        문명의 발전과정에서 도시구조는 급격한 변화를 맞이하게 되었다. 그로 인해 자연공간이 손실되었고 이는 인간의 쾌적한 정주환경을 위협하는 요소로 대두되었다. 공원은 깨끗한 공기와 푸른 녹지의 중요성을 인식시키고 대도시의 시민에게 쾌적한 환경과 심신의 휴양공간을 제공하는 중요한 공공 녹지시설이다. 현재 도시에서의 공원은 수가 매우 부족하며 공원 본래의 개념을 간직하고 있는 곳이 드문 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 급속한 산업화와 도시화의 과정으로 잠식되어진 도시의 녹지공간을 활성화시키기 위하여 도시공원의 실태를 분석·파악하고 문제점을 도출하여 이들 문제점을 개선하는데 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 도시속의 녹지공간과 친수공간의 중요성을 다시 한번 재검토한 후, 공원의 활성화를 통한 공원정비방안을 살펴보고 주변지역과의 연계를 통하여 도시와 자연이 어우러지는 도시환경정비방안을 제시하고자 한다. At development process of civilization, city structure met sudden change. Nature space lost thereby and this rose on constituent that threaten agreeable domiciliation environment of human being. The park is important public green area equipment that recognize the importance of clean air and blue green area and offer great environment and rest space of mind and body to metropolitan citizens. Scarce thing of place that the park in existing city is taking a little longevity and keep park original concept is actuality. To activate green area space of city that is encroached by process of fast industrialization and urbanization in this research actual conditions of city park analyze and grasp and is purposeful to improve these drawing problem. Recognize green area space of present city inside and the importance of receiving in person space again and search park full equipment way for park's activation and grope city and natural environment that nature gets put together through link with ambit.

      • 『명심보감』스페인어판 번역 연구 : 선교사들과의 관계를 중심으로

        『명심보감』은 주로 유교사상을 적극적으로 수용하여 인생의 철학·행동의 규범으로부터 정치 이념에 이르기까지 폭넓게 논한 도덕서로서, 중국·조선·일본·베트남 등의 동양뿐만 아니라 스페인을 중심으로 한 서양의 지식인들에게도 폭넓게 읽혀진 서적이다. 특히 동아시아 지역의 유교사상에 관심을 가지게 된 선교사들에 의해서 처음으로 서양어로 번역된 동양의 한문 서적이 『명심보감』이기도하다. 이 『명심보감』은 16세기 전후 기독교 선교사들이 동양에서 활동했을 때 전도활동의 수단으로 이용되어 스페인어로 번역된 것이 처음이다. 그리고 번역된 서적이 선교사에 의해 스페인에 유입되어 당시의 황태자에게 헌상되고, 또 스페인으로부터 유럽제국에 이르기까지 널리 전파되었다. 그 전파의 동기가 된 스페인어 번역은 1592년과 1676년의 2회에 걸쳐서 각각 다른 선교사에 의해 번역되어 서양 사회에 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 서양에 전파된 『명심보감』의 역사적 배경을 선행 연구를 의지하면서 필자의 견해를 반영하여 『명심보감』의 스페인어 번역 상의 특징 및 서양에 있어서 『명심보감』의 전파와 수용에 관한 역할을 명확하게 하고자 했다. 『Myongsimpogam』is a book about morality discussing a broad subject from human behaviour to politics and is based on Confucian thought has been widely read not only in China, Korea, Japan and Vietnam, also in Western countries like Spain. In particular, western missiona were interested in Asian Confucianism and therefore translated it their own language. It was first translated into Spanish by Christian missionaries who worked in Asia around 16th Century and they use as material in their mission work. This translated version was give the King of Spain at that time and then it spread around Europe. The Spanish version was made in 1592 and 1676 by different people and it had a big effect on Western society of that time. Here, I would like to examine the Spanish version, its characteristics and roles in the West, based on earlier research of its history background and also on my own opinion.

