        The purpose of this study is the plastic characteristics in architecture of Gerrit T. Rietveld focused on early works. Gerrit T. Rietveld was furniture designer and architecture that played an active part in De Stijl. And he was famous for De Stijl's member with Piet Mondrian and Theo van Doesburg. Specially, early works of Gerrit T. Rietveld influenced a plastic methods by De Stijl. The results of this study are as follows. Gerrit T. Rietvel tried developing composition of the three dimensions space to abstract painting. As a result of his try, probably the first actual building to embody the full range of De stijl formal, spatial and iconographic intentions was therefore the Schröder House. Gerrit T. Rietveld expressed 'dematerility' to architecture as well as furniture. So he could complete works of art including function.

        PCR-Restricition Fragment Length Polymorphism 방법에 의한 Borrelia burgdorferi Sensu Lato의 분류

        라임병의 원인균인 Borrelia burgdorferi에 대하여 각 균종의 표준균주와 진드기에서 추출한 DNA를 template로 PCR을 실시한 후 그 증폭산물을 Alu I으로 처리한 restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) 방법으로 각 균종의 연관성을 조사하고자 하였다. 표준균주로 RFLP를 실시한 결과 B. burgdorferi sensu stricto와 B. garinii의 RFLP 형태 (50 bp, 70 bp, 150 bp)가 유사하였으며 B.afzelii에서는 다른 RFLP형태 (50bp, 110bp, 150 bp)를 관찰하였다. 그 중 B. afzelii KK-1과 B. garinii HP1은 새로운 RFLP 형태를 보여 B. afzelii와 B. garinii는 각각 2 types의 subgroup으로 분류할 수 있었다. 진드기 DNA에서 는 B. afzelii를 포함한 각 균종에 대하여 모두 유사한 RFLP 형태를 보였는데, 진드기 DNA에서 확인된 B. afzelii는 KK-1과 같은 군에 속하는 것으로 사료되었다. For the classification of B. burgdorferi sensu lato strains, PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis was performed. PCR was carried out with B. burgdorferi sensu lato specific primer set (BB uni set), and amplicons of 470-bp DNA were digested with Alu I. The Alu I restriction polymorphism of the amplicons provided a useful tool for identifying B. burgdorferi sensu lato strains. Both amplicons from B. burgdorferi sensu stricto and B. garinii except HP1 strain showed identical RFLP pattern (50 bp, 70 bp, and 150 bp), but amplicons from B. afzelii and B. garinii showed two types of subgroups, respectively. The result of PCR-RFLP using extracted DNAs from ticks was similar to those patterns of B. burgdorferi species including B. afzelii.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the Carlo Scarpa's architectural characteristics focused on renovation. Carlo Scarpa is one of the very few contemporary designer to have shown his ability to think in architectural terms. Carlo Scarpa laid stress on recovery of history and place in renovation that are lost in Modern architecture. His architectural characteristics focused on renovation are as follows. 1. Carlo Scarpa used motive of traditional and modern at the same time. 2. He activated natural elements(light, water) by elements of architectural composition in renovation. 3. He took a serious view of regional context in renovation.

      • 미세 패턴에서 공정 여유도를 고려한 선폭 분석

        The linewidth variation with different process variables, such as exposure dose, thickness of PR, thickness of thin film, and the optical property of thin film, was studied for deep UV light and resist developed 0.25 μm isolated line pattern. We found that the PR thickness which gave minimum linewidth showed larger exposure latitude and smaller linewidth variation compared to the PR thickness which gave maximum linewidth. Thus it will provide better process latitude and smaller linewidth variation if we use this PR thickness.

