예산시스템의 상호작용적 이용, 환경혁신 그리고 환경성과 간의 관계

[연구목적] 오늘날, 환경문제에 대한 대응과 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 혁신이 함께 강조되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 예산시스템의 상호작용적 이용, 환경혁신 및 환경성과의 관계를 실증분석한다. [연구방법] 연구목적을 달성하기 국내 400대 제조기업의 관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 회수된 97부를 통계분석에 사용하였으며, 가설 검증을 위해 PLS 프로그램을 이용하였다. [연구결과] 연구결과, 예산시스템의 상호작용적 이용이 환경혁신과 환경성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 환경혁신은 환경성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 이러한 연구결과는 예산시스템을 상호작용적으로 이용하는 것이 환경혁신과 환경성과의 증대에 기여할 수 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 이는 지속가능한 혁신과 환경규제 비용 절감 및 생산성 향상 등을 이루기 위해서는 선행적으로 예산정보와 예산프로세스를 의사소통, 토론 및 주의집중을 위해 사용할 필요가 있음을 보여주는 것이다. [Purpose] Today, the innovation to secure a competitive advantage and the response to environmental problems are emphasized together. In this study, the relationship between the interactive use of the budget system, environmental innovation and environmental performance is empirically analyzed. [Methodology] To achieve the study objectives, the questionnaires were distributed to the managers of 400 domestic manufacturing companies. The returned 97 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. The PLS program was used for hypothesis testing. [Findings] As a result, the interactive use of the budget system had a significant positive effect on environmental innovation and environmental performance. It was shown that environmental innovation had a significant positive effect on environmental performance. [Implications] These findings show that the interactive use of the budget system can increase environmental innovation and environmental performance. This shows that to achieve sustainable innovation, environmental regulation, cost reduction, and productivity improvement, it is necessary to use budget information and budget process in advance for communication, discussion and attention.
디파이(De-Fi) 기술의 이해와 활용 -금융 서비스를 중심으로-

본 논문은 최근 블록체인 기술을 활용한 디파이 기술(De-Fi, Decentralized Finance)에 대하여 살펴보았다. 디파이 기술은 기존 금융시스템 대비 접근성을 향상시키며, 거래 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 분산된 신뢰 구축을 통해 탈중앙화 금융 플랫폼의 발전을 이끌고 있다. 이를 통해 본 연구자들은 향후 디파이 기술이 탈중앙화 서비스 모델의 새로운 기반이 될 수 있다고 판단하였다. 본 연구에서는 특히, 블록체인 기술이 가져오는 탈중앙화, 접근성, 투명성이 높은 디파이 기술의 도입을 금융 서비스 분야를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 블록체인 기술로 인해 신성장동력을 얻은 분산형 금융 서비스는 디파이를 통해 서비스의 제공 범위를 넓힐 수 있으며, 금융 서비스 혁신을 장려하면서 이해관계자들에게 새로운 기회를 창출할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 디파이 개념의 이해를 바탕으로 기대효과 및 활용방향에 대하여 살펴보았다. 금융 서비스 시장에서의 관심도가 높아지고 있는 디파이 기술을 올바르게 이해하고 선제적으로 적용하기 위해서는 개념을 제대로 이해하고, 활용할 필요성이 있다. 이를 통해 금융 시스템의 새로운 영역으로서, 탈중앙화 금융 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델의 가능성을 보여주면서, 금융시스템 혁신을 위한 신기술로 성장할 가능성에 대해 이해하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. This paper is a study about decentralized finance(De-Fi) making use of the latest blockchain technology. Decentralized finance technology improves accessibility compared to existing financial systems, reduces transaction costs, and leads the development of a decentralized financial platform through the establishment of distributed trust. Because of these reasons, the researchers considered that decentralized finance could become a new foundation for a decentralized service model in the future. In this study, research was conducted on the high decentralized, accessible, and transparent decentralized finance technology focused on the financial service field. Decentralized financial services, which have gained a new growth engine through blockchain technology, can expand the scope of service provision through decentralized finance. The services could also create new opportunities for financial service stakeholders by encouraging innovation. In this study, based on the understanding of the concept of decentralized finance, the expected effect and application direction were examined. In order to preemptively apply the decentralized finance technology, it is necessary to understand the concept and use it, properly. This allows to show the possibility of decentralized financial platform business model, and help understand the new technology becoming a innovation in financial system.

Numerous genetic and clinical factors influence the progression of rheumatoid arthritis and treatment response. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) have been associated with different treatment responses in TNF-α inhibitor users. This study aimed to determine if Tec protein tyrosine kinase (TEC), which belongs to the Tec family of non-receptor protein tyrosine kinases, is associated with treatment response in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. RA patients from three university hospitals were recruited, and clinical data were collected from electronic medical records. One hundred fourteen patients treated with TNF-α inhibitor were included in the analysis. SNP-response associations were evaluated using logistic regression. Among the five SNPs analyzed, rs1472971 and rs11727166 were statistically significant genetic factors of TNF-α inhibitor treatment response. This study provides genetic evidence that TEC polymorphism can be a prognostic marker in treating RA patients.

Bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (BRONJ) is a severe side effect of bisphosphonate, which is usually prescribed as a treatment for diseases such as multiple myeloma, bone metastases, osteoporosis, and Paget disease. To investigate the risk factors of BRONJ, we conducted a nested case-control study using the Korean National Insurance Health Service-senior cohort. Patients newly diagnosed with BRONJ were selected as the case group, while the control group included patients who were never diagnosed with BRONJ. A risk-set sampling method was used to select the control group using age, sex, the date of the first prescription of bisphosphonate, and follow-up duration. Of the 22,236 subjects, 4,455 were included in the case group. Arthrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, neuropathies, myocardial infarction, renal disease, cancer, liver disease, and tooth extraction were associated with a higher incidence of BRONJ than subjects without such conditions (aOR, 95% CI: 1.58 [1.47-1.71], 1.46 [1.30-1.63], 1.31 [1.20-1.42], 1.23 [1.01-1.49], 1.36 [1.10-1.68], 1.27 [1.12-1.45], 1.63 [1.10-2.43], and 1.64 [1.53-1.76] respectively). In conclusion, of the factors examined, we confirmed that liver disease and tooth extraction were related to an increased risk of BRONJ.

For modern people who sit for a long time in daily-lives, back pain is a critical disease. The back pain is closely related to bad posture, but there are limited systems to monitor sitting posture. Moreover, those systems have some shortcomings to be used in daily-lives. Wearing inertial measurement unit bothers the user’s natural movement and motion camera needs wide-open space. In this study, we proposed a method to estimate sitting posture based on ground reaction force that could be measured without wearing sensors or the need of large space. We modeled the upper-body as a multi-segment rigid body and developed several assumptions, and ten subjects participated in the sitting test with various postures to verify our model. The results showed sitting trunk angle could be reasonably estimated based on GRF under straight posture condition. It implies that the proposed method could be functionally suited as a posture monitoring system.
