The PM10, SO₂ and NO₂ mass concentrations were obtained over five years from monitoring stations across Nanchong, a southwest city in China. Changes in urban air quality over time, as well as the factors influencing that change, were evaluated based on air pollutant concentrations, the Air Pollution Index (API), and the Comprehensive Pollution Index (P). The results showed that the total annual mean PM10, SO₂ and NO₂ concentrations over the five years studied were 61.1±1.1, 45.0±3.9 and 34.9±4.9 μg·m-3, respectively. The annual mean concentrations displayed a generally decreasing trend; lower than the annual mean second-level air quality limit. Meanwhile, the annual mean API values were in a small range of 52-53, the air quality levels were gradeⅡ, and P values were 1.06-1.21 less than the slight level (P ≤ 1.31). Total monthly mean PM10, SO₂, NO₂ concentrations, and API and P values were consistently higher in winter and spring than during autumn and summer. The results of a correlation analysis showed that temperature and pressure were the major meteorological factors influencing pollution levels. Pollution sources included industrial coal and straw burning, automobiles exhaust and road dust, fireworks, and dust storms.
Analysis and validation of novel inverter and LCC‑S topology‑based WPT system

Wireless power transfer (WPT) technology has been widely researched and employed due to its advantages when compared with conventional cable-connected power transmission in terms of convenience, flexibility, security, and so on. In common wireless power transfer systems, DC sources, such as batteries and AC–DC modules, are frequently utilized in the front end of the inverters to generate a relatively high frequency circuit driving voltage. The strategy of directly arranging inverters behind AC sources is feasible by replacing a single NMOS with a pair of back-to-back placed switches that can tolerate both forward and reverse voltage. This novel inverter structure is systematically explored from the perspectives of the time domain and the frequency domain, which demonstrates the convenience and feasibility of the proposed structure. Due to the canceling of the front-end rectifier, the complexity of the system hardware is significantly reduced. In addition, when taking the constant current output feature into account, the LCC-S topology is comprehensively investigated and properly applied. Finally, a laboratory platform is constructed and experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed structure. Furthermore, experiment results show that there is only a slight transfer efficiency decrease when compared with the commonly adopted scheme containing an extra diode rectifier at the transmitting side.
Emergency Relief System of Typhoon Disaster in China

China is one of the countriesmost severely afflicted by natural disasters in the world. Especially, the frequent and severe typhoon disasters have resulted in huge losses of life and property in China. In recent years, China’s emergency management system of disaster relief is gradually set up and reinforced. Meanwhile, the emergency operational mechanisms of disaster relief are successively established and enhanced, which cover the disaster situationmonitoring and joint consulting mechanism, the early warnings releasing mechanism, the pre-disaster emergency evacuation mechanism, the emergency response mechanism for disaster relief, the disaster relief funds appropriation mechanism, the disaster relief goods supply mechanism, and the disaster relief performance assessment mechanism. Some latest technologies are initially applied to disaster relief efforts so as to further improve the national capacity of emergency response.
Ontology Matching Method Based on Word Embedding and Structural Similarity

In a specific domain, experts have different understanding of domain knowledge or different purpose of constructing ontology. These will lead to multiple different ontologies in the domain. This phenomenon is called the ontology heterogeneity. For research fields that require cross-ontology operations such as knowledge fusion and knowledge reasoning, the ontology heterogeneity has caused certain difficulties for research. In this paper, we propose a novel ontology matching model that combines word embedding and a concatenated continuous bag-of-words model. Our goal is to improve word vectors and distinguish the semantic similarity and descriptive associations. Moreover, we make the most of textual and structural information from the ontology and external resources. We represent the ontology as a graph and use the SimRank algorithm to calculate the structural similarity. Our approach employs a similarity queue to achieve one-to-many matching results which provide a wider range of insights for subsequent mining and analysis. This enhances and refines the methodology used in ontology matching

Poly(methyl methacrylate) coated BaF2:Er3+ nanoparticles were prepared via a novel reverse-emulsion polymerization process using methyl methacrylate as continuous phase and water as dispersed phase. Preparation and coating of BaF2:Er3+ particles were processed in a single step. The resulting polymeric composites show the characteristic Er3+ luminescence at excitation of 980 nm and may have potential applications in amplified optical networks.
Geospatial Semantic Mobile Mashup Based on GoogleMAP and Location APIs

Linked Data can perform expressive query capabilities over the aggregated Web of data, similarly to how a relational database is queried. Smartphone’ multimedia, sensing, and communication capabilities provide the best environment in which to create easily new and superior mashup content combined with Linked Data. This paper describes a novel geospatial semantic mobile mashup system based on Google Map and Location APIs. It provides mashups of Google Map and DBpedia based on users’ current location, display surrounding DBpedia objects, and links to search for additional semantic information. DBpedia is emerging as the core of LOD (Linked Open Data), which is gathering information based on Wikipedia and using it to develop the large scale Big Data. Developed semantic mobile mashups are able to find the desired place of your current location through GPS, and access the semantic information easily in the self-developed Linked Data browser.

커패시터 커플링 노이즈를 줄인 단일 전원 CMOS 베타선 센서 회로 설계

본 논문에서는 DB하이텍 0.18㎛ CMOS 공정을 이용하여 진성난수 생성기에 사용되는 베타선 센서 회로를 설계하였다. CSA 회로는 PMOS 피드백 저항과 NMOS 피드백 저항을 선택하는 기능, 50fF과 100fF의 피드백 커패시터를 선택하는 기능을 갖는 회로를 제안하였다. 그리고 펄스 셰이퍼(pulse shaper) 회로는 비반전 증폭기를 이용한 CR-RC2 펄스 셰이퍼 회로를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 사용한 OPAMP 회로는 이중 전원(dual power) 대신 단일 전원(single power) 사용하고 있으므로 CR 회로의 저항과 RC 회로의 커패시터의 한쪽 노드는 GND 대신 VCOM에 연결한 회로를 제안하였다. 그리고 펄스 셰이퍼의 출력신호가 단조 증가가 아닌 경우 비교기 회로의 출력 신호가 다수의 연속된 펄스가 발생하더라도 단조 다중발진기(monostable multivibrator) 회로를 사용하여 신호 왜곡이 안되도록 하였다. 또한 CSA 입력단인 VIN과 베타선 센서 출력단을 실리콘 칩의 상단과 하단에 배치하므로 PCB trace 간의 커패시터 커플링 노이즈(capacitive coupling noise)를 줄이도록 하였다. In this paper, the beta-ray sensor circuit used in the true random number generator was designed using DB HiTek"s 0.18㎛ CMOS process. The CSA circuit proposed a circuit having a function of selecting a PMOS feedback resistor and an NMOS feedback resistor, and a function of selecting a feedback capacitor of 50fF and 100fF. And for the pulse shaper circuit, a CR-RC2 pulse shaper circuit using a non-inverting amplifier was used. Since the OPAMP circuit used in this paper uses single power instead of dual power, we proposed a circuit in which the resistor of the CR circuit and one node of the capacitor of the RC circuit are connected to VCOM instead of GND. And since the output signal of the pulse shaper does not increase monotonically, even if the output signal of the comparator circuit generates multiple consecutive pulses, the monostable multivibrator circuit is used to prevent signal distortion. In addition, the CSA input terminal, VIN, and the beta-ray sensor output terminal are placed on the top and bottom of the silicon chip to reduce capacitive coupling noise between PCB traces.
