      • 固眞飮子가 galactosamine으로 유발한 흰쥐의 간중독에 미치는 영향

        최근 간질환에 대한 진단과 기술의 비약적인 발전에도 불구하고 치료방법론에서는 그 해결이 모호한 상태에 있다. 실험적으로 간중독을 유발시킨 동물에 약물을 투여하여 그 약화를 입증하려는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 이에 저자는 固眞飮子가 간독성의 완화효과에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 固眞飮子추출물을 투여한 흰쥐에 galactosamine으로 간독성을 유발하고 간조직내 glutathione과 과산화지질의 함량, 혈청중의 GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALT, LDH의 효소활성측정 및 혈청중의 bile acid함량을 측정하여 다음과 같은 유의한 결과를 얻었다. glutathione의 함량은 固眞飮子을 전처치한 실험군에서 유의성 있게 증가하여고, 과산화지질, 혈청중 GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALT, LDH, bile acid는 고진음자를 전처치한 실험군에서 유의성있게 감소하였다. The purpose of this study is to observe the protective effect of Kojinyumja on serum reaction and hepatic tissue in galactosamine treated rats. In this study, the experimental rats divided four group(Normal group, Control group, Sample A group, and Sample B group): Under the same condition, normal and contro1 group were administered water, sample A, B group were administered Kojinyumja for 8days. And then, Coth control group and Sample B group were injected to abdomen with galactosamine for 1day. The rates of glutathione, lipid peroxide, GOT, GPT, γ-GTP, ALP, LDH, and contents of bile acid level were measured. The results are as follows: The glutathione rate significantly increased in sample group, the others(lipid peroxide, G0T, GPT, γ-GTP, ALP, LDH, bile acid) significantly decreased in sample group.

      • 알루미늄 합금과 고장력 강판 접합을 위한 헬리컬 SPR의 단조공정 설계

        A self-piercing rivet(SPR) is a mechanical component for joining dissimilar materials. It is used for joining dissimilar material sheets such as aluminum alloy and steel. The self-piercing rivet directly pierces into sheets without drilling sheets beforehand unlike conventional rivets. However, the self-piercing rivet occurs buckling when piercing high strength steel. Therefore, a helical SPR which can pierce high strength steel sheet was designed. In this study, forging process was designed for manufacturing the helical SPR and simulated by using commercial FEM code DEFORM-3D. In the simulation of forging process for manufacturing rivet, process sequence, formability, forging load were investigated. The suitable forging process could be designed by comparisons of simulated results. Experimental trials have been carried out for same conditions as simulated ones. The simulated results agreed with the experimental ones. So, the analytic approach in this thesis is useful to save cost and time in the forging industry

      • Cisplatin과 Tobramycin이 白鼠 Corti器에 미치는 영향에 關한 電子 顯微鏡的 硏究 : Ultrastructural Study

        In order to study the morphological changes of Corti’s organ in the rat treated with cisplatin and tobramycin, thirty-three rats, weighing between 200∼250g, were used, and divided into 4 groups, i.e., 3 rats were used for control, and 30 rats were used for 3 experimental groups. Each experimental group was divided into cisplatin-treated, tobramycin-treated, and both cisplatin and tobramycin treated group with 10 rats. Rats were injected with a single dose of 7.7㎎/㎏ of cisplatin intraperitoneally and 50㎎/㎏/day of tobramycin for 2 days intramuscularly, respectively or both. Treated rats were sacrificed on the 3rd and 5th day after the first injection. Results were as follows; 1. Cisplatin-treated group: Outer hair cells of Corti’s organ were degenerated with the formation of vacuoles and appearance of lysosomes, however, inner hair cells showed mild vacuolization. 2. Tobramycin-treated group: NO pathological changes were found in Corti’s organ. 3. Combined cisplatin and tobramycin treated group: Outer and inner hair cells showed vacuolization, appearance of lysosomes, myelin figures and multivesicular body. There were also multivesicular body in the inner phalangeal cell and myelin figure in the Reissner’s membrance. 4. Degeneration of Corti’s organ in the combined treated group was more sever than those of the single cisplatin-treated or tobramycin-treated group. 5. NO pathological differences of Corti’s organ in duration of postinjection were manifested in any groups. It can be concluded that cisplatin induces toxicity to inner ear and cisplatin enhance toxicity more in continued treated with tobramycin.

