        송욱 시에 나타난 자연과 생명

        This paper is written under the premises that Song Wuk’s four collections of poetry emlxxiy the idea of 'principle of Tao' and ‘body of Tao.’ and that their metonymy. wruch include nature. body. life and universe, are regarded as the focal point of comprehending and solving problems. Song Wuk is a poet who approached the process of writing as a highly intellectual attitude. However. it was trus attitude that made rum realize the limitations of the intellect. especially that of the Western culture. He then discovered that beyond the realm of intellect exist the fundmental principle that governs the world, which exists in the vital forms of life. nature, body and universe. Based on such discovery. his poems carry certain significance in the rustory of Korean poetry. First. far from merely being one of many contemporary poets, Song Wuk is one of those who follow the tradition of Korean poet such as Han Yong-Un. Sea Jeong- Ju, Jo Ji-Hun. Kim Gwan-Sik. whose works are based on the Asian idea of Tao. Second, the idea of Tao that he portrays in rus works sucessfully integrates the worlds of Taoism, Buddhsism and Yin and Yang. and focuses on the world of Taoism, nature rather than that of artificiality. This is the point where the idea of Tao embodied in his works diverts from that of Congucianism and Wang Yangming. Third Song Wuk's exploration of the nature, body, uniiverse, and life based on the idea of Tao coincides with the extensive discussions about our body and ecology that has taken place in Korea since 1990s. His poems are in effect their precedents that pioneered the movement. By uncovering such characteristics of Song Wuk's poetry, this paper will contribute to expanding the understanding of his works, which has mostly been confined to acknowledging his use of intellectual satires, ironies and experimental Ianguages. Furthermore, by acknowledging such nature of Song Wuk's poems, we can comprehend the complexity of his poems, and appreciate and assess them with a better structural understanding.

        불완전 전뇌 허혈후 소생의 백서 모델을 이용한 재관류 뇌혈류량과 허혈성 뇌조직 손상도와의 관계

        Background: Experimental data indicate that low-flow reperfusion following prolonged cardiocirculatory arrest may aggravate early cerebral microcirculatory reperfusion disorders. We investigated the influence of cerebral reperfusion flow change to the ischemic histopathologic damage of brain tissue after incomplete forebrain ischemia in rats. Materials and method: Anesthetized Sprague-Dawley rats were undergone ligation of both internal carotid artery by microvascular clamp for 10 minutes. After release of the clamp, reperfusion was started with several different flow levels (0, 10, 20, 30, 50, and 100%) of internal carotid artery comparing to pre-clamping phase using flowmeter. After 15minutes of reperfusion, rat brains were prepared by perfusion-fixation with 3% formaldehyde. Under light microscopic examination of Hematoxylin-Eosin stained tissue slide, histopathologic damage was examined at cortex, putamen, and hippocampus regions. Categorical hisotopathologic damage scores were derived in each regions by manual counts of ischemic neurons. Result: The histopathologic damage scores were 0, 10.2±0.5, 7.6±1.5, 5.9±1.4, 5.0±2.8, 3.5±0.7, and 1.0±0.0 in control, 0, 10,20, 30, 50, and 100% reperfusion groups, respectively(p<0.05). Conclusion: Our results showed significant increment of brain histopathologic damage scores along with decreasing amount of cerebral reperfusion flow after incomplete forebrain ischemia. We believe restoration of reperfusion flow to pre-ischemic level would be a critical component in attenuation of brain ischemic damage.

        경안면 괴사성 근막염 : 증례보고

        Necrotizing fasciitis is defined as infectious disease showing extensive necrosis of the superficial fascia with widespread involvement of the surrounding tissues and concurrent systemic toxicity. It is found commonly in the extremities, the trunk and the perineum, but shows extremely rare occurrence in the well vascularized area such as head and neck area. Occurred in the head and neck area, it is called "cervicofacial necrotizing fasciitis" (CFNF). It is a fatal disease which carries a mortality rate up to 60%. Early diagnosis, aggressive surgical debridement of necrotic tissues and massive antibiotics therapy are essential for achieving a favorable outcome. We present a case of cervicofacial necrotizing fasciitis in 35-year-old male patient with literature review.

