        Ti-50.1at.%Ni합금의 변태거동에 미치는 시효처리의 영향(Ⅰ)

        This study investigated the effects of aging on the transformation behavior of Ti-50.lat.% Ni alloy by means of differential scanning calorimetry. It was found that aging in the temperature range of 350℃~550℃ induced complex transformation behavior, involving the R-phase and multiple-stage martensitic transformation. Usually aged Ni-rich NiTi alloys undergo martensitic transformation on cooling from high temperatures in two step : B2 to R and then R to B19' (normal behavior). But under certain ageing conditions, the transformation can also occur in three or more step(unusual multiple step behavior). In the present study we use differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) for a systematic investigation of the evolution of transformation behavior with ageing temperature and time.

        Reverse Engineering of software is the process of constructuring high level specifications from lower level instantiations of an existing software system. While extracting design specification from source code have had some success in Logical view of the UML, they are unlikely to be able to completely extract Design Diagrams of UML. Because source code does not represent all of Design Information an effort to recover Design Specifications from an existing software system have limitation. To address this problem, this paper describes User-Interface based Reverse Engineering to improve Extracting the UML Diagrams.

      • GMDH를 이용한 자동모형화에 관한 연구

        SUMMARYWe now that system's modeling is to find the functional formulation of system's transformation process from input variables to output value. In this causal relationship, we assume that transformation process has very stable and predictable function and we can only determine parameters of the function.But in this system's modeling process, we bring up two problems. One is, in much cases, we have no conviction that really they have functional relationship. The others is, even if they have functional relationship we can not know the structure of functional equation.To solve this problem, we need a new method which could build functional formulation of itself. It is called self-organizing methods of modeling. GMDH (Group Method of Data Handling) is one of these self-organizing methods.In this paper, the GMDH is used to build a model in some cases.The GMDH algorithm, which was introduced and developed by Ivakhnenko, constructs high-order functional models for complex systems. GMDH self-organized the model from a simple one to one of optimal complexity by a methodology using the process of survival-of-the-fillest principle to determine which new equations to live and which equations to die. This new generation of equations will then be better suited to describe our system then the original this GMDH algorithm has thee steps in detail below. step 1 : constructing new variables Z1, Z2, ......Zm(m-1)/2 step 2 : screening out the less effective variables step 3 : test for optimality We developed this GMDH algorithm to a computer program. We applied GMDH to estimate the function which gives the value of degree of freedom by using Chai square(x2) distribution probability values and time series analysis of stock price estimation. In this trial, we used some previously-known data and the estimation ability of GMDH was good.In conclusion, the GMDH is excellent to build model to estimate dependent variable without specifying functional formulation in system modeling. So, in future study, we can apply this GMDH algorithm to develop the structure of neural network in forecasting and the area of medical science, economic model, etc.

        다공성 활성탄의 표면 개질 및 이산화티탄 고정

        For the purpose of surveying any possibility of anchoring titanium dioxide on activated carbons to promote their activities as catalysts and/or adsorbents, two activated carbons were oxidized with ammonium peroxydisulfate and followed by anchoring titanium dioxide. The anchoring of titanium dioxide on the oxidized activated carbons were performed via the adsorption of tetrabutyltitanate, hydrolysis with deionized water, and calcination. The effect of oxidizing and anchoring treatment on the surface element composition, surface area, and pore texture were analyzed by XPS, BET and TPD. The oxidation of activated carbons with ammonium peroxydisulfate introduced carboxyl groups on the surface of activated carbons and these carboxyl groups promoted the anchoring of titanium oxide on the activated carbons. However, the treatments affected the surface area and the porosity of activated carbons.

        내부고발에 대한 유교 윤리 및 집단주의 태도의 영향 : The Impacts of Confucian Ethics and Collectivism

        이 연구에서는 내부고발의 지지 및 보복의 우려에 흔히 동아시아 문화적 특징으로 간주되는 유교 윤리 및 집단주의 태도가 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 검토하였다. 관련 변수들에 대한 측정 지표 개발과 중간직 공무원 344명을 대상으로 한 질문지 조사 자료를 바탕으로, 결과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 이 연구는 유교 윤리 및 집단주의적 태도가 내부고발에 부정적 영향을 미친다는 일반적인 주장이나 믿음은 사실과 어느 정도 다른 것을 발견하였다. 예컨대, 유교 윤리 중 군신의 의나 부분 유별은 내부고발에 부정적이나 친구 간 신의는 오히려 그 반대였다. 또 수평적 집단주의 태도를 가진 사람이 오히려 수직적 개인주의자보다 내부고발을 더 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 이러한 결과에 근거해 내부고발과 유교 윤리 및 집단주의 태도간의 영향 관계가 그렇게 단순히 부정적인 것으로 일반화하기 힘든, 보다 복잡한 것으로 설명했다. 이 밖에 이 연구는 유교 윤리 중 남녀차별이 함축하는 남성 우월적 태도가, 그리고 집단-개인주의보다는 오히려 수직-수평적 태도가 내부고발에 보다 유력한 영향 변수일 가능성을 제시하렸다. 이러한 연구는 그 동안 영향 변수를 개인, 조직, 상황 요인에 한정하던 기존의 내부고말 논의에 새로이 비교 문화 변수를 추가하는 것이다. This paper reports on the impact of Confucian ethics and cillectivism, which are considered as cultural characteristics of Eastern Asian countries, on government employees' attitudes toward support of whistleblowing and their fear of retaliation. Based on the measures of major variables, this study collected data from a total of 344 public officials. Most people in Asia believe that Confucian ethics and cillectivism have negative relationships with attitudes toward whistleblowing. However, the results showed that this belief was seldom supported by the data. For instance, the effects of truthfulness of the sovereign and his subjects, as well as the distinction between husband and wife in confucian thics, on whistleblowing attitudes were negative as anticipated. However, the effects of cinfidence between friends in Confucian ethics tended to be the opposite. The study also found that horizontal collectivists support whistleblowing more than vertical individualists. Thus, the results od this study suggest that the relationships between whistleblowing and Confucian ethics, and those between whistleblowing and collectivist attitudes, are not sufficiently simple to be able to conclude that they are negative. Furthermore, the study notes that male-dominated attitudes reflected in the distinction between the roles of hudband and wife, as well as a horizontal-vertical distinction between attitudes moght be significant variables for explaining attitudes toward whistleblowing.
