The purpose of this paper is to select 7 male athletes and female athletes of high school, and to compare their active potential differences of upper arm muscles according to characteristic of a racket. the results obtained are as follows: 1. In the accumulative distribution rate of racket string tension, 65Ibs is higher in all muscle active potentials except male flexor carpi radialis muscle than 55Ibs or 60Ibs, and this result shows that 65Ibs gives lower efficiency to athletes. 2. In the muscle load rate of racket string tension, 55Ibs shows the lowest active muscle potential and is thought to be better in its efficiency, but 66Ibs shows a little high active potential and is thought not to be good in its efficiency.

Windows CE기반에서 GameAPI를 이용한 효율적인 게임 컴포넌트 설계 및 구현

Recently, many variable mobile contents enter the stage according as increase of mobile device user. Mobile game among many mobile contents have being developed from the main projects. But mobile Game must design to set variable condition of which, small hardware, variable platform, and etc. Therefore we must design the fast small game and the fast update game. In this paper, we designed efficient game components on PDA with the Windows CE platform and modulated the function of game. Therefore we can less term of game development, and reuse the components to fit each game architecture. Also we modulated the function of GameAPI, is game API of Windows CE, that can make real-time game and high level game. In the last of paper, we implemented the shooting Game made use of our Game Components and studied the faculty of Game Components.

One of the most typical and unanimously received ultimatum regarding the Confucian concept of the relationship between the King and the Subjects(including the vassals), is that they are bonded with justice and moral obligations. What the historians should keep in mind in analyzing this ultimatum, is that the contents of those justifications and moral obligations used to change to same extent, due to the trends and unique atmospheres of certain subject periods. In this article, the fact that the moral obligations regarding the matter of whether to serve the government or choose otherwise(like retiring) became a dominant subject, is closely examined. Along with the heightened sense of justice based on moral reasoning(名分論的義理), which in itself strongly supported undisputed subordination to the King's authority, the 16th century's moral principles regarding the relationship between the King and the Subjects began to newly highlight the matter of choosing to serve the government, or not. in other words, it became very important for the scholar-officials to abide by certain moral disciplines and obligations when they were going to commence public service in the government or choose to retire from it. They were required to cautiously consider their own abilities, and determine whether they were prepared for the job or not. And most importantly, merely having the abilities was simply not enough. A scholar-official also had to take the personal nature and colors of the King and other vassals into consideration, because they had to act accordingly and provide adequate services at the right place and at the right time. They believed that acting upon these kinds of principles and obligations, was serving the higher cause which was no less than establishing a moral and proper relationship between the King and the subjects. This kind of new highlights in the concept of King-Vassal relationship suggests that there were certain changes made to the political ideologies of this era as well. The most dominant subject matter in the area of political ideologies at the time was, in order to bring the image of an ideal society to reality, whether one should choose to serve the country by having enlisted itself for government service duties, or stay where one was and choose to serve the social ideals through non-governmental, civilian or academical activities. How to utilize governmental power was not a primary issue. Whether to join it or not was. This was the most distinct characteristic of the 16th century's political ideology, compared to the 15th century's one.

외상 환자의 세포 면역학적 변화

Thirty trauma patients admitted to our emergency center had lymphocyte phenotypic subsets characterized throughout hospital course. The immunosuppressive disease and CNS injury patients were exclude. There was no mortality in our studied cases. T-lymphocyte(CD-3), T helper(CD-4), T suppressor(CD-8) and B-lymphocyte(CD-19) were quantified by monoclonal antibodies and flowcytometric analysis. Results were analyzed on the day of admission 1st day, 2nd day, 4th day and 8th day among three groups: Injury severity score(ISS) below 15(n=10), 15-25(n=10), over 25(n=10). The patients were compared to 20 healthy controls. The immunologic depression was maximal on 2nd day and nearly recovered on 8th day. ISS over 25 group was most significantly depressed in all subset of T- lymphocyte, but ISS 15-25 group was slightly depressed less than ISS below 15 group. The B-lymphocyte was changed in similar pattern like as all subset of each ISS group, but the initial B-lymphocyte slightly increased comparing controls. Therefore the immunologic depression is affected by severity of trauma, and the severe and mild depression of immune system is included. The patterns of immune depression of T-lymphocyte and its subset were double peak in mild and severe trauma patients. The B-lymphocyte is stimulated in severe trauma patients during the initial stage of injury.

