      • HPLC를 이용한 농약 BPMC(2-sec-butylphenyl-N-methyl carbamate)의 측정법에 관한 연구

        The measurements of pesticide BPMC were studied and following conditions were proposed as a most good methods; 1. There were detected at 254nm by means of Dupont model 850 UV detector. 2. Pesticide BPMC measurement was performed by means of Dupont model 8800, TMS column, 45% methanol as a solvent, flow rate 3.0ml/min. and chart speed 0.5 cm/min. 3. The relationships between the concentration and absorbance of pesticide BPMC were linear from 15 to 50mg/dl. 4. Deproteinization would be used satisfactorily in all of Folin-Wu, trichloroacetic acid and perchloric acid, and the recovery rate was also satisfactorily for all of them.

      • 다공성 고분자수지 충전층에서 CO₂의 확산 및 분산

        이원세공고분자수지인 Amberlite XAD-2, XAD-4, XAD-7, 그리고 Amberlyst 15 충전층에서 CO₂의 확산계수 및 분산계수를 추산하기 위하여 선형흡착이론을 만족하는 저농도에서 펄스-응답의 모멘트를 해석하였다. 흡착열은 XAD-2<XAD-4<XAD-7<Amberlyst 15의 순서였다. 마이크로세공확산의 활성화에너지의 크기도 흡착열의 크기와 같은 순서였다. XAD-2의 경우, 마크로세공의 겉보기굴곡도는 1보다 작은 값인 0.8 이었으며, 이는 마크로세공에서 기상확산과 경쟁적으로 표면확산이 일어남을 시사한다. In order to estimate diffusion coefficient and axial dispersion coefficient of CO₂ in fixed bed of Amberlite XAD-2, XAD-4, XAD-7,and Amberlyst 15, we analysed moments of the pulse-response in the range of low concentration obeying the linear adsorption theory. The series of the heat of adsorption and the activation energy of micropore diffusion obtained from the first absolute moment and the second central moment were found to be XAD-2<XAD-4<XAD-7<Amberlyst 15. In the case of XAD-2, apparent tortuosity factor in macropore was found to be 0.8, less than unity. This indicates that surface diffusion takes place with gas phase diffusion compatatively in macropore.

      • Pt와 PbO₂전극에서 Iodide의 Cyclic Voltammetry

        지지전해질중에서 요오드화염의 전해산화반응을 검토하기 위하여 백금과 이산화납 전극에 대한 삼감전위주사법으로 싸이클릭 볼타모그램을 작성하여 비교하였다. 요오드 이온에 대한 백금의 전극반응은 산성하에서는 I₁??→I₂와 I₂→IO₃??의 두단계 반응으로 진행되는데, 전자는 가역적이고 후자는 비가역적이며 확산율속과정이다. 알칼리성에서는 I??→I₂와 I??→IO₃??의 두단계 반응으로서 비가역 과정이다. 요오드 이온에 대한 이산화납의 전극반응은 산성하에서는 PbO₂+2I??+2H?? →PbO+I₂+H₂O의 화학적인 반응과 그리고 I₂→IO₃??와 산소발생의 경쟁적인 반응이 일어나며, 알칼리성에서는 I??→IO₃??의 반응이 산소발생과 경쟁적으로 일어난다. Cyclic voltammetry and macro electrolysis studies are reported on platinum and lead dioxide electrodes for iodide in each supporting electrolyte. The oxidation of iodide due to platinum electrode reaction proceeds with two steps; the first corresponds to I??→I₂in both acid and alkali, and the second to I??→IO₃?? in acid and I??→IO₃?? in alkali. The former is reversible in acid and irreversible in alkali, while the latter is irreversible and diffusion rate controlling process. The oxidation of iodide due to lead dioxide reaction proceeds with two steps in acid; the first correcponds to PbO₂+2I??+2H??/ →PbO+I₂+H₂O chemically and the second to I₂→IO₃?? competed against oxygen gas evloution. In alkali, electrode reaction of I?? →IO₃? compete with O₂evolution.

        Heidegger says in his essay entitled "the Origin of the Work of Art" that art is the creative preservation of truth that happens in the work. Heidegger shows by means of the analysis of a well-known painting by Van Gogh and a Greek temple that truth as disclosure happens in the work of art. Van Gogh's picture of a peasant's shoes presents the world of the peasant. A Greek temple brings to light the characteristic feature of the world of a historical people. The work of art needs not only the creating artist, but also those for whom the work of art is created. On the issue of the encounter between the onlooker and the work of art, Heidegger introduces the notion of preservation. Preserving the work is the experience of the truth that is happening in the work. That is the experience of transforming and transporting out of the familiar world by rupturing the familiar world which is for the most part lived, out questioned with the regard to its worldhood. Dance brings us in a definite mood which offers us a possible world. By presenting this world, the work invites us to enter it. The work of dance opens up a world. We leave the everyday world and live for some time in the possible world presented by the work. In this respect, dance is the creative preservation of the truth that happens in the work.

