      • 새로운 상감도자기 기법을 이용한 특산품 개발

        새로운 상감도자기 기법을 이용한 특산품은 개발하기 위하여 지르코니아와 백토 및 황토계 소지에 대한 선 수축과 색의 변화를 조사하였다. 지르코니아계는 1350℃ 소결에서 23%정도의 선수축율을 나타내고 첨가량은 0.5wt% 이내가 적당하며, Co3O4는 청색, NiO는 녹색, Fe2O3는 갈색 그리고 Mn3O4는 검정색으로 변하였다. 백토계는 1250℃ 소결에서 13%정도의 선수축율을 나타내고 첨가량은 1wt%이내가 적당하며, NiO는 갈색, Co3O4는 녹색, TiO2는 아이보리색으로 변화 하였다. 황토계는 1250℃ 소결에서 12.5%정도의 선수축율을 나타내며, TiO2는 노란색, 그리고 복합첨가의 경우 검정색으로 변화하였다. 첨가된 전이금속산화물은 제2상의 화합물을 형성하여 분산되어 존재함으로써 발색시키는 것으로 판단된다. 상감도자기 시작품은 색채가 우아하고 질감이 좋아 특산품으로 활용가능성이 매우 높은 것으로 판단된다. Variation of sintered color and linear shrinkage in zirconia, white clay and yellow clay systems have been investigated with various transition metal oxide additives to develop special products using new inlaid porcelain method. Zirconia systems sintered at 1350℃ show 23% of linear shrinkages and their additives are suitable to add up to 0.5wt%, and the color of their specimens changes from white to blue for Co3O4, green for NiO, brown for Fe2O3 and black for Mn3O4, respectively. White clay systems sintered at 1250℃ appear about 13% of linear shrinkages and their additives are suitable to add up to 1wt%, and the color of their specimens changes form white to brown for NiO, to blue for Co3O4, green for Cr2O3 and ivory for TiO2, repedtively. Yellow clay systems sintered at 1250℃ show about 12.5% of linear shrinkages and the color of their specimens changes from red to yellow for TiO2 and black for complex compounds, respectively. It could be explained due to the formation of the second phase compounds by added transition metal oxides with basic composition and the dispersion of their second phase particles in sintered bodies.

      • 통풍성 관절염의 임상적 고찰

        통풍은 Purine 대사의 이상으로 발생하는 질환으로, 고뇨산혈증인 사람의 전부가 통풍으로 발현되지 않고 증상의 출현 양상이 다양하여 진단과 치료에 주의가 필요하며, 조기에 적절한 조치를 한다면 충분히 조절이 가능한 질환이다. 본대학 내과학교실에서는 통풍으로 치료한 32명의 환자에서 임상양상, 병력과 검사소견을 분석하여 다음과 같음 결과를 얻었다. 1. 32명 모두 남자이며, 최초 발병 시기는 24세에서 72세로 평균 43.8±11.9세이었으며, 30대에서 40대까지가 19명(59.4%)으로 대부분을 차지하였다. 내원 당시 나이는 27세에서 75세까지로 평균 52.3±10.4세였으며, 내원시 까지 평균 유병기간은 8.5±6.8년으로 나타났다. 2. 동반 질환으로는 고지혈증 12례, 신장질환 10례, 고혈압 12례, 비만 8례, 당뇨 2례 등이었다. 3. 이환된 관절은 단관절 침범이 19례(59.4%), 다관절 침범이 13례 이었으며, 최초 이한된 관절은 족무지 중족골지골 관절로 19례(59.4%)로 가장 많았고, 통풍 결절은 20례(62.5%)에서 관찰되었으며, 유병기간이 10년 이상된 12례중 11례 (91.7%)에서 결절이 관찰되었다. 4. 평균 혈중 요산치는 9.17±1.75 ㎎/dl이었으며, 8.0 ㎎/dl에서 9.9 ㎎/dl 사이가 19명으로 전체의 59.4%를 차지하였다. Objective: The gout is a heterogeneous group of diseases resulting from tissue deposition of monosodium urate or uric acid crystals from extracellular fluids supersaturated with respect to this end product of human purine metabolism. The clinical manifestations are such as hyperuricemia, gouty arthritis, gouty nephropathy, uric acid nephrolithiasis. We analyze of clinical manifestations and associated factors in gout. Method: We have reviewed the medical records, radiologic findings and clinical results of thirty-two patients admitted at our department from April 1996 to July 1997. Result: 1) All patients were male. The mean age at initial attack was 43.8 years old, ranging from 24 to 72 years old. 2) The mean level of serum uric acid was 9.17mg/dl on admission. 3) The first metatarsopharyngeal joint was involved in 19 cases (59.4%). Tophus was observed in 20 cases (62.5%). 4) Hyperuricemia was associated with hypertension, obesity, nephrolithiasis and hyperlipidemia.