노동조합 전임자제도의 개선방향

The trade unions and the managements are heavily conflicting owing to a matter concerning a payment of wage & salary for local union officers by their employers in each individual companies. Korean labor law now states that a payment of wage & salary by their employer is unfair labor practice. Therefore, the unions insist on amendment of the provision, the managements don't agree with the daim. This artide suggest some proposals for reasonable settlement between the unions and the managements as follows : 1) A payment of wage & salary for local union representatives must be decided by two parties, not a labor law's regulation. 2) The number of full-time local union officers need to be decreased, but on the other hand the number of part-timer must be increased. 3) It is necessary that the trade unions make efforts to highten the autonomy and the efficiency of operation. 4) Specific collective bargaining agreement on all types of compensation for union officers had better to be made in each companies respectively.

구급일지를 통한 병원 전 환잔 분류 및 처치의 적절성 평가 연구

Background: Recently, patients' demands for emergency medicine are increasing, and most of prehospital medical care, including basic life support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and triage, are provided by paramedics or emergency medical technicians. Evaluation of the adequacy of prehospital management and triage has become important for improving the quality and the effectiveness of the emergency medical system. Methods: The 202 patients who were transferred by ambulance with paramedics, nurses, or emergency medical technicians to the Emergency Department in Gil Medical Center from July 1, 1999, to September 31, 1999, were enrolled. This study was conducted prospectively by using the emergency physician,s log and newly devised protocols recorded by paramedics or nurses. Results: 1) Male to female ratio was 1: 0.8, and the peak age of the patients were the 4th(18.8%) and 6th decade(15.3%). 2) Of the 202 patients, 84 patients were transferred for trauma and 118 for medical problems. The mean transfer time was 6±1.73 minutes. 3) The validities of prehospital triage and decisions using the trauma severity measure and the disease severity measure, were 33.3% in trauma patients and 57.6% in medical patients.4) The results for the adequacy rate in prehospital management analyzed by using the rate of necessity of treatment. performance of treatment, and adequate treatment were as follows: oxygen supply.38.1/41.6/93.8 ; wound dressing. 19.3/71.8/92.9 ; immobilization of the cervical spine, 15.8/56.3/92.9 ; application of a spinal board. 12.9/42.3/72.7 ; application of a splint, 9.9/50.0/60.0 ; manual maintenance of an airway. 9.9/55.0/63.6 ; and CPR, 4.5/66.7/0. 5) Kind of ALS(Advanced Life Support) were not conducted(peripheral IV, EKG. intubation, medical administration. defibrillation, pacing). The rates of necessity of treatment were as follows: peripheral IV, 40.6%; ECG monitoring, 23.3% ; endotracheal intubation, 8.9% ; medical administration, 8.9% ; defibrillation. 3.5%; and pacing. 1.5% Conclusion: The adequacy of prehospital triage and decisions using trauma and disease severity measures was relatively low. To improve the adequacy of BLS(Basic Life Support) and to increase the performance of ALS(Advanced Life Support), we must create challenges to develop new protocols and to supplement new equipment.

In case that the length of Backfill behind wall is confined, the active earth pressure acting wall will be reduced as compare with that calculated by conventional active earth pressure theories. Consequently, in this research , the theoritical formula of active earth pressure is proposed and conclusions are following. The angle of failure plane, 'α' of backfill soil is inclined to reduce as 'B/H' increase regardless of the angle of internal friction of backfill soil and earth pressure increase as the angle of internal friction reduce. The reduction effect of active earth pressure according to backfill length increase as 'B/H' more reduce than 'B/H=0.6'.

