This study investigated the changes in the growth and phenotype of human degenerated intervertebral disc cells depending on the frequency of subculture in vitro monolayer culture system. The annulus fibrosus (AF) and nucleus pulposus (NP) cells were cultured in a monolayer manner. At each subculture , we performed an analysis of the morphological changes, the adhesion rate, the proliferation rate and the viability. The expressions of type I, II collagen and proteoglycan were analyzed at the mRNA gene level. All three times of subculture were performed. Both the AF and NP cells gradually showed a fibroblast-like spindle shape from their irregular, polygonal shape while undergoing the third time of subculture. The cell proliferation was the highest at the second subculture time. The viability was markedly lower before the first subculture, but there was no significant difference of viability between the three times of subculture. On RT-PCR, the type II collagen expression was gradually decreased and almost unexpressed at the third subculture, but the type I collagen expression was gradually increased in the NP cells. In the AF cells, the type I collagen expression did not show a significant difference depending on the frequency of subculture. Type II collagen was not expressed from the second time of subculture. The expression of proteoglycan was gradually decreased in both the AF and NP cells and it was almost unexpressed at the third time of subculture. In conclusions, after three times of subculture, the disc cells had completely changed their original growth and phenotypic characteristics.

This study investigated the effect of low intensity ultrasound (LIUS) stimulation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in vitro on the repair of cartilage defect after implantation of the construct in vivo. Rabbit MSCs were cultured in the polyglycolic acid (PGA) scaffold and preconditioned with (MSCs/US+) or without (MSCs/US-) LIUS stimulation during the chondrogenic differentiation for 1 week in vitro. The LIUS stimulation was carried out at the intensity of 200 mW/Cm2 every day for 20 min over a week. The constructs were implanted into the cartilage defects created in the rabbit femoral trochlea. The defect only was used as a negative control and rabbit chondrocytes seeded in PGA was used as a positive control, respectively. The repair of cartilage defect was examined at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after implantation, respectively. The gross observation showed that the articular cartilage defects were filled with the repaired tissue in all groups. Histological and immunohistochemical analyses revealed, however, more intensive and widespread expression of proteoglycans and type II collagen in the MSCs/US+ group than in the MSCs/US- group. Fibrous tissues were observed mainly in the defect only group. The chondrocytes groups showed efficient repair of the defect by hyaline cartilage. In conclusion, this study suggested that LIUS preconditioning of MSCs in vitro could be an effective method to promote chondrogenesis of MSCs and repair of cartilage defect in vivo.
COVID-19 시대 소득그룹 간 디지털 정보격차에 관한 연구: 디지털서비스 역량, 인식변화, 이용량변화를 중심으로

우리사회의 급격한 정보화시대로의 변화로 디지털 정보 빈곤 및 정보격차가 중요한 사회문제로 부각된다. 특히 COVID-19로 인해 디지털서비스는 일상생활 영위를 위한 중요조건으로 대두되었고, 정보격차 해소의 효율적 방안 모색을 위해 소득 빈곤과 정보 빈곤의 연관성에 대해 주목할 시점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19 시기, 소득그룹 간 디지털서비스 정보격차가 상이한지 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 디지털서비스 정보격차는 디지털서비스 역량, 인식변화 그리고 이용량변화에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2020년 ‘디지털정보격차실태조사’의 일반국민 만 18세 이상 6,521명을 선정하여 분석하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털서비스 역량, 인식변화, 이용량변화 모두 고소득, 중간소득, 저소득의 순서로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털서비스 역량, 인식변화, 이용량변화의 상관계수는 저소득, 중간소득, 고소득의 순서로 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 디지털서비스 격차를 줄이기 위한 제언을 하였다. With rapid changes in our society toward the information age, digital information poverty and information gap are emerging as important social problems. During the Covid-19 pandemic, digital services have appeared to be an important condition for daily life. Thus. it is important to pay attention to develop an effective way to alleviate information poverty through investigating the relationship between income poverty and information poverty. The purpose of this study is to verify whether the digital service information gap by income groups is different during the COVID-19 pandemic. The digital service information gap in this study covered digital service capability, changes in perception, and changes in utilization. For the study purpose, we analyzed 6,521 citizens over the age of 18 from the data “2020 the Report on the Digital Divide,’ and the results were follows. First, significant differences in digital service information gap were found in the order of high-income, middle-income, and low-income group. Second, the degree of correlations among the digital service capability, changes in perception and utilization were significantly higher in the order of high-income, middle-income, and low-income group. Based on the results, implications to reduce digital service gap were suggested.