        An experimental result of the bending phenomenon at the die exit was compared with the theoretical result. The two result were same in the tendency of increasing bending angle with the melt viscosity ratio and the die swell ratio.

      • 고관성 Pre&Autortating 로터를 이용한 Super STOL 수송기 개념 설계의 타당성 연구

        산악이 많은 한국과 같은 지형적 조건에서 운용 가능한 지역 운송용 항공기를 설계하기 위한 임무 요구조건을 설정하고 유사기종에 대한 성능 분석을 하였다. 성능 분석에 따라 설계의 초기 파라미터를 결정하였고 초 단거리 이, 착륙 성능 구현을 위하여 새로운 개념의 고양력 장치인 고관성 Pre&Autorotating 로터를 도입하였다. 고관성 로터의 풍동실험 결과를 토대로 Prerotation에 의해 고관성 로터에 저장된 운동에너지를 발산시키는 방법에 의한 이륙 방식과 자동회전하는 로터를 이용하여 착륙하는 방식에 대하여 검토하였고 설계 파라미터간의 관계에 대해 고찰하였다. 가능성 검토의 결과 고관성 Pre&Autorotating 로터는 순항 성능을 훼손하지 않고 초단거리 이, 착륙 수송기를 설계하기 위한 보조 양력 증가장치로서 매우 유용할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. Mission specifications were established for the regional transport aircraft which is operatable in the mountainous country like korea, and the performance of similar regional aircraft were analyzed. After that, for the research the initial design parameters were set simultaneously introducing the high inertia Pre&Autorotating rotor concept as a new high lift device. Feasibility research was made based on the wind tunnel test results of high inertia rotor for the ways of dissipating kinetic energy stored in the high inertia rotor for the take-off and of using autorotating rotor for the landing, correlations between design parameters were studied too. feasibility study indicated that the high inertia Pre&Autorotating rotor could be very useful augmented lift device in order to design super STOL transport not deteriorating cruising performance.

      • 색과 향의 첨가에 따른 콩나물의 기호도 조사

        Preferences on the change of color and aroma of soybean sprout was surveyed. Negative response of 'bad' or 'very bad' on pink (72%), red (60%), and green (44%) coloring was obtained. However, yellow coloring showed about 55% of positive response of 'good' or 'very good'. Thus yellow is the only color which received highly positive response among altered-color soybean sprouts. Significantly different result was observed when various aroma was added to soybean sprout. 80% of peanut scent-added soybean sprout and 76% of melon scent-added soybean sprout received positive response of 'good' or 'very good' while only 20% of the reponse was negative. In conclusion, altering color to yellow and addition of peanut scent or melon scent could increase the general preference of soybean sprout.

        한국인의 생활사건에 관한 예비적 연구 Ⅰ. 생활사건 척도

        For rating emotional responses to the everyday life events, 61 life events were tested by 528 normal persons by the method of paper and pencil questionairs. Among 528 respondents, 300 persons' (men 150, women 150) were selected randomly and the reports were analysed statistically. The results were as follows; 1. Emotional responses of 61 life events were rated and the events were put in rank order according to the mean value of the emotional responses in negative sense. The most negatively responded life events were death of, spouse (M=17.574) and death of child (M=17.481), and the least responded events were many trivial life events and desirable ones in positive sense, e.g. engagement of offsprings (M=2.188) and promotion (M=1.988) etc. 2. Average number of life events which had occurred during one year (1979) was 3.213 in man, 2.580 in woman, and 3.930 in total. 3. Among the occurred life events, death of a member of the family, reunion of separated spouses, hospital admission due to serious illness, involutional period, trivial legal problems, and moving house in the same city were significant by statistically. 4. By factor analysis, it was found that the factor most highly invested emotionally was related to bereavement (M=15.528) and the least invested emotionally was related to to moving house(M=5.824).

      • 요오드 이온을 포함한 단결정 고체 전해질의 전기 화학적 특성

        The electrochemical characteistics of all of tje single crystalline solids that would be used as the solid electrolytes were discussed with the apparatus made to measure the electric spfcific conductivity at various temperatures and with cyclovoltammograph, and measured data were treated by using computer program. It was calculated that the analytical experiment done by the application of A/D converter to the personal computer reduced the analytical error and enhanced the reproductivity by means of the developmental project of computer program. The electrical specific conductivities of Ag solid electrolytes Ag cell were 0.107~0.283 Ohm^-1 cm^-1 at 25℃, and these va1ues were higher than those of the Polycrystalline solids in the same diameter and weight of electrolytes and these values were proportional to temperature and the weight of solid electrolytes. Having measured the cyclovoltammogram of the solid electrolytes, the iodide ions contained in the single crystalline solids were transformed into the iodine and then oxidizing current was increased all at once at tile cathode. The free iodines which had been oxided in range of Ag electrode as cathode were again transformed into iodide ions at the anode and these anodic current appear as the state of reduction.
