        한국의 학교 미술교육 실태에 대한 문화인류학적 고찰

        이 연구는 한국의 근대식 학교교육의 성립 이후 현재까지 국가 교육과정 체제 속에서 이루어지는 학교 미술교육 현장의 실태들을 비판적으로 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 문화인류학 분야에서 사용하는 민족지학연구방법을 사용하여 연구 참여자로 선정된 미술교육 관련 종사자 8인과의 인터뷰로 연구 자료를 수집하여 분석한다. 분석의 초점은 한국의 사회문화적 맥락에서 아비투스화된 학교 미술교육 관행들을 과학적 입증이나 직접적이고 정확한 문제 해결을 위해서라기보다는 그 관행들에 대한 원인을 파헤치는데 있다. 자료 분석의 결과, (1) 포함과 배제의 정치학적 관행, (2) 중앙 통제적인 개발 체제 속의 아비투스화된 관행, (3) 자율권 속의 획일화된 수업 관행, (4) 선발 제도 속에서 도외시된 교과의 교육적 정당성으로 한국의 학교 미술교육의 제도적 관행들을 도출할 수 있었다. 이 연구 결과를 통해 얻은 시사점은 우리 사회의 문화적 관행으로서 그동안 행해져온 학교 미술교육을 미술교육연구자를 비롯하여 교육과정 정책 결정자와 미술교사들을 중심으로 우리 사회의 제도적 체제 속에서 당연하게 간주해왔던 고정된 인식과 태도들로 이루어진 것은 아닌지 반성해야 한다는 것이다. This study examines the sociocultural practice of art education in schools conducting the Korean national curriculum with cultural anthropological approach. This research data is collected by interviewing with eight participants who have experiences to work at korean schools and analysed with ethnography. The purpose of this analysis is to understand how the practice of Korean art education is practiced and why the recent issues of Korean school art education happens, rather than to demonstrate scientifically the causes and the processes such as quantitative approaches. Therefore the research results do not provide the solution of the issues happened in Korean school art education. The results analysed by the theories of Foucault's power and knowledge and the normalizing processes present the four categories: (1) the political practice between inclusion and exclusion; (2) the habitus in the controlled curriculum developing systems; (3) the uniformed practice in the self regulated composition of curriculum; (4) the disregarded educational rationale in the entrance systems. These results imply that we have to reflect whether the school art education have been conducted by the policies which are decided by our preoccupied consideration. Consequently, Korean school art education should be developed with an efforts for searching the educational rationale and purpose of art teaching and learning toward equality. To do this, Korean art educators and governors who are contributing school art education should overcome the institutional limits of the controlled and practiced habitus.

      • 고속의 GaAs SRAM 을 위한 새로운 센스 앰프의 설계 연구

        A new sense amplifier is designed in order to realize high-speed GaAs SRAM's. The Schematics are similar to "a source coupled differential amplifier" execept that two analyzed using basic FET current equations. The transconductance of the new sense amplifier is approximately 3.5 times larger than that of the conventional sense amplifier. Output high voltage is reduced to about 0.64V, therefore, the time which reached V_(max) are reduced also. The simulation results show that the access time of 0.9ns and the power dissipation of 12.2mW are achieved in GaAs 16bit SRAM's.

        칼슘급원과 섭취수준의 노령 암컷흰쥐의 혈청 및 대퇴골에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effect of dietary dried anchovy and non-fat dried milk on serum and femur. Ten months old female rats were divieded into 6 groups(ST. A-middle, A-high, M-middle, M-high, A+M), and fed the diet containing different level of food calcium for 8 weeks. The results obtained were summarized as follow : 1. The rats' weight gain were not significantly different from the fed groups, but food intake were significantly higher or lower level in the group of A-high than the other groups. 2. Serum calcium concentration was significantly increased in the A-middle group, the M-high group were significantly decreased. Serum phosphorous contents of M-high group were increased significantly higher than ST group. The serum magnesium contents were increased significantly higher than in the A-middle group. Serum iron contents of other experimental groups were significantly higher than ST group. All experimental groups were significantly lower copper contents in serum than ST group. 3. The more rats took dried anchovy and non-fat dried milk, the longer the length of femur. But this trend is not statistically difference. In the breaking force of left femur, most of all experimental group were stronger than ST group. 4. The calcium, phosphorous contents of ash, dry, wet weight of right femur in A+M group were higher than any other groups.

