        存在句中"着"語義分化的條件 : 以"存在句"助成成分爲中心分析

        王惠敬 中國語文硏究會 2004 中國語文論叢 Vol.0 No.26

      • An Adaptive Digital DC-DC Converter based on Particle Swarm Optimization

        Huey Chian Foong,Meng Tong Tan,Yuanjin Zheng 전력전자학회 2011 ICPE(ISPE)논문집 Vol.2011 No.5

This paper presents the design of an adaptive optimal controller based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) for digital DC-DC converters. The proposed PSO controller adopts integral square error (ITSE) of the output voltage as the fitness function. The algorithm is implemented in CMOS 0.18 ㎛ process. It achieves an optimal response within 20 iterations and in the time of 1 ms.

Use of SGLT-2 Inhibitors in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Abdominal Obesity: An Asian Perspective and Expert Recommendations

        Wayne Huey-Herng Sheu,Siew Pheng Chan,Bien J. Matawaran,Chaicharn Deerochanawong,Ambrish Mithal,Juliana Chan,Ketut Suastika,Chin Meng Khoo,Huu Man Nguyen,Ji Linong,Andrea Luk,윤건호 대한당뇨병학회 2020 Diabetes and Metabolism Journal Vol.44 No.1

The prevalence of obesity in Asia is of epidemic proportions, with an estimated 1 billion overweight/obese individuals in the region. The majority of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) are overweight/obese, which increases the risk of cardiorenal outcomes in these patients; hence, sustained reductions in body weight and visceral adiposity are important management goals. However, most of the glucose-lowering therapies such as insulin, sulfonylureas, glinides, and thiazolidinediones induce weight gain, which makes the management of overweight/obese T2DM patients challenging. Sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors are the only oral glucose-lowering agents that have been shown to reduce body weight and visceral adiposity. In addition, SGLT-2 inhibitors therapy reduces ectopic fat deposition and improves adipose tissue function and weight-related quality of life. In this article, we aim to consolidate the existing literature on the effects of SGLT-2 inhibitors in Asian patients with T2DM and to produce clinical recommendations on their use in overweight or obese patients with T2DM. Recommendations from international and regional guidelines, as well as published data from clinical trials in Asian populations and cardiovascular outcomes trials are reviewed. Based on the available data, SGLT-2 inhibitors represent an evidence-based therapeutic option for the management of overweight/obese patients with T2DM.

The sudden eruption of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused profound political, economic, cultural and other changes and quickening the pace of modernization in the absence of adequate conditions. As an important component of the social system, education has been unavoidably constrained and influenced by recent changes. Under these circumstances, what are the new demands that society asks from education? How does Malaysian Chinese education adapt to social changes and challenges? As the backbone of support of Chinese education, how do Chinese organisations keep abreast of the times to support and advance the sustainable development of Chinese education? From the perspective of Chinese social changes and the development of Chinese education, this study will analyse how Chinese organisations adjust and adapt themselves internally and to transform themselves externally, and consequently to examine how they may play their role in advancing Chinese education in keeping with constant social changes.

The Effects of Tai Chi Exercise on Elders with Osteoarthritis: A Longitudinal Study

        Ching-Huey Chen,Susan Fetzer,Miaofen Yen,Paul Lam,Li-Hua Lo 한국간호과학회 2008 Asian Nursing Research Vol.2 No.4

Purpose Tai Chi exercise has been proven to be beneficial among elders with osteoarthritis (OA). The long-term effects of this exercise remain unclear. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the Tai Chi exercise for Arthritis (TCEA) program on the physical status and quality of life of OA elders. Methods This was a time series study with one group design. Subjects diagnosed with OA of the lower extremities, aged 60 years or over, were recruited from an outpatient clinic at a community teaching hospital. Thirteen participants joined a TCEA exercise class three times per week for 2 years. Physical status including body mass index (BMI), lean body mass, hand grasp strength, flexibility, and equilibrium were measured four times—at baseline, 3 months, 1 year, and 2 years of the TCEA exercise class. Quality of life was also measured at these time points. Results Lean body mass was significantly decreased within the study period (p< .05). Participants experienced significant improvements in physical functioning, role limitations, and social functioning on the dimensions of quality of life (SF-36) (p < .05). Conclusions Elderly people with OA should be encouraged to exercise using Tai Chi for maintaining physical function and improving quality of life. Maintenance of pegylated liposomal doxorubicin/carboplatin in patients with advanced ovarian cancer: randomized study of an Asian Gynecologic Oncology Group