        Kant war so stark an die traditionelle Lehre von den Seelenvermogen gebunden, die schon mit der unterscheidung von αι??σθησι?? and ν??ησι?? in der Antike beginnt, da βer die Grundvermogen der Erkenntnis in Anschauung und Denken aufgeteilt hat. Die Anschauung ist eine einzelne Vorstellung, der Begriff eine allgemeine oder reflektierte Vorstellung, Die Erkenntnis durch Begriffe heiβt das Denken. Der Verstand ist das Erkenntnisverm??gen durch Begriffe. Die Mannigfaltigkeit der Weisen der Einigung-die Urteilsformen-l??βt sich schematisch in einer Tafel ordnen. Aber Kant entwickelt nicht aus dem Wesen des Urteils uberhaupt als Funktion der Einigung die moglichen Urteilsformen, sondern er setzt uns einfach die fertige Tafel der Urteilsformen vor. In Kants Urteilstafel ist das Wesen des Verstandes nicht vollstandig darzustellen. Deshalb ist die Urteilstafel gar nicht der Leitfaden fur die Enthullung des Ursprungs der reinen Verstandesbegriffe, d.h. der Kategorien. Das vor uns stehende Problem ist die Enthullung des Ursprungs der reinen Verstandesbegriffe aus dem reinen Verstandes-vermogen. Der reine Verstandesbegriff wird gar nicht durch die reine formallogische Funktion des Urteils gegeben, sondern er entspringt der imaginativen anschanungs, d.h. zeitbezogenen Synthesis. Synthesis ist die Handlung, verschiedene Vorstellungen zueinander hinzutun. Die reine Synthesis ist diejenige, in der sich die reine Raum-Mannigfalfigkeit, beziehungsweise die reine Zeit-Mannigfaltigkeit einigen, a priori vorgeben lassen. Die Synthesis ist die bloβ-e Wirkung der Einbildungskraft. Der Ursprungsort der Kategorien ist die reine Synthesis der Einbildungskraft..

      • 천연자원의 간기능 보호 효과에 관한 연구 : Benzo(a)pyrene에 의한 간기능 장해에 미치는 황금(Scutellaria baicalensis)의 영향 The Effect of Scutellariae Radix on the Benzo(a)pyrene-induced Hepatotoxicity in Rats

        환경 중의 어디에나 분포하여 인체에 발암작용을 일으키는 대표적인 약물 benzo(a)pyrene를직접 경구투여하고.동시에 간보호물질로서 황금을 전처리 투여하여 그 독성 및 손상 회복호과를 혈청 및 간에서의 효소활성을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 황금 수용액의 전처리로 혈칭에서 LDH, AST 및 ALT활성은 beozo(a)pyrene단독투여군에비하여 감소하였으며 ALT는 2,4주째에 유의성 있는 감소를 보였으나 ALP활성은 전 실험군과 시간경과사이에 별다른 유의성이 없었다. 2. 간장의 LDH, ALP, ALT, AST의 효소활성은 황금수용액의 투여로 benzo(a)pyrene 단독투여군에 비해 유의성 있는 회복을 보였으며 LDH의 경우는 2, 3, 4주에 매우 큰 효과를얻었으며 ALP의 경우 4주째에서 유의성 있게 회복되는 경향을 보였다. This study was conducted in an attempt to investigate the effectsof Scutellariae Radix on the activities of serum and liver enzyme and to evaluatethe utility of Scultellariae Radix as a hepatotropic agents in liver disease The results were as follows ; 1. Significantly increased enzyme activity was noted in benzo(a)pyrene-intoxica-ted rats. 2. Scutellariae Radix administration prevented the leackage of LDH, ALP, ALTand AST in serum. 3. Scutellariae Radix administration did not affect on the serum ALP activity. 4. The B(a) P induced liver toxicity was significantly decreased in ScutellariaeRadfx administration.

        The main objective of this study was to derive a formula of ductility reduction factor, expressed as R_(μ). To attain this objective, a study comprised reduction factors computed for stiffness degrading systems undergoing different levels of ductility and to investigate an accuracy of the formula. Based on this study, the main conclusions can be summarized :(1) The ductility reduction factor is primarily affected by the period of the system and the displacement ductility ratio. (2) The proposed formula is simpler and the inelastic deformations of bridge structures are better than those by the others formulas we used before.

        Effects of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D) and kinetin on the induction and growth of calluses of Tulipa gesneriana cv. Golden Apeldoorn were investigated in vitro. Style tissues were cultured on Murashige and Skoog's media containing various levels of 2, 4-D and kinein. The calluses were induced vigorously from the medium supplemented with 1-2mg/ι 2,4-d and 0.5-lmg/ι kinetin, Espcially, the friable calluses like protuberance were formed from the medium containing 2mg/ι 2,4-D and 1mg/ι kinetin. The poor calluses were initiated from the medium supplemented with 1mg/ι 2,4-D or 1mg/ι kinetin only.

      • 중연계 무선네트워크 환경의 도로유지관리계측 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        Wireless Sensor Networks provide a new paradigm for sensing and disseminating information from various environments, with the potential to serve many and diverse applications. Recent advancement in wireless communications and electronics has enabled the development of low-cost sensor networks. The sensor networks can be used for various application areas. For different application areas, there are different technical issues that researchers are currently resolving. The current state of the art of sensor networks is captured in this article, where solutions are discussed under their related protocol stack layer sections. This article also points out the open research issues and intends to spark new interests and developments in this field. In order to evaluate the application of field monitoring system, lab tests field and FEM analysis are conducted. Therefore the accuracy of RFID wireless sensor data is verified.