      • 유니사이클 로봇에 대한 인간적 추론 제어 메카니즘

        Our unicycle has simple mechanical structure.But unicycle's dynamical system is a very sensitive unstable nonlinear system. equations of motion for a simple unicycle robot were derived using Lagrage's method. In this paper, a human fuzzy influence control mechanism was established throught an inquiry into human riding a unicycle, and we developed a hybrid controller to control our unicycle robot. This proposed hybrid controller is consisted with a pure PD and two fuzzy gain scheduled controllers and a direct fuzzy logic controller. Computer simulation results show that our hybrid controller has robust control performnance to unstable nnonlinear unicycle robot system.

        Relative Content Evaluation of Single-walled Carbon Nanotubes using UV-VIS-NIR Absorption Spectroscopy

        We propose an evaluation method of the relative content of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) in SWCNT soot synthesized by arc discharge using UV-VIS-NIR absorption spectroscopy. In this method, we consider the absorbance of semiconducting and metallic SWCNTs together to calculate the relative content of SWCNTs with respect to a highly purified reference. Our method provides the more reliable and realistic evaluation of SWCNT content with respect to the whole carbonaceous content than the previously reported method.

        It is true that parks in cities are getting more important, which today contribute to the improvement of citizens' life, and have a huge influence on image making of cities. It may not be a good idea to increase only the number of parks in cities, making them unremarkable. Rather if these parks in cities are adjusted to the rich history of Korea, letting each city keep its identity, they will enhance citizens' life. To do this, after researching the concepts and types of parks in cities, we have analysed examples of historical parks in cities all over the world, and have found out the right direction toward which today's parks should go.

        Therapeutic Potential of CKD-504, a Novel Selective Histone Deacetylase 6 Inhibitor, in a Zebrafish Model of Neuromuscular Junction Disorders

        The neuromuscular junction (NMJ), which is a synapse for signal transmission from motor neurons to muscle cells, has emerged as an important region because of its association with several peripheral neuropathies. In particular, mutations in GARS that affect the formation of NMJ result in Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease and distal hereditary motor neuropathy. These disorders are mainly considered to be caused by neuronal axon abnormalities; however, no treatment is currently available. Therefore, in order to determine whether the NMJ could be targeted to treat neurodegenerative disorders, we investigated the NMJ recovery effect of HDAC6 inhibitors, which have been used in the treatment of several peripheral neuropathies. In the present study, we demonstrated that HDAC6 inhibition was sufficient to enhance movement by restoring NMJ impairments observed in a zebrafish disease model. We found that CKD-504, a novel HDAC6 inhibitor, was effective in repairing NMJ defects, suggesting that treatment of neurodegenerative diseases via NMJ targeting is possible.

        PREPARATION OF N-(3-BROMO-2,4,6-TRIMETHYLACETANILIDE)IMINODIACETIC ACID AND ITS99MTC-COMPLEX FOR HEPATOBILIARY IMAGING

        N-(3-bromo-2,4,6-trimethylacetanilide)iminodiacetic acid (BrTIDA) was synthesized using nitrilotriacetic anhydride prepared in situ, and lyophilized vials were prepared which contained 20 mg of BrTIDA and 0.4 mg of SnCl2. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the in-house prepared lyophilized kit, a technetium-99m complex of BrTIDA was prepared; its in vivo pharmacokinetic behavior was evaluated via animal studies to assess the hepatocytic function and the functional status of the cystic duct and the gallbladder. Serial static image scans of rabbits and the biodistribution in mice injected with 99mTc-BrTIDA revealed that none of the tissues except for the hepatobiliary system showed radioactivity concentrations, and a rapid clearance from the organs was observed. In conclusion, a lyophilized kit and its prepared 99mTc-BrTIDA can be applied as a hepatobiliary imaging agent for the evaluation of the functional status of the hepatocytes and the patency of the biliary duct.

