[논문]직렬형 2배수 권선비 변압비를 이용한 HBML PWM 인버터

본 논문에서는 고조파를 저감하고 출력 파형을 개선하기 위하여 H-Bridge 인버터와 변압기 조합을 이용한 다중레벨 인버터를 구성함에 있어 변압기 출력 전압의 조합을 이용한 새로운 하이브리드형 멀티레벨 인버터를 제안한다. 제안한 다중 레벨 인버터는 THD을 저감하기 위해 변압기의 권션비가 1배,2배,4배인 3대를 사용하여 출력전압을 기존의 9 레벨에서 15 레벨로 증가 하였다. 또한 PWM 인버터 스위칭 패턴을 변경하여 스위칭 소자수를 10개에서 8개로 저감하고,변압기를 4개에서 3개로 저감할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 다중레벨 PWM 인버터의 전력회로 및 제어신호의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 프로토 타입 15레벨 언버터에 대하여 실험을 행하였다.
The Quality Characteristics of Commercial Gwamegi by Product Types

This study was performed to investigate the physical, chemical and microbial characteristics of Gwamegi to provide basic data for the standardization of marine processed foods and for the improvement of the quality of commercial Gwamegi. The acid values of commercial Gwamegi were 5.8, 5.3 and 5.2 mg KOH/g for fillet type (F-type), “two divide” type (T-type) and whole type (W-type), respectively, and the peroxide values were 51.6, 51.5 and 53.2 meq/kg for each. There was a positive correlation between the acid value and the peroxide value (r=0.555) at confidence intervals (CI) of 99%. Trimethylamine (TMA) content of F-type, T-type and W-type products were 2.9, 2.6 and 3.6 mg%, respectively, while volatile basic nitrogen (VBN) contents were 22.4, 21.5 and 21.8 mg%. There was a strong positive correlation between TMA and VBN (r=0.961) at a CI of 99%. The histamine content was detected to be as much as 122 mg/kg, with about 36 % of the samples exceeding the CODEX criteria for histamine of 100 mg/kg. The total microbial count of 4 products exceeded 5 Log CFU/g and coliform group of 11 products exceeded the criteria of less than 1 Log CFU/g. Staphylococcus aureus in 27% of the samples exceeded the criteria of less than 2 Log CFU/g.

La0.7(Sr0.3-xCax)MnO3 (0.1≤x≤0.25) ceramics were prepared using solid-state sintering. XRD measurements showed that allspecimens showed rhombohedral polycrystalline structures. As the amount of Ca increased from 0.1 mol to 0.25 mol, sintereddensities decreased from 5.8888 g/cm3 to 5.5829 g/cm3. All specimens exhibited excellent NTCR properties of approximately0.445-0.421 %/oC. The TCR property, B25/65 constant, and resistivity at room temperature of the LSMO specimen doped with0.2 mol Ca were 0.439 %/oC, 469 K, and 3.94 104 Ω-cm, respectively.

Since each concrete cylinder specimen has a different value of compressive strength in height, the compressive strength of concrete has been estimated by using the coefficient in a few models for size effect. Usually, field engineers have used several reference to estimate the compressive strength of sampled concrete core specimens which have different height. However, it is very difficult to determine the compressive strength in terms of height/diameter ratio and diameter size in real fields for lack of reference. In this study, more than 240 different sizes of concrete cylinder specimens are used to determine the compressive strength in terms of height/diameter ratio and diameter size in real fields. Compressive strength coefficient equation in height/diameter ratio was finally proposed to estimate the compressive strength of concrete cylinder specimens.

Objectives : The aims of this study were to introduce the theory of traditional Chinese orthopedic theory(整脊굊걩) and to analyze the guideline of diagnosis and treatment of common spinal disorders by treating Chinese spinal manipulation technique(常見病中醫整脊指南). Methods : We have searched the web sites of traditional Chinese orthopedics association (整脊學會), a branch of the China academy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and related articles. Additionally, we analyzed the guideline of diagnosis and treatment of common spinal disorders by treating Chinese spinal manipulation technique which was introduced by that association at 7th academic conference in China in 2011. Results : The guideline was prepared by 2 year project leaded by professor Yi-zhong Wei who was a person in charge of the spinal manipulation guideline of national standardization committee of TCM in China. It was a summary of the whole theory of China spinal manipulation therapy in TCM and contained 22 common spinal disorders by the treatment of traditional Chinese Tuina methods. Spinal manipulation theory was summarized by one doctrine, two theories, and two important view points. The treatment method was abstracted as 8 major Tuina techniques. Conclusions : The guideline will be a way of advance of Chinese spinal manipulation technique. This will be a good reference to Korea Chuna manipulation for improving their techniques.
The study of Arirang EOC and Landsat TM synergism for land use classification

This study presents the integration of Arirang EOC and Landsat Thematic Mapper(TM) data for land use classification. The study area of 1000 Kmz is located in the City of Pusan, Korea, has several classes of land use, including urban, agriculture, water(sea/river) and forests. EOC images were ortho-rectified arid filtered using an average filter. The TM and EOC images were registered and transformed using the principal components transformation (PCA). The principle components derived from Landsat TM, co-registered TM/EOC filtered, and TM/EOC images were classified using the maximum likelihood approach. The statistic tests of $quot;Goodness of fit$quot; were also made to assess the statistical properties of the image. The results, confirmed by Kappa statistics, show a significant improvement when classifying the principal components of EOC and TM images for urban, rice field and forest classes.

Transient receptor potential canonical 4 (TRPC4) channel is a nonselective calcium-permeable cation channels. In intestinal smooth muscle cells, TRPC4 currents contribute more than 80% to muscarinic cationic current (mIcat). With its inward-rectifying current-voltage relationship and high calcium permeability, TRPC4 channels permit calcium influx once the channel is opened by muscarinic receptor stimulation. Polyamines are known to inhibit nonselective cation channels that mediate the generation of mIcat. Moreover, it is reported that TRPC4 channels are blocked by the intracellular spermine through electrostatic interaction with glutamate residues (E728, E729). Here, we investigated the correlation between the magnitude of channel inactivation by spermine and the magnitude of channel conductance. We also found additional spermine binding sites in TRPC4. We evaluated channel activity with electrophysiological recordings and revalidated structural significance based on Cryo-EM structure, which was resolved recently. We found that there is no correlation between magnitude of inhibitory action of spermine and magnitude of maximum current of the channel. In intracellular region, TRPC4 attracts spermine at channel periphery by reducing access resistance, and acidic residues contribute to blocking action of intracellular spermine; channel periphery, E649; cytosolic space, D629, D649, and E687.