        다중 중합효소 연쇄반응을 이용한 반코마이신 내성 장구균의 신속 검출

        일반적으로 임상검사실에서 vancomycin resistant enterococci(VRE)를 검출하는 일은 어렵고, 시간이 많이 들며, 검체처리 비용도 많이 든다. 따라서 본 실험은 임상검체에서 분리된 세균으로부터 VRE를 신속하게 확인하고, 진단하기 위한 방법으로서 다중 중합효소 연쇄반응을 확립하였다. 본 실험에 사용된 primer는 장구균에 특이한 유전자인 vanA, vanB, vanC-1, vanC-2/3각각의 염기서열을 기초로 primer를 제작하고, 다중 중합효소 연쇄반응을 실시하여 임상검체로부터 분리된 VRE 유전자의 type 및 분포율을 조사하고자 하였다. 국내에서 분리된 75주의 장구균을 대상으로 다중 중합효소 연쇄반응을 실시한 결과 36주의 분리균주에서 vancomycin에 대해 높은 저항성을 보이는 vanA 유전자를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 18주에서는 vancomycin에 낮은 저항성을 내성을 보이는 vanC-1또는 vanC-2/3유전자를 보유한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 실험에서 확립한 다중 중합효소 연쇄반응 기법은 신속한 VRE 진단 방법으로 이용할 수 있을 것이다. It is generally difficult, time-consuming, and expensive for the clinical laboratory to detect vancomycin resistant enterococci (VRE). The aim of this study was to develop and evaluate the multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay system as a diagnostic tool for the rapid detection of VRE from clinical samples and/or for the identification of VRE from the bacterial strains isolated from clinical specimens. Specific primers, designed from the nucleotide sequences respectively encoding the vanA, vanB, vanC-1, vanC-2/3 genes in enterococci, were coupled in a multiplex PCR assay system. With this multiplex PCR assay system, we investigated the incidence rates and types of VRE isolated from clinical samples. A total of 75 strains of enterococci were isolated in 3 general hospitals in Korea. Of these isolates, 36 strains showed a pattern of highlevel vancomycin resistance which associated with vanA gene, whereas 18 strains showed lowlevel vancomycin resistance associated with vanC-1 or vanC-2/3 gene. Thus, multiplex PCR assay method established in this study could be applied for the rapid detection of VRE.

      • 따돌림 예방 집단상담 프로그램의 개발과 그 효과

        본 연구는 학교 내에서 따돌림을 경험한 아동을 대상하는 따돌림 예방 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 알아보는 것이었다. 연구대상은 학교 내에서 따돌림을 경험하고 담임교사가 추천하는 아동 16명이었다. 이들은 실험집단과 통제집단에 각 8명씩 무선배치 되었다. 집단상담 형태의 따돌림 예방 프로그램은 따돌림 아동을 위한 개입 프로그램이 인지적 개입, 사회기술훈련, 자기규제훈련, 따돌림 보고 훈련, 그리고 자기주장훈련 등이 포함되어야 한다는 연구자들의 주장(Olweus, 1993; Sharp & Thompson, 1994; Curwin & Mendler, 1997; Mullin-Rindler, 1998; Elliot, 2000)에 근거하였다. 실험집단은 부산광역시교육청이 주관하고 부산학교상담학회가 주최하는 1주일에 2회씩 5주간 지속되는 집단상담 형태의 따돌림 예방 프로그램에 참여하였고 통제집단은 아무런 실험처치도 받지 않고 프로그램 시작 전후에 사전 및 사후 검사에만 참여하였다. 그 결과 따돌림 예방 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 협동, 공감, 주장, 자기통제 등의 사회기술이 향상되었다. 끝으로 연구결과가 상담에 주는 함의와 후속 연구를 위한 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.

        경막외 Morphine, Morphine 과 Nalbuphine 병용투여, Morphine 과 Droperidol 병용투여가 제왕절개술 후 통증조절에 미치는 효과에 대한 비교

        Effect of Epidural Morphine, Morphine with Droperidol and Morphine with Nalbuphine after a Cesarean Section Tong0Il Kim, M.D., Hye-Ja Kim, M.D., and Jung-Un Lee, M.D. Department of Anesthesiology, College of Medicine, Chungnam National University, Daejon, Korea Background: A number of recent reoprts have described the usefullness of the epidural injection of narcotics for the relief of postoperative pain. Morphine, an ??-receptor agonist, produces strong analgesic effects with side effects. Nalbupine, a ??-antagonist and ??-agonis, has an analgesic effect comparable to morphine with little side effects. The comparison of side effects and analgesic effects of epidural morphine with little side effects. The comparison of side effects and analgesic effects of epidural morphine alone and a combination of nalbuphine and droperidol respectively to morphine were sutudied in cesarean section patients. Methods: We divided 45 patients into 3 groups utilizing a two-day Boxter infusor in normal saline 100 ml at 2.0 ml/hr: Group M (n = 15) initially a 1 mg bolus + 2 mg/day of maintenance morphine. Group M + D (n = 15): initially received a 1 mg bolus + 2 mg/day of maintenance morphine + 1.25 mg/day of maintenance droperidol. Group M + N (n = 15): initially received a 1mg morphine bolus + 2 mg/day of maintenance morphine + 5 mg/day of maintenance nalbupine. The Analgesic effect was evaluated by a visual analogue scale (0-10) at 30 min, 4 hr, 12hr and 24 hr postoperatively and the incidence of side effects was observed too. Results: The average VAS scores are below 3 in all groups. In addition, there are no significant changes between groups. There are no significant differences in side effects between groups except sedation of patients is significantly (P < 0.05) high in group M + D. Conclusion: We concluded that the analgesic effect of epidural morphine, morphine with nalbuphine and morphine with droperidol are good in all patients and there is no significant difference even though there is a belief that a combination of nalbuphine or droperidol increases analgesic effects of morphine. Comparing the incidence of side effects in the three groups, the sedative effect of morphine with droperidol is increased significantly over the other two groups.intubation.       • 법랑아세포종에서의 p53 및 MIB-1 발현 : 임상 및 병리학적 요인들간의 연관성 Correlation Between Clincopathologic Parameters