        Allergenicity Change of Soybean Proteins by Thermal Treatment Methods

        콩은 우리나라에서 과민성 알레르기를 일으키는 대표적인 식품 중의 하나로, 식품으로 섭취 시에 가열 및 발효가공을 통한 형태로 섭취한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 콩에 알레르기 반응을 일으키는 7명의 환아 혈청과 1명의 정상인 혈청을 이용하여 열처리 방법에 따른 품종별 콩(대풍, 대원, 태광)의 알레르기성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 단백질을 추출하여 SDS-PAGE, immunoblotting 및 ELISA 방법을 통하여 반응성을 조사한 결과, SDS-PAGE상에서 열처리하지 않은 세가지 품종의 경우 9-76 kDa 위치에서 다양한 단백질 밴드를 보였는데 특히 9, 21, 34,52, 72 그리고 76 kDa의 단백질들은 각각 LTP, Kunits trypsin inhibitor, Gly m Bd 30K, β-conglycinin의 β-subunit, α-subunit와 α’-subunit로 주요한 콩 알레르겐으로 알려져 있다. 반면에 볶은 콩, 발효한 콩에서는 35kDa 이하로 완전히 분해되어 열처리 방법을 통해 단백의 항원성이 줄어드는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. IgE immunoblotting 을 통한 세 가지 품종의 볶은 콩과 콩 알레르기 환아 혈청과의 반응에서는 공통적으로 38-40kDa과 10-15 kDa에서 단백질 밴드를 보였으나 발효한 콩에서는 대부분 반응성이 약하거나 나타나지 않았다. ELISA 결과, immunoblotting 분석과 동일하게 대부분의 환아 혈청과 반응시에 볶은 콩과 발효한 콩에서 비교적 낮은 수치를 보였다. 결론적으로 콩에 존재하는 알레르겐 단백질은 열처리와 발효 미생물이 분비하는 단백질 분해효소에 의해 대부분의 환아에서 콩 단백질과의 반응성이 약화되는 것으로 사료된다. Soybean is one of the most common food materials causing food hypersensitivity reactions in Korea. In this study, we have investigated the effect of roasting and fermentation on the allergenicity of soybean. Three kinds of soybean (Daepung, Daewon, and Taegwang) were prepared as raw, roasted, and fermented by Bacillus subtilis GSK 3580, and then their proteins were extracted. The proteins were separated using SDS-PAGE, and the detection of IgE specific to soybean proteins was performed by immunoblotting using 7 sera of soybean allergy patients and non-allergic control individuals. Serum specific IgE to soybean was measured by ELISA. The SDS-PAGE of raw soybean proteins showed various-sized bands ranging from 9 to 76 kDa, which are known as major allergens. In particular, 9, 21, 34, 52, 72, and 76 kDa proteins are known as LTP, Kunits trypsin inhibitor, Gly m Bd 30K, β-subunit, α-subunit, and α’-subunit of β-conglycinin, respectively; these are major allergens in soybean. In contrast, only peptides of less than 35 kDa were found in roasted and fermented soybeans. IgE immunoblot analysis of three roasted species of soybeans commonly detected at 38-40 kDa and 10-15 kDa. The protein bands in fermented soybean showed very weak signals or were not detected. In addition, the reactivity of most patients’ sera to soybean was decreased after roasting and fermentation. With these results, it may be concluded that the allergenicity of soybeans is reduced by the roasting and fermentation processes. It is supposed that allergenic proteins in soybean were degraded by heat treatment methods and proteolytic enzymes were secreted from fermenting microorganisms.
