      • 瓦松의 알콜 抽出物이 家兎의 腎機能에 미치는 影響

        Orostachys malacophyllus F. has been applied in Chinese medicine as well as in folk remedy. Its chemical composition and pharmacological actions have not reported yet. But, sometimes, it was used in treatment for the stomach or lung cancer. This study was attempted to investigate the effects of the water fraction separated from alcohol extract of the plant on the renal functions of rabbits. After cannulation of carotid artery, jugular vein and ureters were prepared for the recording of blood pressure, the infusion of the water extract(0.005%) or the hypotonic saline(0.45%), and the collection of the urine, respectively. The hypotonic saline was infused to hydrate the rabbits, and the mixed solution of hypotonic saline, PAH, and inulin was infused to measure the glomerular filtration rate(GFR) and renal plasma flow (RPF). After the hydration, the changes of urine volume were obsereved during the infusion of the water fraction for 1 hour, and during the infusion of hypotonic saline for 80min. And the concentration of PAH or inulin in the urine and blood was measured by the method of Smith and the method of Schreiner, electrolyte concentration by flamephotometer, and the osmolar conentration by osmometer, respectively. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Urine volume, GFR, and RPF were decreased significantly by the infusion of water fraction, and thery were not recovered to control values after the exchange to hypotonic saline. 2. Filtration fraction was increased by water fraction. 3. Water fraction decreased the plasma clearances of electrolytes and the osmolar substances, and increased the negative free water clearance. 4. Water fraction increased the reabsorptive rate(%)of potassium, and decreased the excretory amount of Na or K. And it was decreased the ratio of Na/K excretion. From the above results, it was suggested that water fraction has the antidiuretic effect and its mechanism is primarily caused by the change of the renal hemodynamics.

        The purpose of this research is in comparing the goods which have been producing in severalcompany and judging them, and examing how much intrested are the consumers in the labels whichgive us informations. In order to certify them we've investigated the degree of confirmation, confidence, utilization andrecognition of the consumers about the labels. The questionnair method was used to obtained the data which was mad by a result of self-adminis-ted questionnair. A size of random sample for this research was 125 subjects. The results are as follows ; 1) Most of the consumers confirm the labels. 2) The degree of the consumers' recognition about the necessity of the labels is nearly correspondwith the utilization of it. 3) The consumers' confidence about the label of ready-made clothes in the open market is relatively low. That's because they(the labels in the open market) are usually incorrect yet and couldn't giveus enough informations.

        Myongsim bogam id a Masterpiece of Chinese literature in the Min era, had a great influence not only on China but on all the world. I will describe with much citation how it affected many learned persons and society itself during the Edo era in Japan. I will focus on Japanese thought because it id most apparently influenced by Meishin-Ho ̄kan. My point is to bring to light the literary and social significance the Chinese text had on Japanese culture, considering the parts in Ukiyo-Monogatari cited from "Ten-no-Shisl" and "Chisocu-Anbun" of Meishin-Ho ̄kan.

        실측과 CFD을 통한 해인사 경내 및 판전에 대한 기류분포 특성의 조사

        Hae-In temple is located in Gaya Mountains, Hapcheon-gun, Korea and a thousand years old monastery. Tripitaka Koreana has been preserved during 750 years as good condition in Hae-In temple. The preservation technology is summarized as the passive design methods harmonized with the nature perfectly. Haein temple have dealt with a flow fields in the storage hall. In this study, an indoor and outdoor flow fields in the precincts of Haein temple were analysed with field measurement and numerical simulation. On the basis of the field measurement results, the restoration cases such as rearrangement of Tripitaka Koreana and relocation of the rear fence of Biro-Jean were analyzed with CFD.

      • 『명심보감』스페인어판 번역 연구 : 선교사들과의 관계를 중심으로

        『명심보감』은 주로 유교사상을 적극적으로 수용하여 인생의 철학·행동의 규범으로부터 정치 이념에 이르기까지 폭넓게 논한 도덕서로서, 중국·조선·일본·베트남 등의 동양뿐만 아니라 스페인을 중심으로 한 서양의 지식인들에게도 폭넓게 읽혀진 서적이다. 특히 동아시아 지역의 유교사상에 관심을 가지게 된 선교사들에 의해서 처음으로 서양어로 번역된 동양의 한문 서적이 『명심보감』이기도하다. 이 『명심보감』은 16세기 전후 기독교 선교사들이 동양에서 활동했을 때 전도활동의 수단으로 이용되어 스페인어로 번역된 것이 처음이다. 그리고 번역된 서적이 선교사에 의해 스페인에 유입되어 당시의 황태자에게 헌상되고, 또 스페인으로부터 유럽제국에 이르기까지 널리 전파되었다. 그 전파의 동기가 된 스페인어 번역은 1592년과 1676년의 2회에 걸쳐서 각각 다른 선교사에 의해 번역되어 서양 사회에 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 서양에 전파된 『명심보감』의 역사적 배경을 선행 연구를 의지하면서 필자의 견해를 반영하여 『명심보감』의 스페인어 번역 상의 특징 및 서양에 있어서 『명심보감』의 전파와 수용에 관한 역할을 명확하게 하고자 했다. 『Myongsimpogam』is a book about morality discussing a broad subject from human behaviour to politics and is based on Confucian thought has been widely read not only in China, Korea, Japan and Vietnam, also in Western countries like Spain. In particular, western missiona were interested in Asian Confucianism and therefore translated it their own language. It was first translated into Spanish by Christian missionaries who worked in Asia around 16th Century and they use as material in their mission work. This translated version was give the King of Spain at that time and then it spread around Europe. The Spanish version was made in 1592 and 1676 by different people and it had a big effect on Western society of that time. Here, I would like to examine the Spanish version, its characteristics and roles in the West, based on earlier research of its history background and also on my own opinion.

