Gutta-percha와 근관sealer를 사용한 근관 충전은 가장 많이 이용되고 성공률이 높은 방법이지만, 현재 사용되는 모든 근관sealer는 미세누출을 나타낸다. 따라서 더 효과적인 근관 폐쇄를 이루기 위한 재료 및 방법들이 연구되어 왔다. 이중 상아질 접착제는 근관 충전재와 함께 사용되어 미세누출을 감소시키지만, 근관 내에 사용하기에 술식이 복잡하고 기술이 요구된다. 본 연구의 목적은 gutta-percha와 레진계 근관 sealer로 충전한 근관에서 self-etching primer를 미리 도포한 경우와 도포하지 않은 경우의 치근단 미세누출을 비교하고, self-etching primer를 도포함에 있어 근관 내에 적용하는 방법에 따른 미세누출을 비교하는 것이다. 또한 근관sealer와 상아질 계면을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰하여, 이 결과를 미세 누출과 관련시켜보고자 하였다. 36개의 발거된 사람의 단근치에서 치관부를 절단, 제거하고 ProFile로 근관 형성한 후, 무작위로 선택하여 4개의 군으로 분류하였다. 1군에서는 주사기와 30게이지 주사 바늘로 self-etching primer를 근관 내에 적용하였고, 2군에서는 self-etching primer를 paper point에 적셔 근관 내에 적용하였다. 3군에서는 self-etching primer를 적용하지 않았다. 1, 2, 3군의 치아를 gutta-percha와 AH26 sealer를 사용하여 continuous wave 충전법으로 충전한 후 치근단공 주위 3mm를 제외한 치근면에 nail polish를 2회 도포하였고, 4군(음성 대조군)은 치근면 전체에 도포하였다. 1군과 2군에서 각각 2개의 치아는 주사전자현미경적 관찰을 위해 준비하였다. 모든 치아를 Methylene Blue 수용액에 48시간동안 침적, 수세한 후 치아 장축에 평행하게 양분하여, 10배의 실물확대현미경 하에서 치근단 색소 침투를 관찰하였다. Self-etching primer를 도포한 군과 도포하지않은 군 사이에는 평균 미세누출량에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 주사바늘로 적용한 군과 paper point로 적용한 군 사이에도 평균 미세누출량에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 상아질과 근관sealer계면의 주사전자현미경 관찰 결과 일부분에서 긴밀한 접착 관계를 나타내었고, 다른 부분에서는 간극을 나타내었다.

사료용 옥수수 연구 N. 조사료용 CNU 육성 교잡종 옥수수의 수량관련 주요특성

This study was carried out to compare a yield performance about CNU maize hybrids developed at the Maize Genetics and Breeding Lab, in Chungnam National University. Among the hybrids incorporated in the test, CNU 3 and 1 showed higher dry matter per 10a and lower kernel yield per 10a than check hybrid, Kwanganok. Hongchon 5 and Suwon169 showed higher kernel yield than Kwanganok. The average yield of CNU 3 hybrid in dry matter and CNU 4 in kernel yield were 2,106kg/10a and 854kg/10a in regional adaptability test, which were increased 33% and 8% compared with a check hybrid, respectively. Also, these hybrids had better stay green characteristics than check hybrid and showed moderately resistance to corn borer and leaf spot.

