      • 친환경농업 농가 컨설팅에 대한 반응 조사

        The interactions between Environment-Friendly Agriculture Research Center (EFARC) and farmers in Jeonnam Province area who have practiced environment-friendly agriculture (EFA) under guidances of EFARC were investigated through enquete. The enquete was conducted during July - September, 2010. One hundred and eighty nine farmers responded all inquiries among 200 farmers. The main results are summarized as follows: 1. Rice was the predominant crop grown by farmers (49%), and the next major was hot pepper (12%). Most farmers (95.3%) have practiced environment-friendly agriculture at the levels of no-pesticide (55.6%), lower pesticide (32.8%), and organic (6.9%). 2. Major motivations of practicing EFA are for the production of safe foodstuffs (52.6%) and for an increase of income (40.1%). 3. Around 3 quarters of the environment-friendly agriculture products are shipped through Nonghyup, the cooperative marketing. The price margin between ordinary agriculture products and EFA products was of 5~10% for 63.5% farmers, of 10~20% for 14.3% ones, and of 20~30% for 14.8% ones. 4. Bottlenecks for practicing EFA are in the order of the unstability of shipping price (34.9%), cultivation techniques (20.1%), excess labor input (19.6%), and control of disease and insect pest (18%). 5. It turned out that more than 90% farmers who have practiced EFA under guidance of EFARC recognized the consulting activities of EFARC as to be helpful for them. 6. Establishment of national organizations which are specialized in consultation for EFApracticing farmers has been suggested.

        같은 面間距離롤 갖는 한 面形인 다른 面들의 數로 定義 되는 多重度因子는 紹末回折賽驗에서 理論的인 强度計算을 위한 6個 因子 中의 하나이다. 이 論文에서는 各 Laue群에 대한 面 變換行列을 誘導하여 그 群에 있는 等價面 計算에 사용하였다. 各 Laue群에서 14가지 다른 種類의 面들의 多重度는 等價面들로부터 얻어질 수 있으며 그들을 한 表로 합하여 놓았다. The multiplicity factor, which may be defined as the number of different planes in a plane form having the same spacing, is one of the six factors for the theoretical intensity calculation in powder diffraction experiment. In this paper, the plane transformation matrix for each Laue group was derived and the matrix was used for the calculation of the equivalent planes in the group. The multiplicity factors for the fourteen different kinds of planes in each Laue group were able to obtain from the equivalent planes and they were summarized in a table.

        현대화 온실의 투자분석

        The number of modernized green houses have been increased to produce high quality and high-pay off farm products. The unit investment costs per pyeong(3.3058㎡) for building a glass house was estimated at 449 thousand won. On the other hand, the unit prices for the PC house with iron frame and the vynil house with automatic control system were revealed 365 thousand won and 93 thousand won respectively. The main objective of the study was to identify the financial feasibility of the green house investment prevailed in rural area. At present, some farmers have selected the green house without any consideration of profitability of crops and accessibility of their farming practices and technology. For the soundness of green house cultivation and management, the indices of finacial efficiency for the modernized green houses were necessary. The decesion making criteria such as NPV(Net Present Value), IRR(Internal Rate of Return), B/C Ratio and Payback Period were analyzed for the individual high investment facilities considering the present farmer's technology and on-farm benefits and costs. The results of the feasibility analysis of green houses were as follows: 1. In case of 100% private burden of the investment costs, NPV revealed only positive value for the vinyl house with automatic system and IRR for the house was also estimated at more than 10% and B/C Ratio was amounted to more than 1.0. On the other hand, the other glass and PC houses showed negative NPV and unacceptable B/C ratio and IRR. 2. In case of the following terms and conditions as 50% Government subsidy, 20% loans and 30% farmers burden of the total investment cost, all the green houses showed acceptable IRR. B/C Ratio and NPV. 3. The financial feasibility of the glass house was acceptable in tomato cultivation rather than in cucumber cultivation. The payback periods of cucumber were represented as 8.9 years for glass house, 8.5 years for PC house and 4.1 years for vinyl house with automatic system respectively. In conclution, the glass and PC house cultivation of high value vegetables were only acceptable under the Government subsidy and loan systems from the view point of farmer's financial situations. On account of the unacceptable economic rate of return, the government subsidy and loan policy for glass house cultivation should be transfered to the vinyl and pc houses in the future.

        시험관내 YAC-1 세포주의 방사선 및 항암제감수성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to aid in the prediction of tumor cell tolerance to radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. For this study, cell surviving curves were obtained for mouse lymphoma YAC-1 cell line using semiautomated MTT assay. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10Gy were irradiated at a dose rate of 210cGy/min using ?Co lrradiator ALDORADO 8. After irradiation, YAC-1 cell lines(3×10⁴cell/ml) were exposed to bleomycin or cisplatin for 1 hour. The viable cells were determined for each radiation dose and/or each concentration of drug at the 4th day. And they were compared to control values. The obtained results were as follows: 1. The surviving curve with gentle slope was obtained after irradiation of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 Gy YAC-1 cell line. 2. The cytotoxocity of bleomycin or cisplatin was increased significantly at all concentration of 0.2㎍/ml, 2㎍/ml and 20㎍/ml on YAC-1 cell line (P<0.01). And the cytotoxicity of cisplatin was greater than that of bleomycin at all concentration on YAC-1 cell line (P<0.01). 3. There were no significant differences of surviving fractions among 4Gy, 6Gy and 8Gy after irradiation of each radiation dose with 2㎍/ml of bleomycin compared with irradiation only on YAC-1 cell line. 4. There was significant difference of surviving fraction between 2Gy and 10Gy after irradiation of each radiation dose with 2㎍/ml of cisplatin compared with irradiation only on TAC-1 cell line (P<0.05). 5. There were significant differences of surviving fractions between the groups of irradiation only and the groups of irradiation with 2㎍/ml of bleomycin or cisplatin at all doses of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10Gy on YAC-1 cell line (P<0.05).

