        비만 개선 효과를 지닌 탄수화물 및 지방 흡수 억제 기능성 식이조성물 개발

        In a previous study, we developed a new food additive as an egg yolk antibody (IgY) against carbohydrate digestion enzymes for the regulation of blood glucose level and weight control. The IgY delayed and decreased the increment of blood glucose level after administration of sucrose in human being by 30% in 20∼30 min. We also developed a lipase inhibitor as a water extract of two kinds of herb, Platycodon grandiflorum and Solanum melongena. Twenty three volunteers were subjected to the intake of the egg yolk IgY plus the herbal extracts for 50 days. In average, the treated subjects appeared to lose 1.96 ㎏ of body weight and 3.4 ㎏ of body fat mass during the treated period. Furthermore, Panniculus adiposus and breech size were significantly decreased during the experimental period. Above results suggested that the administration of the dietary additives composed of egg yolk IgY and natural herbal extract improve the obesity by the decrement of body weight and body fat mass.

      • 삼각측량 시스템을 이용한 3-D 형상 복원

        The 3-D shape use to effect of movie, animation, industrial design, medical treatment service, education, engineering etc... But it is not easy to make 3-D shape from the information of 2-D image. There are two methods in restoring 3-D video image through 2-D image; First the method of using a laser; Second, the method of acquiring 3-D image through stereo vision. Instead of doing two methods with many difficulties, I study the method of simple 3-D image in this research paper. We present here a simple and efficient method, called direct calibration, which does not require any equations at all. The direct calibration procedure builds a lookup table(LUT) image and 3-D coordinates by a real 3-D triangulation system. The LUT is built by measuring the image coordinates of a grid of known 3-D points, and recording both image and world coordinates for each point; the depth values of all other visible points are obtained by interpolation.

        This study aims chiefly to make researches on the influence which a city plan exercises on farmland and its problems, and to try to find rational devices to them. The rapid urbanization resulting from growth of economy could not help encroaching on some part of farmland in a city plan area. In fact, several times of the land area which has become a city street is captured and unemployed. In a city plan area, such a current policy of utilization of land impedes good development of a city and foodstuff self sufficiency. Because land has become a speculative area by land-jobbers looking forward to anunearned income. 1. For the last ten years(1971-1980), the absolute area of our territory has increased by 544.86㎢, farmland has decreased by 754.82㎢ and forest land has decreased by 39.08㎢. Within the same period of time agricultural area ha decreased by 9,725.36㎢, while urban area has increased by 10,214.41㎢. Therefore this states the fact that our country iw urbanized rapidly. 2. Farmland area 907.16㎢ is included in the city plan area which is earmarked in the long-range view. This is 4.13% of total farmland area. If this area were a paddy field, it could produce 442,706M/T of rice. According to the rice price in 1980, the rice price comes up to 243million Won. 3. The population increase presents an ever increasing demand for food. Self-sufficiency rate in food grain shows a decrease of 56%(1980). Thus around 5,000,000M/T of food grain is imported from foreign countries year by year. But it is difficult that we import foodstuff even with foreign money because the food situation of the world become worse. In consequence, foodstuff self-sufficiency should be accomplished. 4. A magnifying device of farmland must be adopted for foodstuff self-support and in order to prevent farmland from being encroached at a minimum, a device of farmland integrity should be considered. Especially, high productive farmland in Green Belt must be appointed as a absolute farmland and preserved as a productive Green Belt. Even though the land is in the adjustment partitions area, that area must be restricted as a productive land until it is developed.

      • 都市開發 과 農地保全

        國土面積은 增加하고 있으나 農地面積은 해마다 減少하여 食糧自給度는 60%로 低下되었고 外穀導入量은 年間 500萬 M/T에 이르고 있다. 都市化에 따른 産業構造의 變化로 農家人口는 지난 10年 동안 400萬名이 減少하여 總人口에 대하여 28.94%에 不過하며 2001年에는 10%線까지 減少될 것으로 예상된다. 營農形態도 主穀生産의 沓 田作農은 減少하고 高級農産物의 生産에 從事하는 農家가 增加하는 傾向이다. 人口增加와 經濟成長에 따른 急進的인 都市化의 進展은 大都市의 人口集中과 各都市地域의 過大擴張을 가져오게 되었고 따라서 食糧의 生産基盤인 農地를 蠶食케 되었다. 한편으로는 土地의 假需要로 地價의 上昇과 土地의 投機現象까지 일으켜서 都市外廓土地는 勿論 一部近郊農村에 이르기까지 土地의 遊休化∼非合理的인 保全 및 管理, 不必要한 轉用等土地資源의 浪費와 非效率的인 利用을 招來하게 되었다. 그러나 世界的인 食糧難은 食糧의 武器化로 代替되고 있으며 食糧輸入國에서는 食糧自給問題를 安保次元에서 解決하려고 하고 있다. 그러나 稀少資源으로서의 農地保全에만 지나치게 執着한다는 것은 健全한 都市計劃과 産業發展을 制約하기도 하므로 國土開發의 綜合的인 計劃을 效果的으로 推進해야 할 것이다. 따라서 都市計劃에 있어서는 絶對農地의 轉用은 一切不許하고 都市計劃區域內에서도 生産綠地의 轉用은 억제해야 한다. 또한 不要不急한 用地는 開發이 切實히 要求될 때까지 本來의 用地로 利用하여 農地의 浪費를 없애고 土地의 假需要와 投機를 억제하는 制度를 補强하여 旣存 農地의 蠶食을 最小化해야 할 것이다. Year by year, our national land area is on the increase, but our farmland area is on the decrease. The result is that selfsufficiency rate in food grain is diminished by 60%, and our foreign imported grain runs up 5,000,000 M/T a year. Owing to the change of industrial structure in company with urbanization, the last ten years have witnessed 4 million decrease in our agricultural population. Now, the agricultural populatien is no more than 28.94% as against the total population, and we suspect that it is only 10% in 2001. An agricultural management form has changed out of the production form of a major food grain-paddy and dry field farming-to the production form of a high quality agricultural products. The rapid progress of urbanization caused by the growth of population and economy has brought about the gravitation of population toward large cities and the expansion of urban areas. So it has encroached upon arable land. Disguised demand in land was so great that its price was raised high and speculative phenomina in it were found. These phenomina caused the waste and inefficiency of land, namely a keeping land idle, an irrelative integrity and control, and needless diversion. On account of the world-wide food shortage, many countries have armed with food, and so food importing countries try to solve the problem of food self-support by the national security demansion, However, if we excessively hold to the farmland integrity as scarce resources, we may restrict the sound urban planning and industrial development. Therefore, the all-out plan of land development should be carried out effectively. In the urban planning, the diversions of absolute farmland must be denied, and also in the urban planning area the diversions of productive green belt should be restricted thoroughly. In order to prevent farmland from waste, the land that can be waited should be used like original land until the development of that land is required earnestly, and for the purpose of reducing the invasion of existing farmland, the system to hold down the disguised demand and speculation in land have to be reinforced.