        응급실 급성심근경색증 환자의 체류시간에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        Background : The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors on the length of emergency department stay of patients with acute myocardial infraction. Methods : we reviewed medical records of all patients who were Hospitalized with acute myocardial infraction from March 1, 2002 to February 28, 2003. Results : The average length of stay in the emergency room of the subjects was 182.74 minutes. After the emergency room treatment, 48.1% of the subjects were transferred to intensive care unit. The hospitalization through emergency room mostly took place in the office hours. There were more patients on Monday. The influencing factors on the length of stay in the emergency room of patients with acute myocardial infraction were emergency room arrival time which was classified in seasons, treatment hours of specialized doctors, medical care insurance and required time of radiologic examination. Conclusion : In order to reduce the length of emergency room stay, it might be an available solution secure enough spaces, facility, and staff of the radiologic test only for the patients of the emergency room. And the effective use of emergency facility and space, establishment of standardized treatment guideline, and provision of emergency treatment support system are also needed.

      • Ⅲ-Ⅴ족 반도체의 연구 : GaAs의 합성, 단결성 및 특성 Crystal Growth and Characterization of GaAs

        Temperature of 618 and 1250℃ at As and Ga sities respectively in the horizontal Bridgman furnace and growht speed of 0.7cm/h were found to be optimal for the production of single crystalline GaAs. Self-seeded and unintentionally doped GaAs crystals showd n-type characteristics with Hall mobillity of ∼0.75㎡/V-sec and carrier density of ∼10^19 m^-3 when the mesurements were made right after the growth. About three month later it was found that the same samples were converted to p-type GaAs. The analysis on the p-type sample showed that impurity scattering is dominant at around room temperature and thus the measured Hall mobility was 0.0065㎡/V-sec at 300K. 7.4±0.6 eV was obtained for acoustic deformation potential in the heavy hole band by fitting the theoretical conductivity and Hall coefficient to the corresponding experimental data. The value is very much higher than the theoretically estimated value, 3.6eV. The carrier density variation with temperature obtained from the present analysis gave 0.38 and 0.17 eV respectively for the activation energies of donor and acceptor.

        Protective Effect of an Herbal Preparation (HemoHIM) on 5-Fluorouracil-Induced Intestinal Injury in Mice

        The morphological changes of small intestine and protective properties of an herbal preparation (HemoHIM) in intestinal damages were examined by evaluating its effects on jejunal crypt survival, apoptosis and other histological assessment in 5-fluorouracil (5-FU)-treated mice. The female ICR mice were treated with 5-FU for the examination of jejunal crypt survival and any morphological changes (200 ㎎/㎏ of body weight, i.p.), and for the detection of apoptosis (40 ㎎/㎏ of body weight, i.p.). HemoHIM was administered intraperitoneally at a dosage of 50 ㎎/㎏ of body weight at 36 and 12 hours preirradiation and 30 minutes post-irradiation, or orally at a dosage of 250 ㎎/㎏ of body weight/day for 7 or 11 days before autopsy. Compared to normal controls, 5-FU increased the incidence of apoptosis by 20-fold. 5-FU decreased villus height in the jejunum (44.6%) with crypt depths increased by 18.6% in this gut region. In comparison with normal controls, the values of basal lamina length of 10 enterocytes in the jejunum were significantly higher in 5-FU treated mice (55.5%). These effects were less profound in HemoHIM treated mice in which apoptosis was decreased 11.4% (p.o.) and 27.4% (i.p.), with villus height increased by 37% (p.o.) and 28% (i.p.), crypt depth by 13.4% (p.o.) and 19.0% (i.p.) and accompanied by decreases in basal lamina length of 23.5% (p.o.) and 31.9% (i.p.), compared to 5-FU control group. These results suggested that HemoHIM may be therapeutically useful to reduce intestinal injury following 5-FU treatment.

