결정 성장 방법에서 황산 농도가 황산 칼슘 결정 형태 및 법랑질과 복합 레진의 결합 강도에 미치는 영향

The calcium sulfate dihydrate(gypsum) crystal morphology on enamel surface treated by sulfuric acid aqueous solution (from 0.1M to 1.0M) was observed by scanning electron microscope. The shear bond strength between enamel and composite resin was measured by universal testing machine. From the experimental results, the conclusions of this study were; (1) The shear bond strength between enamel and composite resin was maximum at 0.1M sulfuric acid. The shear bond strength was decreased to 0.3M, hardly bonded from 0.4M to 0.6M, and increased from 0.7M as increasing sulfuric acid concentration. (2) The crystals was disordered as increasing sulfuric acid concentration. (3) The crystals formed by sulfuric acid aqueous solution were not firmly bonded on enamel surface because only crystal nuclei were attached on enamel, so fracture was occurred between enamel and crystal interface.

This study attempts to inquire into the accomplice and standing in criminal law. It is very difficult to interpret §33 of criminal law because of vagueness of the wording of the section. Therefore there are many opposing traditional theories about it, and new theories appear against them. After examining the traditional and new theories on the interpretation of criminal law §33, the author present the amendment of criminal law §33. The contents of this paper is composed of the introduction to present the problems of the aspects in criminal law §33, the notion & classification of standing in criminal law, the interpretation of criminal law §33 and the conclusion of this study. Finally the author emphasizes on the amendment of criminal law §33.

형광검출 역상 액체크로마토그래피에 의한 Histamine의 정량

Histamine을 정확하고 신속하게 정량하기 위해 9.Fiuorenylmethyl chloroformate를 형광유도체화제로 하여 역상 HPLC법으로 정량하였다. 히스타민을 형광유도체화할 때 반응액의 pH, 반응시간, 형광유도체화제의 농도 등 최적 반응 조건을 검토하였다. 이 방법으로 히스타민을 분석한 결과 0.1~0.5ug/ml의 농도범위에서 상관계수가 0.922인 양호한 직선성을 나타내었으며 검출한계는 0.01??/ml였다. A rapid and simple method for the determination of histamine by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection was established. 9-Fluorenylmethyl chloroformate(FMOC) was used as fluorescent derivative reagent. The optimum conditions for the derivatiation such as pH, reaction time and he concentration of FMOC were investigated. Linearity of calibration curve was obtained between 0.1ug/ml/and 0.5ug/ml(r=0.922) and the limit of detection was 0.01ug/ml.

공간구조 개선을 통한 광주 · 사직공원 기능활성화 방안

광주공원과 사직공원은 70년대 말까지는 광주의 중심 공원이었으나 계속적으로 기능이 쇠퇴하고 있다. 그 원인은 외곽지역 개발로 인한 도심 지역의 인구 감소 등 외적 요인이 바탕이 되겠으나 활동 공간 협소, 시설 노후화, 비효율적인 이용자 유인 체계 등 내적·구조적 요인도 간과할 수 없다. 그럼에도 불구하고 광주·사직공원은 충장로·황금동 등 도심 인접, 두 공원간 지리적 인접, 주변지역에 활용 가능한 관련시설 입지 등의 적지 않은 잠재력을 보유하고 있다. 본 연구는 광주공원과 사직공원을 대상으로 공간 구조적 측면에서 공원기능 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 활성화 방안의 주요내용은 공원 이용자 및 이용권에 대한 명학한 파악, 이용자의 성향과 부합되는 내부 공간체계 구축, 원활한 이용자 접근체계 구비 등이다. Until 1970's, Kwangju and Sajik park had 'centeral' position in Kwangju city, but after that time their functional ability as a park have been decreasing. Basically, it was caused by external reason of CBD population decrease accompanied with outer region development, but could'nt be excused from internal reasons such as limited activity space, old facilities, inefficient approach system for user and so on. Nevertheless the parks have considerable potentials: lie adjacent to CBD, geographically closed each other, have many relation facilities around them. This study suggested a function activation plan for Kwangju and Sajik park from a point of improving spatial structure. Main subjects of the plan are as follows : first, thorough grasp of user's character and utilization area, second, internal spatial structure adapted to user's character, and third, efficient external approach system for car & pedestrian.

현재 장성읍은 국도 1호선 시가지 우호도로 개설, 장성 교차로의 국도 24호선 고가도로 연장, 복합화물 터미널 입지, 국도 49호선 개설, 장성 IC 이설 등이 진행·계획 중에 있어 도시 발전에 새로운 전기(轉機)를 맞고 있다. 이 가운데 장성 IC 이설은 장성읍의 장래 교통체계와 관련하여 매우 핵심적인 사안이다. 새로운 IC의 위치에 따라 장성 시가지 및 주요 도로에는 상이한 교통 환경이 형성될 것이며, 따라서 이를 잘 활용하면 장성읍 도시계획 및 교통의 현안문제를 개선할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 수 있다. 그러므로 이설 장성 IC의 입지선정은 IC 자체에 대한 부분적·대중적 접근보다는 장성읍 교통체계에 미치는 영향을 감안한 전반적·체계적 접근에 의한 검토와 평가가 요구된다. 본 연구는 장성 IC 대안별 입지에 따른 장성읍의 교통체계를 상정하고, 이 교통체계를 중심으로 ① IC 주변 주요 도로의 교통소통 능력 ② 장성읍 교통 체계 개선 효과 등을 비교 분석하여 이설 장성 IC 입지선정을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. It would be critical event for Chang-Seong Eup that Chang-Seong IC on Honam express way move into another site. Different traffic condition will be formed on streets and main roads of the Eup by new IC location. So, in order to choice a reasonable IC location, thorough/systematic evaluation is necessary regarding to the influence on Chang-Seong traffic system by new IC location. In this study, suppose a traffic system formed by each IC alterantives, evaluate service level of main roads around IC of the system and effects of traffic improvement for Chang-Seong Eup under the system.

Abstract This study deals with several perspectives on moral development and explores some of the profound implications in christian moral education. Of many types of the perspectives on moral development, this study particularly set its focus on the following three approaches: Structural-Developmental theory, Personological and Psychodynamic explanations, and Social-Learning theory approach. This study then examines the ethical and epistemologioal assumptions of each approach and also clarifies their research methods and basic foundings. By having made a detailed examination of these three approaches, this study finds out the following proposal for further progress of the Christian moral education. Firstly clarification of the basic moral principles inherent in Christianity and of interrelations among them is prerequisite for the curriculum selection and organization of moral education. Secondly, design of Christian Moral Template is a necessary and specific means to promote the effectiveness of moral education. Thirdly, non-directive and 'hermeneutical' teaching models are more appropriate than traditional teaching models to encourage learners' moral development. Fourthly, moral education programmes of the christian church is to be made not only from the individual ethics viewpoint but from the social ethic perspective. Finally, critical reflection of the language used by teachers and of teaching contents is required in order not to transmit unintentional or hidden moral values to learners.