        Thirty five patinets' paraffin embedded biops block , which was previously diagnosed ameloblastoma and obtained from oral and maxillofacial surgery dept. of pusan paik hospital and OMS dept of collage dentistry, pusan national university hospital, from January 1994 to march 1999, were performed immunohistochemistry with p-53 and MIB-1. On investigating the expression, correlation between clinical and histologic factor and correlation between prognosis and moleculopathologic property were examined. And we obtained the following results; 1. Age over forty, recurrence rate was 58.5%. 91.4% of the tumor was developed on mandibule, recurrence rate of maxilla area tumor was 66.7% On radiologic and histologic feature, multilocular and follicular type has high recurrence rate but no significance statistical difference was found 2. Expression of p-53 was 25.7%, When underage of forty. location on mandibule, multilocular and plexiform type, the expression of p-53 was somewhat higher and recurred cases of tumor, expression rate was 12.5%. 3. MIB-1 expression rate was 77.1%. When location on mandibule, unilocular, plexiform type tumor and previously recurred case, MIB-1 expression was 87.5% which was somewhat higher than no recurrence case of 74.1%. 4. 33.3.% of positive on MIB-1 have expression of p-53 and all p-53 positive case express MIB-1 positive. All p-53 positive case have high cell proliferation rate. From this result, age and location have closely related with the prognosis of tumor, histologic feature and MIB-1 expression has related with the prognosis of tumor. But p-53 has highly expressed on cell proliferation area, not closely related with the prognosis of tumor.

        비조작 자료의 조작 과정이 학습자의 지식 구성에 미치는 영향 -초등 사회과를 대상으로-

        비조작 자료와 사회과 지식 구성의 관계 규명을 목적으로 하는 본 논문의 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 비조작 자료의 조작에 토대한 사회과 수업의 결과는 첫째, 지식의 구성은 일차원적 지식에서 다차원적 지식 구성으로 발전하였다. 둘째, 학생들은 조작과 해석 과정에서 개념의 정의를 확인하고, 자료에 근거해서 생각하고, 타인에 해석에 대해 해석하려는 등, 비판적 사고력이 육성되었다. 셋째, 능동적이고, 맥락적으로 지식을 구성하며, 사회과를 즐거운 교과, 협동하는 교과로 인식하였다. 이 같은 특징과 더불어 사회과 지식이 비조작 자료의 수집과 조작, 그에 토대한 해석의 과정으로 거치면서 구성된다는 점에서 볼 때, 사회과다운 수업과 사회과다운 탐구는 비조작 자료의 조작에 토대한 수업을 할 때 가능해 진다고 할 수 있다. This study, on the relationship between un-manipulated learning materials and knowledge construction in social studies, can be summarized as follows: First, the construction of knowledge has proceeded from one-dimensional to multi-dimensional. Second, students have shown improvements in critical thinking; that is, they have defined concepts clearer, thought on the basis of materials, and reflected on others` interpretations. And third, students have constructed their knowledge actively and contextually, and thus experienced social studies as an occasion for intrinsic fulfillment and cooperation. In a nutshell, genuine inquiry and learning in social studies could be predicated on manipulation of un-manipulated materials; gathering, adaptation and interpretation of materials.

