본 논문은 스마트폰 이용자 확산에 따라 스마트폰을 활용한 새로운 모바일 광고로 주목받고 있는 브랜드앱(Brand App)을 대상으로 기술수용과 브랜드태도, 제품 구매의도에 관한 선행연구를 고찰하고 이를 결합한 연구모형을 제안하여 소비자의 매체 이용 행동을 예측하고 브랜드앱의 속성이 브랜드태도, 제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 실증분석결과 브랜드앱의 오락성 및 상호작용성이 브랜드앱의 지각된 사용유용성에 영향을 미치며, 브랜드 앱의 오락성, 체험적특성, 상호작용성이 브랜드앱의 지각된 사용용이성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 브랜드앱의 지각된 사용용이성이 브랜드앱의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 주고 사용유용성, 사용용이성, 그리고 사용자 만족에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 브랜드앱의 사용자 만족은 기존 브랜드에 대한 호감, 긍정 등 요인에 작용하여 수용태도에 영향을 주며, 브랜드태도는 브랜드앱의 지속적 사용의도와 브랜드앱 제품 구매의도에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Background/Aims It is known that post-reflux swallow-induced peristaltic wave (PSPW) index represents the chemical clearance of the esophagus. However, few studies have explored why some reflux episodes could induce PSPW while others in the same patient could not. The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of reflux episodes which could elicit PSPW. Methods In this study, 269 reflux episodes were detected, of which 90 with a PSPW and 179 without a PSPW. Comparisons were made between the characteristics of reflux episodes with a PSPW and without a PSPW. The characteristics were including nadir pH, pH drop, proximal extent (cm, sec), ascending velocity (cm/sec), volume clearance time, acid clearance time, percentage acidic (%), 15 to 60-minute acid burden (seconds), and 15- to 60-minute volume burden (seconds). The characteristics between the 2 groups were compared through performing Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results Reflux episodes followed by a PSPW were significantly associated with a higher proximal extent than those without a PSPW. After the reflux episodes, higher volume clearance time and larger volume burden were more likely to trigger a PSPW. However, there were no significant differences between the 2 groups in nadir pH, pH drop, ascending velocity, acid clearance time, percentage acidic, or acid burden. Conclusions The role of acid seems to be less important in a reflux episode inducing a PSPW. Proximal reflux episodes are more likely to induce a PSPW. The depression of volume clearance may also be an important factor in eliciting a PSPW. (J Neurogastroenterol Motil 2020;26:378-383)

Vocabulary education plays an important role in learning Chinese as well as is an important way of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Therefore, Chinese teachers have to find the efficient and scientific methods for vocabulary education. This study will suggest some attractive things as an achievement of trial of Chinese vocabulary education in terms of semantic field, vocabulary combination and cultural connotation. Although this research is not perfect at the moment, however, I hope this research to be the basis of succeeding studies of Chinese vocabulary education.
Emotional Characteristics in the Voice Signals of the Elderly

With the development of speech interaction and the aging of society, more and more people use speech interaction, and the requirement of signal recognition in the design of speech interaction for different people is increasing. At the same time, the affective factors play a more and more important role in the interactive design. How to make a better experience design in the speech interaction of the elderly is worth discussing. This paper analyzes the speech emotion characteristics of the elderly by refining the speech signal characteristics and analyzing the emotion corresponding to the different speech signals. On this basis, the topic of further research is discussed.
The Inhibitory Effect of Ginseng Pectin on L-929 Cell Migration

We tested the effects of ginseng pectin prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of ginseng polysaccharides on cell migration. Ginseng pectin impaired the migration of L-929 cells and reduced their migration speed by up to 50% of control in the presence or absence of serum, suggesting it worked on both serum-dependent and serum-independent migration pathways. Ginseng pectin impaired cell migration via decreased cell spreading. These findings represent a significant contribution towards understanding the bioactivities of ginseng polysaccharides and applying them to health food and medicine.

Background: Panax ginseng Meyer has been used as a nourishing edible herb in East Asia for thousands of years. 25-OH-PPT was first discovered as a natural rare triterpenoid saponin in ginseng stems and leaves by our group. Research found that it showed strong inhibitory effects on a-glucosidase and protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B, and protected cardiocytes (H9c2) through PI3K/Akt pathway. Methods: In the research, in order to optimize the 25-OH-PPT enrichment process, optimal macroporous resins and optimal purification conditions were studied. Meanwhile, the hypoglycemic effect and mechanism of 25-OH-PPT were evaluated by using STZ to establish insulin-dependent diabetic mice and the spontaneous type 2 diabetes DB/DB mice. Results and Conclusion: Research found that 25-OH-PPT can reduce blood glucose and enhance glucose tolerance in STZ model mice. It increases insulin sensitivity by upregulating GLUT4 and AMPK in skeletal muscle, and activating insulin signaling pathways. In DB/DB mice, 25-OH-PPT achieves hypoglycemic effects mainly by activating the insulin signaling pathway. Meanwhile, through the influence of liver inflammatory factors and lipids in serum, it can be seen that 25-OH-PPT has obvious anti-inflammatory and lipid-lowering effects. These results provide new insights into the study of ginseng as a functional food.

Purpose MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a group of small non-coding RNAs involved in different cancers, including lung cancer. Here, we aim to investigate the expression profiles of circulating miRNAs and their roles contributed to the progress of lung cancer. Materials and Methods The levels of circulating miRNA in lung cancer patients were investigated by miRNAs assay. Then we predicted the target genes of aberrantly expressing miRNAs by searching genetic databases. Based on the A549 cells transfected with miR-1246 mimics or miR-1246 inhibitor, we further measured the roles of miR-1246 involving in the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), migration and invasion capacities of lung cancer cells in vitro. Finally, we detected the effects of miR-1246 on glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β)/β-catenin pathway by immunofluorescence and Western blot, respectively. Results We identified that 14 miRNAs were aberrantly expressed in the serum of lung cancer patients. Among them, miR-1246 was the most up-regulated. The cell assays indicated that miR-1246 significantly increased the migration and invasion capabilities of A549 lung cancer cells. Meanwhile, immunofluorescence analysis revealed that miR-1246 promoted EMT process of A549 cells accompanying with decreasing E-cadherin expression, while increasing vimentin and transforming growth factor β expression. Furthermore, an online tool predicated that miR-1246 might bind to 3'-untranslated region of GSK-3β, which was confirmed by overexpression and knockdown of miR-1246 assays. Conclusion Taken together, the study illustrates that miR-1246 regulates Wnt/β-catenin pathway through targeting GSK-3β/β-catenin, which partly contributing to tumor metastasis. MiR- 1246 may play an essential role in the diagnosis and therapeutic of lung cancer.

In this paper, we obtain the existence of positive solutions for a quasi-linear four-point boundary value problem of higher-order differential equation. By using the fixed point index theorem and imposing some conditions on f, the existence of positive solutions to a higher-order fourpoint boundary value problem with a p-Laplacian is obtained.