        This paper considers the problem of designing optimal output-feedback controller for discrete-time linear time-invariant systems with time delayed output. The new control law is defined by instantaneous output and time delayed output. The output responses were more improved by the new control law than that of the instantaneous output control law. To analyze the systems with time delayed output, the way is presented that transforms output time delayed systems into instantaneous output systems. The algorithm for simulation and a numerical example is presented.

      • 태화강 및 울산 연해역의 수질 오염도 조사연구(III)

        울산지역의 수질에 대한 오염도를 조사하였다. 시료는 울산의 인접해역 및 대화강의 24개 지점과 수도물 지하수 등 모두 26개의 지점에서 채취하였으며 7개의 중금속 성분을 포함하여 모두 24개 항목에 대하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 중금속 성분의 경우 납이 강물 및 해수에서 3∼20ppb의 농도로 검출되었으며 전반적으로 해수보다는 강물에서 더 큰 농도를 보였다. 생물학적 산소 요구량(BOD)은 태화강 하류에서 1.2ppm에서 최대 8.31ppm 까지의 값을 나타내 오염의 정도가 심한 것을 나타내며, 울산항 및 장성포만에서는 BOD값이 전년도의 측정값보다 증가 되었음을 알 수 있었다. The water pollution of Ulsan area has been investigated. Total number of 26 water samples including 16 seawater, 8 river water and each one of tap water and underground water have been sampled, and determined for 7 heavy metals and 17 of other components. The result of analysis indicated that the lead concentration of river water and sea water has a value of 3-20 ppd. The river water has generally higher lead concentration than sea water. The biochemical oxygen demand(BOD) has a value of range between 1.2 and 8.31 ppm at the down stream of the river, Taewha-gang with appearing serious water pollution. The BOD value at the Ulsan bay and Changsaeng-Po showed higher value than the previous one.

        한국인 정상성인 경추관의 방사선학적 역치

        The concept of using radiographic measurements in the diagnosis of intraspinal lesions is not new. There have been many studies for the measurements of the spinal canal and normal ranges of variation in normal human and patient with spondylosis or developmental stenosis. The author measured the cervical spinal canal in 89 normal Korean adults plain X-rays (male; 62 cases, female; 27 cases) in order to establish a range of normal value in X-ray diagnosis. The sagittal diameters of the cervical spinal canal were measured from the middle of the posterior surface of the vertebral body to the "nearest point" on the cortical line at the point of fusion of the corresponding laminae. The transverse diameters of the cervical spinal canal were measured the interpediculate distance which represents the greatest diameter of the cervical neural canal from C₃to C_(7). According to the normal ranges of the sagittal and transverse diameters of the cervical Spinal canal, It was concluded: 1. The sagittal diameter is progressively narrowed from C₁ to C₄(Mean±SD=C₁; 21.83±2.43, C₂;19.30±2.39, C₃; 17.14±2.65, C₄;16.41±2.47) thereafter it is progressively widened from C_(5) to C_(7)(C_(5); 16.792.72, C_(6); 17.39±2.74, C_(7); 17.68±2.81). 2. The transverse diameter is progressively widened from C₃ to C_(6)(Mean±SD=C₃; 27.10±2.23, C₄; 28.5±2.30, C_(5); 28.95±2.36, C_(6) 29.12±2.25) thereafter it is narrowed in C_(7) (C_(7); 27.81±2.28). 3. Generally, the length of the male are more longer than that of female both in sagittal and transeverse diameter in cervical spinal canal (average; 1.2㎜). 4. Ranges of normal values both in sagittal and transverse diameters in whole length of the cervical spinal canal were established(Fig. 5. Table 4, and 5).

      • 成木移植時 大麥의 添加가 樹木 活着에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        Adult trees of Pinus thunbergii Parl., Acer palmatum Thunb. and Zelkova serrata Makino were transplanted in order to investigate the effects of barley application and atonic treatment on the rooting and survival of transplanted trees. The percentage of survival was the highest in transplanted adult trees of Pinus thunbergii Parl., while the lowest percentage of survival was observed in Acer palmatum Thunb. In all the tree species tested, the best root promoting effect was obtained with treatment of atonic, which has been known to be one of the root promoting substances. In Pinus thunbergii Parl. and Zelkova serrata Markino, however, barley treatment decreased the rooting percentage and this suggests that rooting in these species may be adversely affected by the excessive amount of auxin produced by the germinating barley seeds. In Pinus thunbergii Parl., number of roots of transplanted adult trees were positively correlated with survival rate.
