High pressure, pressure ratio, refrigerating effect, heat transfer from the condenser and the power of the compressor etc. of a self-made refrigeration equipment for R-12 are investigated when R-12 and R-134a are used as the coolants. The comparison between the performance for R-12 and that for R-134a is made. As a result, R-134a is better than R-12 in the view of high pressure, refrigerating effect and the coefficient of performance and vice versa in the view of pressure ratio, exit gas temperature from the compressor and heat transfer from the condenser.
Micro-Factory 공정간 마이크로 부품 검사 프로브 개발

This paper shows a non-contact optical method to inspect micron scale parts which will be manufactured in micro-factory system. This inspection system should have some characteristics like a small size, flexibility, and high measuring speed. In the viewpoint of measuring capabilities, it also has resolution under micron scale with measuring range over millimeter scale. Two methods will be presented in this paper, one is Moire and the other is white-light scanning interferometry. Also some experimental results will be presented to show the possibilities of the proposed inspection system.

Soy bean Sauce has been basic seasoning in our traditional food life of our nation and one of the commonly used grain cereals as a side fond stuff from ancient times. In this treatise, the kinds of soy bean sauce, the frequency of them, the measuring units, the cooking utensils, and the measuring terms, the good day or bad day to make soy bean sauce, how to make soy bean sauce without inducing maggot, how to choose water when making soy bean sauce, how to preserve soy bean sauce without losing taste and how to preserve and choose earthernware pots, and lastly how to choose salt to go with making soy bean sauce were studied from the books published from 1018 to 1984 in Korea. 1) The kinds of soy were soybean paste, soy bean sauce, red pepper paste, fermented soybeans, jip -jang, usage of materials and fish meat soy. 2) There were 141 kinds of soy, including 23 kinds of soybean paste, 27 kinds of soybean sauce, 24 kinds of red pepper paste, 15 kinds of fermented soybeans, 15 kinds of juice soy, 23 kinds of usuable materials and 14 kinds of fish meat soy. 3) There were 54 kinds of measuring units used to make the kinds of soy, 22 kinds of ca pacity(volume) unit, 3 kinds of weight unit, 15 kinds of quantity units, 5 kinds of length and thickness, and 9 kinds of the others. 4) There were 111 kinds of cooking utensils, among them earthernware pots were used in the largest quantity. There were also as many as 36 kinds of seasoning utensils used for making fermented soybeans. 5) There were 266 kinds of cooking utensils 119 kinds for preparing process, 30 kinds for mixing process, 27 kinds for heating process, 20 kinds for making process, 51 kinds for making good -looking process, 18 kinds for cutting process and one more. 6) In this dissertation were classified and arranged the good day for making soy, bad day for making soy, the way of making soy without maggot, selecting water when making soy, the way of preserving taste, the way to be avoided for making soy, the way to preserve earthernware pots for soy, the way of choosing earthernware pots, salt to be used for making soy.

In order to establish a dyeing method with Magnoliaceae tree species dyeing was examined with 4 different parts, leaf, stem bark, root, flower of 4 Magnohaceae species, Magnolia kobus Dc., Magnolia denudata Desr, Magnolia obovata Thunb, Liriodendron tulipifera L Mordants used were chemicals, AIK(SO_4)_2 24H_2O, Ca(OH)_2, FeSO_4 7H_2O. All four species showed similar coloring among four different parts. Leaves and petals showed dark yellow, stem bark, grayish yellow, root bark, dark red or yellow. Al mordant made more brighter colour than Fe mordant. Stem bark showed less difference in color by mordants, whereas petals did the biggest.

The purpose of this study this study was to comparative analysis the V02max and HR through arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise and to propose correct data of aerobic ability according to GXT. Subjects for study were 8 healthy male students. The process of the test were performed maximal GXT on arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise and measured V02max, max heart rate and recovery time of 3 VO2 and heart rate respectively. The conclusions were supported by the findings of this study: 1.There were significant differences between test style and V02/kg/min(p<.05). 2.There were significant differences between test style and test stage at heart rate(p<.05) There were no effect of reciprocal action. Therefore, V02/kg/min should be on individual exercise prescription guiedlines for health promotion should be provided proper GXT which are arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>For the encapsulation of biomolecules in inorganic materials, we have developed a unique enzyme-silicate conjugate material that consists of a self-assembled molecularly thin silicate layer on the surface of each individual enzyme molecule. The enzyme-silicate conjugate materials, called single enzyme caged nanoparticles (SECNs), were synthesized via the silica polymerization on the surface of enzyme molecule after solubilizing each enzyme molecule in hexane by using a tiny amount of surfactant, called “ion-pairing”. SECNs possess near native enzyme activity in aqueous media with minimal substrate diffusional limitations, and are highly stable under the protection of silicate network cage. Due to their nearly molecular size, SECNs can also be adsorbed into mesoporous silica materials to yield robust and easily-recyclable enzymatic systems that can be used in a number of potential biocatalytic applications such as diagnostics, biosensors, biotransformations, biofuel production, bioremediation and CO<SUB>2</SUB> capture.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Protocol of single enzyme caged nanoparticles (SECNs) has been developed. </LI> <LI> SECNs have ultra-thin silicate network on the surface of individual enzyme molecule. </LI> <LI> SECNs minimize substrate diffusional limitation, and inhibit the enzyme denaturation. </LI> <LI> SECNs can be immobilized into mesoporous silica for recyclable enzymatic systems. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
