      • p-Anisaldehyde가 조골세포 분화에 미치는 영향

        p-Anisaldehyde is a natural fragrance extracted from Pimpinella anisum L., and used as a preservative. This study examined the effect of p-anisaldehyde on osteoblast differentiation. First, cytotoxicity tests were carried out after examining the concentrations that did not show toxicity to the cells. The expression of osteoblast differentiation marker gene was confirmed by RT-PCR and was not effective in the treatment with p-anisaldehyde alone. However, p-anisaldehyde decreased the expression levels of inhibitor of differentiation-1 (Id1), distalless related homeobox (Dlx5), and runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2), which are osteogenic differentiation marker genes, which are increased in osteogenic condition. alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity was also confirmed by ALP staining that p-anisaldehyde reduced ALP activity. These results show that p-anisaldehyde is effective in reducing osteoblast differentiation.

        Pancretic pseudocyst is a well-known complication of pancreatitis and may occur in unusual locations. Involvement of the left perirenal space and psoas muscle is rare. Radiologic findings and management of a surgically proven case of pancreatic pseudocyst extending to left perirenal space and psoas muscle is described.

        유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 유출모형의 매개변수 추정

        The genetic algorithm is investigated for parameters estimation of SED (storage - effective drainage) model from the Wi-stream watershed in Nakdong river basin. In the practical application of model. as a number of watershed parameters do not measure directly, it is desirable to make a good estimation from the known rainfall and runoff data. For the estimation of parameters of the SED model using the genetic algorithm, parameters of Green-Ampt equation(SM, K_(s)) for the estimation of an effective rainfall and initial storage(y_(in)) used in SED model are obtained a regression equation with 5, 10, 20 days antecedent precipitation. And as a consequence of computation, the parameters were obtained to satisfy the proposed objective function. From the comparison of observed and computed hydrographs, it shows a good agreement in the shape and the rising limb, peak, falling limb of hydrograph, so the SED model using the genetic algorithm shows a suitable model for runoff analysis in river basin.

        In this paper, we are proposed the multiplication algorithm that multiply each bit to be encoded the bit code over the finite fields ??. This algorithm is shown the features as follows; 1) if the index ⅰ of Pⅰis larger than 0 and less than m-1, the coefficients Pⅰof the multiplication result polynomial is obtained the result to be added all values of (??)mod2 which ⅰ equals the value of j plus k, and 2) if the index ⅰ of Pⅰis larger than m and less than 2m-1, the coefficients Pⅰ of the multiplication result polynomial is obtained the result to be added all values of (??)mod2 which ⅰ equals the value of j plus k. This multiplier is constructed for 2≤m≤5 and is implemented in PLA. It is applied to the extension of degree m over ??.

        This study was carried out to drive an ARF(Areal Reduction Factor) for converting point IDF(Rainfall Intensity-Frequency) to areal IDF. In Korea, though ARF was calculated in some river basins by several researchers, it has limit to apply to other regions due to low density of rainfall gauging station. In the study ARF has developed in Banbyeon Stream Basin by fixed-area method. The calculated ARF was appeared a general characteristics which it decreased as extension of return period, which it increased as prolongation of duration. And figures for variation ARF were presented to use it in Banbyeon Stream Basin and its applicability was analyzed.

        유한 요소법을 이용한 중소하천 유역에서의 이동호우에 대한 유출특성 분석

        In the rainfall-runoff relation, consideration of the spatial movement of storms is very important in designing a hydraulic structure or evaluating an environmental influence for land usage. Because of this reason, this study has suggested the finite element model which consider the spatial movement of a stome and it was applied on a small river basin(Wi stream basin). In the application of the model the basin was treated as a pivot point and the storms are simulated with movement in each directions. As a result, it shows that the storms moving from north to south have bigger peak discharge and faster peak time than the storms moving in other directions. So these characteristics have to be considered in the designation of a hydraulic structure or evaluation of an environmental influence.

