        The time-delay coupling nonlinear effect in sky-hook control of vibration isolation systems using Magneto-Rheological Fluid dampers

        The effect of the nonlinearity and time delay in the Magneto-Rheological fluid (MRF) damper on an isolator system is studied in this study. The mechanical model of the control force of the MRF damper in the skyhook control is introduced as nonlinear piecewise function. The displacement transmissibility of the isolation system is solved by employing the Averaging method. The isolation effectiveness for different values of control coefficients is demonstrated by the displacement transmissibility. The increasing of damping control force of MRF damper reduces the displacement transmissibility to a low level while time delay has different functions in different frequency bands. Moreover, by the analysis of eigenvalues in the manifold given by Averaging method, the unstable and stable region of the steady state can be decided on the parameter plane, which provides the bifurcation criterion induced by nonlinearity and time delay. The main results from theoretical analysis and experimental prototype give an insight into the analysis and design of semi-active control with time delay in control loop and signal processing for isolator system by exploiting nonlinear benefits in vibration suppression effectiveness.

      • Simulation Analysis of Physical Education Mode Innovation and Process Reconstruction Based on Cognitive Psychology

        At present, because of the restriction of traditional teaching mode, there are many shortcomings in teaching concept and practice teaching, which restrict the cultivation of students" sports knowledge and skills. Based on the concept of “learners as the main body” of constructivism based on cognitive psychology, this paper analyses the current situation of school physical education and believes that college physical education should be based on traditional physical education, people-oriented, student-oriented, adjust college physical education objectives, and change the role of teachers. The results show that 18.5% of students in physical education have serious mental health problems, including 26.7% of college students. This also reflects the increasingly serious teaching drawbacks in current physical education. Research shows that the deepening development of constructivist theory based on cognitive psychology will bring new development ideas for the transformation of the increasingly rigid traditional physical education mode. At the same time, it is revealed that physical education can actively and effectively promote the development of students" mental health by improving students" physical exercise.

        Analysis of the non-resonance of nonlinear vibration isolation system with dry friction

        We studied the properties of cubic nonlinear systems with dry friction damping on the prospect of ‘non-resonance’. An approximate method was used to get the frequency-response function. And the critical dry friction which ensures no displacement transmissibility amplified in whole frequency range was determined through the frequency-response function. We also researched those characters which may influence the effect of the non-resonance in this system, and proved those results by empirical experiments. The above conclusions have a theoretical significance for the design of nonlinear vibration isolators.

        Template‑Free Hydrothermal Synthesis, Mechanism, and Photocatalytic Properties of Core–Shell CeO2 Nanospheres

        CeO2 nanospheres with the core–shell nanostructure have been successfully synthesized by a template-free hydrothermalmethod. The structures, morphologies and optical properties of core–shell CeO2nanospheres were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), TG, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, XRD, EDS, SAED, scanning electron microscopy and transmissionelectron microscopy, UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectra, Raman analyses. The degradation efficiencies of core–shell CeO2nanospheres for methyl orange were as high as 93.49, 95.67 and 98.28% within 160 min, and the rates of photo degradationof methyl orange by core–shell CeO2nanospheres under UV-light were 0.01693, 0.01782 and 0.02375 min−1. Methyl orangewas degraded in photocatalytic oxidation processes, which mainly gave the credit to a large number of reactive species includingh+,surface superoxide species ·O2−, and ·OH radicals. The core–shell structure, small crystallite size and the conversionbetween Ce3+and Ce4+of CeO2nanospheres were of importance for its catalytic activity. These results demonstrated thepossibility of improving the efficient catalysts of the earth abundant CeO2catalysts.

        직교 주파수분할다중화 시스템을 위한 채널간간섭 자기소거법

        주파수 오프셋으로 인하여 직교 주파수분할다중화의 수신 심볼에는 채널간간섭이 발생된다. 채널간간섭 자기소거법은 직교 주파수분할다중화 심볼의 부채널에 할당되는 신호를 조정함으로써 다른 부채널에 의한 간섭을 상쇄시키는 기술이다. 기존 인접심볼반복법은 원거리 부채널에 의한 간섭을 감소시키기는 하지만 가장 인접한 부채널에 의한 간섭은 완화시키지 못하거나 심지어는 증가시키는 경우도 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 새로운 인접심볼반복 기반 채널간간섭 자기소거법을 제안하고 성능을 분석한다. 여기서는 연속된 3개 부채널의 간섭계수를 이용하여 구한 t-파라미터를 적용한다. 그 결과, 제안된 방법은 원거리 부채널에 의한 영향을 감소시키는 능력은 기존 방법과 거의 동일한 반면 최인접 부채널에 의한 채널간간섭은 크게 감소시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. Due to the frequency offset, interchannel interference (ICI) is occurred in the received symbols of the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems. The ICI self-cancellation (ICI-SC) technique appropriately adjusts the subchannel signal assignment of the OFDM symbols, thereby canceling the interference caused by other subchannels. The conventional adjacent symbol repetition (ASR) method can reduce the interference caused by remote subchannels. However, it may not mitigate or even increases the ICI produced by some nearest subchannels. To solve the problem, a new ASR based ICI-SC technique is proposed and its performance is analyzed in this paper. Here, a t-parameter obtained by the interference coefficients of 3 successive subchannels is applied. As a result, the proposed method has the same capability to reduce the influence of remote subchannels. However, it can reduce the ICI caused by the nearest subchannels significantly.

        The upregulation of keratocan promotes the progression of human pancreatic cancer

        Background The role of the extracellular matrix (ECM) in oncogenic contexts has been studied previously, but the expression patterns and functional role of keratocan, a classical small leucine-rich proteoglycan found in the ECM, in tumors remain poorly understood. As pancreatic cancer (PC) is characterized by desmoplasia in the ECM, this study sought to assess the significance of keratocan in PC. Objective In this study, Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA) was first used to analyze the expression pattern of keratocan in PC. Keratocan, P53, and P21 levels were evaluated in PDAC patient tissues and the role of keratocan was additionally directly assessed via transfecting PDAC cell lines with a pENTER-human keratocan construct. Results Patients with PC showing high levels of keratocan had low survival rates. A significantly upregulated expression of keratocan was observed in the PC tumor tissues in comparison to healthy paracancerous tissues. Keratocan upregulation in BxPC-3 and PANC-1 cells markedly enhanced their proliferation and migration, but reduced cellular apoptosis. Furthermore, the P53 and P21 expression levels were significantly reduced in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells overexpressing keratocan. P53 and P21 were downregulated in PC tumor tissues. Conclusions All results showed that keratocan played important roles in the promoting of PC.
