        Relationship between phase structure and electrical properties of (K0.5Na0.5)NbO3–LiTaO3 lead-free ceramics

        Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics of (1-x)K0.5Na0.5NbO3-xLiTaO3 (KNN-LT) system have been investigated in this work. X-ray diffraction, Raman spectra measurements, DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetric),and dielectric constant versus temperature provide direct evidence that the phase transition temperature between tetragonal and orthorhombic shift to lower temperature with the increasing of LT content. The KNN-0.05LT ceramics exhibit the highest high-field d33 up to 220 pm/V. At the same time, we also investigated the relationship between phase structure and electric properties, showing that the orthorhombic phase presents better piezoelectric temperature stabilities than the tetragonal phase. The result may provide a new way for KNN-based lead-free ceramics.

        Supply Chain Trust Evaluation Model Based on Improved Chain Iteration Method

        The modern market is highly competitive. It has progressed from traditional competition between enterprises to competition between supply chains. To ensure that enterprise can form the best strategy consistently, it is necessary to evaluate the trust of other enterprises in the supply chain. First, this paper analyzes the background and significance of supply chain trust research, analyzes and expounds on the qualitative and quantitative methods of supply chain trust evaluation, and summarizes the research in this field. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is the most frequently used method in the literature to evaluate and rank criteria through data analysis. However, the input data for AHP analysis is based on human judgment, and hence there is every possibility that the data may be vague to some extent. Therefore, in view of the above problems, this study improves the global trust method based on chain iteration. The improved global trust evaluation method based on chain iteration is more flexible and practical, hence, it can more accurately evaluate supply chain trust. Finally, combined with an actual case of Zhaoxian Chengji Food Co. Ltd., the paper qualitatively analyzes the current situation of supply chain trust management and effectively strengthens the supervision of enterprises to cooperative enterprises. Thus, the company can identify problems on time and strategic adjustments can be implemented accordingly. The effectiveness of the evaluation method proposed in this paper is demonstrated through a quantitative evaluation of its trust in downstream enterprise A. Results suggest that the subjective preferences of and historical transactions together affect the final evaluation of trust.

        Service Oriented Cloud Computing Trusted Evaluation Model

        More and more cloud computing services are being applied in various fields; however, it is difficult for users and cloud computing service platforms to establish trust among each other. The trust value cannot be measured accurately or effectively. To solve this problem, we design a service-oriented cloud trust assessment model using a cloud model. We also design a subjective preference weight allocation (SPWA) algorithm. A flexible weight model is advanced by combining SPWA with the entropy method. Aiming at the fuzziness and subjectivity of trust, the cloud model is used to measure the trust value of various cloud computing services. The SPWA algorithm is used to integrate each evaluation result to obtain the trust evaluation value of the entire cloud service provider.

        Encoding Selection for a Class of Fitness Functions based on Locus Interdependency

        The feasible solutions are usually represented with a binary encoding when a genetic algorithm is applied to a continuous optimization problem. However, it has been remarked that a binary encoding was not always the best choice, and it was suggested to use a base-m encoding for a class of fitness functions linearly combined of sine functions whose frequencies were exponential to a positive integer m. In this paper, this suggestion is explained based on locus interdependency. It is shown that, for these fitness functions, the Euclidean distances from a considerable part of the highly fit strings to the objective strings are negative powers of m. Thus, the Hamming distances from the highly fit strings to the objective strings when the feasible solutions of these fitness functions are represented with a basem encoding are much smaller than those when the fitness functions are expressed with an encoding of another cardinality. And as a result, locus interdependency of the former is much lower than that of the latter, which indicates that the fitness functions are likely to be much easier when expressed with the former encoding. The suggestion is then tested on a number of fitness functions randomly generated, in which encodings with different bases are compared according to locus interdependency and optimization performance. The results of the test substantiate the suggestion.