        Evaluation on the Relative Biological Effectiveness of Neutrons with Regard to Prenatal Effects in Mouse

        This study compared the effects of high linear energy transfer (LET) fast neutrons (35 MeV) on embryotoxicity of ICR mouse exposed to low LET 60Co gamma-rays. At 11.5 days after conception, pregnant mice were exposed to 0-4 Gy of gamma-rays or 0-1.6 Gy of neutrons. The animals were sacrificed on day 18 of gestation and the fetuses were examined for mortality, growth retardation, change in head size and any other morphological abnormalities. With increasing radiation dose, incidence of small head, growth retarded fetuses, cleft palate, dilatation of cerebral ventricle and abnormalities of the extremities in live fetuses rose. Neutron irradiation produced a greater proportion of offspring with very low body weight than with malformations when compared to gamma-rays. In the malformation frequency between 30% and 70%, the relative biological effectiveness (RBE) of the neutrons was 2.14 ± 0.48. These results indicate that the embryo exhibits a linear response to increasing doses of neutrons during the period of major organogenesis.

        The Effect of Dongchongxiacao (Paecilomyces japonica) on Ultraviolet B-Induced Skin Damages in Mouse

        The effect of the fruiting bodies of Paecilomyces japonica (PJ), grown on silk-worm larvae on the changes of ultraviolet (UV) light B radiation-induced apoptotic sunburn cell (SBC) and epidermal ATPase-positive dendritic cell (DC) in SKH1-hr or ICR mouse were investigated. The mice were treated with UVB (200 mJ/㎠) and were sacrificed 24 hours later. PJ (50 ㎎/㎏ of body weight) or vehicle (saline) was given i.p. at 36 and 12 hours before irradiation, and 30 minutes after irradiation or PJ cream (0.2%) or cream base (vehicle) was topically treated at 24 hours and 15 minutes before irradiation, and immediately after irradiation. The skin of SKH1-hr mouse prepared from the back of untreated mice exhibited about 0.3 SBC/㎝ length of epidermis, and 24 hours after UV irradiation, the applied areas show an increased number of SBCs. But the frequency of UVB-induced SBC formation was reduced by intraperitoneal injection of PJ extract (p < 0.01). The numbers of DC in normal ICR mouse were 628.00± 51.56 or 663.20± 62.58 per ㎟ of ear epidermis. By 1 day after UVB treatment, the number of ATPase-positive cells/mrn? were decreased by 39.0% or 27.1% in i.p. or topical application group with vehicle. Treatment of PJ was associated with reductions of 30.8% in i.p, group (p < 0.05) and 8.4% in topical application group in the number of ATPase positive cells compared with the irradiation control group. The results presented herein that PJ administration could reduce the extent of skin damages produced by UVB.

        Frequency of Micronuclei in Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes from Cattle and Pig Exposed to Low Levels of Ionizing Radiation

        The frequencies of gamma-ray-induced micronuclei (MN) in cytokinesis-blocked (CB) lymphocytes at several low doses (0, 246, 492, 739, 985 and 1,969 mGy) were measured in three donors of cattle and pig. Measurements performed after irradiation showed a dose-related increases in MN frequency in each of the donors studied. When analysed by linear-quadratic model the line of best fit was: cattle: y = 0.0583D + 0.0366D² + 0.0093, pig : y = 0.0424D + 0.00054D² + 0.0083 (y = number of MN/CB cells and D = irradiation dose in Gy). The relative sensitivity of pig lymphocytes compared with cattle lymphocytes was estimated by best fitting linear-quadratic model based on the radiation-induced MN data over the range from 0 Gy to 1,969 mGy. In the case of MN frequency with 0.0125, 0.025, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2, the relative sensitivities of pig lymphocytes were 0.84, 0.60, 0.54, 0.46 and 0.38 respectively. These data indicate that the induction of MN in CB cells from pigs were much less sensitive to the MN induction effects of low dose gamma-radiation than those from cattles. Our in vitro radiobiological study confirmed that the cytogenetic response obtained in blood from cattle and pig can be utilized for application in environmental studies.
