      • Welfare Effects of Voluntary Import Expansion : Using Cournot Model 쿠르노 모델을 이용하여

        그 동안 수입할당제(import quota)에 대한 대안으로써 자발적 수출제한(voluntary export restraint)이라는 정부의 정책에 관하여 활발하게 연구되어 왔으나, 자발적 수입확대(voluntary import expansion) 정책에 대한 연구는 그리 활발하지 못하였다. 본 연구는 단순한 쿠르노 모델을 이용하여, 자발적 수입확대정책을 채택한 나라의 후생 효과(welfare effect)에 대한 몇 가지 이론적 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 자발적 수입확대 정책을 채택한 나라는, 자유무역의 경우에 비하여 가격을 상향하는 전략을 채택함으로써 이익을 극대화 할 수 있음을 보여 준다. 둘째, 자발적 수입확대가 매우 클 경우에는 후생효과가 불확실하다는 결론이 도출되었다. 셋째, 자발적 수입확대와는 다르게 자발적 수출제한은 가격경쟁에 의하여 한 나라를 시장에서 퇴출시키지 못한다는 것을 보여 주었다. 또한 본 연구는 한 나라의 경제 규모가 매주 작은 경우뿐만 아니라, 그 규모가 매우 큰 경우에도 그 나라는 자발적 수입확대를 무시할 수 있다는 점을 이론적으로 보여 준다.

        골절 및 탈구 없는 경추손상의 치료

        The authors analized the 98 cases of cervical spine injuries without fracture or dislocation by hyperflexion/hyperextension of the neck. The peak incidence of the age was in the second to fourth decades(69.4%). There was a male preponderance with a sex ratio of 1.8:1. Sources of trauma were motor vehicle accident, object falling on and motorcycle accident in the order of frequency. The common mechanisms of injury were flexion-extension, extension and flexion injury in the order of frequency. There were 10 cases of cervical cord injury without fracture or dislocation and operative management was given in 6 cases of them. The most common preexisting desease was congenital cervical stenosis. Surgical modality such as laminectomy, laminoplasty and anterior decompressive procedure made them improved. The authors discuss the mechanism of injury and surgical management of the patients with cervical cord injury in the abscence of concomittent fracture or dislocation.

        Underspecification in Optimality Theory: Vowel Harmony in Classical Manchu

This paper addresses some important issues raised by A TR harmony in Classical Manchu, formerly treated as front/back harmony. Here, the front high vowel [i] is totally inactive with respect to the harmony: it is transparent to the harmony, and further, it does not initiate the harmony. I will show that these properties of [i] will be properly explained if we allow underspecified [i] as an option for inputs and output candidate forms. Allowing underspecified [i] in fact accords more with basic notions of Optimality Theory (OT) such as Freedom of Analysis and Richness of the Base than the analyses that do not tolerate this possibility. I will further show that once we allow underspecified [i], its selection in output candidate forms or in input forms is totally governed by OT principles such as constraint interaction and Lexicon Optimization, respectively.         본 논문은 다기준 의사결정 기법의 하나인 계층분석과정(AHP: Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 이용 하여 입지평가 모형을 수립하고 이에 대한 실증분석을 실시한다. 먼저 기존 연구를 통하여 입지선정 이 잘 이루어졌는지 확인하기 위한 평가요소를 도출하고 이를 이용하여 대학 사례에 대한 입지선정 평가모형을 수립한다. 평가요소들 간의 상대적 중요도를 파악하고 AHP를 적용하여 각 대안들 간의 우선순위를 산출한다. 대학 사례를 통하여 평가기준별 순위와 전체적인 순위를 제시하고 이에 따른 대학별 대응전략을 제시한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 요약하고 향후 연구방향을 제시한다. This paper conducts an empirical analysis of location assessment using AHP(analytic hierarchy process), one of multi-criteria decision making techniques. First, we identify assessment criteria to evaluate location selection from literature review and establish a model of university location assessment based on identified criteria. Relative importance of each evaluation criterion is derived and then priorities of all possible alternatives are calculated. We rank each alternative by evaluation criteria and overall and propose responding strategies of the universities based on the evaluation results. Finally, we summarize the research and present future research direction