        인삼첨가 Long Life면의 조직감과 관능적 특성

        인삼이 밀가루의 아밀로그래프에 의한 호화 성질과 파리노그래프에 의한 반죽 성질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 인삼첨가 LL면의 조직감과 관능적 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 밀가루에 대하여 인삼을 5.0∼10% 첨가하여 LL면을 제조한 뒤 면의 조직 특성 분석 및 조리시험을 하고 관능검사를 하였다. 인삼을 첨가하면 아밀로그래프의 호화개시 온도를 3.1℃ 지연시켰으며, 최고 점도를 40B.U 감소시켰다. 파리노그래프의 흡수율은 1.2% 증가하였으며, 반죽의 안정도는 인삼의 첨가로 2.0분 길게 측정되었다. Hunter L값은 인삼 첨가량이 증가할수록 낮아졌으며, Hunter a, b값은 반대로 측정되었다. 인삼첨가 LL면의 층밀림 압출력은 첨가량의 증가에 따라 높아져 10.0%의 첨가는 대조구 18.65(㎏f)보다 2.3(㎏f) 높은 23.95(㎏f)로 측정되었으며, 경도도 대조구보다 5.4(㎏f) 높게 측정되었다. 인삼첨가 LL면의 무게 증가는 인삼의 첨가량이 증가할 때 다소 높게 나타났으나. 부피 증가는 오히려 높게 나타나 조직이 다소 치밀한 것으로 나타났다 용출량은 인삼량의 증가에 따라 약간 감소하였다. 미생물은 인삼의 첨가량이 증가할수록 줄어들어서 장기 저장이 가능하였다. 관능 검사 결과는 인삼첨가 LL면이 4.2 및 4.0으로 비교적 좋은 점수를 얻었다. 이같이 LL면 제조시 인삼 첨가량은 7.0%의 수준이 효과가 컸다. The influence of ginseng on the paste or gelatinization properties by amylograph and mixing properties by farinograph of wheat flour, and on quality properties, color, cooking quality, textural and sensory properties, and reducing microbial population of LL (Long Life) noodles was studied. The contents of ginseng used were from 5% to 10% based on flour weight. The viscosity property of wheat flour with ginseng was increased the initial pasting temperature but the amylograph peak viscosity were decreased in vice versa. The farinograph absorption, stability and breakdown were increased by ginseng. The whiteness of LL noodles manufactured with ginseng was lower than that of control. The shear extrusion force and hardness of LL noodles manufactured with ginseng were shown much higher value than those of control. At cooking quality examination of LL noodles manufactured with ginseng, weight of cooked LL noodles was decreased but volume was appeared in vice versa. Extraction amounts of LL noodles manufactured with ginseng during cooking were much smaller than those of control. Total counts of microorganism of LL noodles manufactured with ginseng were decreased during storage at 30℃. Sensory properties of cooked LL noodles which was manufactured with ginseng showed quite acceptable. Based on the cooking and sensory evaluation test, addition of 7.0% ginseng to wheat flour may be suitable for processing LL noodles.

        The advanced technologies of the 4th industry are demanding a lot of changes in the manufacturing process and facility maintenance work site very quickly in various industrial sites in Korea. This study introduces the current status analysis and technology derivation research process for big data extraction, which is essential to apply the important smart factory technology of the 4th industry to the production manufacturing process and facilities in Korea. In particular, if facility automation for a smart factory has to be done in an extreme work environment where there are two or more different types of work or production equipment, very difficult elements exist. In this study, big data necessary to prevent failure of the current collector in charge of supplying large-capacity electricity in large crane facilities in the steel production and steelmaking process with a lot of dust and high heat sources and apply the technology to automatically maintain and manage problems The purpose of this study is to implement the extraction method and research contents together with pictures to enable field application.         가토에서 경정맥 이식을 이용한 요도결손 재건술