      • The Software Trustworthiness Evaluation Model Based on Subjective Logic

        In recent years, the trustworthiness of the software has become the focus of software quality. The software trustworthiness analysis and measurement has become a hot issue. Because of the great influence of software environment dynamic openness and uncertainty to the trustworthiness of the software, this paper attempts to examine the changes of software running environment, consider the impact on the software trustworthiness, and build the software trustworthiness evaluation (STE) model with subjective logic. The model can be real-time control the software running state and evaluate the software trustworthiness dynamically. In addition, on the setting of weight aspect, a subjective group preference weight setting algorithm is designed. Simulation results show that the model is reasonable and effective can be more accurate to evaluate the software trustworthiness.

        Biometry of width between labial transitional line angles in anterior teeth: an observational study

        PURPOSE. The maximum width between the mesial and distal labial transitional line angles, described as “esthetic width” herein, could significantly influence the visual perception of the teeth and smile. This study aimed to conduct biometric research on esthetic width and to explore whether regular distribution exists in the esthetic width of human teeth. MATERIALS AND METHODS. A total of 4,264 maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth were measured using the Geomagic studio software program. The proportions of maxillary to mandibular homonymous teeth and proportions between the adjacent teeth were calculated. Bilateral symmetry and the correlation between the esthetic and mesiodistal widths were both accounted for during the measurement procedures. RESULTS. The mean esthetic widths were 6.773 ± 0.518 mm and 4.329 ± 0.331 mm for maxillary and mandibular central incisors, respectively, 5.451 ± 0.487 mm and 5.008 ± 0.351 mm for maxillary and mandibular lateral incisors, respectively, and 3.340 ± 0.353 mm and 5.958 ± 0.415 mm for maxillary and mandibular canines, respectively. Except for the mandibular canines, no significant difference in esthetic width was found among homonymous teeth from the same jaw. A high linear correlation was found between the esthetic and mesiodistal widths of the same tooth, except for the maxillary canines. Esthetic width proportions among different tooth categories showed some regular patterns, which were similar to those of the mesiodistal width. CONCLUSION. Esthetic width is regularly distributed among the teeth in the Chinese population. This could provide an important reference for anterior dental restorations and dimension recovery in esthetic reconstruction of anterior teeth.

      • An Distributed Method for Calculating Entropy of Large-scale Sequential Data

        Various IoT devices constantly generate data in terms of time, which may form a large-scale of sequential data. Entropy calculation of a big data input will lead to unacceptable time, even not able to obtain the output. In this paper, we propose a distributed method for accelerating the entropy calculation process. Utilize a high performance host sever to deploy a distributed computing platform by server virtualization technique. Run independent R environment for the entropy calculation in multiple computing nodes and adopt Java multi-thread technique in one control node. From the experiment results and the analysis, we can conclude that the proposed distributed scheme is efficient and feasible for dealing with large-scale sequential data.

        Probabilistic Evaluation of Voltage Quality on Distribution System Containing Distributed Generation and Electric Vehicle Charging Load

        Since there are multiple random variables in the probabilistic load flow (PLF) calculation of distribution system containing distributed generation (DG) and electric vehicle charging load (EVCL), a Monte Carlo method based on composite sampling method is put forward according to the existing simple random sampling Monte Carlo simulation method (SRS-MCSM) to perform probabilistic assessment analysis of voltage quality of distribution system containing DG and EVCL. This method considers not only the randomness of wind speed and light intensity as well as the uncertainty of basic load and EVCL, but also other stochastic disturbances, such as the failure rate of the transmission line. According to the different characteristics of random factors, different sampling methods are applied. Simulation results on IEEE9 bus system and IEEE34 bus system demonstrates the validity, accuracy, rapidity and practicability of the proposed method. In contrast to the SRSMCSM, the proposed method is of higher computational efficiency and better simulation accuracy. The variation of nodal voltages for distribution system before and after connecting DG and EVCL is compared and analyzed, especially the voltage fluctuation of the grid-connected point of DG and EVCL.