한국은 급속도로 산업화해감에 따라서 점점 더 많은 어머니들이 가정 밖에서 일하고 있다. 이러한 경향은 앞으로 계속될 전망이며, 이에 따른 어머니 부재시의 영·유아 양육문제가 크게 대두되고 있다. 이영 (1986a, 1986b)의 연구에서 조사된 결과를 토대로 볼 때 자녀를 가진 여성의 취업율은 훨씬 높아질 것으로 전망되며, 이에 따라 자녀관리문제에 대한 대안이 시급히 요청되고 있다. 그러나, 현재 기존 제도하에 있는 시설로써는 취업모의 요구에는 물론 유아를 위한 프로그램의 기본적인 수준에도 미치지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 여성인력의 활용과 변화하는 가족 구조에 맞추기 위한 제도적인 대안 마련이 시급하다. 가정 외의 자녀양육에 대해서는 다양한 선택의 여지를 둘 것이 권장되고 있으며 (Beck, 1982), 국내에서도 대안책이 논의되어 왔는데 (한국여성개발원, 1984), 본 논문에서는 특히 직장내 탁아소를 하나의 대안으로 제시했다. 여성 종사자가 많은 직장에서 부터 우선적으로 직장내 혹은 직장 근처에 탁아소를 설치함으로써 여성이 직장에 더욱 충실할 수 있고 능력을 마음껏 발휘할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 건전한 2세 교육에 이바지할 수 있으리라 본다. 특히, 3세 이하의 영·유아를 대상으로 하는 다양한 프로그램 개발이 절대적으로 시급한 현 시점에서 3세이하의 영·유아를 위한 직장내 탁아 프로그램 운영을 위한 대안적 모형을 제시하고자 했다. 대안적 모형 연구에서 취업모의 자녀양육지원제도에 관한 국제적 추세와 외국의 대표적인 모형에 관한 문헌조사를 통해 한국의 실정에 맞는 모형을 제시하였다. 취업모의 자녀양육을 지원하기 위한 시설과 제도에서 가장 중요시되어야 할 개념은 무엇보다도 질적 수준이다. 질적 수준에서는 인적 환경의 측면으로 교사의 자질, 교사(양육자) 대 아동의 비율, 아동과 교사간의 상호작용의 질이 고려되었고, 물리적 환경 및 교육프로그램의 철학적 배경 및 건강·위생 측면이 가장 핵심적인 측면이 가장 핵심적인 측면으로서 고려되었다.

Various navigation systems are integrated with the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) to improve navigation performance so that continuous navigation information can be obtained even when navigation performance is degraded or navigation is not available due to the outage of GNSS. Time and cost can be reduced by evaluating performance of the integrated navigation system through Modeling and Simulation (M&S) software prior to the deployment of the integrated navigation system. The measurements of the navigation system should be generated to evaluate performance through of the navigation system M&S software. This paper proposes a method of designing a navigation environment generation module in M&S software of the integrated navigation system. To show applicability of the proposed method to M&S software design of the integrated navigation system, functions are verified through MATLAB. And then visual C++ based M&S software for the integrated navigation system is implemented to check the operation of the navigation environment generation module. The reference trajectory is generated and true measurements of Global Positioning System (GPS), Korea Positioning System (KPS), and enhanced Long range navigation (eLoran) are generated from the reference trajectory. The navigation results obtained from the true measurements are compared with the reference trajectories. The results show that the measurements generated using the design generation module by the proposed method are valid and the navigation environment generation module can be applied to M&S software of the integrated navigation system.

This paper will undertake to show that the idea of Tien Hsia(天下) and Da Tong(大同) is very important in Chinese political thought, and that Confucianism can be contributed it possible to deal with great project such as the creation of new democracy and world citizenship combining Eastern and Western thoughts, Tien Hsia means all thing under the heaven and a Chinese world order. Ancient Chinese conception of Tien Hsia as universally applicable also brings them very close to modern idea of the international world order. But what Tien Hsia included in meaning was essentially moral virtue and cultural development instead of power polities. In this point, the Tien Hsia is in contact with Confucian Da Tong as `The Great Society`, In the opinion of a many scholars, concern with Da Tong is an essential characteristic of Confucianism. Confucianists firmly believes that the Chunzhu(君子, a gentleman ruler) in the Da Tong society has the responsibility to teach the people in there everyday affairs: such as harmony in a neighborhood, pooling of wealth and goods; stability of social circumstances; intimacy of father and son; love and respect between brothers, man and wife, normalcy of social customs; inactions between people and government officials. Confucius and Mencius emphasize that not only a world community as political order but also the universal ideology of humanlife should be based on Jen(仁, the origin of all virtue) and i(義, the principle of righteousness or justice). Shuntzu considered to the principle of right conduct(禮, li) in the real polities. If democracy presupposes the eradication of all forms of irrationality then Confucianism is inherently anti-democratic. But, with its emphasis on social harmony, the thought of Confucianism has indeed contributed in a positive fashion to the building of a cohesive and well ordered society. The best way for mankinds to ever achive a true world citizenship would be to combine the ethical tradition of Confucianism and the political culture of Western democracy. Confucian Da Tong must be still widely viewed as a major hope to the development of a new democracy and a world citizenship.
