In visual servoing tasks, it is an important problem to maintain the observability to feature points on objects, which are usually used to calculate the pose between objects and robots. In particular, when the robot’s vision has a limited field of view (FOV) and the points on objects are distributed separately, the problem is more serious. In this paper, based on FOV constraint region analysis and path planning, we propose a novel method for a mobile robot equipped with a pan-tilt camera to keep all points on objects in its view. According to the HorizontalFOV and Vertical-FOV angular aperture of camera, bounding boxes assisting to calculate the regions with FOV constraint are acquired firstly. Then the region where the robot inside it cannot keep all points in its view can be obtained. Finally the mobile robot plans a shortest path from the current position to the destination, which can avoid the region with FOV constraint. The results of simulations and experiments prove that our method can make mobile robot keep all feature points in its view when it is moving.

Focusing on the 14th five-year plan and the overall national security concept, through analyzing the overall environment of China s current counter-terrorism intelligence, and using the PEST-SWOT model to probe into the strengths and weaknesses of China s counter -terrorism intelligence information security. A scientific and reasonable international coordination and Cooperation Mechanism of counter-terrorism intelligence is put forward to provide an important guarantee for the modernization of counter-terrorism intelligence system and adherence to the overall national security concept.
Mechanism of Tungsten Recovery from Spent Cemented Carbide by Molten Salt Electrodeposition

The accumulation of spent carbide (YG8), not only pollutes the environment but also causes waste of tungsten, cobalt and other rare metal resources. To better address this issue, we proposed a combined electrochemical separation process of low-temperature aqueous solution and high-temperature molten salt for tungsten and cobalt. H<sub>2</sub>WO<sub>4</sub> was obtained from spent carbide in an aqueous solution, and we calcined it to obtain WO<sub>3</sub>, which was used as a raw material to obtain tungsten by using molten salt electrodeposition. The influence of the current efficiency and the electrochemical behavior of the discharge precipitation of W(VI) were also studied. The calcination results showed that the morphology of WO<sub>3</sub> was regular and there were no other impurities. The maximum current efficiency of 82.91% was achieved in a series of electrodeposition experiments. According to XRD and SEM analysis, the recovered product was high purity tungsten, which belongs to the simple cubic crystal system. In the W(VI) reduction mechanism experiments, the electrochemical process of W(VI) in NaCl-Na<sub>2</sub>WO<sub>4</sub>-WO<sub>3</sub> molten salt was investigated using linear scanning voltammetry (LSV) and chronoamperometry in a three-electrode system. The LSV showed that W(VI) was reduced at the cathode in two steps and the electrode reaction was controlled by diffusion. The fitting results of chronoamperometry showed that the nucleation mechanism of W(VI) was an instantaneous nucleation mode, and the diffusion coefficient was 7.379×10<sup>-10</sup> cm<sup>2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup>.

PURPOSE. These days, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have received worldwide attention because of their potentiality in tissue engineering for implant dentistry. The purpose of this study was to evaluate various growth inducing factors in media for improvement of acquisition of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMMSCs) and colony forming unit-fibroblast (CFU-F). MATERIALS AND METHODS. The mouse BMMSCs were freshly obtained from female C3H mouse femur and tibia. The cells seeded at the density of 106/dish in media supplemented with different density of fetal bovine serum (FBS), 1α, 25-dihydroxyvitamin (VD3) and recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF). After 14 days, CFU-F assay was conducted to analyze the cell attachment and proliferation, and moreover for VD3, the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium (MTS) assay was additionally conducted. RESULTS. The cell proliferation was increased with the increase of FBS concentration (P<.05). The cell proliferation was highest at the density of 20 ng/mL rhEGF compared with 0 ng/mL and 200 ng/mL rhEGF (P<.05). For VD3, although the colony number was increased with the increase of its concentration, the difference was not statistically significant (P>.05). CONCLUTION. FBS played the main role in cell attachment and growth, and the growth factor like rhEGF played the additional effect. However, VD3 did not have much efficacy compare with the other two factors. Improvement of the conditions could be adopted to acquire more functional MSCs to apply into bony defect around implants easily.
The Path Choice of Police-related Public Opinion Guidance in Pandemic Prevention and Control

In early 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic spread around the world, seriously affecting people’s health, lifestyle, economic development and other aspects. The shock wave that affected the whole world has triggered a wide wave of public opinion both at home and abroad. Under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the people of the whole country are fighting against the pandemic, and the police, as the law enforcers fighting in the front line of the pandemic, have attracted the attention of all circles of society. Once the epidemic involving police negative public opinion, easy to trigger a crisis of public confidence of the government, the epidemic prevention and control and social order caused instability. By sorting out the typical cases of police-related public sentiment in pandemic prevention and control, the author considers the characteristics and trends of police-related public sentiment in pandemic prevention and control, and analyzes the problems and shortcomings in public sentiment control, in order to create a positive environment for anti-pandemic public opinion, this paper puts forward some solutions to the public opinion concerning pandemic and police.
