ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network) can be standardized digital transmission of various voice and data information. In digital transmissions, simultaneous two-way transmission of data signals over two-wire circuits can, in principle, be achieved by the application of hybrid couplers. In a two-wire full-duplex transmission circuit, a transversal filter, a lookup table and multi-RAM(m-RAM) are generally proposed for Echo Canfellation Method(ECM), and the adaptation algorithms are prepared for them. In this paper we describe convergence performance of ECM with sign algorthm, and to find out the result we used computer simulations.

Thin amorphous carbon films were deposited by a Q-switched Nd;YAG 532nm with beam power density of ?? on the high purity graphite (99.7%). The pressure of vacuum chamber was ?? Torr. In order to estimate the quality of the Pulsed Laser Deposition films one of the most important optical properties, bandgap energy, was characterized by transmission and reflection in the range of the visible, and an optical direct bandgap energy of 2.45eV and indirect bandgap energy 0.36eV were obtained. Surface morphology of amorphous film was investigated by AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy). Its surface roughness is 70nm. Comparing our results with the published values in the literature we have confidence that our films show the good quality for optical properties.

Percutaneous needle biopsies of peritoneum with Abrams needle and Cope needle were done un 64 patients with non-purulent exudative ascites, who was admitted to the department of internal medicine, Chosun University hospital, from January 1978 to Deccmber 1983. The diagnostic significance and safety of the needle biopsy was estimated. The results were as follows. 1. Adequate peritoneal tissue for pathological diagnosis was obtained in 53 cases(82.8%) among 64 cases. (Abrams needle 84.8%, Cope needle 80.6%) 2. Definitive diagnosis was obtained in 31 cases among 53 cases (58.6%). (Tuberculosis 23 cases, malignancy 8 cases). 3. As compared final diagnosis with biopsy result, the rate of final diagnosis corresponding with biopsy diagnosis was 58.8% in tuberculosis and 26.3%, in malignancy, but the rate of biopsy diagnosis corresponding with final diagnosis was 100% in both tuberculosis and malignancy. 4. Cases of chronic non-specific inflammation which were diagnosed by biopsy were 13cases(24.5%)among 53 cases, and among these cases, tuberculosis was 69.2% and malignancy 30.8% on final diagnosis and among 53 cases, histologically normal was 9 cases(16.9%) of which 33.3% was tuberculosis and 66.7% was malignancy on final diagnosis. 5. Of the malignant cases on final diagnosis, Positive cytologic examination of ascitic fluid was 16.7% 6. Primary losions of cancerous peritonitis were stomach cancer (38.9%) hepatocellular cancer(22.2%) colon cancer (11.1%) ovarian cancer (11.1%) Pancreatic cancer (5.6%). 7. Complication of percutaneous peritoneal biopsy was local swelling with leakage of ascitic fluid and the accident rate were 36.4,% in Abraham needle and 3.2% in Cope needle.

Areal precipitation of South Han river was estimated, and the propriety by the adjustment of network was investigated. The results obtained are summarized as follows: Thirty six precipitation monitoring stations of South Han river basin were investigated by the Thiessen method, and from the analysed results, it is advisable to adjust the location of four stations(Yandgong, Kyebang, Sanggeuk and Sangmo). The amount of error of areal precipitation after adjusting the network calculated by Unweighted Mean method of the year 1989 and 1990 was 11.29mm and 23.27mm, respectively, and that calculated by Thiessen method of the year 1989 and 1990 was 2.17mm and 0.9mm, respectively. It is considered that there is a propriety on the adjustment of network sinc : the amount of error reduced. When the amount of error is converted to the storage amount, it is equivalent to ????? m₃in 1989 and ????? ㎥ in 1990. It is possible to extract the sample of delicate area and point, and to setup a countermeasure aganist flood by the recurrence interval through the estimation of provable precipitation by the frequency. Since to create and manage the precipitation monitoring stations needs continuous investing and manpower, it is desirable to establish a plan adaptable to the purpose of measurement. To make up for this study, it is needed to investigate the type of rainfall through the estimation of probable precipiation of continuous two days by the frequency, and the calculation of areal precipitation by the Isohyetal method.

This research takes up DONG HWA(桐華) temple, PA GYE(把溪) temple, UN HEA( 銀海 ) temple, UN BU(雲浮) temple, and the HWAN SUNG(環城) temple, which makes clear the space structure and the belief form of those Buddhist temples. The above-mention temples have been already investigated in other research's. However Now day, The temples are a lot of changes so it is necessary to clarify the current situation. Moreover Each Buddhist temples was not investiaged detaily. So this research's aim is current temple's situation investigation and each temple's detailed reserch 1) The construction of all temples goes back even to the Silla Dynasty. However, the arrange ment structure of then Buddhist temple was completion of the arrangement structure with the courtyard clearly now in a Chosun Dynasty. Especially, the construction time of the grand gate which the component of such an arrangement structure to be assumed the 17th century of which the middle of a Chosun Dynasty. 2) Moreover, it is a building where it was built to be paid objects is deified to these buildings are 山神(SAN SIN), 獨聖(DOK SUNG), and 七星(CHIL SUNG). Especially being paid attention is 山神(SAN SIN) belief. There was a belief to 山神(SAN SIN) from ancient times. However, coming to be deified in the temple is from a furnace in the 17th century. By the way, it was able to be confirmed to have come to be built in the temple which had been investigated by this research in the 20th century in the latter half of the 19th century.

