The Mediating Effects of Team Efficacy between Shared Leadership and Performance

Purpose - The Purpose of this study is to empirically examine the direct effect of the shared leadership on the performance variables, and the mediating role of team efficacy between shared leadership and performances. The result variables were set as organizational performance and financial performance and set as team efficacy as a mediator. In addition, a group with high team efficacy will have a positive effect on various organizational performance. Based on these existing studies, we set hypotheses and demonstrate them positively. Research, design, data and methodology - We hypothesized as follows H1. Shared leadership I s positively related to performance through review previous studies. H2. Group efficacy mediates the positive relationship between shared leadership and performance. To verify the research hypothesis, the study collected a survey targeting 522 employees that is 3 employees each from 174 branches of a financial company. The proportion of males and females was 48.9% and 51.1%, respectively. The distribution of age was 42% in their 30s, 30.7% in their 40s, and 21.6% in their 20s. Finally, the number of years was the highest at 28.0% for less than 5 years. It was considered that measurement items used in this study had reliability. We measured shared leadership with instrument made by Hiller et al.(2006). Group efficacy was measured by questionnaire created by Guzzo, Yost, Campbell, and Shea(1993). Performance variables were measured by 2 items. Results - All variables showed a statistically significant correlation in terms of their relevance. The hypotheses were verified through multiple regression analysis. Conclusions - In the result on the influence of shared leadership, it showed that shared leadership had a positive correlation with team efficacy. It was also indicated that shared leadership had a positive impact on organizational performance and perceived financial performance. In the results of a mediating effect of team efficacy, it was indicated that in a relationship between shared leadership and organizational performance, and there was a mediating effect of team efficacy between shared leadership and perceived financial performance. Based on these findings, theoretical and empirical implications were discussed in details and the limitations and future direction of the study were suggested.
호텔 서비스품질 측정을 위한 QFD 기법의 적용에 관한 연구

This paper proposes an adaptation of quality function deployment(QFD) for substantial improving hotel services in service quality measurement of hotel industry. The adaptation of QFD is analyzed by the results are calculated at SERVQUAL service-gap model, derive suggestions from those involved in service procedures and service attributes in hotel. We performed analysis of question on travelers who put up at luxury hotels in Cheju-Do. Results from an empirical application of this QFD analysis were derived various suggestions about hotel service quality and could be presented substantial managerial strategies for hotel management.

최근 Mobile을 이용한 컨텐츠 및 정보제공은 일반 대중들에게 보편화 되고 있다. 이미 Mobile 환경은 단순 ‘휴대용 전화시장’ 이상의 의미를 가지고 있으며 특히 정보를 탐색하고 선택하는 도구로서 컨텐츠를 활용하는 소비자가 늘고 있다. 특히 소비자의 욕구의 다양화는 Hardware와 Software, 미디어, 컨텐츠의 개발과 컨버젼스를 가속화 시키고 있다. 관광정보는 관광상품에 대한 정보로서 관광객이 관광의사결정을 하는데 필요한 정보를 말한다. 이러한 정보가 밀착형 미디어인 Mobile을 이용하여 제공되는 방안들이 제시되고 있다. 그러나 최근의 Mobile 기술은 인텔리젼트 기준점 과 RTLS에 초점이 맞춰지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 모바일 관광정보를 이해하고 이를 제공하는 시스템 구현을 상기한 기술을 통해 제안하고자 한다. Having been speed development of information delivery using the Mobile, it is generalization. The Mobile has one of the importance for their information searcher as tool. It is widely recognized that tourism information can be defined as useful and reliable reference which significantly influence the traveler' decision-making. So, The paper presents pioneer and ongoing study of the method for the mobile tourism information system with RTLS and 2D Barcode.
