Thermal MOCVD와 DC pulsed PA-MOCVD에 의해 증착된 TiN 박막 연구

유기화합물(TDEAT;Ti[N(C2H5)2]4)과 NH3를 이용하여 thermal MOCVD와 dc pulsed plasma assisted MOCVD(PA-MOCVD)인 2종류의 TiN박막을 증착하여 비교하였다. TiN박막의 특성분석은 XRD, AES, FE-SEM, α-step과 XPS로 연구하였다. DC pulsed plasma assisted MOCVD로 증착된 Tin박막은 ion bombardment 효과에 의해 열적으로 증착된 것보다 더 fine한 columnar구조를 나타내므로써 막의 결정질이 향상되었다. 플라즈마에서의 아르곤 이온의 충돌로 인해 탄소(C)는 오히려 유기 화합물보다 탄소 라디칼로 존재하였다. 따라서 탄소 라디갈은 기판의 강한 (-) potential에 의해 TiN박막에 trap되기 때문에 탄소(C)는 열적으로 증착된 TiN박막보다 더 많은 양이 존재하는 것으로 추정된다. By using of (TDEAT;Ti[N(C2H5)2]4)and ammonia gas source, we deposited two different TiN thin films with thermal MOCVD and dc pulsed plasma assisted MOCVD (PA-MOCVB). The properties of TiN thin films were studied by XRD, AES, FE - SEM, α - step and XPS analyses in this work. The TiN films deposited by dc pulsed PA - MOCVD have a little higher density and a fine columnar structure, compared with thermally deposited TiN thin films. This may be due to ion bombardment effect resulting in improved crystallinity in films. Carbon in the film may exist in the form of carbonic radical rather than organic compound because of collision with Ar ion in the plasma. Consequently, the content of carbon in the film of dc pulsed PA - MOCVD was higher than that in thermally deposited TiN films, because carbon radicals could be trapped in the film by strong negative potential of the substrate.

실리콘 웨이퍼 공정용 알루미나 정전척의 제작과 특성에 관한 연구

정전척의 유전체 물질로 열전도도와 유전특성 그리고 기계적 특성이 우수한 알루미나에 TiO₂첨가하여 유전체의 비저항을 변화시켜서 정전척(electrostatic chuck)에서 발생하는 정전력인 쿨롱힘(coulomb force)과 존슨-라벡힘(Johnsen-Fahbeck firce_의 영향을 규명하려 하였다. 그리고 비저항, 인가전압, 온도, 습도가 정전력에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 고찰하였으며, 인가전압에 따른 응답 특성에 관하여 고찰하였다. Alumina electrostatic chucks for silicon wafer process with wide range of electrical resistivity were fabricated by controlling the amount of TiO₂ addition (0 wt%, 1.3 wt%, 2 wt%, 2.8 wt%). To accomplish a powerful maritime power, it is necessary to construct MGII(Marine Geo-spatial Information Infrastructure) on the basis of Marine and Coastal GIS. In this paper, we establish concept, definition and framework about marine GIS in Korea through framework analysis of foreign GIS and so, in Korea, analyze the present status and application cases of marine GIS that have been developed and constructed until now.

정전분무를 이용한 MOCVD에 의해 증착된 TiO_2 박막의 특성 연구

정전분무(electrostatic spray)를 이용한 MOCVD방법은 원료를 함유하는 용액을 이용함으로써 이송관의 가열이 필요 없이 장치를 간단하게 할 수 있고, 용액의 유량과 전기장의 세기에 따라 초미세 입자제어도 가능하며, 출발 용액으로부터 박막의 조성을 조절할 수 있는 등의 여러 가지 특징을 가지고 있다. 온도가 증가함에 따라 입자성장과 반응가스에 의한 표면의 밀도가 감소하여 표면조도가 증가하였다. 증착 시간이 증가함에 따라 막의 두께는 증가하지만, 증착시간이 지날수록 +전하를 띤 액적들은 이미 생성된 막의 영향으로 -가 인가된 기판으로의 전하이동을 방해받으므로 island성장과 모세관현상의 표면형상은 거칠고, porous해졌다. 인가전압이 증가할수록 분무시 액적의 사이즈가 작아지므로 막의 표면은 치밀해졌으며, 표면에는 완전분무하지 못한 모액적에 의해 생긴 입자의 수도 적은 경향을 보였다. 산소 분말이 증가할수록 Ti와 O의 세기는 증가하나, C의 세기는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. The electrostatic spray assisted MOCVD has the advantages of simple apparatus without the gas lines, easy control of nano-sized droplets by applied voltage and solution rates and easy control of compositions of thin films by controlling the composition of starting solution. At lower deposition temperatures the morphology of the layers are less porous and rough. With increasing deposition time and thus increasing layer thickness the morphologies of the layers are shift to porous top layer with dense bottom layer and then porous top layer with big sized grain of bottom layer as the result of low growth rates. XPS can be seen that Ti and O intensity increases but C intensity decreses with increasing O_2 flow rates.