        Chyong-Huey Lai,Elizabeth Vallikad,Hao Lin,Lan-Yan Yang,Shih-Ming Jung,Hsueh-Erh Liu,Yu-Che Ou,Hung-Hsueh Chou,Cheng-Tao Lin,Huei-Jean Huang,Kuan-Gen Huang,Jiantai Qiu,Yao-Ching Hung,Tzu-I Wu,Wei-Yang 대한부인종양학회 2020 Journal of Gynecologic Oncology Vol.31 No.1

Objectives: An Asian Gynecologic Oncology Group phase III randomized trial was conducted to determine whether maintenance chemotherapy could improve progression-free survival (PFS) in stages III/IV ovarian cancer. Methods: Between 2007 and 2014, 45 newly-diagnosed ovarian cancer patients were enrolled after complete remission and randomized (1:1) to arm A (4-weekly carboplatin area under the curve 4 and pegylated liposomal doxorubicin [PLD] 30 mg/m2, n=24) for 6 cycles or arm B (observation, n=21). The primary end-point was PFS. A post hoc translational study was conducted to deep sequence BRCA/homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) genes, because BRCA/HRD mutations (BRCA/HRDm) are known to be associated with better prognosis. Results: Enrollment was slow, accrual was closed when 7+ years had passed. With a median follow-up of 88.9 months, the median PFS was significantly better in arm A (55.5 months) than arm B (9.2 months) (hazard ratio [HR]=0.40; 95% confidence interval [CI]=0.19–0.87; p=0.020), yet the median overall survival was not significantly different in arm A (not reached) than arm B (95.1 months) (p=0.148). Overall grade 3/4 adverse events were more frequent in arm A than arm B (60.9% vs 0.0%) (p<0.001). Quality of life was generally not significantly different. Distribution of BRCA1/2m or BRCA/HRDm was not significantly biased between the two arms. Wild-type BRCA/non-HRD subgroup seemed to fare better with maintenance therapy (HR=0.35; 95% CI=0.11–1.18; p=0.091). Conclusions: Despite limitations in small sample size, it suggests that maintenance carboplatin-PLD chemotherapy could improve PFS in advanced ovarian cancer.

Similitude study of an in-service industrial piping system under high flow induced vibration

Yap Huey Tyng,Ong Zhi Chao,Kong Keen Kuan,Zubaidah Ismail,Abdul Ghaffar Abdul Rahman,Chong Wen Tong 대한기계학회 2017 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.31 No.8

Flow induced vibration problem of an in-service duplex stainless steel piping system was investigated in previous research. The investigation required multiple sets of site measurement results at the offshore gas processing platform which raises the concerns of safety and its practicality. A lab scale of the mentioned piping system is preferable to study the flow induced vibration problem at different operating conditions to better understand the dynamic behaviour of this piping system. In addition, most of the dimensional analyses were performed either solely on structure or fluid system. System with flow induced vibration problem has never been attempted and thus it is important to perform similitude study of the piping system prior to fabrication of the lab scale model. Buckingham Pi theorem was applied and the similitude was verified by computational mechanics both qualitatively and quantitatively. The calculated non-dimensional variables of a scaled piping system in describing the flow characteristics which contribute to the structure deformation give similar scale factor, flow pattern and flow induced dynamic deformation and stress in this fluid-structure interacted piping system indicating that geometric, kinematic and dynamics similarity are achieved.
