        Effects of temperature and humidity on immature development of Lygus pratensis (L.) (Hemiptera: Miridae)

        Lygus pratensis distributes worldwide and is one of the common insect pests on cotton in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the largest cotton growing region of China. This study assessed the effects of six constant temperatures (10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 °C) at 60% relative humidity (RH) on egg and nymphal development of L. pratensis. Eggs failed to hatch and the newly-hatched nymphs could not normally develop at 10 °C. The developmental duration of egg and nymph decreased as temperature increased from 15 to 30 except 35 °C for egg. Based on the linear model, the lower developmental threshold and effective accumulated temperature were 10.68 °C and 150.2 DD for egg, and 12.08 °C and 208.3 DD for nymph, respectively. Among three non-linear models (Briere-1, Logan-6 and Lactin), Logan-6 provided the most accurate estimate for the mean optimum and lethal maximum temperatures (33.6 and 40.9 °C for egg, and 34.0 and 37.4 °C for nymphs). The interactive effects of three RH levels (45, 60 and 75%) and two temperatures (25 and 35 °C) on the immature developmental stages were tested. Temperature, RH and their interaction showed significant effects on egg and nymphal development. High relative humidity (75% RH) shortened the developmental duration of egg at 25 °C and nymph at 25 and 35 °C,whereas no significant difference was found for egg duration between different RH levels at 35 °C. The present study is useful for further predicting the phenology of L. pratensis and developing forecast and management strategies for this emerging mirid bug in China.

        Influence of errors and floating on static load-sharing characteristics of twin rotors concentric face-gear power-split transmission system

        Twin rotors concentric face-gear power-split transmission system (TRCFGPSTS) is a new and more advanced main reducer configuration of the high-speed helicopter. Its loadsharing performance between different branches has a great impact on the service life performance. Its load distribution is complex, and the research on the influence law of error on loadsharing performance is not clear. Therefore, to study the influence of system error and pinions floating on the mechanical properties of the system, the static load-sharing mathematical model of the system was established. The load-sharing model comprehensively considers the factors of manufacturing error (ME) and installation error (IE), meshing stiffness, torsional stiffness, support stiffness and member floating. The coordination conditions of torsional angle elastic deformation of the system with central displacement offset and the mechanical balance conditions under the action of elastic support and floating support are derived, which reflects the change law of load distribution from the perspective of the system as a whole. The load-sharing model is solved by the least square method. The load-sharing coefficient (LSC) of the system is obtained. The influence of ME, IE and floating pinions on load-sharing performance is analyzed. The results show that the LSC shows irregular periodic fluctuation under the combined action of error, and the LSC is 1.212. Under the single influence of ME, the LSC also shows irregular periodic fluctuation, and the LSC is 1.610. Under the single influence of IE, the LSC presents a constant influence law, and the LSC is 1.326. The error of each gear in the III-stage has the most obvious influence on the load-sharing characteristics. The LSC of I-stage and II-stage floating pinion under the single influence are 1.113 and 1.120, respectively. The floating gear can significantly improve the load-sharing performance, and meet the load-sharing at the ±5 % service requirement.

        Compound glycyrrhizin injection for improving liver function in children with acute icteric hepatitis: A systematic review and meta-analysis

        Background: Compound glycyrrhizin injection (CGI) is a preparation with glycyrrhizin as the main active ingredient extracted from licorice. As clinical trials suggest that CGI is effective in improving liver function for acute icteric hepatitis in children (AIHC), this systematic review aimed to evaluate and verify its therapeutic effects and safety. Methods: Six electronic databases were searched from their inception to 15 May 2021. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) assessing therapeutic effects and safety of CGI for AIHC were included. The risk of bias for each trial was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool 2.0. Primary outcomes were indexes related to liver function, including total bilirubin (TBiL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST). RevMan 5.4 software was used for data analyses. The certainty of the evidence was assessed using the online GRADEpro tool. Results: Six RCTs involving 608 children were included. The overall bias was assessed as having “high risk of bias” in all trials. All trials compared the combination of CGI and conventional western medicine (CWM) with CWM alone. Regarding the effects of CGI for AIHC, results showed that CGI plus CWM was superior to CWM alone in reducing the levels of TBiL (mean difference (MD) = -8.19 mmol/L, 95% CI -9.86 to -6.53), ALT (MD = -24.09 U/L, 95% CI -30.83 to -17.34) and AST (MD = -18.67 U/L, 95% CI -21.88 to -15.45). No trial reported adverse events. The certainty of the evidence for outcomes were all evaluated as low or very low. Conclusion: CGI may have adjuvant therapeutic effects on improving the liver function of children with AIHC. There is no evidence to determine the safety of CGI for AIHC. As current evidence is weak, further well-designed RCTs are required for verification of the therapeutic effects of CGI.         『열하일기』를 통해 본 18세기 베이징 선남(宣南)의 선비문화

