The thermal decomposition process of Mo(CO)_6 on chemical vapor deposition was investigated by analyzing the effects of deposition temperature, pressure, and reaction gas on the phase change of deposited films. Mo_2C was deposited at or below 350℃ due to the incompleteness of thermal decomposition of Mo(CO)_6, but Mo films was successfully deposited at 400℃ or higher temperatures. The variation of deposition pressure did not change the dependence of decomposition process on deposition temperature. The activation energy of surface reaction was 5.8 ㎉/mole.

본 논문은 고온 고압의 유류 수송용 이중배관의 팽창에 대한 해석적 방법에 대한 결과고찰과 해석, 그리고 설계시 응용이 가능한 현상에 대해 논하였다. 고온의 유류수송시 온도를 유지할 목적으로 내부의 수송 배관과 외부의 케이싱 배관사이에 절연체가 쓰여진다. 이런 이중배관의 팽창을 조사할 수 있는 간단한 해석적 방법이 개발되었다. 본 논문에서는 온도의 분포, 압력, 토질의 저항, 수송배관과 케이싱배관과의 상호작용 등이 고려되어졌으며, 이 해석적 방법은 심해의 이중배관 해석에 적합하게 개발되었다. 계산의 결과 분석에서 고온의 영향이 고압보다 현저한 것이 밝혀졌다.

The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of water-vapor separator for improving the evaporative surface. The experimental system is constituted with water vapor generator, vapor storage tank, laser source for visualization and camera for photography. The efficiency of water-vapor separator can be varied by the kinds of the inside materials. Thus, in this report, we introduced the three kinds of materials with wire scrap, wire brush and sponge. As the experimental results, the wire brush was showed the best efficiency with 185 g/hr.

외환위기 이후 정부의 재무구조개선정책과 관련하여 기업들은 부채비율을 줄이기 위한 자구적 노력과 함께 새로운 환경에 적응하기 위한 자금조달의사결정을 필요로 하게 되었다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 조세정책상의 방향제시를 위해 자금조달결정에 미치는 조세효과를 분석하고자 하였으며 이러한 조세효과의 검증은 부채감세수단과 비부채감세수단가의 대체효과와 감세수단간의 대체관계는 조세소모의 정도에 따라 다르게 나타날 것이라는 조세소모효과에 중점을 두어 수행하였다. 실증분석을 위해 상장제조기업을 중심으로 하는 730개의 기업-연도표본을 대상으로 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 실증분석결과를 통해 부채감세수단은 비부채감세수단과 유의적인 음(-)의 관계를 보이며 대체관계에 있으며 감세수단간의 대체관계는 조세소모의 정도가 심할수록 보다 크게 나타날 것이라는 조세소모효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 감세수단의 관리 및 의사결정에서 감세수단을 고려하는 조세기획력의 차이를 감안하여 기업규모별로 조세소모정도를 반영한 감세수단간의 대체관계를 비교한 결과에서는 대규모 기업군에서 상대적으로 강한 음(-)의 관계를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과들은 우리나라 기업들이 자금조달 의사결정시에 부채사용에 따른 이자비용의 감세효과를 고려하고 있으나 감세수단간의 대체관계에 따른 조세관리는 상대적으로 조세기획력이 우월한 대기업을 중심으로 이루어지고 있음을 시사한다.

Deree of incidences to white rust on chrysanthemum, effect of temperature, pH for sporidum formation by puccinia horinia and resistance of cultivars to typical disease were investigsted in the field and laboratory. 1.Degree of Incidences of white rust by puccinia horinia on chrysanthemum were progressed hightly virulence at May. 2.Sporidium formulation were developed at 5∼25℃ and pH 4.0∼8.5 after incubation. Optimum temperature and pH of formulation for sporidium were 20℃ and pH 7.0. 3.When 25 major cultivars were evaluated for their levels of resistance to damping off in the field, 7 cultivars including Weldon were showing high level of resistance and the low level of resistance were Spring Song, Arieta and Dax. The resistance cultivars to black spot were showing 7 including Westland Pink. Showing cultivars of the low level for resistance were Rose Queen and Spring Song. Resistance to brown spot were 8 cultivars including Westland Pink, and the low level for resistance were in other of Harliquine, Park Marble. Showing the resistance level for of micronutrient deficient were 13 cultivars including Westland Pink and Arieta were susceptive of the high level. Cold Resistance of flower were Harliquine and 6 the others. Cultivars, the high level of susceptible were in other of Spring Song, Rose Queen and Salmon.

