      • Volvariella volvacea의 營養菌絲 및 擔子器 細胞의 核分裂에 關한 硏究

        The studies were carried out to examine the nuclear behaviour and morphological variation in the vegetative mycelia and basidia at various stages on the life cycle of Volvariella volvacea(Bull ex Fr.) Sing. Nuclear division of vegetative mycelia: 1.Somatic mycelia of vegetative cells were multinucleate. Sizes and shapes of the nuclei diff tired from those of various stages and nuclear division. 2.The number of nuclei per cell ranged from one to more than thirty. 3.In vegetative mycelia, nuclear behaviour clearly demonstrated that somatic nuclei usually divide mitotically and asynchronously. Interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase nuclei are seen. 4.No spindle has been resolved, and the mechanism of anaphase separation is still unknown. Clamp connections are definitely absent. Nuclear division of basidia: 1.Hyphae and cells Occurring in the hymenium can be classified morphologecally basidia, bas-idioles(paraphysis), and cystidia. 2.All nuclei present in the fruiting body tissues are of uniform shape and size. The haploid chromosome number is shown to be nine. 3.Meiosis occurs regularly after nuclear fusion and various stases of meiosis can be clearly distinguished. From uninucleate basidiospores are formed.

      • 異方性 Ba-ferrife의 磁性에 미치는 SrCO₃의 添加效果

        The effect of SrCO₃addition on the improvement of magnetic properties of anisotropic Ba-ferrite was studied by employing the crystallographic investgation into the change of structural orientation due to the addition and subsequent treatment. From the results obtained in these experiments, the followings were concluded; Ba-farrite containing 1.3wt. % Sr, i.e. (Ba0)₁(Sro)??- 5.45 Fe₂O₃,has showed the highest improvement of magnetic properties when sintered at 1250℃ for one hour, where the measured Br,??H?? and (B·H)???were respectively 3,500G, 2,600 Oe and 3.4 MG Oe. The orientaion parameter of this composite was 0.71, and an linear relationship, q=6x10? Br+0.502, was also found between the orentation parameter q and remanence Br. The reasons for these could be attributed to the facts that; (1) this content of Sr falls into the reported optimum range (5.2-5.8) of the mloe ratio of FeOł涍/(BaO)-(SrO). The proper amount of Sr is believed to enhance the formation of a complex ferrite, (BaO)??(SrO)??-n Fe₂O₃, through the diffusional process replacing some of Ba????ions by Sr????ions in the ferrite structure. (2) The possible eutectic reaction between SrO and BaO could be occured at as low as 1250 ˚C and may result in the impoved sinterability of the compacts through the liquid-phase like sintering. ·

      • 고추 근권에서 분리한 Bacillus subtilis J-24의 검은 곰팡이병원균 Alternaria alternata에 대한 길항력 및 고추의 초기 생육에 미치는 영향

        Thirty bacteria were isolated from the red pepper rhizosphere. The isolates were screened for antagonism to Alternaria alteranta causing red pepper black rot. Antagonistic bacterium No. J-24 was selected among the isolated bacteria and was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on morphological and physiological characterisitics and MIDI system. B. subtilis J-24 showed antifungal activities against A.alternata(inhibition percentage, 99%), Botrytis cinerea, Phytophthora capsici, Pythium ultimum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Stemphylium botrysum. The growth of red pepper seedling was promoted as compared to control when the microbial inoculants was mixed in bed soil. In the mixed microbial inoculants bed soil, the leaf area of red pepper was increased of 15 percent, the hypocotyl weight 12 percent, the root length 12 percent, total dry weight 13 percent as compared to those grown in the genenal bed soil.

      • 초광대역 무선 시스템 성능 분석에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 UWB(Ultra WideBand) 시스템에 대한 성능 요구 조건을 미국연방통신위원회(FCC: Federal Communications Commission)에서 규정[1]한 주파수 대역(3.1 ~ 10.6GHz)에서 분석하였다. 실제 무선 통신 시스템의 설계를 위해서는 각 통신 시스템의 표준으로부터 시스템의 성능 요구 조건을 산출하는 것이 일반적이다. 그러나, UWB (Ulra WideBand) 시스템은 아직 표준이 정해져 있지 않다. 따라서 근거리 무선통신시스템(Indoor Communication Systems)의 분석 방법을 근간으로 하여 새로운 시스템 성능을 분석하여 각각의 시스템 파라미터를 도출하였다 아울러 국내의 법규[2]에 의한 성능을 도출하여 FCC에서 제시한 조건과의 차이를 비교하였다 The purpose of this paper is to analyze the performance requirements of wireless systems on ultra wide band, which is set by FCC(Federal Communications Commission). Normally the calculation of performance requirements is used in the standard form of each communication systems, but there is no standard in the wireless systems on Ultra WideBand. Therefore, I derive each system parameters through the analysis of new system performance on the basis of the method of Indoor Communication Systems. Additionally, I compare the conditions that are given by FCC with resolution of the performance by domestic law.

