In this work, we investigated the changes in the surface roughness and fracture strength of bare or mechanically ground Si wafers caused by high-speed chemical dry etching. High-speed chemical dry thinning was achieved by injecting NO gas and additive N<SUB>2</SUB> and Ar gases directly into the reactor during the supply of F radicals from NF<SUB>3</SUB> remote plasmas. With the additional injection of N<SUB>2</SUB> and Ar gases, together with the direct-injected NO gas, the rough surfaces of the mechanically ground Si wafers could be effectively smoothened while keeping the thinning rate of Si very fast, viz. up to 18.2μm/min. The additive N<SUB>2</SUB> gas reduced the wafer surface temperature after thinning. The fracture strength of the Si wafers thinned down to 50μm by the chemical dry etching process was more highly increased, due to the more effective removal of the mechanical damage and stress generated during the mechanical grinding process, as compared to the other final thinning methods such as lapping or plasma etching. The results indicated that the high-speed dry chemical thinning process could be used for the ultra-thin final thinning of Si wafers for next generation three-dimensional packaging technologies.
인라인스케이트 운동이 신체조성과 혈중지질 및 산소이용률에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 12주간 인라인스케이트 운동을 통하여 신체조성과 혈중지질성분 및 산소운반관련 혈액성분에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 실험대상자는 성인남자로서 인라인스케이트 운동그룹(n=7, year=30.14±1.77)과 대조군(n=7, year=27.57±0.97)으로 나누어 연구하였다. 신체조성검사는 Inbody 4.0을 이용하였으며, 혈액분석은 주정맥에서 10cc를 채혈하여 효소적 가수분해에 의하여 분석하였다. 인라인스케이트 운동프로그램은 12주간 주3회 1일 60분간 실시하였으며, 운동강도는 40~80%HRRmax 사이에서 실시하였다. 그 결과 신체조성의 모든 변인에서 그룹과 시간에 따라 상호작용이 나타났으며, 사후검증 결과 체지방의 경우 운동전에 비해 운동후에 유의한(p<0.01) 감소가 나타났으며, 근육량에서는 운동전에 비해 운동후 유의한(p<0.05) 증가가 나타났다. 또한, 혈중지질의 모든 변인에서 그룹과 시간에 따라 상호작용이 나타났으며, 사후검증 결과 운동군에서 HDL-C는 증가하였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았으며, LDL-C의 경우 유의한(p<0.05) 감소가 나타났다. 그리고 산소이용관련 모든 변인에서 그룹과 시간에 따라 상호작용이 나타났으며, 사후검증 결과 실험군에서 RBC와 MCH의 경우 운동전과 후, 운동중과 후에 유의한(p<0.01) 차이가 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 12주간 30대 성인 남자를 대상으로 실시한 인라인스케이트 운동은 운동이 부족한 성인들에게 있어 비만과 같은 성인병 예방과 산소를 운반하는 인자들에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise with Inline Skating on body composition, serum lipids and oxygen availability in men. Subjects were recruited and divided into 2 groups. One group of subjects (n=7, year=30.14±1.77) was trained only Inline Skating exercise during 12 weeks and other group was (n=7, year=27.57±0.97) treated with control. Body composition used through Inbody 4.0 and blood samples were obtained from the antecubital vein while the subjects fasted. Inline skate exercise program(leg jump, low walk, one push, dead lift, cushion, arm swing, crossover) practiced for 12 weeks, per week 3, per day 1hour and exercise intensity was between 40 and 80%HRmax. The results showed that body composition, serum lipid and oxygen consumption was groups and times interaction. Then, fat(p<0.05) and LDL-C(p<0.05) in post-hoc was decreased significantly. RBC(p<0.01) and MCH(p<0.01) was changed significantly. Therefore, exercise for lack in adults male Inline Skate such as aerobic exercise thought adult disease prevention and oxygen include a factor positively.
제2형 당뇨병 환자들의 최대운동이 적혈구생성호르몬과 지방세포분비 단백질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 제2형 당뇨병 환자들의 최대운동이 적혈구생성호르몬과 지방세포분비 단백질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자들은 인슐린저항성을 보이는 제2형 당뇨병 환자들로서 스스로 연구에 참어를 동의한 사람들로서 무작위추출에 의해 실험A군(정상체중그룹, n=7), 실험B군(과체중그룹, n=8)으로 나누어 실시하였다. 측정내용은 체성분 분석기(Venus 5.5)를 통한 신체조성검사를 실시하였으며, 최대운동부하 검사는 Quark b2를 통해서 실시하였으며, 혈장과 혈청을 통해 HbA1c, EPO, IL-6, RBP4, Adiponectin을 검사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. HbA1c는 유의한 감소가 나타났으며, EPO는 감소하였지만 통계적으로 유의성은 나타나지 않았다. 또한 RBP4는 최대운동전보다 운동후에 두그룹 모두 유의한 감소가 나타났으며, Adiponectin은 유의한 증가가 나타났다. 하지만 IL-6는 통계적으로 유의성이 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 인슐린저항성을 나타내는 제2형 당뇨병 환자들 중 특히 과체중환자들은 최대운동과 같은 탈진적운동이 당수송을 촉진하여 지방세포에서 분비되는 단백질에 영향을 주는 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of maximal exercise on EPO and adipokine in type 2 diabetes patient. Subjects were recruited and divided into 2 groups. One group of subjects was experiment A(n=7, normal weight group) and other group was experiment B(n=8, over weight group). Maximal exercise test used to Quark b2 that HbA1c, EPO, RBP4, IL-6, Adiponectin was measured from blood plasma and serum. The results showed that HbA1c was decreased significant and EPO was not significant. Serum RBP4 was decreased and adiponectin was increased significant after maximal exercise. But IL-6 was not changed. Therefore, in subjects type 2 diabetes insulin sensitivity in overweight group maximal exercise was positive on adipokine through glucose transport palpation.

In this study, an impedance tube test was conducted to investigate low frequency sound transmission loss (STL) ofa sandwich panel with milli-perforated honeycomb core. Three different configurations of perforated honeycomb cores with3 mm diameter orifices are explored: (1) a global spiral, (2) four orifices per cell, and (3) six orifices per cell. It is found thatthe 3D-printed PLA honeycomb sandwich panel shows STL values from 34 dB to 59 dB within the frequency range of 100-1600 Hz. The spiral configuration outperforms the unmodified sandwich whereas the four and six orifice configurationsexhibit higher STL than the spiral for frequencies between 650 Hz and 900 Hz. Moreover, the in-plane and out-of-planecompression tests were performed to determine the effect of having milli-orifices on the mechanical properties of thehoneycomb core. It is concluded that the milli-perforated honeycomb core has the potential to produce a lightermultifunctional honeycomb sandwich panel with enhanced low frequency STL without a significant degradation in in-planecompression properties.
Shock analysis of a new ultrasonic motor subjected to half-sine acceleration pulses

This paper aims to examine the dynamic response of a newly designed ultrasonic motor under half-sine shock impulses. Impact shock was applied to the motor along x, y or z axis respectively with different pulse widths to check the sensitivity of the motor to the shocks in different directions. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) with the ANSYS software was conducted to obtain the relative displacement of a key point of the motor. Numerical results show that the maximum relative displacement is of micro meter level and the maximum stress is five orders smaller than the Young's modulus of the piezo material, which proves the robustness of the motor.