유니사이클 로봇의 곡선경로 추종에 대한 퍼지규칙베이스 구축

Our unicycle has simple mechanical structure. But unicycle's dynamic system is a very sensitive unstable nonlinear system. In this paper, a fuzzy inference control mechanism was established throughout an inquiry into human riding a unicycle, and we developed a fuzzy hybrid controller to control our unicycle robot. This proposed fuzzy controller os consisted with direct fuzzy logic controllers and fuzzy gain scheduled PD controller for attitude stability and wheel's velocity individuslly. Computer simulation results show that our fuzzy controllers have robust control performance to unstable nonlinear unicycle robot system.

In this paper, a human fuzzy influence control mechanism was established throught an inquiry into human riding a unicycle, and we developed a hybrid controller to control our unicycle robot. This proposed hybrid controller is consisted with a pure PD and two fuzzy gain scheduled controllers and a direct fuzzy logic controller. Computer simulation results show that our hybrid controller has robust control performnance to unstable nnonlinear unicycle robot system.

개정 형사소송법 상 검사의 사법경찰관리에 대한 수사 지휘권의 범위

경찰의 수사개시권을 명문화할 목적으로 시작하여 법 제196조의 개정에 이르렀고, 그에 대한 후속조치로 나온 조정안에서 검사의 지휘 범위를 제시하였으며, 조정안을 대상으로 개인적인 견해를 제시해 보았다. 결국, 모든 수사에 관하여 검사의 지휘를 받는다고 개정안에 명시하였지만, 수사가 무엇인지에 대한 명확한 합의조차 없었던 상황이 검·경 두 기관 간의 갈등을 초래했다고 본다. 따라서 필자는 첫째로 실무에 대한 차갑고 비판적인 시선을 가지고, 둘째로, 우리 형사소송법의 근간에 대한 문제라는 생각을 놓지 않으면서, 셋째로, 앞으로의 깊은 논의를 촉발하는 의미로 개인적인 견해를 제시하고자 한다. 특히 본 논문에서는 법령, 판례 및 학계의 일부 견해를 참조하여 내사와 수사를 구분해 보았고, 조정안에서 내사가 아닌 수사행위에 대해서조차 검사가 수사지휘를 할 수 없게 한 점이 문제라는 점을 지적했다. 또, 수사지휘의 이행에 있어서도 증거의 합리적 판단과 사실인정의 관점에서 검사가 송치 전에 필요한 사건에 관하여 수사 지휘를 할 수 있는 가능성을 열어야 한다는 점을 지적했다. 결론에 대신하여 한 가지 추가하고자 하는 점은 이른바 수사개시권에 대한 것이다. 사건에 따라서는 경찰뿐만 아니라 검사도 수사개시가 곤혹스러운 경우가 있다. 혐의를 확인하는 행위, 수사를 개시하는 행위, 입건하는 행위 모두 정치적인 행위가 되는 사건들은 우리가 익히 봐 왔다. 수사할지 말지를 결정 하는 권한을 수사개시권이라고 할 때, 그 권한이 사법경찰관에게 부여되었다는 점은 개정안, 조정안의 취지 상 명백하다. 하지만 경우에 따라서는 조정안 제76조와 같은 검사의 입건 지휘가 필요한 사건도 있다. 즉, 제76조에 정한 사건만 입건 지휘가 필요한 게 아니라는 말이다. 조정안의 내용은 구법과 개정안, 실무 사이를 분주하게 왔다 갔다 한 후에 그야말로 ‘조정한’ 결과라서 매우 복잡하다. 다만 한 가지 진짜로 궁금한 것은 수사와 내사를 정의하는 것도 조정 대상인지 하는 점이다. 조정안은 아마도 그렇다고 대답하고, 수사와 내사를 나눈 것 같다. 하지만 무엇보다 법령의 해석론에 의할 때 조정안은 수사의 범위를 축소하고 있다. The Article 106 of the Act was amended with the purpose of stipulating police's right to launch an investigation. As the follow up settlement, the range of prosecutors' direction is presented. My personal view on the settlement shall be presented. Eventually, that, all the investigations should be directed by prosecutors, was specified in the amendment. But I believe that the fact that there was not a clear agreement even as to what investigation was about had caused conflict between police and prosecution. Thus, this paper refers to a part of statutes, judgment cases and academic opinions and classifies them as internal affairs and investigation, and is pointing out the problem that prosecutors could not direct investigations even in investigative acts, not to mention internal affairs. The contents of settlement are such a complex matter since they are the results of the adjustments being tossed between the amendments and actual works. One more thing to ask is whether to define internal affairs and investigation was also a part of the subjects for adjustment. Probably, the settlement may have answered yes, and it seems to be divided into internal affairs and investigation. But more than anything in the interpretation of statutes, the adjustments reduce the scope of the investigation. Not knowing much about actual works, I do not intend to oppose with raised voice. But at least, I should point it out.

용접조립각형 CFT기둥의 내화성능 평가

Guarantee of CFT Column Fire resistance is very important about activity of CFT application. Europe, the United States, Japanese, which it is applying to CFT, already progress multi researches regarding the method it will be able to improve the fire resistance of CFT. This method improve fire resistance is coating to use fire resistance relation material outside the CFT columns application and activity than previously. We contribute to experiments and research about fire resistance of CFT column by considering advanced research.