        [논문]자연신체활동 프로그램의 실태 및 인식 조사

        본 연구에서는 교사-유아 간 애착안정성 정도에 따라 유아의 스트레스 정도 및 유아의 스트레스 대처행동에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 문제에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사-유아 간 애착안정성 정도에 따른 유아의 스트레스 정도에는 통계상 유의미한 차이가 없었고, 유아 스트레스 하위 영역인 교사, 또래, 학습 환경에서도 통계상 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 학습 활동영역에서 교사-유아 애착안정성이 낮은 유아 집단이 높은 집단보다 스트레스를 더 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교사-유아 애착안정성 정도에 따라 교사, 또래,학습 환경 요인과 관련된 유아 스트레스에 차이가 없으며, 교사-유아 애착안정성이 높을수록 유아가 학습활동 요인과 관련된 스트레스를 덜 받는다는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 교사-유아 간 애착안정성 정도에 따른 유아의 능동적, 수동적, 신비적 스트레스 대처행동 양식에서 통계상 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 교사-유아 간 애착안정성 정도가 높은 집단이 능동적 대처를 더 많이 하고, 교사-유아 간 애착안정성 정도가 낮은 집단이 수동적 대처와 신비적 대처를 비교적 더 많이 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. Due to lack of systemic program regarding physical activity in children, the study is to identify the constitution and development of the Natural Physical Activity Program by offering environmentally friendly elements such as wind, sun, mountain, sea, river, tree, flower, field for children. We expect children to learn the relation with nature, respect for life, understanding and love, importance of working together, and etc. The research questions for the purpose of this study are as followed: First, this study is going to identify the overall awareness and its needs of the Natural Physical Activity Program among preschool teachers. Second, we will look over how we can develop such program for preschool teachers. And a direction proposal on Natural Physical Activity Program. About 250 preschool teachers resided in Busan and Gyug-nam province were urged to participate in a research questioning their awareness and needs of the program. Among 250 preschool teachers, we choose 20 of them to interview about the goal, plan and development direction of the program. The result of the study is following as: First, most of the preschool teachers have a positive view on the Natural Physical Activity Program, and they agree that the program is highly needed to use. However, it is urge that overall education environment need to be improved to achieve its goal of the program. Second, the interview on the development direction is categorized as need, development direction, teaching method, evaluation method, activity, problem, improvement, solution, and etc. and, Third, the contents of the program include environmentally friendly elements such as wind, sun, mountain, river, sand, tree, flower, field to induce children’s interest and whole-person education. The contents of the program are expected to deliver hands-on experience for children. And also, the program includes physical activity using a nature object. Based on the potential problems we identified, a next study is expected to deal with following points. First, more empirical research is needed to prove the effectiveness of the program in a broad way by proposing a program that can be applicable at child-education center. Second, the study developed contents to make children feel enjoyable about nature. Unfortunately, in-depth research and development of such program is not sufficient. In this respect, more continuous research on Natural Physical Activity Program is required and need to be widely established.

      • 동아시아의 『明心寶鑑』 연구 : 중국·한국·일본 사회에 미친 영향을 중심으로

        『명심보감』은 주로 유교사상을 적극적으로 수용하여 인생의 행동 규범으로부터 정치 이념에 이르기까지 폭넓게 논한 도덕서로서, 중국·조선·일본·베트남 등의 동양뿐만 아니라 스페인을 중심으로 한 서양의 지식인들에게도 폭넓게 읽혀진 서적이다. 본 논문은 중국 명대에 성립하여 동아시아 각국에 전파된 『명심보감』이 중국·한국·일본에 전파된 수용실태를 조사·분석하고 각국에 미친 사상사적 의의를 규명 하였다. 특히 중국·조선이 판본의 형태의 원본이 주로 수용된 것에 반해 일본에서 는 『명심보감』이 지식인에게 읽혀져 많은 관련 서적이 편찬된 점은 중국·조선과는 다른 일본 독자적인 수용 방법에 기인한 것을 밝혔다. 동시에 『명심보감』은 각국의 고유한 전통문화 속에서 시대의 변화에 따라 다양한 변모를 보이면서 중국에서 한국·일본의 시대 상황과 정치사회적 여건의 특성을 유지하고 아울러 독자적으로 수용 정착된 사실을 밝혔다. MyungSimBoKam is a book of morality covering general topics from human conduct to political ideology positively adopting confucian philosophy. It has been widely read among Western intellectuals including Spanish as well as those in East Asian countries such as China, Korea, Japan and Vietnam. This paper discusses the ways how MyungSimBoKam that had been constructed in China's Ming Dynasty was spread and received in different East Asian countries, and also the effect it has made on each country's philosophical thought. It is argued that while MyungSimBoKam was introduced as a woodblock-printed book in China and Korea, it was widely read among Japanese intellectuals and thus lots of related books to it were published in Japan. It is my contention that as far as MyungSimBoKam is concerned, Japanese way of receiving it is quite different from that in either China or Korea: MyungSimBoKam was differently embraced in each country having been deformed or transformed in its own way depending upon the uniqueness of each country in terms of its tradition, culture, time period and socio-political conditions.