        색상 측정 기기를 이용한 복합레진 적층 수복과 단일 수복의 색상 비교 분석

        Objectives: This study analyzed the difference in color caused by different thickness in enamel layer of composite resins when applied with single and layering placement technique, and evaluated if the results agreed with the shade guide from the manufacturers to verify reliability of the color matching process of the manufacturers. Materials and Methods: For single composite resin samples, 6 mm diameter and 4 mm thickness cylindrical samples were fabricated using Ceram-X mono (DENTSPLY DeTrey) and CIE L*a*b* values were measured with spectrophotometer. Same process was done for layering compositie resin samples, making 3 dentinal shade samples, 4 mm thickness, for each shade using Ceram-X duo (DENTSPLY DeTrey) and enamel shade resins were layered in 2 mm thickness and CIE L*a*b* values were measured. These samples were ground to 0.2 mm thickness each time, and CIE L*a*b* values were measured to 1 mm thickness of enamel shade resin. Results: Color difference (△E*) between single and layering composite resin was 1.37 minimum and 10.53 maximum when layering thicknesses were between 1 mm and 2 mm and 6 out of 10 same shade groups suggested by manufacturer showed remarkable color difference at anythickness (△E* > 3.3). Conclusion: When using Ceram-X mono and duo for composite resin restoration, following the manufacturer's instructions for chossing the shade is not appropriate, and more accurate information for Ceram-X duo is needed on the variation and expression of the shades depending on the thickness of the enamel.       • 콩에서 발생하는 강낭콩일반모자이크바이러스(BCMV)와 땅콩위축바이러스(PSV)의 저항성 평가

        It has been reported several viral diseases in soybean. The occurrence of Bean common mosaic virus and Peanut stunt virus are able to induce severe problem because the main breeding target for viral disease was focused on Soybean mosaic virus. BCMV is a spcies of the genus Potyvirus of the family Potyviridae. BCMV reduces yield by as much as 80% and also adversely affects seed quality in common bean. BCMV has a worldwide distribution because of its high rates 35% of transmission via seeds produced by plants systemically infected prior to bloom. PSV is a species of the genus Cucumovirus of the family Bromoviridae. PSV has been reported to be economically damaging on beans worldwide. Although the virus is reportedly seed transmissible at very low rates, infected plants rarely produce pods with normal viable seeds. The most satisfactory management method of viral diseases such as BCMV and PSV is the use of resistant cultivars and healthy seed. For the overcome of genetic resistance by new virus such as BCMV and PSV, virus diseases monitoring and researches need to study deeply and continually. In this study, we conducted the resistance screen on BCMV and PSV for selection of resistance cultivars. We inoculated on 128 cultivars with PSV and BCMV respectively. These cultivars were classified through pathogenic response such as resistance, necrosis and susceptibility. In addition, 99 and 66 resistant cultivars were confirmed against PSV and BCMV respectively.

      • 생물학적 자극 통제 수단으로 활용하기 위한 돼지 페로몬성 냄새 물질의 탐색 I : Ⅲ. 2-(Cyclohexyloxy) Tetrahydrofurane 유도체와 Porcine Odorant Binding Protein 사이의 결합 친화력에 관한 비교 분자장 분석

        생물학적 자극통제 수단으로 활용하기 위한 돼지 웅성 페르몬성 분자를 탐색하고자 일련의 냄새 분자로서 2-(cyclo-hexyloxy) tetrahydrofurane 유도체들의 정량적인 구조와 수용체인 porcine odorant binding protein (pOBP)간의 결합 친화력 상수(p(Od)_(50))에 대한 비교 분자장 분석(CoMFA)을 실행하였다. 가장 양호한 CoMFA 모델 ATV (r²_(cv.)(q²)=O.886 및 r²(ncv.)=0.984)은 기질 분자 내 입체 중심(chiral center)의 절대 배열이 C₁(R),C₂(S)인 분자를 atom based fit 방법으로 배열하였을 경우의 standard field와 indicator field가 조합된 CoMFA장의 조건에서 유도되었다. 이 CoMFA 모델은 입체장 40.8%,정전기장 14.6% 및 소수성장 44.6%가 결합 친화력 상수에 영향을 미치는 요소임을 나타내었다. 등고도의 분석 결과로부터 효과적인 결합 친화력 냄새 분자를 수식하는 데 몇 가지 가치 있는 정보를 얻을 수 있었다. To search of new porcine pheromonal odorants for biostirnulation control system technologies to improve reproductive efficiency in livestock species, the comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) for binding affinity constant (p(Od)_(50)) between porcine odorant binding protein (pOBP) and ligands of odorant 2-(cyclohexyloxy) tetrahydrofurane derivatives as substrate molecule was conducted and discussed. In the optimized CoMFA model AIV with chirality (C₁'(R), C₂(S)) in substrate molecule and atom based fit alignment (A) of odorants, the statistical results showed the best predictability of the binding affinities (p(Od)_(50)) based on the LOO cross-validated value r²_(cv.) (q²=O.886) and non-cross-validated conventional coefficient (r²_(ncv.)=O.984). The binding affinity constants exhibited a good correlation with steric (40.8%), electrostatic (14.6%) and hydrophobic (44.6%) factors of the substrate molecules. From the analytical results of the contour maps, which may give us some valuable informations to the modification of odorants for effective binding affinity.