        본 논문은 『열하일기』를 통해 18세기 베이징 선남의 선비문화에 대하여 구체적으로 고찰하였다. 선남문화는 베이징문화의 한 징표로 베이징 문화 중에서도 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 청나라 때 실시한 ‘기민분치(旗民分治)’라는 주거정책으로 실시하였기 때문에 한족 사대부와 선비들은 북경성의 도성 밖에 위치한 선남지역에서만 거주할 수 있었다. 시간이 흐르면서 한족 사대부들을 비롯한 선비문화가 베이징 선남의 문화 징표로 형성되었다. 선비들은 이곳에서 학술과 문학사상 교류를 통하여 18세기의 중국 문화예술 발전을 촉진시켰다. 동서고금 문화의 정수가 모인 선남지역은 중국학자뿐만 아니라 외국학자들도 선망하였던 문화의 성지가 되었다. 연암 박지원은 조선 후기 최고의 문학가이자 북학파를 대표하는 실학자였다. 박지원은 1780년 조선 연행사절을 따라 중국으로 출사(出使)하여, 두 달 동안의 일기와 여러 가지의 견문을 수록하여 『열하일기』를 저술하였다. 『열하일기』에는 18세기 중국의 문화와 사회 발전 양상을 많이 기술되어 있다. 특히 한·중 학자들의 만남과 교유, 유리창에서의 사문화(士文化), 선남의 선진적인 서양문화 등을 포함한 베이징의 선남문화에 대해 많이 언급하고 있다. 이 논문은 북경의 선남지역에 초점을 맞추고 이곳에서 이루어졌던 선비문화의 양상을 살펴보고, 나아가 당시 조선 학자들이 베이징의 선남문화에 대해 어떻게 이해하고 인식하였는지를 살펴보고자 한다. The paper aims to examine the scholarly culture of Beijing Xuannan in the 18th century based on the analysis of Jehol Diary written by Bak Jiwon, a noted scholar of the Northern School in the late Joseon dynasty. The culture of Xuannan is an important element for understanding the culture of Beijing. In the Qing dynasty, the government carried out a residential policy according to which the literati and the scholars of the Han nationality were permitted to dwell only in the area of Xuannan. As time went on, the scholarly culture of the Han nationality literati became a symbol of the Xuannan culture. Scholars gathered here for academic and literary exchanges and promoted the development of Chinese culture and arts in the 18th century. The essence of culture at all times and in all places converged on Xuannan, which became a holy land in the hearts of Chinese and foreign scholars. In 1780, Bak Jiwon traveled to China as a member of the government delegation and wrote the famous Jehol Diary. The book records Chinese politics, economy, culture and customs in detail as well as the cultural exchanges between Chinese and Korean literary scholars and intellectuals. He made a lot of efforts to describe Beijing Xuannan culture which includes: the literary trends of the 18th century China; communications among scholars in the Liulichang street and the bookstore culture there; Western learning; and other aspects. This dissertation not only focuses on the aspects of the Xuannan culture mentioned in Jehol Diary by Bak Jiwon as the main research topic but also explores the understanding of the Xuannan culture among the scholars of the Joseon dynasty.

        Supercritical fluid extraction effectively removes phthalate plasticizers in spores of Ganoderma lucidum

        Phthalate plasticizers residue in food is a serious threat to public health. Spores of Ganoderma lucidum are easy to be contaminated with phthalates during collection and processing. In this study, supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) was performed to remove phthalates in spores of G. lucidum, and the effects on acid and peroxide values of spores’ oil were also evaluated. The results showed SFE removed 100% of the residual di-iso-butyl phthalate, di-nbutyl phthalate and di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate in the spores of G. lucidum. No significant differences in polysaccharides content and fatty acid composition were observed between SFE and control spores. However, the triterpenoid extracts of SFE spores had a 7.45% increase, significantly higher than that in control spores. Accelerated oxidation tests further implied that SFE could improve the stability of spores’ oil. Our results suggested SFE is a potential approach to remove phthalate from food related products.