<P>In this study we investigated the effects of LIUS on chondrogenic differentiation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSC). Our hypothesis is that LIUS may be a noninvasively effective stimulant to a biological system in vivo by turning on differentiation of MSCs and promotion of chondrogenesis. MSCs were isolated from the bone marrow of New Zealand white rabbits and cultured in monolayer for 2 weeks. They were then harvested and seeded into polyglycolic acid (PGA) non-woven mesh at a number of 5 x 10(6) cells. Cultured with a chondrogenic-defined media for 1 week, the PGA/MSCs constructs (n = 4) were implanted subcutaneously in the back of nude mice (n = 9, each group). The ultrasound (US) group received US stimulation at a frequency of 0.8 MHz and intensity of 200 mW/cm(2) for 10 min every day up to 4 weeks, while the control group had no US stimulation. Analyses of histological, immunohistochemical, biochemical, and mechanical characteristics were made at 1, 2, and 4 weeks post-stimulation, respectively. Total DNA contents showed no significant difference between the two groups. Total collagen and glycosaminoglycan (GAG) increased more significantly in the US-stimulated group than in the control. Histology of Safranin O/Fast green confirmed more intense and spreading extracellular matrix (ECM) at 2 and 4 weeks in the US-stimulated specimens. Mechanical tests exhibited that compressive strengths were also significantly higher in the US-stimulated cells at later times. This study strongly suggests that it may be possible for ultrasound to have some stimulatory effects in vivo on the chondrogenesis of MSCs.</P>
인문학적 상상력과 서사전략 허란설헌궁사연구(許蘭雪軒宮詞硏究)

This paper tries to investigate the inner link of He-ran-ser-hen`s palace poems which are styled by lian-zuo-shi(連作詩). Through the perspective of comparative literature, this paper also analyzes the parts of He-ran-ser-hen`s revealing after finding the close relationship from the Chinese palace poems. By the ways called yi-shi-zheng-shi(which means proving poems by history) and yi-shi-zheng-shi(which means proving poems by poems)and referring to some archaeological finds, this paper illuminates the names and things, literary quotations, ancient laws and regulations in He`s poems so that accurately understand the He`s palace poems.

This paper aims to introduce the method of detection of high-speed drones using both Single Shot Detector (SSD) and YOLOv3 (You Only Look Once)v3. After conducting experiments and obtaining footage of the fast-flying drones, the software and algorithms are being put to the test. In a motion detector, there are 3 main fundamentals - unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) detection, UAV identification and tracking of the UAV, which will be introduced as a preliminary UAV detection system to spark of the use of other more advanced image recognition based detector. The alternative of using SSD and YOLOv3 will be the main discussion to target high-speed drones.

담보물권절차의 실현은 2012년 중국 개정 「민사소송법」에서 신설한 내용이 고, 그 목적은 「물권법」에서 정한 담보물권의 실현문제를 명확하게 규정하여 실체법과 절차법의 유효한 연결을 완성하는 데에 있다. 담보물권의 실현을 위 하여, 2015년 최고인민법원은 사법해석으로 입법규정을 세부화하고 구체화 하였다. 그러나 실무에서는 법률에서 규정하지 않은 경우가 있어서, 이론적으로 파악하고 처리방안을 제기할 필요가 있다. 이 논고에서는 담보물권절차의 실 현하는 데에 있어서, 법률구제, 비(非)소송절차와 소송절차간의 조화 및 파산 관리인의 취소권의 행사문제를 다루면서 사법실무와 입법보완에 유익한 참고로 되기를 기대한다. In order to define the procedure to realize the security interest stipulated in the Property Law, the Procedure of Realizing Security Interest was added to the Civil Procedure Law in 2012, that achieved the interlinking of the substantive law and the procedural law. In 2015, The Supreme People``s Court specified and improved the Procedure of Realizing Security Interest in the judicial interpretation to the Civil Procedure Law. But there are still many practical issues on which no rules can be applied, thus theoretical study is necessary for certain solutions. For the sake of, this paper discusses the legal remedy in the Procedure of Realizing Security Interest, the interlinking of contentious procedure and non-contentious procedure, and the exercise of the right to rescind by bankruptcy trustee concerning the Procedure of Realizing Security Interest.

As a historical full-length novel, Linkukzheng is reputed as Korean Shuihuzhuan(水滸傳). When working on this novel, the author Hong myong-hee used a special narrative way called ‘Qin-se-jian-zhongfa’(psaltery and harp interprocess bell, 琴瑟間鐘法) which inserts a lot of romantic scenes. Since the author had never experienced love and romance of the novel, he took references indirectly from Chinese classical novel titled jinpingmei(金?梅). In the novel of Limkukzheng, the leading character Limkukzheng’s senior wife cloud-clever(yun-cong)is a parodized model of moon-lady(yue-niang) who is Ximenqing’s hypocritical first wife in the novel of Jinpingmei; Lim’s second wife Lady Piao, deeply indebt, is ironied with Misstress ping who has rich and generous dowry; Mrs.Yuan who suffers many mishaps is parodized with spring-plum(Chun-mei) whose luck is finally turning; virtuous Lady Jin is drawn from the combination of golden-lotus(jin-lian) and Mistress ping. Although the author took references from and parodized with the characters from Jinpingmei, he“emitted with affection and stopped with ceremony”,dismissing totally of obscene language. Love affair is depicted only in the limitation of the private boudoir area and beding scene is portrayed on the premise of morality. This description way aims to analyze the failure reasons of the peasants uprising led by Limkukzheng.
