It shows a marked trend increasing the products of organic agriculture with growing interest in peoples health and safe foodstuffs. This is in the cause of the consuming public using habitually of safety and tasty organic agricultural products for reasons of environment pollution, environment hormone and etc. Now in Korea, organic agricultural products must be approved by our government of its quality, there fore organic agricultural products, that of transition period, non- chemicals agricultural products and less chemicals agricultural products are in cultivation separately. With the increase in number of consumers in future, we have to extend the products of the organic agriculture and have to control more strictly the quality guaranteed. Also, we must grope for developing of our organic agricultural products so that our producer can work with a strong will to attain self-sufficiency of our foodstuffs, paying our influence of environment.

This study was carried out to compare the effects of suckercides - Fatty alcohol(FA), Maleic hydrazide(MH) and Butralin - on the sucker control and growing characters of flue-cured tobacco leaves. Among the three suckercides, Butralin was treated at three different times, one day before topping, topping day and one day after topping, and at two different concentration, 1/30 and 1/60 water solution. The results are summarized as follows. Suckercide treated plot showed higher growth and weight of upper leaves than not-treated plots did. MH treated plot decreased numbers, fresh weight and dry weight of suckers compared to the other treated plots, and made the leaves shape narrow. The effect of Butralin on sucker control was lower than that of MH, but higher than that of FA. The yields when treated Butralin decreased compared to the yields when treated MH. Though there were no significant differences of yields and growing characters of leaves among the plots of three concentrations and two times of treating Butralin, it is recommended to apply 1/60 water solution of Butralin at topping time.
Rotary type과 linear type 자동흡연 장치에 따른 담배연기 중 타르, 니코틴 및 일산화탄소의 함량 비교

본 실험은 type별 흡연 장치의 담배 주류연 포집에 대한 차이를 비교하고자 주류연 중 일반적인 다량의 성분을 측정하였다. 1. 니코틴 함량은 대체로 linear-type 흡연 장치에서 높은 경향 이였으나 유의한 차이는 없었다. 2. 수분 함량은 두 가지 type 간에 유의한 차이는 없었다. 3. tar 함량은 저 농도에서 linear-type 보다 otary-type 흡연 장치가 높은 경향 이였으나 유의한 차이는 없었다. 4. 일산화탄소는 rotary-type과 linear-type 모두 유의한 차이는 없었다. 본 실험결과 ISO 표준 흡연 조건에서 담배 주류연의 tar, 니코틴, 일산화탄소 함량의 측정은 흡연 장치의 type별 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to compare rotary-type with linear-type automatic smoking machine referred to ISO 3308 in the determination of tar, nicotine and CO in cigarette smoke. Sample were used with 4 kinds of domestic branded cigarettes(tar ; 1, 3, 6, 10 mg/cig) and CORESTA Monitor 4 cigarettes(tar ; 14 mg/cig). Tar and nicotine contents were analysed by gas-chromatograph methods in accordance with ISO 4387 and 10315-1. Determination of carbon monoxide in the vapour phase of cigarette smoke was meaured by NDIR method in ISO 8454. Sample preparation were performed in conditioning room at 22℃, 60 % for 48 hours according to ISO 3402. There was no significant difference between two smoking machine from 1 mg/cig to 14 mg/cig tar cigarettes, but, the contents of three components measured by rotary type showed higher tendency than those by linear type in the case of hight tar cigarettes. The results were the opposite in low tar cigarettes.

영상은 최근 산업, 우주 탐사, 지리ㆍ생물ㆍ의학ㆍ법학ㆍ군사 등 광범위한 분야에 적용되어 효과적이고 유용하게 사용되고 있다. 영상으로부터 특별한 기준에 의해 선택된 개체의 수와 각 개체의 넓이(area)를 측정함으로써 의료 분야에서는 질병의 확산 여부를 판단할 수 있으며, 산업 분야에서는 흠으로 인정되는 개체의 특성을 측정해 생산품의 불량 여부를 판단할 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 레이블링 처리를 이용하여 영상으로부터 특정 개체의 개수와 넓이 등의 정보 추출에 대하여 논한다. Recently, Image Processing has been used to apply widely in industry, space exploration, geography, biology, medical science, law, military affairs parts. In the medical part, if you will be measure the number and area of selection object from the image you will be decision that whether or not of spreading disease. Especially, in the industry part, the main points is to reduce inferior goods rates. Image Processing is to assist that the way of decision program, measure yes or no form products. This paper describes that information extraction from using of labeling and processing of specific object(number, width).

WMT(Windosw Media Technologies)는 Microsoft에서 만든 인터넷 또는 인트라넷상에서 고품질의 오디오/비디오를 실시간으로 전송하여 주는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술이다. WMT는 대부분의 로컬 및 스트리밍 멀티미디어 파일 형식을 지원하기 때문에 개발자들은 어떤 웹 어플리케이션이나 사이트에라도 오디오와 비디오 방송을 구축할 수 있다. WMT에 포함된 Windows Media Encoder, Windows Media On Demand Producer등을 이용하고 전용서버를 설치하여 on-Demand방송이나 실시간 인터넷 방송을 구축할 수 있다. WMT is the multimedia streaming technology which transfer the audio and video on Internet or Intranet. Because WMT supports almost styles of local and streaming multimedia file, some developers build the radio and video broadcasting system at any web applications and sites. This paper shows the method of develop the realtime internet broadcastion system with WMT.

This paper presents a practical restoration aid expert system for 154kV distribution substations. The proposed expert system has a topology based simple structure and it utilizes basic rules suggested by Korea electric power company including heuristic rules, topology identification rules and searching rules to generate switching sequence for feasible restoration process. In this paper, general system structure as well as rules and data representations is discussed. The expert system is realized using HP9000 workstation. X-window and Motif shell is used for user friendly GUI. It has been tested in a practical sub-control center as a part of the intelligent fault diagnosis and restoration aid system to assist decision making of SCADA operators.