      • 개수로 분류지점에서의 흐름특성에 대한 수치적 연구

        This study aims at the computation of a variation of flow characteristics of main channel for tributary outflow in open channels. Arid this study was analyzed the variation of flow depth and velocity in main channel for outflow direction. For this purpose, simulation are carried out for variations of 30°,60°,and 90°,degree and tributary outflow at junction using a numerical method. Results show that velocity ratio(v₂/v₁) decreases and flow depth ratio(h₂/h₁) increases for discharge ratio(Q₂/Q₁) of upstream and downstream when degree increases in junction.

        In this study, the correlation dimension and the largest Lyapunov exponent are used to diagnose whether some daily rainfall and stream flow data series are chaotic or not. And the time delay embedding method used to reconstruct an attractor from a time series. The analysis of daily rainfall and stream flow data series indicates the presence of some chaos.

      • 췌장 손상의 CT진단

        수술 또는 임상 소견으로 췌장 손상이 진단된 34명의 환자를 대상으로 하여 손상 직후 시행한 전산화단층촬영 소견을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 전산화단층촬영 소견상 췌장 실질 손상의 유무, 췌장 주위 액체 저류의 유무 및 위치, 전신막 비후, 동반된 장기 손상등을 알아 보았다. 34명의 췌장 손상 환자중 전산화단층촬영 소견상 췌장 실질내 병변이 관찰된 예는 22명(65%)이었고 췌장 주위 액체 저류가 관찰된 경우는 2명을 제외한 32명(94%)이었다. 액체 저류의 위치는 전신방강이 20예(59%)로 가장 많았고, 소낭이 16예(47%), 췌장과 비정맥 사이 14예(41%), 상장간막 정맥 및 동맥 주위 9예(26%), 위십이지장동맥 주위 1예(3%)였다. 전신막의 비후는 19예(56%)에서 보였다. 췌장 손상 환자의 35%에서 전산화단층촬영상 췌실질 손상이 관찰되지 않았고 췌장 주위의 액체 저류는 2예를 제외한 전례에서 관찰되었다. 그러므로 췌장 주위의 액체 저류를 관찰하는 것은 췌장 손상이 의심되는 환자에서 실질내의 손상 소견이 관찰되지 않거나 의심스러울 시 진단에 도움이 되는 유용한 소견으로 생각된다. We retrospectively reviewed the abdominal CT scans of 34 patients with surgically proven pancreatic injury or clinical pancreatitis after blunt abdominal trauma. The CT scans were analyzed for the pancreatic gland injury, presence and location of the peripancreatic fluid collections, Thickening of the anterior renal fascia, and associated injury. The pancreatic injury was identified on CT in 22 patients(65%), whereas peripancreatic fluid collections on CT were noted 32 patients(94%) who had pancreatic injury. The fluid was in the anterior pararenal space in 20 patients(59%), in the lesser sac in 16 patients(47%), between the pancreas and the splenic vein in 14 patients(41%), around the SMA & SMV in 9 patients(26%), and around the gastroduodenal artery in 1 patient(3%). Thickening of anterior renal fascia was seen in 19 patients(56%). Pancreatic injury was not observed on CT in 35% of patients with such injury, whereas peripancreatic fluid collections on CT were noted in 94% who had pancreatic injury. The presence of peripancreatic fluid is a helpful CT finding for the diagnosis of pancreatic injury after blunt abdominal trauma.

      • Budd-Chiari 증후군 : 1례 보고 A Case Report

        하대정맥의 막성폐쇄로 인한 Budd-Chiari 증후군은 비교적 드문 질환으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 우상복부 동통을 주소로 내원한 환자에게 방사선학적 검사와 임상적으로 확진된 하대정맥의 막성폐쇄에 의한 Budd-Chiari 증후군 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고 하고자한다. The Budd-Chiari syndrome is a rare, often fatal illness resulting from hepatic venous outflow occlusion. It occurs secondary to intrinsic vascular thrombosis, tumor invasion, or rarely a congenital web. We report a case of primary Budd-Chiari syndrome with membranous obstruction of inferior vena cava, with a brief review of literature.