        유아특수교육 기관의 개별화교육프로그램 운영실태 및 개선 방안

        본 연구에서는 유아특수교육교사 8명과의 심층면담과 30개의 IEP 문서 분석을 통해, 특수교육진흥법 상의 규정과 유아특수교육 추천 실제에 따른 IEP의 질적 수준을 알아보았다. 연구결과 특수학급 교사의 경우 유치원 교육과정과의 연계가 부족한 IEP를 작성하여 운영하고 있으며, 개별화교육운영위원회는 실질적으로 소집되지 못하고 있고, IEP의과정에 보호자의 참여 정도는 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 대부분의 IEP 내용은 유아의 현 수행수준에 근거한 장 · 단기 목표의 기술을 제외하고는 상당히 형식적이고 제한적이어서 IEP 운영에 도움을 주지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 특수교육진흥법 상에 규정되어 있지는 않지만 실제 현장에서는 가족지원이 다양한 방식으로 이루어지고 있으며, 다학문적 팀의 구성과 구성원들 간의 협력은 교사에 따라, 또는 기관에 따라 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일반 유치원 프로그램의 일일 계획안과 IEP와의 연계, 발달적 교육과정과 유치원 교육과정과의 연계, 목표의 수정, 개별화교육운영위원회의 협력적 참여, 객관성 있는 수행 평가 면에서 유아특수교육교사들은 어려움을 나타내 보였으며, IEP 작성과 운영에 따른 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 표준화된 IEP 양식 또는 구조화된 IEP와 평가준거의 예가 제시된 IEP 모델이 필요한 것으로 교사들은 제안하고 있다. Various research has identified a number of problems with individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation among schools, including a lack of adequate teacher training, poorly developed team processes, minimal coordination with general education, and failure to develop measurable goals and objectives to evaluate child achievements. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality levels of IEPs implemented in early childhood special education (ECSE) settings based on recommended ECSE practices and requirements of the Korean Special Education Enhancement Act. Through an in-depth focus group interview with eight ECSE teachers from eight different programs and an analysis of 30 IEPs, the study investigated: 1) how regulations on IEP development and implementation of the Special Education Enhancement Act, specifically regulations on IEP team organization and implementation, parent participation, and IEP contents, are interpreted in ECSE programs; 2) how ECSE program professionals collaborate with families and how family supports are provided; 3) how a multidisciplinary approach is put into practice and effective levels of collaboration among IEP team members; 4) ECSE teacher suggestions for solving problems with IEP development and implementation, and for improving practices. The results indicate that special education classroom teachers of regular kindergarten programs develop and implement IEPs that are irrelevant to their curricular. IEP procedural deficits were found in the area of team process. It was found that the ECSE programs lack a multidisciplinary team approach when developing and implementing IEPs. Overall, parental participation was not ensured even though regulations require IEP teams to include parental requests in IEPs and implement their signed IEPs. Key personnel such as regular early childhood education teachers and therapists were found to be absent from IEP meetings. However, differences were found among the programs in the team process. Programs specialized only for young children with disabilities demonstrated higher levels of team approaches than those of ECSE programs in special schools and regular kindergartens. In this study, limited content of IEPs were found to be developed for young children with disabilities. IEP goals and objectives analyzed in this study were shown to be generally adequate, showing that children's levels of performance information and annual goals were congruent and that measurable goals and objectives were developed. During the in-depth interview, it was learned that ECSE teachers provide support to children and families, coordinating services in the community for children with disabilities. The results of this study also show that ECSE teachers in regular kindergarten programs have difficulties in linking IEP goals with their daily instructional plans as well as linking their general curriculum with developmental goals for young children with disabilities. Overall, teachers in this study demonstrated difficulties with modification of IEP goals, facilitating collaborative IEP team participation, and objective monitoring of IEP goals. They suggest that standards for IEP and structured IEP forms be developed. They also suggest that model IEPs be introduced by school districts. The findings of this study suggest that: 1) specific IEP procedures need to be mandated through special education laws and regulations in order to facilitate and monitor team approaches when developing and implementing IEPs in ECSE settings; 2) a coordinated service system is needed to provide comprehensive services to young children with special needs and their families; 3) there is an urgent need for comprehensive curriculum-based assessment tools that reflect various developmental aspects as well as diverse special needs and suggest assessment guidelines; 4) it is important to provide strong pre-service teacher education programs as well as in-service work shops for teachers in order to develope skills in developing meaningful IEP goals and objectives linked to curriculum and daily classroom routines; and 5) IEP model development research should be facilitated.