        There are several methods for the reconstruction of partial urethral defect, including split-thickness skin graft, full-thickness skin graft, and preputial flap and free flap. Despite partial success using these methods, most results are unsatisfactory due to frequent complications such as postoperative infection, fistula formation, hair growth and stricture. There have been several pioneering experiments in this field using autogenous vein graft and the results have been controversial. However, the fact that the endothelial lining is replaced by natural urethral epithlium is generally accepted as a positive effect of this method. This experiment was designed to identify the possibility of using vein graft for the reconstruction of partial urethral defect. Two different types of vein graft method were performed in a total of 20 New Zealand White rabbits with partial urethral defect. Firth, for the patch-graft group, a 1×1 cm rectangular vein graft was sutured at a defective area of the same size. Second, for the tubed-graft group, a vein graft segment 1 cm long was replaced at a segmental urethral defect of the same length. Histologic study was performed at three and eight weeks postoperatively in each group. The process of transitional ell epithelial replacement within the grafted vein was uniformly observed in both experimental groups at three weeks postoperatively. At eight weeks postoperatively, the epithelial replacement was almost complete and histologically undistinguishable. In the retrograde urethrogram performed after 8 weeks, the urinary flow in the patch-graft group was normal and showed no stricture, and two of five rabbits in the tubed-graft group showed partial stricture at the graft site. In conclusion, natural urethral epithelium was restored in grafted venous segments irrespective of the type of graft. Partial stricture was observed in 40% of the tubed-graft group while complete reconstruction was possible in the patch-graft group.

        교사의 다문화 역량의 강화 방안 연구 : 미술 교과를 중심으로

        국제화·세계화의 추세와 함께, 한국 사회는 유학생, 국제결혼, 외국인 근로자 등 국내 거주하는 외국인이민자의 수가 증가와 함께 다문화 사회로 급변하고 있다. 이러한 한국 사회의 인구 구성의 변화는 학교에서 다양한 문화적·민족적 배경을 가진 학생들의 수가 증가하고 있음을 의미한다. 소수의 다문화 배경의 학생들과 다수의 한국 학생들이 세계에 능동적으로 대처하고 자아실현을 할 수 있는 사회의 구성원으로 성장하도록 하기 위해서, 모든 학생들이 문화적으로 민감하게 반응하고 대처할 수 있는 능력을 육성하는 교육이 요구된다. 다문화 시대에 학생들과의 상호작용으로 교육을 실천하는 교사들의 문화적 역량이 학생들의 학교에서의 성공적인 학습경험을 이끌어 내는 데에 가장 결정적인 요인으로 작용한다. 본고에서는 다문화 시대에 요구되는 교사의 문화적 역량에 대하여 미술 교과를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 교사의 다문화 역량의 개념을 여러 학자들이 제시한 문화적 역량의 특성들을 통하여 살펴보았다. 다음으로, 미술 교육을 통해서 육성될 수 있는 다문화 역량과 미술 교육에서 요구되는 교사의 다문화 역량을 논의하였다. 마지막으로 교사의 다문화 역량 강화를 목적으로 한 외국의 교사 교육 프로그램과 현장 교사들의 다문화 역량 증진의 예를 제시하고, 교사의 다문화 역량 증진을 위한 시사점을 논의하였다. Along with the globalization of the world, Korean society has become multi- cultural in terms of the continuous increase in number of international students, international marriages, and foreign workers. The radical change of population of Korean society signifies the increase in number of the students with multi-cultural, ethnic background in schools. Education is needed for both a minority of students with multi-cultural backgrounds and a majority of Korean students, which helps promote the capability of the students to culturally respond to the world, and all of the students to reach self-realization in the future. It is culturally responsive competence of teachers that is the critical factor in leading to student' successful learning experience in schools. This study focuses on exploring cultural competence of teachers required to raise students cultural competence and responsiveness through visual arts. First, the concepts of cultural competence of teachers are investigated by centering on what scholars have studied. Next, the cultural competence of students fostered through visual arts and one of teachers necessary for teaching visual arts are discussed. Last, the examples of teacher preparation programs that are set up for nurturing teachers' cultural competence at universities and a community of practice of elementary art teachers are introduced as an exmplar to show how art teachers, cultural competence can be developed through participating in a learning community. And the indications for developing Korean teacher preparation programs are discussed.

      • Luminous Properties of Planar Lighting Devices Using Cs3Sb Photocathodes

        The Cs3Sbphotocathodewasformedby non-vacuum process technology and successive in-situ photocathode vacuum device fabrication was carried out in a process chamber. Performance test of the device was followed. Light emission from the devices was induced by photoemitted electrons, accelerated by an anode electric field that was shielded from the photoemitter surface. The luminescent characteristics of the devices were investigated by measuring the optical parameters as functions of applied anode voltages. The results showed the possibility to produce a more directable and easily controllable stream of light. These make the devices suitable for a variety of planar lighting applications.