        전기자극이 건의 치유에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험연구

        The mechanism of tendon healing has been a controversial issue. Although there seems to be a dipolarizing opinion regarding the tendon healing, it is well known to us that the tendon has both intrinsic and extrinsic healing capacity which has proved in vivo and in vitro studies. Tendon adhesion is a common sequella after tendon repair, particularly after the ling period of immobilization. This can be explained by one wound concept or extrinsic tendon healing. If we can modify the natural healing process of the tendon by augmenting the intrinsic capacity, we can reduce the period of immobilization to allow early motion for better gliding. in this study, we used the electrical stimulation technique, which has been known to have good growth stimulatory effect on the living cells, to investigate its effect on tendon healing in organic culture for 6 weeks. Total 64 flexor tendons were harvested from 8 rabbit paws and they were cultured in separate petri-dishes.: 32 tendons were used for the control group and the rest 32 were used for the electric stimulation group. Tendons through which a continuous 7 μAmp current was passed at the repair site were compared with the non stimulated controls. In reference to the histologic study with Hematoxylin ?? Eosin stain and van Gieson stain, the following results were obtained. 1. There was found no necrosis in the specimens of the control as well as the elctrical stimulation group during 6 weeks' culture period. 2. Starting from 1 week, there was prominent increase of fibroblastic proliferation and collagen production in electrical stimulation group and these active repair processes persisted up to 6 weeks. Accordingly, I conclude that the intrinsic tendon healing capacity can be enhanced by the electrical stimulation in vitro.

        Demand of rapid detection for cancer, it is necessary that high sensitivity, specificity, low cost, and simple method. CNT and metal nano materials are widely used to elecate efficient. CNT have various advantage, and can be composed with metal nano materials. Especially, Titanium oxide and gold nano particles are focused on sensor for detection of cancer, it can elecate electron transition feeiciency between electrode surface and target materials, and biological functionalization of CNT. It means that nano material is composed each other. In this study, electrodes are considered materialsd and their chracteristic for cancer sensor.

      • 南韓과 對馬島의 自然史 比較硏究

        The flora of Tsushima Islands consists of total 250 species. The major natural forests are coastal shrub forest, low-land forests, mountain forests, secondary forests, and planted forests. The vegetation maps of Tsushima Islands are similar to those of Jeju Islands, Ulreung Islands and the South-coastal districts of Korean Peninsula. The fresh water algae of Korea listed total 8 classes, 20 orders, 47 families, 122 genera and 618 kinds (including 459 species, 1 subspecies and 31 kinds). The fauna of fresh water fishes comprises 25 families, 83 genera, and 132 species in South Korea and 9 families, 20 genera and 22 species in Tsushima Islands, respectively. The Late 0ligocene sedimentation recorded in the Taishu Group reveals an unstable shallow marine depositional environment as shown in sole marks and other sedimentary features. Previous studies on directional features of the Taishu Group have shown that the Paleo-Tsushima Strait and the East Sea originated during the Taishu sedimentation. The provenances of the Taishu Group appear to be the Korean Peninsula and the Early Paleogene sedimentary rocks of Yellow Sea floor and the sea floor between Yellow Sea and the Tsushima Island. The Early Miocene uplift and folding of the Taishu Group must have closed the Paleo-Tsushima Strait connecting Korea and the Japanese Islands. According to previous studies, the Korean Peninsula and the Japanese Islands were connected during the end of the Miocene and the Late Pleistocene. The last isolation commenced during the Riss-Wu¨rm Interglacial age.

        특징 형상기반의 CAIP에 관한 연구

        A feature-based inspection planning system is proposed in this research to develop more efficient measuring mthodolog for the OMM(On-Machine Measurement) or CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine) for complicated workpiece having man; primitive form features. This paper is proposed solution that optimum inspection sequence of the objective features. The sequences are determined by analyzing the feature information such as the nearest relationship and the possible probe-approach direction(PAD) of the features, and forming feature groups. A series of heuristic rules are developed to accomplish in Also. each feature is decomposed into its constituent geometric elements for inspection process, and then the number c sampling points, location of the measuring points, optimum probing path are determined.
