As the business of electronic commerce(EC) through Internet spreads widely and rapidly, both the government and the enterprise are faced with new problem, which is the privacy protection in Internet. They make efforts to solve this problem. In electronic commercial transactions one party can't trust the other party of transaction, because he can't see them directly. Generally, EC is based on the trust to the other party. But, the trust infrastructure of EC have not yet established. Furthermore, there are so many problems to be solved, which restrict the governments and international transaction. And, these problems are how to deal with the intellectual property rights, how to provide the information privacy, and which cryptographic algorithms to be used. The unique solution to these problems is to introduce the cryptographic technologies to EC, to establish the Public Key Infrastructure(PKI), and then to apply it for the creation of new security service. That is, we need the interoperable PKI policies and the establishment of international standards for EC. In this paper, we present the basic structure of PKI, requirements for PKI, and the components in PKI, and new PKI applications. Also, we present the security algorithms and components for establishing the PKI.

본 논문에서는 무선 근거리 통신망에서의 프로토콜 구조를 분석한 후, 이를 바탕으로 무선 근거리 통신망에 적용 가능한 정보보호 규격을 제시하고, 기존의 보안 알고리듬의 문제점을 제시하며 그에 대한 해결 방안을 제시하여 정보보호 서비스를 실현하기 위한 정보보호 메카니듬을 도출한다.

이 연구에서는 근거이론 방법론을 사용하여 댐건설을 둘러싼 갈등상황에서 핵심당사자들에게 무슨 일이 나타나고 있고, 그 결과 그들이 무슨 대응행태를 보이게 되는지를 분석했다. 이를 위해 한탄강댐건설 갈등을 사례로 채택하고 갈등당사자들에 대한 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 갈등의 핵심당사자들을 지배하고 있는 중심범주가 `불신`임을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 상대방이 `이기적이고 생각이 모자라다` 는 인식과 `형식적으로 행동하고 솔직하지 않다`는 인식이 불신을 초래하는 인과적 조건을 구성하고 있었다. 그리고 셋째, 불신의 마음은 상황의 불공평에 대한 인식, 이해관계의 직·간접성, 효능감, 인내심시험과 상대방의 능력에 대한 인식, 자신이 수행하는 역할의 정당성 인식, 상대방투시의 결과 그리고 갈등당사자간의 개별적 친교의 정도에 따라서 대화모색, 대결모색, 혹은 상대방 무시라는 행동으로 이어지고 있었다. Using a grounded theory approach, this study investigates what really happens in the minds of pro- and anti-dam-construction leaders in the time of severe conflict, and subsequently how they react to the conflicting situation. This study has selected as its case the Han Tan Gang dam construction project and conducted in-depth interviews with those involved in the conflict concerning the dam construction. The result of the open, axial, and selective coding indicates that, firstly, distrust is the central category for the conflict. Secondly, such distrust is aggravated by the perceptions that the people on the other side are ‘selfish and short-sighted,’ and ‘not frank.’ Finally, distrust ends up groping for dialogue, confrontation, or defiance of the other side being conditioned upon the working of the variables such as the perception about unfairness in the distribution of costs and benefits, the degree of directness and amount of interest involved, the sense of efficacy, the perception about the capability of the other side, the sense of legitimacy, the capability to view the situation from the other’s standpoint, and the degree of personal intimacy.

The SiC powder was prepared by a SHS process using SiO₂, Mg and C as raw materials to determine the optimum process variables. The results obtained from this study may be summarized as follows; 1) The mole ratio between C and Mg affected the magnesiothermic reduction reaction most and the highest yield of SiC was obtained at the mole ratio of SiO₂ : Mg : C = 1.0 : 2.5 : 2.2. 2) The propagation speed of combustion reaction was about l0㎜/sec increasing with the decrease of SiO₂ particle size. 3) The amount of unreacted silicon decreased with increasing compaction pressure. 4) Impurities were found to decrease by evaporation during the high temperature reaction or by solution during leaching process. 5) The particle size of prepared SiC powders was in the range of 0.2∼1.0 microns with the purity of about 98.885 weight percent.