선택형 컨조인트 분석을 이용한 레스토랑 고객의 효용측정에 관한 연구

본 연구목적의 선택형 컨조인트 분석방법을 외식업계에 소개하고, 이 방법의 타당성을 전통적인 컨조인트 분석방법과 비교하여 검증하는 데에 있다. 본 연구에서는 전통적인 컨조인트 분석방법과 선택형 컨조인트 분석방법을 비교하기 위하여 레스토랑을 방문한 고객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 전통적인 컨조인트 분석결과와 선택형 컨조인트 분석결과의 예측타당성을 비교하기 위해서 전통적인 컨조인트 분석방법은 16개 카드의 선호순위를 선택형 컨조인트 분석의 예측모형은 선택세트 4를 제시하여 수집한 자료를 이용하였다. 두 모형의 비교는 예측타당성과 시장점유율 예측정확성은 선택세트 5개를 20번 제시하여 수집한 자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과 개별 153명 수준에서 선택세트 5개를 20번 제시한 결과 전통적인 컨조인트 분석방법의 예측타당성은 평균 6.64개(33.22%), 개별수준의 선택형 컨조인트 분석방법의 예측타당성을 살펴보면 평균 8.58개(42.88%)로 전통적인 분석방법 보다 예측력이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 시장점유율의 예측타당성을 검정하기 위해 153명이 전체수준에서 선택세트 5개를 20번 제시한 경우 실제선택비율과 전통적인 컨조인트 분석방법에 의한 시장점유율의 차이, 전체수준과 153명 개별수준에서 선택세트 5개를 20번 제시한 결과 선택형 컨조인트 분석방법과의 시장점유율 차이를 살펴보면 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 전체수준이 아닌 개별수준에서 선택형 컨조인트 분석을 살펴보았다는 점에서 전통적인 컨조인트 분석과 전체수준에서 살펴본 선택형 컨조인트 분석의 대안으로 권할 수 있다. 선택형 컨조인트 분석방법이 전통적인 컨조인트 분석방법 보다 예측 타당성이나 시장점유율예측 면에서 우월하고, 선택형 컨조인트 분석방법의 장점으로 인하여 레스토랑 선택대안에 대한 정보를 활용한 선택형 컨조인트 분석방법이 외식업계에 확산되어 그 효용성이 더욱 증대하리라 기대한다. The aim of this study is to introduce a choice-based conjoint analysis method to the restaurant industry and to verify its validity by comparing it with the conventional conjoint analysis method. In order to compare both conjoint analysis methods, this study has collected data from restaurant customers. Specifically, in comparing the predictive validity of the results from the conventional conjoint analysis and the choice-based conjoint analysis, 16 cards of preference rankings were presented as the prediction model for the former, while 5 sets of options were presented for the latter. As a result, it is expected that the utility of choice-based conjoint analysis method using the information of restaurant choice alternatives would be expanded to the restaurant industry because of its strong point: it is regarded to be superior to the conventional conjoint analysis in terms of the predictive validity and market share prediction.

Vehicles must be parked at least temporarily at each end of a vehicular trip before the occupants can partake in their activity. Parking is therefore a fundamental component of urban transportation system. The parking problems however have been got from bad to worse due to high cost of parking improvement. The city governments have formulated the synthetic policies to solve the parking problems without considering the characteristics of night-parking. In this study the direction of the parking policies is presented.

비정규직 근로자의 고용실태와 개선과제

Therefore, the interest groups like companies, employees end the government respond positively or negatively. This paper give you some attractive proposals on employment matters of non-standard workers as follower : flexibility of employment period, enlargement of social insurances, practice of equal work & equal wage, abolition of premium in favor of standard workers, design of of employment portfolio, upgrde of working conditions, opportunity of transfer from non-standard worker to standard employees.
