Actinobacillus sp. EL-9로부터 생산된 생분해성 폴리에스터의 구조 및 특성

Actinobacillus sp. EL-9로 부터 추출, 정제된 PHB를 GC, IR 및 NMR로 분석한 후, 그 구조를 확인하였으며, 열적 성질, 점도 및 분자량 등을 검토하였다. Actinobacillus sp. EL-9로부터 추출, 정제된 PHB를 IR,500㎒ ^1H-NMR 및 125㎒ ^13C-NMR 를 이용하여 조성분석을 실시한 결과, 본 공시균이 생산한PHB는3-hydroxybutyric acid 의 homopolymer임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 PHB의melting temperature(T_m)은 169.7℃임을 알 수 있었으며, crystallization trmperature(T_c)는 69.13℃이었다. PHB의 점도는 1.08×10^6(±3,000)이었다. In this study, the composition and characteristic of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB) biosynthesized by Actinobacillus sp. EL-9 are investigated. PHB produced by Actinobacillus sp. EL-9 was identified as the homopolymer of 3-hydroxybutyric acid(PHB)by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy analysis. The melting temperature(T_m), and crystallization trmperature(T_c)of PHB was 169.7℃ and 69.13℃, respectively. the viscosity on the basis of Brookfield viscometer was 6.01㎗/g. The viscosity-average molecular weight estimated by Mark-Ho-wink-Sakurada equation was 1.08×10^6(±3,000).

The shift to Hub-port requires an information-oriented port.Recently,the increase of the information of port logistics had a great influence on the field.The business of the port website is accomplished under SCM(supply chain management)because of internet environment.I am trying to show the direction of business management that makes us deal with new technology and further to the understanding of the port-web sites. Our goverment provides Web-based port logistics service,but it is not enough.Logistics information system through Web system is an essential factor of service.Therefore,providing positively logistics information through the Web will make it most suitable.For the port e-marketplace of port,all the trade related with port logistics by the construction of its expert Hubsite should be handled on-line in the cyberspace.The results follows: It is necessary that service is extended which strengthened e-marketplace can accomodate through construction of On-line trade.

Heterotopic ossification is frequent complication in patients with spinal cord or brain injury, although the etiology is unknown. The extensive heterotopic ossification is a cause of limitation of active or passive joint motion and ultimately bony ankylosis which interferes independency in activities of daily living and ability of maximum rehabilitation. Whereas, the articular complication of heterotopic ossification have been well documented, the vascular complication are less well known. We experienced one case with vascular compression and obstruction by heterotopic ossification in a patient with traumatic brain injury and reported the case with clinical and radiologcal and laboratoric findings.

e-Logistics 에 따른 전문물류업의 전략

제4자물류는 제3자물류에 새로운 IT와 컨설팅을 추가한 것이다. e-Logistics은 공급연쇄관리에서 IT와 인터넷 비즈니스를 수단으로 정보교환ㆍ정보공유 협력이 가능한 것이다. 전문물류업은 e-Logistics에 따라 효과적인 물류합리화를 웹사이트 상에서 구현한다. 전문물류웹사이트가 성공과 확신을 갖기위해서는 웹사이트상에서 이용자 형태에 대한 인식이 가장 중요한 문제이다. 본 논문은 전문물류업들이 구축ㆍ운영하고 있는 8개의 전문물류웹사이트를 표본으로 선정ㆍ평가하여 전문물류업의 웹사이트전략에 대해서 실증 분석한다. 그리고 이용자의 관점에서 검증하고 반영된 평가항목순위 및 요인을 추출하여 각항목의 만족도를 파악한다. The 4PL is the new IT and consulting added to the 3PL. In SCM, e-Logistics can exchange information, hold information in common, and cooperate through IT and internet e-business. As of e-Logistics, the 4PL makes Logistics rationalization effective into reality through the website. For the success and confidence of 4PL website, the perception of the users' behavior is the most important problem. In this paper, I chose and evaluated eight 4PL websites that are established and operated by 4PL as samples, then analyzed the 4PL websites' strategies. I grasped each subject's degree of satisfaction from the evaluation that was verified and reflected from the user's point of view.

비구조화 환경의 입력영상에 대한 영역기반의 추적 방법

The main problems of computational complexity in object tracking were object definition, identification and segmentation in non-structured environments with erratic movements and object collisions. Therefore, for efficiency, we considered the object information as a region that corresponds to objects without discriminating among objects in the same frame. This paper describes the algorithm that, automatically and efficiently, recognizes and keeps tracks of interest-regions selected by a user in video or camera image sequences. The block-based feature matching method was used for region tracking. This matching process considers only dominant feature points such as corners , edges, bright and dark spots without requiring a pre-defined model of object s . Experimental results showed that matching process captured correct region successfully even when the objects undergo scaling and 3-dimensional movements in successive image sequences.

병재배 폐톱밥을 이용한 양송이 복토재료 개발에 관한 연구

애느타리 병재배후 탈병한 톱밥을 3월 중순 퇴적하여 부숙시킨 결과 퇴적기간에 따른 폐톱밥의 부숙정도는 퇴적 30일이후에 가장 컸으며 부숙 소요일수는 최소 48일이었다. 퇴적 기간에 따른 폐톱밥의 pH 및 총 질소 함량은 부숙이 진전됨에 따라 증가하는 경향이었고 총 탄소 및 C/N율은 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 경향이었다. 식양토에 부숙이 완료된 톱밥을 부피 비율로 10, 30, 50%씩 첨가하여 복토 재료로 사용한 결과 30% 첨가시 식양토 단용 처리보다 A. bisporus 균사 생장이 촉진되고 초발이 소요일수가 5일 빠르며, 수량에 있어서도 28% 증수되었다. After bottle culture of Pleurotus ostreatus, sawdust was taken out from the bottle and accumulated in the middle of March, and then composted. As the result, Y value was decreased rapidly 30 days after composting, and it was decreased slowly after 30 days. It is considered that 118 days is required for composting, however, it is possible to use for casing material after at least 48 days composting. The pH and total nitrogen content of sawdust based on composting period had tendency to increase as composting was processed. Total carbon and C/N rate had tendency to decrease as time went on. Based on the rate of 10, 30 and 50%, each sawdust was added to clay loam used as casing material for culturing A. bisporrus. Among various treatments, the mycelial growth of A. bisporus was more favorable in the treatment of 30% sawdust than in the single treatment of clay loam. Based on the date necessary for primodium formation of A. bisporus, the primodium formation in the treatment of 30% sawdust was reduced to about 5 days as compared with that of any other treatments When 30% sawdust was added to clay loam used as casing material for culturing A. bisporus, the yield of its fruiting body was increased to 28%.
