of sexual violence between male and female adolescents. 2. There are meaningful differences in the cognition of sexual violence in sex, sex-role attitude, experience of obscene materials and sex education. 3. The variables which affect cognition of sexual violence is sex-role attitude, sex and experience of obscene materials that were explained about 10%.

      • 비인강폐쇄부전 환자의 언어교정을 위해 발음 보조장치를 이용한 증례

        VPI occurs when the velum and lateral and posterior pharyngeal wall fail to separate the nasal cavity from the oral cavity during deglutition and speech. There are a number of congenital and acquired conditions which result in VPI. Congenital conditions include cleft palate, submucous cleft palate and cogenital insufficiency (CPI). Acquired conditions include carcinoma of the palate or pharynx and neurologic disorders. The speech characteristics of VPI is characterized by hypernasality, nasal air emission, decreased intraoral air pressure, increased nasal air flow, decreased intelligibility. VPI can be treated with various methods that include speech therapy, surgical procedures to reduce the velopharyngeal gap, speech aid prosthesis, and combination of surgery and prosthesis. This article describes four cases of VPI treated by speech aid prosthesis and speech therapy with satisfactory result.

      • Verticillium sp.가 생산하는 cellulase의 정제 및 그 성질

        The cellulase of verticillium sp. was purified to investigate its some properties. The enzyme purification was carried out by ammonium sulfate fractionation, and column chromatography of Sephadex G-50, G-100 and DEAE Sephadex A-25, with its specific activity increased to 17 fold. The molecular weight was estimated to be 46,000 by gel filtration. The optimum pH and temperature were pH 7 and 50℃, respectively. The enzyme was stable over the range of pH5-7 at 50℃ for 1 hour. But half of its activity was lost after 2 hour. The km value was calculated to be 1.2mg of CMC/㎖.

      • HIV-1 Non-Nucleoside 역전사 효소 억제제의 생물학적 활성과 3차원 구조사이의 정량적 상관관계(3D-QSAR) 연구

        본 연구에서는 AIDS라고 잘 알려진 후천성 면역 결핍(부전)증후군(Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome)의 치료제로 사용될 수 있는 NNRTIs(Non-nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors)에 대해, 3D-QSAR방법으로 이들의 약리단(phrmacophore model)을 정의하고자 한다. NNRTIs는 HIV의 유전물질이 건강한 세포로 옮겨 갈 수 없도록 역 전사효소에 달라붙어 DNA합성을 방해함으로써 HIV의 증식을 막는다. 이들의 대표적인 화합물들은 HEPT(Hydroxyethoxymethylphenylthiothymine), TIBO(tetrahydroimidazo-benzodiazepinone), Nevirapine 등으로, 이들이 이번 연구에 사용된 화합물들이다. 지금까지의 연구에서는 이들의 결합 모형을 각각 연구 해 왔지만 X-ray 구조를 보면 NNRTI들이 역 전사 효소의 결합부위와 상호 작용할 때 유사한 입체구조를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이번 연구에서는 이러한 사실을 확인하기 위해 3D-QSAR 방법을 이용하여 NNRTIs 각각의 약리성 자리와 3차원 입체구조를 X-ray 구조와 비교, 분석하였다. 마지막으로, 이렇게 해서 얻은 활성가설을 하나의 '분자 체'로 이용하여 National Cancer Institute(NCI)의 AIDS관련 화합물들로 이루어진 데이터 베이스를 검색함으로써 선도물질이 될 수 있는 구조들을 검색해 보았다. A definition of pharmacophore for the NNRTIs(Non-Nuceoside Reverse Transcripase Inhibitors) was carried by considering a 3D-QSAR model. HEFT (hydroxyethoxy -methylphenylthiothymine), TIBO(tetrahydroimidazobenzodiazepinone) and Nevirapine among NNRTIs were used in this study. Pharmacophore models generated for the NNRTI binding pocket have been usually limited so far to a single class of compound. But NNRTIs have all been shown by X-ray crystallography to share a common binding location. Then, these inhibitors seem general similar conformation when bound to the pocket of RT. It has been confirmed that the similar interactions between the three class inhibitors have been shown by superimposing of pharmacophore models. The 3D-pharmacophore models as molecule sieve was applied in NCI database in order to find the potent inhibitors. The results provided a good basis to design new inhibitors of HIV-1 RT.

      • 근적외선 분광분석법을 이용한 당화혈색소의 측정 및 혈당측정과의 관계

        Measurement of hemoglobin A_(1c) (glycated hemoglobin) has been recommended for the long-term assessment of glycemic control in diabetic patients. Near infrared spectroscopy and partial least square (PLS) regression were applied to the quantitative analysis of physiological hemoglobin A_(1c) (Hb A_(1c)) level from diabetics. Standard errors of calibration (SEC) and standard errors of prediction (SEP) was 0.69, 0.85, respectively. Calibration R value for calibration and prediction was 0.8882, 0.8834, respectively. We suspected Hb A_(1c) as a critical influence factor on non-invasive blood glucose measurement, because it is formed by the irreversible combination of glucose with the N-terminal of a β-chain. The study was carried out in diabetics by PDA type NIR spectrometer with a fiber optic probe. PLSR and error grid analysis (EGA) were applied to determine only blood glucose level and HbA_(1c) compensated-blood glucose level. Calibration result of glucose level including HbA_(1c) was better than the other. It showed probability of non-invasive HbA_(1c) measurement and reliability of non-invasive blood glucose monitoring accuracy.

      • Perovskite 전이금속 산화물 Li_(0.33)Sr_(0.34+x)Sc_(x)Nb_(1-x)O₃, Li_(0.33)Sr_(0.34+x-y)Sc_(x)La_(y)Ta_(1-x)O₃의 Lithium 이온전도 특성

        새로운 비양론적 페로브스카이트(perovskite) 전이금속 산화물 Li_(0.33)Sr_(0.34+x)Sc_(x)Nb_(1-x)O₃, Li_(0.33)Sr_(0.34+x-y)Sc_(x)La_(y)Ta_(1-x)O₃을 고체 합성법으로 고온합성 하였다. 이들은 모두 정방형 구조를 갖고 있으며, 조성에 따라 단위세포와 A-자리 공극의 농도 및 공유결합성의 변화를 보여준다. 이들의 이온전도도는 300-770K 영역에서 AC-impedence 측정법으로 측정되었다. 이들이 상온 전도도는 10^(-5)Scm^(-1)정도를 나타내었고, 온도가 증가하면서 10^(-2)Scm^(-1)정도까지 증가하였다. 이러한 전도도의 변화는 화학결합 특성, 공극율 및 단위세포의 크기와 연관지어 이해할 수 있었다. New non-stoichiomtric perovskite oxides Li_(0.33)Sr_(0.34+x)Sc_(x)Nb(1-x)O₃ and Li_(0.33)Sr_(0.34+x-y)Sc_(x)La_(y)-Ta(1-x)O₃ were directly prepared by solid-state thermal reaction. As prepared samples show the simple cubic structure and a small variation of lattice parameter, the vacancy concentraticn and bond character with the composition. The ionic conductivity were determined around 10^(-5) Scm^(-1) near room temperature but increased up to 10^(-2) Scm^(-1) with temperature. The conductivity behavior has been discussed in relation with the variation of chemical bonding, the vacancy concentration and the effective volume of unit-cell of the lattice.