The purpose of this study is to discover the architectural type of 「Il-joo-moon」 It deals with 「Il-joo-moon」 that has been built before 1910 in Gyoung-sang province. This study analyzes type of member, jointing method, frame structure method by dividing 「Il-joo-moon」 into four parts such as roof, bracket system, frame structure, podium. The results of this analysis are as follows 1) Roof: The 「Pal-ssac」 style of roof and the 「Matt-bae」 style of roof are dominant and double caves mainly appears. 2) Bracket system: The arrangement of bracket system can be divided into one-line-arrangement and two-line-arrangement. As far as 「Chul-mock-soo」 concerned, 3 or 4 「Chul-mock-soo」 is predominent. 「Tong-jae-gong」 has been used to connect front and back bracket system for some 「Il joo-moon」. When it comes 「jae-gong」, 「Sue-soe」 style, 「Yon-bong」 style and 「Yon-hwa」 style are mainly seen. 3) Frame structure: There are 5 forms in classifying frame structure depending on the jointing method of main-column, diagonal member, sub-column etc. and weight transmission method. 4) Podim: Natural foundation stone is majority. It is judged that 「Il-joo-moon」 has no podium or natural ones, however, it has recently been converted into artificially processed podium in many cases.

본 연구는 긴볼레기말 추출물의 항고지혈증 효과를 조사하기 위해 ICR 생쥐에 TritonWR-1339(TX) 복강주사로 인위적인 고지혈증을 유발시킨 후 긴볼레기말 추출물(30㎎/㎏)를 복강주사하여 시간의 경과에 따른 간세포내에서의 지방 축적 변화를 조직화학적으로 관찰하였다. TX 주사후 그물구조의 세포질출 가진 간세포가 간엽 전체에서 관찰되었고, 일부 간소엽에서는 간세포 손상으로 인한 간세포판 소실이 나타났다. 또한 간세포내 지방축척도 증가하여 전체 간소엽의 간세포에서 지방의 과출현을 확인 할 수 있었고, 지방의 크기도 대조군에 비해 증가된 것으로 관찰되었다. 그러나 긴볼레기말 추출물 주사군에서는 그물구조의 세포질을 가진 간세포의 수가 TX 주사군에 비해 감소되었고, 대부분의 간소엽에서 정상적인 간세포판의 배열을 확인할 수 있었다. 간세포내의 지방 축적과 크기도 감소된 경향으로 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 해조류 긴볼레기말 추출물은 고지혈증이 유발된 생쥐 간세포 내에서의 과도한 지방축적을 감소시키는 항고지혈증 효과를 하는 것으로 사료된다. Hepatic tissues of ICR mouse were intraperitoneally injeced with Colpomenia bullosa(CB) Extract after Triton WR-1339(TX) injection were observed to investigate the antihyperlipermic effect of CB extract for hyperlipidemic hepatic tissue caused by destruction of lipid metabolism. The hepatic tissues were obtained at hour-24, 48, and 72 after TX injection with CB extract treatment. And then these specimen were fixed in 10% neutral buffer solution and were cryocut. The tissue stained by H&E for general morphology and sudan black B for lipid distribution. The increase of hepatocyte having rneshlike cytoplasm were shown in all hepatic lobules after TX injection and the hepatic plates were disappeared in the region of meshlike hepatocyte aggregation, But the hepatocyte having meshlike cytoplasm were disappeared and hapatic plate were rearranged in CB extract injected mouse. The number of blue black colored lipid drop in hepatic cytoplasm of mouse injected with TX were increased and the size of lipid drop were enlarged. But the number of lipid drop in hepatic cytoplasm of mouse treated CB extract were decreased and the size of lipid drop were diminished. As results indicated that the accumulation of lipid drop caused by TX injection were mitigated by the antihyperlipidermic effect of CB extract.

LL-37 is the only antimicrobial peptide (AMP) of the human cathelicidin family. In addition to potent antimicrobial activity, LL-37 is known to have the potential to inhibit lipolysaccharide (LPS)-induced endotoxic effects. To provide the stability to proteolytic digestion and increase prokaryotic selectivity and/or antiendotoxic activity of two Lys/Trp-substituted 19-meric antimicrobial peptides (a4-W1 and a4-W2) designed from IG-19 (residues 13-31 of LL-37), we synthesized the diastereomeric peptides (a4-W1-D and a4-W2-D) with D-amino acid substitution at positions 3, 7, 10, 13 and 17 of a4-W1 and a4-W2, respectively and the enantiomeric peptides (a4-W1-E and a4-W2-E) composed D-amino acids. The diastereomeric peptides exhibited the best prokaryotic selectivity and effective protease stability, but no or less anti-endotoxic activity. In contrast, the enantiomeric peptides had not only prokaryotic selectivity and anti-endotoxic activity but also protease stability. Our results suggest that the hydrophobicity and α-helicity of the peptide is important for antiendotoxic activity. In particular, the enantiomeric peptides showed potent anti-endotoxic and LPS-neutralizing activities comparable to that of LL-37. Taken together, both a4-W1-E and a4-W2-E holds promise as a template for the development of peptide antibiotics for the treatment of endotoxic shock and sepsis.