        Energy Efficiency Resource Allocation for MIMO Cognitive Radio with Multiple Antenna Spectrum Sensing

        The energy-efficient design of sensing-based spectrum sharing of a multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) cognitive radio (CR) system with imperfect multiple antenna spectrum sensing is investigated in this study. Optimal resource allocation strategies, including sensing time and power allocation schemes, are studied to maximize the energy efficiency (EE) of the secondary base station under the transmit power and interference power constraints. EE problem is formulated as a nonlinear stochastic fractional programming of a nonconvex optimal problem. The EE problem is transformed into its equivalent nonlinear parametric programming and solved by one-dimension search algorithm. To reduce searching complexity, the search range was founded by demonstration. Furthermore, simulation results confirms that an optimal sensing time exists to maximize EE, and shows that EE is affected by the spectrum detection factors and corresponding constraints.

        Effect of sodium sulfite, tartaric acid, tannin, and glucose on rheological properties, release of aroma compounds, and color characteristics of red wine

        In this study, we evaluated the effect of additionof non-volatile compounds (sodium sulfite, tartaric acid,tannin, and glucose) on the rheological properties, releaseof aroma compounds, and color of the red wine. Whiledetermining the rheological properties of the supplementedsamples, non-Newtonian fluidic and shear-thinningbehavior of samples was noticed. The viscosity of thesesamples was found in negative correlation with the dose ofaddition of various non-volatile substances. The aromaprofile of red wine after additions showed the change in therelease of the nine key aroma compounds. Among themethyl hexanoate, phenylethyl alcohol, octanoic acid, diethylsuccinate, and ethyl octanoate were profoundly increased. Further, the color of red wines was improved in the presenceof tartaric acid and tannin. Overall, supplementationof various substances during storage period of three differentwines could enormously affect the sensory characteristicsin a dose dependent manner.

      • Influential Factors on Habitual Exercise for Female College Students in Beijing

        Purpose: Habit development is important for obtaining maximum benefits from any health-related behavior. With the popularity of the concept of "lifelong sports" and the development of "Regulations on National Fitness"(2014 modified version), to cultivate good habits of taking part into sports has been increasingly regarded as a prominent task in school of all levels. This paper aims to reveal the status quo of exercise habit for female college students in Beijing Municipal universities and illustrates the influential factors in development of their exercise habits, in turn contributing the key to fulfillment of the task of PE in higher education. Method: By the questionnaire survey, literature review and mathematical statistics, the paper conducts a survey in 520 female students from three public Municipal universities in Beijing and designed an in-person interview with 6 students, systematically analyzing their physical exercise and habits and influential factors in their exercises. Results: the study demonstrate that the influential factors for female college students in Beijing Municipal are needs to do exercise; motivation; interests; attitude and cognition; and self-efficiency. The influential factors are mainly as followed: the equipment and facilities; the campus atmosphere of exercise; the parental influence; mass media. Conclusion: Faced with the results and findings, how to cultivate exercise habit for female students during college period is raised urgently no matter in vehicle the PE at colleges and sports for all, life-long sports or the college PE reforms in China. In the end of the paper, the author puts forwards specific suggestions.

      • Analysis of vibration characterization of a multi-stage planetary gear transmission system containing faults

        In order to explore the influence of tooth root cracks on the dynamic characteristics of multi-stage planetary gear transmission systems, a concentrated parameter method was used to construct a nonlinear dynamic model of the system with 30- DOF in bending and torsion, taking into account factors such as crack depth, length, angle, error, time-varying meshing stiffness (TVMS), and damping. In the model, the energy method was used to establish a TVMS model with cracks, and the influence of cracks on the TVMS of the system was studied. By using the Runge- Kutta method to calculate the differential equations of system dynamics, a series of system vibration diagrams containing cracks were obtained, and the influence of different crack parameters on the vibration of the system was analyzed. And vibration testing experiments were conducted on the system with planetary gear cracks. The results show that when the gear contains cracks, the TVMS of the system will decrease, and as the cracks intensify, the TVMS will decrease. When cracks appear on the II-stage planetary gear, the system will experience impact effects with intervals of rotation cycles of the II-stage planetary gear. There will be obvious sidebands near the meshing frequency doubling, and the vibration trajectory of the gear will also become disordered. These situations will become more and more obvious as the degree of cracks intensifies. Through experiments, the theoretical results are in good agreement with experimental results, verifying the correctness of the theoretical model. This provides a theoretical basis for fault diagnosis and reliability research of the system.