Anaerobic digestion is commonly used in wastewater treatment plants to stabilize sludge produced in primary and secondary treatment, to produce renewable energy as methane, and to reduce the volume of solids for ultimate disposal. Previous studies on anaerobic digestibility of primary and secondary sludge present that secondary sludge showed poor anaerobic digestibility and less gas production. The objectives of this research were to study the effects of pulse power pretreatment on anaerobic digestibility of waste activated sludge. These objectives were achieved through operation of carefully-controlled laboratory digesters under various conditions. The conclusion made from this study are as follows: 1) To maximize the efficiency of pulse power pretreatment for waste activated sludge, the optimum operation conditions for coaxial reactor with 7 rings are decided as follows; a) optimum pulse repetition rate : 110㎐, b)feeding service : once-through mode, c) optimum hydraulic retention time : 1.0-1.5sec 2) Pretreated WAS by pulse power system showed increase of SCOD, ECP, and V.A by 13.6, 4.6, and 7.1 times. 3) From the results from operation of lab scaled anaerobic digester, pulse power sludge pretreatment increased GPR from 0.39㎥gas/㎏VS_add · day to 0.66㎥gas/㎏VS_add · day and methane content from 43.9% to 87.9%. Thus, increase of methane production rate was increased by 3.4times. 4) During the steady state operation of anaerobic digester, the removal efficiency of TCOD and VS were improved by 44.6% and 31.5% respectively after pulse power pretreatment of waste activated sludge.

The first factor to decide the success of dental implantation is sufficient, osseointegration between implant fixture and its surrounding bone tissue. Thus many studies about this have been under actively. In recent, one of them is to increase the roughness of the surface of an implant fixture by treating the surface of an implant fixture in various ways, increase the contact area between an implant fixture and its surrounding bone tissue and so induce a sufficient osseointegration between them. The roughness of the surface on an implant fixture can be increased by coating the smooth surface of an implant fixture with hydroxyapatite or titanium particles or by treating the surface with acid. But these ways can cause the failure of implantation in the long run due to the separatation of coated particles from an implant fixture and sometime; can't attain the sufficient osseointegration because of emitting ion into the surrounding bone tissue. To develop dental implant materials, fabrication and physical properties of sintered stainless steel have studied using hardness tester, tensile tester, SEM, TEM, EPMA, EDX. Stainless steel compacts containing Cu (2-10 wt%) were prepared either by electroless Cu-plating method which result in the increased homogenization in alloying powder or by Cu-elemental powder addition method on the stainless steel powder Experimental investigation foucusing on mechanical property was performed for Cu-added samples to study the effects of Cu content, electroless Cu-plating method, and Cu-elemental powder addition method on the surface characteristics of sintered stainless steel in Mo and Cu in sintered stainless steel on the mechanical behaviors. Microstructural characterization revealed that Cu-addition by electroless Cu-plating method resulted in less porous material compared that prepared by Cu-elemental powder addition method. Since Cu is blown to be effective in reducing the precipitation of chromium carbide at sensitization temperature, Cr concentration in electroless Cu-plating method was uniformly distributed in the grain boundary and in the matrix. The sintered density in electroless Cu-plating method increased with reducing porosity as a result of the Cu-uniform distribution due to electroless Cu plating during the sintering process. The amount of Cu added in the sintered stainless steel affected significantly tensile strength which increased with 4 wt% Cu and decreased with more than 7 wt% Cu.

The study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation strategy of service companies. The competitive strategy of a corporation is a major strategy playing the role of bridge linking both corporate strategy and functional strategy. And it is a choice of method how to win competitors in given area. There have been such a specific methodologies for acquiring competitive advantage as Porters competitive strategy, Miles and Snows adaptive strategy, and Life cycle strategy. But, many scholars have pointed that its more important for high corporate performance to determine the competitive strategy of a corporation fitting the external environment and internal structure. So its needed for successful cost-leadership or differentiation strategy to differentiate organizational function, resources, and various organizational factors. But there have been no methodologies or practical guidelines fitting competitive strategy, corporate structure, and external environment in sprite do service corporations growth. So, the study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation structure in Airlines after selecting service structural elements necessary for strategic management.
