정반 평면도 평가를 위한 측정점의 합리적인 개수의 결정
신상철,현창헌,박흥식 江原大學校 産業技術硏究所 1998 産業技術硏究 Vol.18 No.-
The flatness is the most important nature for the surface table. For finding such a flatness, the surface is surveyed along a number of straight lines parallel to the edges of table, which form a grid. Next, the variations in height of the grid points are measured relative to a datum point. If the number of such points is increased. It is not necessarily to use many grid points for finding the original flatness ofa measured surface tabel. So it is necessary to find the rational quantity of such grid points. It is found that about 220 points per 1 m? of surface tabel for measurement is the rational quantity with less than about 15% error of the original flatness.

This article was researched that the question for cognition, requirement, plan of activation of the orthopaedic physical therapist in physical therapy room of public health center. We analysed with SPSS/10.0 stastistics programs returned 123 questionnaire. These results were followed. 1. Ratio of physical therapist in the physical therapy room of public health center was that mail were 47.2% and female were 52.8%. 2. The physical therapy room of public health center was made an introduction in 1980 and has since been opened in 100 places. 3. 100 physical therapist(81.3%) were aware the impotance of orthopaedic physical therapy. 4. The members of orthopaedic physical therapy academy were 17 people(13.8%) including an associate member. 5. The physical therapist takened a course of orthopaedic education was 37 people (30.1%). 6. The physical therapist wanted that to take part in orthpaedic education were 60 people(48.8%). 7. The physical therapist were required the orthopaedic physical therapist in physical therapy room of public health center were 87 people(70.7%).
Protein Folding, Misfolding and Refolding of Therapeutic Proteins
Shin, Hang-Cheol The Korean Society for Biotechnology and Bioengine 2001 Biotechnology and Bioprocess Engineering Vol.6 No.4
Substantial progress has been made towards understanding the folding mechanisms of proteins in virto and in vivo even though the general rules governing such folding events remain unknown. This paper reviews current folding models along with experimental approaches used to elucidate the folding pathways. Protein misfolding is discussed in relation to disease states, such as amyloidosis, and the recent findings on the mechanism of converting normally soluble proteins into amyloid fibrils through the formation of intermediates provide an insight into understanding the pathogenesis of amyloid formation and possible cules for the development of therapeutic treatments. Finally, some commonly adopted refolding strategies developed over the part decade are summarized.

The conformation studies of myelin P2 protein and two of its major peptides were carried out using circular dichroism and fluorescence spectroscopy in water and in lipid environments. Significant conformational changes occur when the protein or peptides were bound to gangliosides. Similar effects were also found in trifluoroethanol solutions. The conformational features of P2 protein and its major peptides were discussed in relation to the environmental changes and the disease-inducing effects.
Effect of Phospholipide on the Conformation of Myelin P2 Protein and Its Peptides
Hang Cheol Shin,Ernest F . McFarlane 생화학분자생물학회 1993 BMB Reports Vol.26 No.2
The conformation studies of myelin P₂ protein and its peptides were carried out using circular dichroism spectroscopy. Circular dichroism spectra show that P₂ protein undergoes a major conformational change on binding to micelles formed from acidic phospholipids or acidic detergents. Association with zwitterionic phospholipids show much less conformational effects. Similar studies with large peptides derived from the P₂ protein show the same trends. The relationship of the conformation of the P₂ protein to the disease-inducing effects is described.