        축 수직단면 형상정의에 의한 대형 스크류의 가공시 공구간섭검사

        In machining screws which are important members in mono pumps or progressive cavity pumps, CNC turning center with 3 axes is usually used. This soil of screw machining requires large amount of CL data points and rotational tools are used in machining. When working out the CL data points, consideration of possible tool interference is important in order to avoid undercut. This paper describes the checking methods of tool interference that could occur in the screw machining on the CNC turning center. First of all a specific shape of a screw cross-section that could commonly be applied to all screws was chosen, and then possible tool interference associated with that shape was identified. Checking method was mathematically developed and verified. This checking method will be utilized in the CAM system developed by the authors for screw machining on the 3-axis CNC turning center.

      • 한국지점 우량에 대한 확률강우량 산정에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 한국내 6개 지점에서 각각 25개 降雨期間의 地點雨量 資料集團을 대상으로 適正分布型 說定과 確率降雨量 算定方法을 연구하고 地點降雨의 水文統計的 特性을 밝힌 것이다. 대상 자료집단은 기본자료집단 150개와 5개 종류의 變數變換法으로 얻어지는 750개 變量集團을 合한 900개 자료집단들에 대하여 또다시 2개 종류의 階級區分法을 적용하여 작성된 總計 1,800개 자료집단에 달하다. 각 기본자료집단의 適正分布型을 設正하기 위하여 상술한 1,800개 자료집단들을 有意水準 5%로서 χ²-test method 로서 適合度 檢定을 실시하였다. 이상의 절차로서 얻어진 각 기본자료집단들의 適正分布型에 의거한 임의의 耐用安全値(耐用年數와 耐用安全率)를 고려한 경우의 確率降雨量을 구하는 方法을 解析的 方法(Y∼k method and ??∼Y method)과 圖式的 方法(Y∼k 相關圖 및 耐用安全率別 耐用年數 Tp와 再現期間 Tr, 相關圖를 개발하였음)으로 究明하여 提案하였다.

        This study analyzes the diagram of final concept, in order to establish a master plan for preparing a natural learning and experimental area in Bukchun and its surroundings, Gyeongju. The results could be summarized as follows. The stream of Bockan is the origin of Hyungsan River and it originates in the mountains of Banwon at 800m's length around Ulsan, Gyeongnam. It joins the streams of Choongli and Meonggae, and flows into Hyungsan river, passing through Gyeongju city, Naenam myon, Chunbook myon and Gangdong myon. The length of the river is extended to 62.2 km and to 11,166.80 ㎢ in area. Hyungsan river contains an important water resource for water supply, industrial service water, and agricultural service water for Gyeongju and Pohang city, but unsuitable polluted influents of water supply are due to contaminated increasing materials. The polluted stream normally dries out because of the lack of several side-streams, as a result of insufficient water during the dry season. All of the streams that flow into the East sea also suffer from lack of water, as the slope of those riverbeds is very severe, and the river rapidly drains out into the bay of Young-il. Bukchun showed that the speed of a funning fluid is very fast on a period of flood, but very slow in a period of water shortage about 0.02 m/s. This study is to investigate the its preservation method and suwater supply with ecology preservation and natural practical area in Buckhun. Also, it studies the agricultural service, and preservation water supply of Gyeongju. It was also investigated based on the diagram of final concept and master plan with culture environmental and natural practical area in Buckhun region.

