If the microscopic background of the IBA-2 model is used, a correspondence can be established between the IBA-1 and the IBA-2 model spaces. Since the space of the IBA-1 model can be regarded as a subspace of the IBA-2 model there is a unique way to “project” the operators of the IBA-2 model onto those of the IBA-1 model. This projection can be carried out by using the F-spin formalism. In the IBA-2 model, the lowest states are, indeed, fully symmetric, and in the calculations with the help of this projection, we explore the energy levels, the electric quadrupole transition probabilities B(E2;Ii ! If ), and the -ray E2/M1 mixing ratios for selected transitions of 152~156Gd . For the first time, this projection is shown to be applicable to some heavier isotopes, and the results obtained for the 152~156Gd isotopes are reasonably in good agreement with the previous experimental values.

The objective of this research work was to know ovarian dynamics and pregnancy rate of cyclic Murrah buffalo cows with induced estrus by administration of prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) and timed artificial insemination (TAI) with frozen thawed semen. A total of 31 female buffaloes were selected for the study. The buffalos having matured CL observed by ultrasonography were given one intra muscular injection of cloprostenol 500 ㎍ and TAI was performed using frozen thawed semen of Indian Murrah buffalo bull. Results showed that 90.32% (significantly, at p < 0.05) cows explore the sign of heat after injection of PG and 67.85% (significantly, at p < 0.05) cows were become pregnant out of 28 inseminated (TAI) cows. In the 28 inseminated (TAI) cows, average number of smaller and larger size of follicles were non-significantly (p > 0.05) higher at day 3 post PG injection, but the medium size of follicles was nonsignificantly (p > 0.05) higher at PG injection. At day 3 post PG injection the diameter of follicles was significantly (p < 0.05) higher, but the diameter of CL was significantly (p < 0.01) lower compared at PG injection. At PG injection the diameter of largest follicle was non-significantly differences (p > 0.05) in between pregnant and non-pregnant cows. But at day 3 post PG injection it was significantly (p < 0.01) higher in pregnant cows compared to non-pregnant cows. The number of small, medium, and large follicles at PG injection and at day 3 post PG injection were non-significantly (p > 0.05) difference in between pregnant and non-pregnant buffalo cows. Finally, it is concluded that the CL was effectively regresses and induced the sign of heat in buffalo cows and after AI the cows were become pregnant with significant rate. The study will help to the veterinarian and researcher to know the efficacy of PG injection and AI for reproductive efficiency in buffalo cows.
The Effect of Phoenix dactylifera on Salivary Mutans Streptococci

Background: Phoenix dactylifera of date palm is known as a healthy food since a long time ago, because it has a high tannin content and are used medicinally proposed. One of the benefits is the capability to inhibit the growth of oral bacteria. Objectives: A clinical trial was carried out to investigate the effect of Phoenix dactylifera of date palm on mutans streptococci inhibiting the growth of the salivary mutans streptococci for a period one week consumption. Methods: Before enrolled in the study, respondents fill and signature the informed consent. Twenty respondents participated as the subjects on the clinical trial, conducting two times of treatment as follows: twenty as treatment groups before and after consuming date palm of Phoenix dactylifera and the twenty subjects as control groups before and after consuming non-date palm of Phoenix dactylifera. Saliva samples were collected before and after consuming date palm of Phoenix dactylifera and with a non-date palm of Phoenix dactylifera. A serial dilution was made, followed by inoculating on TYS20B medium (Schaeken, M.J.M, van der Hoeven, J.S and Franken, H.C.M, 1986). Data which were obtained from colony forming units of salivary mutans streptococci grew on the TYS20B medium before and after consuming date palm of Phoenix dactylifera were analyzed in a descriptive and “t”test. Results: Results showed that there is no significance in the average amount of Streptococcus mutans colonies between before and after consuming non-date palm of Phoenix dactylifera. However, a significant difference was found respectively as results before and after consuming date palm of Phoenix dactylifera. Conclusion: We concluded that date palm of Phoenix dactylifera has anti microbial activity against local strains of Streptococcus mutans isolated from human harbouring species. Therefore in a long term of consuming date palm of Phoenix dactylifera caries can be prevented.

This study utilized experimental and finite element methods to investigate the mechanical behavior of aluminum honeycomb structures under compression. Aluminum honeycomb composite structures were subjected to pressing experiments according to the standard ASTM C365. Resistive forces in response to compression and maximum compressive force values were measured. Structural damage was observed. In the honeycomb structure, the cell width decreased as the compressive force increased. Results obtained with finite element models generated using ANSYS Workbench 15 were validated. Experimental results paralleled the finite element modeling results. The ANSYS results were approximately 85 % reliable.
Mycobacterial infections in solid organ transplant recipients
Harun Ur Rashid,Nura Afza Salma Begum,Tasnuva Sarah Kashem 대한이식학회 2021 Korean Journal of Transplantation Vol.35 No.4
Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) infection in solid organ transplant (SOT) recipients remains a major challenge for physicians and surgeons. Active tuberculosis (TB) is associated with increased morbidity and mortality in SOT recipients. MTB usually develops after transplantation in a recipient with latent TB infection (LTBI) before transplantation and may also be transmitted from the donor or acquired from the community. Therefore, screening for LTBI in donors and recipients before transplantation is very important in preventing active disease after transplantation. This review article is based on recently published data, case series, and expert recommendations. We reviewed updated information about the epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment of latent and active TB before and after transplantation. We also reviewed recent treatments for multidrug-resistant TB.
