In this Paper, we try to search optimal Schedule of Facility Maintenance with Fuzzy Application. Optimal Schedule of Facility Maintenance means minimum Maintenance Cost which are composed corrective Maintenance cost and preventive Maintenance Cost. Until now, Optimal Schedule of Facility Maintenance are calculated with possibility which are got by Facility History Book. The possibility are not verified on Precision special new Facility. In this paper, we consider both Facility History Book(possibility) and Expert Knowledge which express Fuzzy Application. Although we don't prove better Solution by mathematical, but one know this method considered possibility and fuzzy better than other method considered only possibility. We give numerical example.

Lectures on dacne in college as liberal arts education shall have the lessons designed on the basis of following matters suggested when considered in any theoretical aspect of dacne education. Ultimately, the purpose of a chair in cultural dance in college is to provide opportunities for students to understand it, and further, opportunities to think something about it. The basic content that will be a theoretical frame for any dance course is suggested in this study as follows. (1) art-historic developmental processes of dance, its dialogue with different arts, and understanding of variable dances dependent on different historical periods. Explanation of the history of dance related to general society, culture and politics. (2) To what extent a work is creative? And, how dance is made, is it accomplished under what kind of cooperation with people of what kinds of field? (3) The problem of what does the auditor see and hear in everything of dance in respect of esthetic experience. What does it mean for one to go to the theater? And, What is expected there? Establishment of dance course within liberal arts curricula in college may be a result from the general student's interest and anticipation in dance art, though it is also to follwo properties of educational aim characteristical to each college. If in also true there has been an increasing tendency of general student's increased participation into dance lessons opened for professionals within the department of dance, and that any positive act of dance educators for this student's demand has been repuired. That is, development of an liberal arts program for general undergraduates other than dance education courses for dance majors is urgently needed. There is included liberal arts education in the courses of college education of which the aim is to pursue after creative and autonomous intelligence. Art has its role to take charge of within this realm of liberal arts education, and dance becomes an important content of this artistic education. Dance educators, therefore, may essentially be demanded of some exhibition of the aim and methodology of dance as a cultural education. Further, some policy study about in what menner dance should be done for the firm establishment of dance within the college curricula of liberal arts will remain ever essential. Every social and educational dimension will continue patterns and studies. Dance education should be prepared for this demand.

Anticancer effects of chungkukjang (a Korean short-term fermented soy paste) were studied in human gastric adenocarcinoma cells, and Bacillus strains from chungkukjang were isolated and identified. Before the experiments, six different chungkukjang products (K-, M-, Mn-, O-, Os-, and H-chungkukjangs) were purchased from a folk village in the Sunchang region, Jeonbuk, Republic of Korea. Based on sensory evaluation tests and general chemical and quality studies, K-, H-, and M-chungkukjangs were selected for the experiments. All chungkukjang samples exhibited in vitro anticancer activities; however, K-chungkukjang revealed the highest anticancer activity in the previous studies. In this experiment, K-chungkukjang again showed the highest anticancer effect in the AGS cells. At the concentration of 1mg/mL, K-chungkukjang (87%) showed the highest growth inhibitory effect, followed by H-chungkukjang (85%) and MC-chungkukjang (69%) (P<.05). K-chungkukjang induced apoptosis as determined by 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole staining and exhibited increased bax and decreased bcl-2 mRNA expression. Three representative Bacillus strains from K-chungkukjang were isolated and identified by recA gene sequencing as Bacillus cereus, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and Bacillus subtilis. Identifying B. cereus in the chungkukjang means that when chungkukjang is prepared by the traditional method, B. cereus, which is a common cause of foodborne disease, can grow during the natural fermentation process. All B. cereus strains, of course, are not pathogens, but its presence causes food safety concerns. Therefore, using a starter culture is safer than the traditional natural fermentation for the industrialization of chungkukjang in Korea.
Bacillus subtilis 발효두유의 AGS 인체 위암세포 증식억제 효과

Bacillus subtilis로 발효한 두유의 암세포 증식 저해 효과를 알아보기 위하여 AGS 인체 위암 세포를 이용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 두유와 발효두유 모두 암세포 성장 저해 효과가 나타났으며, 발효두유에서 그 효과가 더욱 증진되었다. 이러한 결과는 apoptosis에 의해 암세포 증식이 저해된 것으로 사료되며 DAPI staining을 통해 뚜렷한 apoptotic body를 관찰할 수 있었다. 발효두유를 처리한 암세포에서 apoptosis를 유발하는 인자인 bcl-2의 발현은 감소하고, 억제하는 인자인 bax의 발현은 발효하지 않은 두유보다 상대적으로 증가하였다. 또한 종양억제 유전자인 p53과 p21의 발현 역시 발효하지 않은 두유보다 발효두유에서 더 증가되었다. 따라서 발효두유의 항암 효과는 이들 유전자의 발현을 조절하여 유도된 apoptosis에 의한 것으로 보이며, 발효두유와 발효하지 않은 두유의 항암효과의 차이는 발효 균주와 발효과정 중 생성된 여러 가지 발효산물들이 암세포 성장 억제에 영향을 끼친 것으로 생각된다. Antiproliferative effects of soy milk fermented with Bacillus subtilis from chungkukjang was studied in AGS human gastric adenocarcinoma cells. The fermented soy milk by B. subtilis (B. subtilis-F-SM) exhibited 82% growth inhibitory effect at 2 ㎎/㎖ concentration, while non-fermented soy milk (Non-F-SM) showed 68%. B. subtilis-F-SM treated AGS cells induced more apoptotic bodies than the Non-F-SM treated cells. In mRNA expressions, B. subtilis-F-SM showed decreased expression of anti-apoptotic bcl-2 and increased expression of pro-apoptotic bax. The expressions of tumor suppressor genes of p53 and p21 were also increased. These results suggest that fermented soy milk by B. subtilis exhibited higher antiproliferative activities compared with non-fermented soy milk.