        This study was done to investigate the distribution of disease, which belongs to the people who came to the Daejon Oriental Hospital for the examination of CVA. The results were as follows : 1. It shows the highest ratio in his 40's and in her 50's. 2. The Hypertension patient is 26% and 40's is the highest, by 35%. 3. The Obesity patient is 51% and 50's is the highest, by 57%. 4. The Diabet mellitus patient is 5% and 30's is the highest, by 9%. 5. The Hyperlipidemia patient is 44% and 60's is the highest, by 52%. 6. The Liver disease patient is 18% and 40's, 50's is the highest, by 21%. 7. Abnormal EKG patient is 39% and 60's is the highest, by 57%. 8. 16% patient have abnormalities in brain CT and 70's is the highest, by 42%. 9. 70% patient have abnormalities in C-spine series and 70's is the highest, by 85%. 10. 32% patient have abnormalities in Chest PA and 70's is the highest, by 99%. 11. Soyang type is 32%, Soyum type is 25%, Taeyum type is 43% and Taeyang type is 0%.

        獨活寄生湯이 galactosamine에 의한 白鼠의 肝損傷誘發에 미치는 影響

        肝疾患에 대한 診斷과 기술의 발전에도 불구하고 예방과 치료방법론에 있어서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 臨床的으로 널리 이용되고 있는 藥物의 毒性有無와 약물의 效能을 立證하기 위하여 실험적으로 약물투여가 肝損傷에 어떻게 작용하는지를 객관화하려는 연구가 여러 방면에서 활발히 진행되고 있다. 한의학계에서도 오랫동안 간손상과 관련된 실험적 효능 연구가 지속되어 다양한 연구자료가 있는 실정이다. 본 실험은 galactosamine에 의해 유발된 간기능손상에 독활기생탕이 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 보고이다. 肝장애를 일으키는 작용을 하는 약물인 galactosamine을 이용하여 간손상을 일으켰으며, 독활기생탕은 galactosamin투여 전후에 각각 공급하였다. 즉, 獨活寄生湯 蒸湯液이 galactosamine으로 誘導된 肝中毒에 미치는 영향과 獨活寄生湯 煎湯液이 체내 정상간대사에 미치는 영향을 관찰하고자 獨活寄生湯 煎湯液을 각각 흰쥐에게 전처치하고 galactosamine으로 肝毒性을 유발 시키면서 계속 獨活寄生湯煎湯液을 공급시킨 후 血淸中의 GOT, GPT, r-GTP, ALP, LDH, total bilirubin의 활성을 측정 비교하였던 바 유의한 결과를 얻었다. The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Dokhwalgisangtang aqueous solution on serum reaction in galactosamine treated rats. In this study the experimental rats divided five groups (Normal group, Control group, Sample 1, 2, 3 groups). Under the same condition, normal group was administered water, control group was treated galactosamine. sample 1 group was administered the Dokhwalgisangtang aqueous solution(200㎖/㎏ p.o) for 8 days and injected galactosamine (800㎖/㎏ i. p) for the last day. Then, rats were neglected for 8 days. Sample 2 group was treated as same as group A for the first 8 days. After then, rats were administered the Dokhwalgisangtang aqueous solution for further 8 days. Sample 3 group was administered the Dokhwalgisangtang aqueous solution (200㎖/㎏ p.o) for 16 days and were not injected galactosamine. The change of GOT GPT γ-GTP ALP LDH activity in blood serum. The obtained results are summarised as follows : 1. In the change of GOT GPT contents, as compared with control group, sample 1, 2 groups were significantly decreased. 2. In the change of γ-GTP contents, as compared with control group, sample 2 group was significantly decreased. 3. In the change of ALP contents, as compared with control group, sample 2 groups was significantly decreased. 4. In the change of LDH contents, as compared with control group, sample 1, 2 groups were significantly decreased. 5. In the change of total bilirubin contents, as compared with control group, sample 1, 2 groups were significantly decreased.