      • 대두분과 자당-지방산 에스테르 첨가가 제빵특성에 미치는 영향

        Rheological and baking properties of flour blends containing various levels of soy flour(5~35%) and sucrose-fatty acid eater(SE, 0.5~0.1%) with hard wheat flour were investigated. As the soy flour levels was increased, Pelshenke value increased, while sedimentation value decreased. The mixing time and peak height of mixing of mixogram in most cases decreased with and an increase in wheat flour dilution. However, addition of 0.5% SE to the soy flour blends improved the mixograph characteristics. Amylogram data showed an increase in the gelatinization temperature as the percentage of soy flour in the blend was increased. In all cases, the fermentation loss increased and baking loss decreased as the soy flour level was increased. With the conventional breadmaking procedure, loaf volume decreased as the percentage of soy flour in the blends increased. Accrptable bread could be produced up to the 15% level of incorporation of soy flour. Addition of 0.5% SE to the soy floer blends improved the bread baking characteristics of the white pan bread.

      • 절삭력에 의한 마이크로 엔드밀 변형에 관한 연구

        Micro end-milling has been becoming an important machining process to manufacture a number of small products such as micro-devices, bio-chips, micro-patterns and so on. Despite the importance of micro end-milling, many related researches have given grand efforts to micro end-milling phenomenon, for example, micro end-milling mechanism, cutting force modeling and machinability. This paper strongly concerned actual problem, micro tool deflection, which causes excessive machining errors on the workpiece. To research this problem, we measured cutting forces in micro end-milling processes. And then we measured about cutting profile for that processes. At last we make a comparison between tool deflection due to cutting force and measurement of cutting profile.

      • 멀티밴드 UWB 시스템의 무선성능 분석에 관한 연구

        통신 시스템의 무선성능 요구조건 분석은 시스템의 성능을 예측하는 중요한 지표이다. 아직 표준안이 제정되지 않은 UWB(Ultra wide Band) 시스템은 명확한 시스템 성능 요구조건을 유포하기 어렵다. 또한, 기존 UWB 시스템과 멀티밴드 UWB 시스템의 무선성능 요구조건 분석에는 밴드 분할에 따른 무선 성능 요구조건의 도출상의 차이점이 있다. 이러한 차이점을 본 논문을 통해 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 도출한 멀티밴드 UWB 시스템의 성능 요구조건을 본 논문에 기술하였다. 멀티밴드 UWB 시스템은 Sub-Band의 수에 따라 Throughput, 송 신 최대 전력, 수신감도 등이 변화하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한, 멀티패스의 영향으로 PRE(Pu1se Repetition Frequency)를 감소시키면 Link Margin은 증가하여 멀티패스 에너지 손실(Multi-path Energy Loss)에 대한 보상으로 멀티패스 마진(Multi-path Link Margin)인 발생하는 것을 알 수 있었으며 멀티패스 마진에 따라 수신신호 감도 및 간섭신호에 대한 저항성이 변화하는 것을 모의실험을 통하여 분석하였다. The analysis of RF performance requirement conditions on communication system is critical indicator to predict the performance of system. UWB(Ultra Wide Band) system which the standard is not established yet is difficult to derive the precise system performance requirement condition. Also, there are differences between conventional UWB system and multi-band system about RF performance requirement condition. In this thesis, the differences are analyzed and performance requirement conditions of multi-band UWB system are described on the basis of the differences. Throughput, maximum transmit power, and sensitivity of multi-band UWB system is varied with respect to the number of Sub-Bands. In addition, because of Multi-path effect, if PRF(Pulse Repetition Frequency) is changed, the Multi-path link margin is happened to compensate for Multi-path Energy Loss which is contributed by increasing of the Link Margin. According to Multi-path Margin, the variation of the resistance with respect to sensitivity and interference signal is observed and analyzed through the simulation.

      • H形鋼 보와 기둥 溶接 接合部의 力學的 擧動에 관한 硏究

        In the classical analysis of steel frames which is commenly used in this day, beams and columns are reduced to single lines, and they are assumed to be rigidly connected. It means that the beam-to-column connection "joint" is perfectly rigid. This study is to investigate the mechanical behavior of beam-to-column connections under symmetrical loading, which is of great importance in design and construction of multistory steel frames. This report is the result of experimental and analytical investigation into the mechanical behavior of connections both with and without stiffeness from testing connection types. The result represents the effective width of column web(Be), rotation capacity, ultimate strength, failure mechanism, steel-strain relationship, joint efficiency and stress concentration factor.
